具体实施方式
下面,结合附图对本公开的实施例做详细说明。在本公开的说明中,所使用的“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等表示方位的用语是为了方便描述技术方案中的方向和位置,而不构成对实施方案的限制。
图1是本公开的真空料理机的总体透视图。图2是本公开的真空料理机的组成部分的分解示意图。
如图1、图2和图5所示,本公开提供一种真空料理机1,真空料理机1包括可以依次扣合的底座2、真空搅拌杯3和杯盖组件4,底座2内设置有真空抽气装置21。杯盖组件4包括杯盖主体41、主密封圈42、真空状态指示器43,第一真空抽气通道44、第二真空抽气通道33以及卸压装置45,真空状态指示器43包括可以形变的变形部432,使得真空状态指示器43在大气压力作用下会向真空搅拌杯3的内腔方向压缩形变。
如图2所示,在真空搅拌杯3的杯体外设置有手柄32,第二真空抽气通道33设置在手柄32内并沿纵向穿过手柄32。杯盖主体41还包括向外延伸的杯盖延伸部411,第一真空抽气通道44设置在杯盖主体41内并穿过杯盖主体41的至少一部分(杯盖延伸部411)。第一真空抽气通道44的两端分别为第一抽气口442和第二抽气口443。第一抽气口442位于杯盖延伸部411上,第二抽气口443通向真空搅拌杯3的内腔。当杯盖组件4与真空搅拌杯3扣合时,真空抽气通道44通过第一抽气口442与手柄32中的第二真空抽气通道33气密性地连接,并最终与底座2内的真空抽气装置21连接。
图3和图4分别是杯盖组件4的透视图和俯视图,在杯盖组件4扣合于真空搅拌杯3上时,杯盖组件4的主密封圈42与真空搅拌杯3的内侧壁气密接触,从而保证真空搅拌杯3的杯体内空气与外部空气隔断,便于通过真空抽气装置21抽尽杯体内的空气,以达到防止食物在搅拌加工过程中氧化的目的。
在杯盖主体41上设置有加料口46,杯盖组件4还包括加料杯47,加料杯47底朝上而杯口朝下可分离地倒扣在加料口46中,真空状态指示器43安装在加料杯47的底部。在处理食物过程中,如果中途要往真空搅拌杯3内添加食材,那 么可以仅通过移除加料杯47而打开加料口46,于是可以从加料口46投放食材,而不用取下整个杯盖组件4。
图5是沿图4中A-A方向截取的剖面图的局部放大图。如图5所示,杯盖主体41上设置有加料口46,加料杯47倒扣安装于加料口46;为了保证气密性,在加料杯47上还设置加料杯密封圈471,以便在加料杯47置于加料口46中时将外部空气与真空搅拌杯3内空气隔断,真空状态指示器43设置于加料杯47的底部。
如图5所示,加料杯47的底部包括竖向的滑移孔472,加料杯47的滑移孔472和真空状态指示器43之间为气密性密封,并且真空状态指示器43能够在滑移孔472内相对于加料杯47的底部朝向或远离真空搅拌杯3的内腔移动。
如上文所述,真空状态指示器43包括可以形变的变形部432,变形部432由软弹性材料例如硅胶制成,真空状态指示器43在大气压力作用下会向真空搅拌杯3的内腔方向压缩形变,搅拌杯3内气压越低,真空状态指示器43受到的大气压力越大,其向真空搅拌杯3的内腔方向压缩形变的程度就越大。
为了防止抽真空时真空状态指示器43在大气压力下向真空搅拌杯3的内腔方向过度压缩变形而损坏,真空状态指示器43还包括限位件431,限位件431为刚性并与变形部432(例如借助于粘合剂)的至少一部分(中央部分)结为一体,变形部432的周缘部分用固定件474固定在加料杯47的底部的下表面。变形部432在压缩变形时带动限位件431在滑移孔472内相对于加料杯47的底部移动。使用者通过观察真空状态指示器43(变形部432)的被压缩情况可以清楚地了解到当前抽真空过程是否完成。真空状态指示器43露出的外侧壁还具有刻度线(图中未示出),该刻度线表示真空状态指示器43相对于加料杯47的底部的相对位置,还表示真空搅拌杯3内压力大小,通过刻度线可以更具体观察到抽真空过程,提高使用者体验。
