Abstract

Description
本发明涉及儿童用品技术领域,具体涉及一种提篮儿童安全座椅。
儿童安全座椅因能够提供儿童乘车时的安全保障而被广泛地使用,在车辆发生正面碰撞时,位于车辆中的儿童由于惯性向前冲,通过儿童安全座椅上的安全装置可限制这种向前运动,如果没有儿童安全座椅对儿童的保护,会对儿童造成一定的伤害。提篮式的儿童安全座椅一般都是供较小的婴幼儿使用,提篮式的儿童安全座椅一般都包括底座和提篮,提篮可拆卸地设置在底座上,现有技术中提篮拆装不便,拆装时需要较大的空间,从而不方便儿童安全座椅的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种改进的提篮儿童安全座椅。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种提篮儿童安全座椅,包括底座和可拆卸地设置在所述底座上的提篮,所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括位于所述底座的外侧并分别与所述底座的左右两侧相转动连接的防护块和用于将所述防护块的位置锁定的第一锁定机构,当所述第一锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述防护块撑立在所述提篮的外侧,当所述第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述防护块能够相对所述底座向下和/或向所述提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动使所述防护块远离所述提篮。

下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。
如图1~图36所示,本发明的提篮儿童安全座椅包括底座1、可拆卸地设置在底座1上的提篮2和防护块3。
提篮2包括用于支撑婴幼儿的臀部的座位部21、用于支撑婴幼儿的靠背的靠背部22和侧挡部23,座位部21从前向后向下倾斜延伸,靠背部22自座位部21的后部向后并向上倾斜延伸,座位部21与靠背部22一体设置,侧挡部23沿前后方向延伸,侧挡部23的前部固定设置在座位部21的前部,后部固定设置在靠背部22上。
防护块3位于底座1的外侧,防护块3通过转轴8转动地设置在底座1上,转轴8可沿左右方向延伸,或者沿上下方向延伸,或者沿前后方向延伸。
当转轴8沿左右方向延伸时,防护块3可相对底座1上下转动,如图1~图5、图7~图10、图12、图14、图17、图20、图22、图24、图26和图28所示。此时防护块3包括位于左右两侧的侧护栏31和连接在左右两侧的侧护栏31之间的横护栏32,防护块3为一整体结构,其整体呈开口朝前的U型结构,左右两侧的侧护栏31的前端部均通过沿左右方向延伸的转轴8与底座1转动连接。
当转轴8沿上下方向延伸时,防护块3可相对底座1左右转动,如图29、图31和图33所示。此时防护块3包括分别位于左右两侧的侧护栏31,左右两 侧的侧护栏31各自独立设置,左右两侧的侧护栏31的前端部均通过沿上下方向延伸的转轴8与底座1转动连接。
当转轴8沿前后方向延伸时,防护块3可相对底座1左右转动,同时上下转动,如图34~图36所示。此时防护块3包括分别位于左右两侧的侧护栏31,左右两侧的侧护栏31各自独立设置,左右两侧的侧护栏31的中部均通过沿前后方向延伸的转轴8与底座1转动连接。
该提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于将防护块3的位置锁定的第一锁定机构和当提篮2安装在底座1上后用于将提篮2和底座1的相对位置锁定的第二锁定机构,第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构均具有锁定和解锁状态。
当第一锁定机构处于锁定状态时,防护块3相对底座1的位置固定,防护块3撑立在提篮2的外侧,本实施例中,同侧的侧护栏31和侧挡部23大致相对应设置,从侧面观察时,侧护栏31和侧挡部23至少部分重合,防护块3位于侧挡部23的外侧,这样,在汽车发生侧面撞击时,可增加该提篮2承受侧面冲击载荷的能力,可有效地减轻侧面碰撞时所产生的冲击载荷对婴幼儿的伤害,从而对躺卧在提篮2内的婴幼儿形成安全防护,如图1和图3所示。
当第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,当转轴8沿左右方向延伸时,防护块3可相对底座1向下转动到位于底座1的下部并位于底座1的外侧,或者当转轴8沿上下方向延伸时,防护块3可相对底座1向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动,或者当转轴8沿前后方向延伸时,防护块3可相对底座1向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧并向下转动,这样,可使防护块3远离提篮2,从而便于操作,将提篮2从底座1上拆卸。当在底座1上安装提篮2时,第一锁定机构同样处于解锁状态,防护块3同样相对底座1向下转动到位于底座1的下部并位于底座1的外侧,或者向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动,或者向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动的同时向下转动,这样可使底座1上安装提篮2的部位基本裸露出来,从而方便操作,将提篮2安装到底座1上。无论安装或拆卸提篮2,防护块3所占用的空间尺寸大部分与底座1相重叠,从而使得防护块3单独占用的空间尺寸较小,即仅需预留较小的空间即可实现防护块3的上下翻转或左右开合,这方便了该提篮儿童安全座椅的使用,如图9所示。
