一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,包括:钢丝绳(1)以及串在钢丝绳(1)上的多个金刚石串珠(2),每个金刚石串珠(2)都包括套设在钢丝绳(1)上的基体管(20)以及设置在基体管(20)外周面的金刚石工作层(21),基体管(20)包括位于中部的工作段(201)以及位于两端的固定段(202),金刚石工作层(21)固定在工作段(201)的外周面上,固定段(202)的周壁上具有缺口部(203),缺口部(203)由固定段(202)的自由端面往轴向方向凹陷设置;相邻两金刚石串珠(2)之间裸露的钢丝绳(1)上还包裹有塑胶体(3),塑胶体(3)延伸至缺口部(203)中。塑胶体在基体管的固定段上形成阻挡结构,大大增强了金刚石串珠防转动的能力,保证了金刚石绳锯的使用寿命。

Description

一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯 技术领域
本实用新型涉及切割器材领域,具体是涉及一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯。
背景技术
金刚石串珠绳锯适用于对各类硬质材料进行切割加工,主要应用于石材采矿、荒料整形、板材切割和成型切割加工等领域,其在对材料切割中体现出的高材料利用率、高切割效率、可制作大型板材和仿形加工、环保等诸多优势,是其它类型刀具难以比拟的,这也使得近年来金刚石串珠绳锯无论在技术上还是在市场份额方面均取得了极大的进步。
在现有金刚石绳锯中,为防止金刚石串珠的串动和转动,目前的做法是采用注塑的方式用塑胶把相邻两金刚石串珠之间的钢丝绳包裹住,并且使一部分塑胶灌入至金刚石串珠的基体管内,以实现防止金刚石串珠轴向和径向上串动的目的。但该方法在应用于小直径金刚石绳锯时(尤其是当金刚石绳锯的钢丝绳直径为2-6mm,尤其是2-4mm时),由于受限于基体管的内径大小(钢丝绳与基体管之间的间隙仅有0.025mm),能够进入至基体管内的塑胶的量很少,因此在防止金刚石串珠的转动上效果较差,当使用一段时间后,易出现部分串珠与钢丝绳之间发生相对转动,两者之间发生的摩擦易造成钢丝绳磨损断裂,影响了绳锯的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,以解决现有金刚石绳锯的串珠易发生转动的问题。
具体方案如下:
一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,包括钢丝绳以及串在钢丝绳上的若干个金刚石串珠,每个金刚石串珠都包括套设在钢丝绳上的基体管以及设置在基体管外周面的金刚石工作层,所述基体管包括位于中部的工作段以及位于两端的固定段,所述金刚石工作层固定在基体管的工作面的外周面上,所述固定段的周壁上具有由其该固定段的自由端面往轴向方向凹陷设置的缺口部。
进一步的,所述钢丝绳的直径不超过3mm。
进一步的,所述缺口部为形成于固定段的斜切部。
进一步的,所述缺口部为形成于固定段自由端面上的齿状结构。
进一步的,所述缺口部为形成于固定段自由端面上的至少一凹口。
进一步的,所述基体管相对两端上的缺口部呈对称设置。
进一步的,所述基体管相对两端上的缺口部在轴向上呈互补设置。
进一步的,所述钢丝绳上包裹的塑胶体的厚度等于或小于基体管的壁厚。
本实用新型提供的金刚石绳锯与现有技术相比较具有以下优点:本实用新型提供的金刚石绳锯在基体管的相对两端上形成缺口部,并且注塑的塑胶体延伸至缺口部中,由于该塑胶体具有一定的厚度,因而塑胶体在基体管的固定段上形成阻止该基体管转动的阻挡结构,该阻挡结构大大增强了金刚石串珠防转动的能力,从而保证了金刚石绳锯的使用寿命。此外,由于塑胶体与现有采用注塑的方式用塑胶将相邻两金刚石串珠之间的钢丝绳包裹住的工艺完全相同,并不需要更改现有金刚石绳锯的工艺,无需增加成本。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,包括钢丝绳1以及串在钢丝绳上的若干个金刚石串珠2,每个金刚石串珠都包括套设在钢丝绳上的基体管20以及设置在基体管外周面的金刚石工作层21。
其中,基体管20包括位于中部的工作段201以及位于两端的固定段202,金刚石工作层21以烧结或者钎焊等方式固定在基体管20的工作段201的外周面上,固定段202为未设置金刚石工作层21的管体,该固定段202的周壁上具有由其该固定段202的端面往轴向方向凹陷设置的缺口部203。
相邻两金刚石串珠2之间裸露的钢丝绳1上还包裹有塑胶体3,该塑胶体3延伸至固定段202的缺口部203中,由于该塑胶体3具有一定的厚度,且该厚度通常等于或略小于基体管20的壁厚,因而塑胶体3在基体管20的固定段202上形成阻止该基体管20转动的阻挡结构,该阻挡结构大大增强了金刚石串珠2 防转动的能力,从而保证了金刚石绳锯的使用寿命。此外,由于塑胶体3与现有采用注塑的方式用塑胶将相邻两金刚石串珠之间的钢丝绳包裹住的工艺完全相同,并不需要更改现有金刚石绳锯的工艺,无需增加成本。
虽然本实施例所提供的金刚石串珠2可以应用于所有直径的钢丝绳上,但其应用于小直径的钢丝绳1上更具优势,尤其是应用在直径不超过3mm钢丝绳上。
在本实施例中,参考图1和图2,缺口部203为形成于固定段202的斜切部。
在本实施例中,参考图3,缺口部203为形成于固定段202自由端面上的齿状结构。
在本实施例中,参考图4,缺口部203为形成于固定段202自由端面上的至少一凹口。
在本实施例中,参考图1-图3,相对两端上的缺口部203呈对称设置,其中所述的对称可以是如图2和图3所示在轴向两侧上对称设置,也可以是如图4所示在径向两侧上对称设置。
在本实施例中,参考图5,相对两端上的缺口部203在轴向上呈互补设置。
在本实施例中,基体管20相对两端的固定段202上还具有多条压痕(图中未示出),每一压痕与该基体管20轴向的夹角为45°~90°,以使基体管20能稳固的固定在钢丝绳1上。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本实用新型,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本实用新型的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本实用新型做出各种变化,均为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种防止串珠转动的金刚石绳锯,包括钢丝绳以及串在钢丝绳上的多个金刚石串珠,每个金刚石串珠都包括套设在钢丝绳上的基体管以及设置在基体管外周面的金刚石工作层,其特征在于:所述基体管包括位于中部的工作段以及位于两端的固定段,所述金刚石工作层固定在基体管的工作段的外周面上,所述固定段的周壁上具有由其该固定段的自由端面往轴向方向凹陷设置的缺口部;相邻两金刚石串珠之间裸露的钢丝绳上还包裹有塑胶体,该塑胶体延伸至固定段的缺口部中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述钢丝绳的直径不超过3mm。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述缺口部为形成于固定段的斜切部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述缺口部为形成于固定段自由端面上的齿状结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述缺口部为形成于固定段自由端面上的至少一凹口。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述基体管相对两端上的缺口部呈对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述基体管相对两端上的缺口部在轴向上呈互补设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述钢丝绳上包裹的塑胶体的厚度等于或小于基体管的壁厚。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的金刚石绳锯,其特征在于:所述基体管两端的固定端 上均具有多条压痕,每一压痕与基体管轴向的夹角为45°~90°。