如图5所示,限位件431具有向外(沿图5中的左右方向)延伸的限位凸起4311,在滑移孔472的外缘(图中为上缘)设置有阻挡凹槽473,阻挡凹槽473的形状与限位凸起4311的形状互补。当限位件431向下移动到限位凸起4311与阻挡凹槽473接合的位置时,限位件431被滑移孔472阻挡无法再进一步移动,从而防止真空状态指示器43在大气压力下向真空搅拌杯3的内腔方向过度压缩变形而损坏。
当然,真空状态指示器43并不限于设置在加料杯47的底部,也可以设置在杯盖主体41上的其他位置。
在上文中,真空料理机1的处理对象为食物;本公开不限于此,需要进行搅拌加工并且需要防止氧化的任何物品都可以作为真空料理机1的处理对象。
图6是沿附图4中D-D方向截取的剖面图的局部放大图,展示卸压装置45的具体结构。如图6所示,杯盖组件4还包括盖板48,在盖板48和杯盖主体41之间形成用于容纳卸压装置45的容纳腔49。
卸压装置45包含第一卸压进气口455、第二卸压进气口451、密封件452、卸压杠杆453、卸压按钮454、密封件456、第一弹力件457以及第二弹力件458,第二卸压进气口451开设于杯盖主体41之上,第一卸压进气口455开设于盖板48之上。卸压杠杆453的支点铰接于杯盖主体41上,卸压杠杆453的两端分别连接卸压按钮454和密封件452,即卸压按钮454设置在卸压杠杆453的一端,密封件452安装于卸压杠杆453的另一端而与第二卸压进气口451密封接触。例如,第一弹力件457和第二弹力件458可以是压缩弹簧。
尽管图6中示出了在卸压杠杆453的两端各设置一个(共两个)弹力件,然而也可以仅在卸压杠杆453的任一端设置一个弹力件。
卸压装置45具有密封状态和卸压状态两种状态(图6所示为其密封状态),当卸压装置45处于密封状态时,密封件452在第一弹力件457通过杠杆作用施加的压力下与第二卸压进气口451紧密接触,使得空气不能从第二卸压进气口451处通过,便于抽真空,同时也避免在使用完后清洗杯盖组件4的过程中水分进入容纳腔49,同时密封件456在第二弹力件458的作用下与第一卸压进气口455密封接触,使得外部空气不能进入容纳腔49,在清洗时也可避免水分经由第一卸压进气口455进入容纳腔49。
当食物料理过程完成,需要打开杯盖组件4时,由于真空搅拌杯3内部的真空状态和杯体外大气压力之间压力差的存在,杯盖组件4是无法打开的,需要使外界空气流入真空搅拌杯3内部,达到内外大气压力平衡才能打开杯盖组件4,此时需要使卸压装置45处于卸压状态。按下卸压按钮454,卸压杠杆453将密封件452抬起,打开第二卸压进气口451,同时也将密封件456抬起,打开第一卸压进气口455,使得外界空气在大气压力作用下迅速通过第一卸压进气 口455进入容纳腔49,再通过第二卸压进气口451进入真空搅拌杯3内部,完成卸压过程。当卸压过程完成,松开卸压按钮454,在第一弹力件457和第二弹力件458的作用下,卸压装置45重新处于密封状态。
图7是杯盖组件4的仰视图。由图7可见,第一真空抽气通道44的第一抽气口442位于杯盖延伸部411上,第二抽气口443通向真空搅拌杯3的内腔。为了避免食物颗粒等异物通过第二抽气口443被吸入真空抽气装置21而损坏真空抽气装置21,在第二抽气口443处还设置有过滤器441。
如图2所示,在底座2内还设置有搅拌电机22,并且在真空搅拌杯3内设置有搅拌刀具31,搅拌电机22的输出轴能够与搅拌刀具31的旋转轴可分离地连接。真空搅拌杯3可分离地安装于底座2上,当真空搅拌杯3安装于底座2时,搅拌刀具31从搅拌电机22获取动力以加工食物或其他物品。
本公开的真空料理机能够直观地观察到真空是否已经抽好并能方便地进行卸压操作。需要理解的是,本公开的真空状态指示器的具体形式不限于实施例中的特定形式,只要能够随着抽真空的减压过程压缩变形或位置移动而呈现可视化或可感觉的指示,就应当属于与本公开的发明构思等同的方案。
