Abstract

【課題】 大きなロール状の生地に複数の切り込みと、切り込み点線を入れることにより複数の各単独のロールマスクを作れるようになった。分離した個々のマスクロールは１枚ずつ切り込み点線で分離でき更に耳掛け部分の切り込み点線を開くことで蛇腹状は適度の弾力をもち耳ゴムの代りにした。鼻金具は折り目を１つ入れることにより鼻金具の代用にできた。上記の工夫により切り込みと切り込み点線で全ての工程を１度で満たし、コストダウンに成功するとともにマスク生地を再生紙や紙類で作ることにより従来のビニール系のマスクのようにマスク生地製造時とマスク廃棄時の地球環境汚染を０にできた。同時に限界までの製造コストの削減に成功した。 【解決手段】 １枚の生地に切り込みと切り込み点線を入れることでマスクを完成させた。このことにより耳鼻のプラスチック金具を無くしたため公害になるのを除去し、同時にマスク生地を紙類にすることにより製造と使用後の廃棄の際に公害をなくすことができた。全ての工程を無くしたため、コストダウンに成功した。

衛生マスク第５類
　本発明は低価格で作成でき、環境にも優しい衛生マスクに関するものである。
［背景技術］
　図１の様にマスクの原料を巨大なロール状で生産する事により各列が連なったロール状のロールマスクを１度に何ロールも作れる。
　１枚の素材に切込みや切込み点線を入れた事で耳ゴムの代用にした事により素材を紙類にした場合化学物質では無い環境に優しいナチュラルマスクも作れる。
　製造作業工程をほぼゼロにしマスクの製造単価を限界まで下げられた事により全国民に毎日無料配布をしたり、空港、駅、バス等の公共機関、劇場、貧困層にも配れる
　この発明は国が管理配布をするのに適した簡易マスクである。
マスクを無償で配る様に出来き、最大限コストを下げた発明で有るのと、素材を紙にした場合は環境にも優しいマスクになり得る発明である。
　マスクを１ロール単位で卸す事で個別の包装が要らなくなりコストダウンに繋がり、更に専用ホルダーに入れ、各施設に設置する事によりマスクを１枚取る際に２枚目のマスクに触れず、飛沫感染も限り無く防げる。
　コストも安いので１度使用したら（外した場合でも）捨てることが、気軽にでき感染予防に適してる。

［発明が解決しようとする課題］
　従来のマスクは１枚のコストが高かった。
１枚３０円、４０円のマスクが主流である。
［課題を解決するための手段］
　ロール状にし、各マスクごとに点線を入れ１枚１枚切り離せることにしたことにより専用ケースに入れ配布することができるようになるので公共機関や各施設のゲートに設置し手軽に配布することが可能になった。
［実施例］
　本発明を使い捨てマスクの素材に利用することにより無公害で低価格のマスクを開発できた。
各業界から注目引き合いがきている。

Claims (6)

  1. 　耳ゴムを無くし代わりに素材に切込（５）を入れる事によりマスクの耳ゴムの代用とした。
    また鼻金具をなくしてそのかわりにマスク生地上部にゆとりをもたせ１０の折り込み部分をもうけた。
    １０の折り込み部分を購入後使用時に内側におりマスクの金具の代用部分にするとこに成功した。
    この部分をユーザーがマスク購入後自分で折ることにより折ることの行為が後に、このマスクの商品名折り鶴となった。
  2. 　請求項１の（５）の切込を軽く引っ張り開く事により弾力が有る耳ゴムの代わりにし（８）の長い切込みに耳を入れる仕様に成っている。
    従って（８）の切込みに利用耳を入れてマスクとして使用する。
  3. （１）のロール状の物はマスクの素材を巻いたロールで有り、１度に１枚以上からのマスクを作ることができ（３）で各列が切断される事により（２）の１枚単独ロールに成る。
    （９）の単独ロールは数多くのマスクを巻き取る事でロール状に成る（４）の切込み点線で１枚１枚切り取って使用する様に成っていて（９）が完成形の商品で有る。
  4. （１）~（９）によりマスク製造時の工程を全てカット出来た、特に（７）のマスクの素材に対して（５）と（８）の切込を入れる事によりマスクの耳ゴムの代用にした事で工程を無くしより大幅なコストダウンに成功した。
  5. （５）切込み点線部分で（６）は（５）の切込み点線部分を軽く開いたとこで有る。
    可成りの収縮性でゴムも凌ぐ性能である。
  6. （１）（７）の素材に付いては
    素材は問わないがナチュラル素材が最も好ましいと思っている。
    今時点では紙が有力視されて要る。
    「発明の名称」切込み点線を入れ耳ゴムの代わりにしロール状にもしたマスク。
