Description

一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及切割器材领域,具体是涉及一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯。
背景技术
金刚石串珠绳锯适用于对各类硬质材料进行切割加工,主要应用于石材采矿、荒料整形、板材切割和成型切割加工等领域,其在对材料切割中体现出的高材料利用率、高切割效率、可制作大型板材和仿形加工、环保等诸多优势,是其它类型刀具难以比拟的,这也使得近年来金刚石串珠绳锯无论在技术上还是在市场份额方面均取得了极大的进步。
在现有金刚石绳锯中,为防止金刚石串珠的串动和转动,目前的做法是采用注塑的方式用塑胶把相邻两金刚石串珠之间的钢丝绳包裹住,并且使一部分塑胶灌入至金刚石串珠的基体管内,以实现防止金刚石串珠轴向和径向上串动的目的。但该方法在应用于小直径金刚石绳锯时(尤其是当金刚石绳锯的钢丝绳直径为2-6mm,尤其是2-4mm时),由于受限于基体管的内径大小(钢丝绳与基体管之间的间隙仅有0.25mm),能够进入至基体管内的塑胶的量很少,因此在防止金刚石串珠的转动上效果较差,当使用一段时间后,易出现部分串珠与钢丝绳之间发生相对转动,两者之间发生的摩擦易造成钢丝绳磨损断裂,影响了绳锯的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,以解决现有金刚石绳锯的串珠易发生转动的问题。
具体方案如下:
一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,包括钢丝绳以及串在钢丝绳上的多个金刚石串珠,每个金刚石串珠都包括套设在钢丝绳上的基体管以及设置在基体管外周面的金刚石工作层,所述基体管包括位于中部的工作段以及位于两端的固定段,所述金刚石工作层固定在基体管的工作段的外周面上,所述固定段的周壁上具有至少一个镂空部;相邻两金刚石串珠之间裸露的钢丝绳上还包裹有塑胶体,该塑胶体延伸至固定段内,并且填充固定段的镂空部。
进一步的,所述钢丝绳的直径不超过4mm。
进一步的,所述钢丝绳的直径为0.5~2mm。
进一步的,所述镂空部的形状为圆形或者边数超过四的正多边形。
进一步的,每一固定段上的镂空部的数量都不少一个,并在相应的固定段上呈径向分布,且同一基体管上一固定段上的至少一镂空部与另一固定段上的至少一镂空部在径向上呈错位设置。
进一步的,每一基体管上的镂空部的数量为多个,该些镂空部在各自基体管上呈径向分布。
进一步的,所述基体管相对两端的固定段上都还具有多条压痕。
进一步的,每一压痕与该基体管轴向的夹角为0~90°。
进一步的,每一压痕与该基体管轴向的夹角为45°。
进一步的,所述钢丝绳上包裹的塑胶体的厚度等于或小于基体管的壁厚。
本实用新型提供的金刚石绳锯与现有技术相比较具有以下优点:本实用新型提供的本实用新型提供的金刚石绳锯在基体管的相对两端上形成镂空部,并且注塑的塑胶体延伸至镂空部中,由于该塑胶体具有一定的厚度,因而塑胶体 在基体管的固定段上形成阻止该基体管转动的阻挡结构,该阻挡结构大大增强了金刚石串珠防转动的能力,从而保证了金刚石绳锯的使用寿命。此外,由于塑胶体与现有采用注塑的方式用塑胶将相邻两金刚石串珠之间的钢丝绳包裹住的工艺完全相同,并不需要更改现有金刚石绳锯的工艺,无需增加成本。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,包括钢丝绳1以及串在钢丝绳上的若干个金刚石串珠2,每个金刚石串珠都包括套设在钢丝绳上的基体管20以及设置在基体管外周面的金刚石工作层21。
其中,基体管20包括位于中部的工作段201以及位于两端的固定段202,金刚石工作层21以烧结或者钎焊等方式固定在基体管20的工作段201的外周面上,固定段202为未设置金刚石工作层21的管体,该固定段202的周壁上具有多个镂空部203。
相邻两金刚石串珠2之间裸露的钢丝绳1上还包裹有塑胶体3,该塑胶体3 延伸至固定段202内,并且填充固定段202的镂空部203。
一方面,填充镂空部203的塑胶体3有阻止该基体管20的转动的作用,另一方面,金刚石串珠在工作时,会使镂空部203受力变形(钢丝绳的弹性变形和基体管的受力作用),因而大大增强了金刚石串珠2防转动的能力,从而保证了金刚石绳锯的使用寿命。此外,由于塑胶体3与现有采用注塑的方式用塑胶将相邻两金刚石串珠之间的钢丝绳包裹住的工艺完全相同,并不需要更改现有金刚石绳锯的工艺,无需增加成本。
虽然本实施例所提供的金刚石串珠2可以应用于所有直径的钢丝绳上,但其应用于小直径的钢丝绳上更具优势,尤其是应用在直径不超过4mm钢丝绳上,特别是应用在直径为0.5~2mm的钢丝绳上。
在本实施例中,固定段202的镂空部203的形状可以是圆形、多边形、椭圆等形状,其中镂空部203的形状优选为圆形或者边数超过四的正多边形,以使填充至镂空部203内的塑胶体3能够具有更好的防转动效果。
在本实施例中,每一固定段202上的镂空部203的数量不少于一个,并在相应的固定段202上呈径向分布,且一固定段202上的至少一镂空部203与另一固定段202上的至少一镂空部203在径向上呈错位设置。例如基体管左端固定段的一镂空部设置在基体管左端下方,基体管右端固定段的一镂空部设置在基体管右端上方,呈上下错位分别,以使填充至镂空部203内的塑胶体3能够具有更好的防转动效果。
在本实施例中,基体管20相对两端的固定段202上还具有多条压痕(图中未示出),以使基体管20能更稳固的固定在钢丝绳1上。
优选的,每一压痕与该基体管20轴向的夹角为0°~90°,更优选为45°。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本实用新型做出各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,包括钢丝绳以及串在钢丝绳上的多个金刚石串珠,每个金刚石串珠都包括套设在钢丝绳上的基体管以及设置在基体管外周面的金刚石工作层,其特征在于:所述基体管包括位于中部的工作段以及位于两端的固定段,所述金刚石工作层固定在基体管的工作段的外周面上,所述固定段的周壁上具有至少一个镂空部;相邻两金刚石串珠之间裸露的钢丝绳上还包裹有塑胶体,该塑胶体延伸至固定段内,并且填充固定段的镂空部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述钢丝绳的直径不超过4mm。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述钢丝绳的直径为0.5~2mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述镂空部的形状为圆形或者边数超过四的正多边形。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:每一固定段上的镂空部的数量都不少一个,并在相应的固定段上呈径向分布,且同一基体管上一固定段上的至少一镂空部与另一固定段上的至少一镂空部在径向上呈错位设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:每一基体管上的镂空部的数量为多个,该些镂空部在各自基体管上呈径向分布。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述基体管相对两端的固定段上都还具有多条压痕。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:每一压痕与该基体管轴向的夹角为0~90°。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:每一压痕与该基体管轴向 的夹角为45°。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述钢丝绳上包裹的塑胶体的厚度等于或小于基体管的壁厚。