以上结合实施例描述了本公开的主要特征,技术原理及优点,上述实施例并不用于限制本公开,凡在不脱离本公开精神和原则的前提下,对本公开作出的任何修改、等同替换及改进,均应落入本公开保护的范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种真空料理机,包括底座、真空搅拌杯和杯盖组件,所述底座内设置有真空抽气装置,所述杯盖组件包括杯盖主体、主密封圈、真空状态指示器、第一真空抽气通道、第二真空抽气通道以及卸压装置,其中所述真空状态指示器包括可以形变的变形部,使得所述真空状态指示器在大气压力作用下会向所述真空搅拌杯的内腔方向压缩形变。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中所述杯盖主体上开有加料口,所述杯盖组件还包括加料杯,所述加料杯可分离地倒扣于该加料口上,所述真空状态指示器安装在所述加料杯的底部。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的真空料理机,其中所述加料杯的所述底部包括滑移孔,所述加料杯的所述滑移孔和所述真空状态指示器之间为气密性密封,并且所述真空状态指示器能够在所述滑移孔内相对于所述加料杯的所述底部朝向或远离所述真空搅拌杯的内腔移动。
  4. 按照权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中所述卸压装置包含第一卸压进气口、第二卸压进气口、密封件、卸压杠杆以及卸压按钮,所述卸压杠杆的两端分别连接所述卸压按钮和所述密封件,所述卸压装置还包括使所述卸压杠杆自动复位的弹力件,该弹力件安装于所述卸压杠杆的至少一端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中在所述真空搅拌杯的杯体外设置有手柄,所述第二真空抽气通道设置在所述手柄内并沿纵向穿过所述手柄。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的真空料理机,其中所述第一真空抽气通道设置在所述杯盖主体内并穿过所述杯盖主体的至少一部分,其一端与所述真空搅拌杯的内腔相连,其另一端通过所述第二真空抽气通道与所述真空抽气装置相连。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中所述第一真空抽气通道内还设置有 防止异物被吸入所述真空抽气装置的过滤器。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中所述真空状态指示器上具有指示当前所述真空搅拌杯杯体内压力大小的刻度线。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的真空料理机,其中所述真空状态指示器还设置有限位件,所述限位件与所述变形部结为一体,防止抽真空时所述真空状态指示器在大气压力下向所述真空搅拌杯内腔方向过度压缩而损坏。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的真空料理机,其中所述限位件具有向外延伸的限位凸起,在所述滑移孔的外缘设置有阻挡凹槽,所述阻挡凹槽的形状与所述限位凸起的形状互补。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中所述杯盖组件还包括盖板,在所述盖板和所述杯盖主体之间形成用于容纳所述卸压装置的容纳腔。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中在所述底座内还设置有搅拌电机,并且在所述真空搅拌杯内设置有搅拌刀具,所述搅拌电机的输出轴能够与所述搅拌刀具的旋转轴可分离地连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的真空料理机,其中所述变形部由硅胶材料制成。
