Abstract

L'invention concerne un système d'opération à distance configuré pour permettre la résolution à distance d'une erreur générée dans un dispositif de travail par : la transmission d'informations d'une erreur générée dans l'un quelconque d'une pluralité de dispositifs de travail à l'un quelconque d'une pluralité de dispositifs de surveillance à distance ; et la transmission, à partir du dispositif de surveillance à distance ayant reçu les informations de l'erreur transmise, d'informations d'une opération destinée à résoudre l'erreur au dispositif de travail où l'erreur a été générée. Concernant toutes les erreurs générées dans la pluralité de dispositifs de travail pendant une période prédéterminée, un dispositif de gestion calcule un temps d'attente total entre la génération de chaque erreur et une première opération destinée à résoudre l'erreur, et un dispositif d'affichage affiche le temps d'attente total calculé par le dispositif de gestion.