优选防护块3的侧护栏31的结构形式与侧挡部23相匹配,这样,当防护块3撑立在于侧挡部23的外侧时,可完全对侧挡部23进行遮挡,使得汽车发 生碰撞所产生的侧面冲击载荷均通过防护块3传递到侧挡部23上,可有效减轻提篮2承受的侧面冲击载荷,而且还可使该提篮儿童安全座椅外形整体美观整洁,如图3所示。
优选防护块3的侧护栏31的上部的结构形式与底座1的侧部的上部的结构形式相匹配,这也可使该提篮儿童安全座椅外形整体美观整洁,具体的,防护块3的侧护栏31的上部和底座1的侧部的上部均呈弧形结构,该弧形区域的设置同时还可形成对提篮2上的拎手的避让空间,如图1和图2所示。
用于将防护块3的位置锁定的第一锁定机构和用于将提篮2的位置锁定的第二锁定机构及使第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构解锁的方式有多种,以下给出几种具体的实施例。
实施例1
第一锁定机构设置在防护块3和底座1之间以将二者的相对位置锁定。具体的,如图10~图13所示,第一锁定机构包括能够滑动地设置在防护块3和底座1两个部件中的一个部件上的第一锁销41和设置在防护块3和底座1两个部件中的另一个部件上的锁槽11,锁槽11与第一锁销41相匹配。当第一锁定机构处于锁定状态时,第一锁销41插设在锁槽11中,如图10和图11所示;当第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,第一锁销41从锁槽11中脱出,如图12和图13所示。本实施例中,第一锁销41能够沿前后方向滑动地设置在防护块3上,锁槽11设置在底座1的后部。
该提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于驱使第一锁定机构解锁的第一解锁机构。具体的,如图10~图13所示,第一解锁机构包括能够滑动地设置在底座1或防护块3上的第一解锁件5,第一解锁件5与第一锁销41连接或相配合。当操作第一解锁件5使其相对底座1或防护块3滑动时,可驱使第一锁销41相对底座1或防护块3滑动,从而从锁槽11中脱出,第一锁定机构即解锁。本实施例中,第一解锁件5能够沿前后方向滑动地设置在防护块3上,第一解锁件5与第一锁销41相固定连接或一体设置。
第一锁定机构还包括用于驱使第一锁定机构从解锁状态向锁定状态复位的第一弹性件42,本实施例中,第一弹性件42采用弹簧,弹簧的两端部分别抵设在第一解锁件5即第一锁销41和防护块3上。
当第一锁定机构处于锁定状态时,同样可将提篮安装在底座1上,或者将 提篮2从底座1上拆卸。当通过第一解锁机构使第一锁定机构解锁,防护块3相对底座1向下转动到位于底座1的下部,或者防护块3相对底座1向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动后,此时更方便安装或拆卸提篮2。
当然,第一锁定机构也可设置在防护块3和提篮2之间以将二者的相对位置锁定,此时第一锁定机构具体设置在防护块3的横护栏32和提篮2的靠背部22之间。在该状态下,当第一锁定机构处于锁定状态时,不能将提篮2安装到底座1上,或者使提篮2从底座1上拆卸,只能当第一锁定机构解锁、防护块3相对底座1向下转动到位于底座1的下部,或者防护块3相对底座1向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动后,才可安装或拆卸提篮2。
该提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于驱使第二锁定机构解锁的第二解锁机构。当第二锁定机构处于锁定状态时,提篮2即固定在底座1上,当操作第二解锁机构使第二锁定机构解锁后,可将提篮2从底座1上拆卸。
具体的,如图14~图19所示,第二锁定机构包括固定设置在提篮2上的第二锁销61和能够转动地设置在底座1上锁钩62,锁钩62具有与第二锁销61相匹配的钩槽。当第二锁定机构处于锁定状态时,第二锁销61卡设在锁钩62的钩槽内,如图14和图16所示;当第二锁定机构处于解锁状态时,第二锁销61从锁钩62的钩槽内脱出,如图17和图19所示。
如图14~图19所示,第二解锁机构包括能够滑动地设置在底座1上的第二解锁件71和第一连接件72,第一连接件72的一端部与第二解锁件71连接,第一连接件72的另一端部与锁钩62连接。在第二锁定机构处于锁定状态下,当操作第二解锁件71使其相对底座1滑动时,通过第一连接件72拉动锁钩62相对底座1转动,从而使得第二锁销61从锁钩62的钩槽内脱出,第二锁定机构即解锁。本实施例中,第一连接件72采用第一柔性连接件,如第一连接件72采用牵引索,牵引索的两端部分别固定设置在第二解锁件71和锁钩62上。
第二锁定机构还包括用于驱使第二锁定机构从解锁状态向锁定状态复位的第二弹性件63,本实施例中,第二弹性件63采用拉簧,拉簧的两端部分别设置在锁钩62和底座1上。
本实施例中,第二锁定机构分别设置在提篮2的靠背部22的左右两侧以及座位部21与底座1之间,每个第二锁定机构的锁钩62均通过牵引索与同一个第二解锁件71连接。
该提篮儿童安全座椅的使用方法如下:
当需要使用该提篮儿童安全座椅时,首先将连接有防护块3的底座1固定到汽车座椅上;拉动第一解锁件5使其相对防护块3滑动,从而带动第一锁销41向脱出第一锁槽11的方向滑动,直至使第一锁定机构解锁;使防护块3绕转轴8转动到位于底座1的下部或底座1的左右两侧;将提篮2放置在底座1上,在提篮2向下放置到提篮2的底部与锁钩62相抵触时,在提篮2自身重力作用下使得锁钩62相对底座1转动一定角度,使得提篮2可继续向下以便与底座1安装,当提篮2放置到位时,第二弹性件63的弹性力的作用驱使锁钩62反向转动,从而使得第二锁销61进入到锁钩62的钩槽内,第二锁定机构即处于锁定状态;使防护块3绕转轴8向上或向该提篮儿童安全座椅的内侧转动到设定位置后,即可通过第一锁定机构再次将防护块3和底座1的位置锁定。如此,便将该提篮儿童安全座椅安装于汽车座椅上。
当需要将该提篮儿童安全座椅从汽车座椅上拆卸时,首先操作第一解锁件5使第一锁定机构解锁,第一锁定机构解锁后,使防护块3绕转轴8转动到位于底座1的下部或左右两侧;然后操作第二解锁件71使其相对底座1滑动,通过牵引索拉动锁钩62相对底座1转动,使得第二锁销61从锁钩62的钩槽内脱出,第二锁定机构即解锁,此时即可将提篮2从底座1上拆卸,提篮2拆卸后,可将底座1从汽车座椅上拆卸。
当然,在一些特定情况下,例如该提篮儿童安全座椅左右两侧相应空间或下部空间被占,导致防护块3不便转动的情况下需要拆卸提篮2时,也可使第一锁定机构始终保持锁定状态,只操作第二解锁机构使第二锁定机构解锁后,也可将提篮2从底座1上拆卸。
实施例2
如图20~图23所示,该实施例中,第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构的解锁操作可联动实现,无需单独设置第二解锁机构,只操作第一解锁机构即可使第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构同时解锁。
具体的,该提篮儿童安全座椅还包括设置在第一解锁件5和锁钩62之间的联动结构,联动结构包括能够沿上下方向滑动地设置在底座1上的滑块91和第三弹性件93。滑块91与第一锁销41之间通过斜面相配合,滑块91与锁钩62之间通过第二柔性连接件92连接。第三弹性件93采用弹簧,弹簧的两端部分 别设置在滑块91和底座1上。
该实施例中,第一锁销41能够沿前后方向滑动地设置在防护块3上,锁槽11设置在底座1上。
在第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构均处于锁定状态下,当操作第一解锁件5使其相对防护块3滑动时,可拉动第一锁销41相对防护块3滑动并从锁槽11中脱出,第一锁定机构即解锁;在第一锁销41相对防护块3滑动一距离后,滑块91即在第三弹性件93的弹性力的作用下相对底座1向上滑动,通过第二柔性连接件92拉动锁钩62相对底座1转动,从而使得第二锁销61从锁钩62的钩槽内脱出,第二锁定机构即解锁,如图20~图23所示。
当松开第一解锁件5时,在第一弹性件42的弹性力的作用下驱使第一锁销41相对防护块3反向滑动复位,通过滑块91与第一锁销41之间的斜面配合,驱使滑块91相对底座1向下滑动,第二柔性连接件92被放松,锁钩62即在第二弹性件63的弹性力的作用下反向转动复位,从而使第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构均再次锁定。
实施例3
如图24~图27所示,该实施例中,第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构的解锁操作也可联动实现,无需单独设置第一解锁机构,即只操作第二解锁机构即可使第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构同时解锁。
该实施例中,第一锁销41能够滑动地设置在底座1上,锁槽321设置在防护块3上。
该提篮儿童安全座椅还包括两端部分别与第一锁销41和第二解锁件71固定连接的第三柔性连接件10。该实施例中,第一弹性件42设置在第一锁销41和底座1之间。
在第一锁定机构和第二锁定机构均处于锁定状态下,当操作第二解锁件71使其相对底座1向远离底座1的方向滑动时,通过第一连接件72拉动锁钩62相对底座1转动,从而使得第二锁销61从锁钩62的钩槽内脱出,第二锁定机构即解锁。同时,通过第三柔性连接件10拉动第一锁销41使其相对底座1滑动,并从锁槽321中脱出,第一锁定机构即解锁,如图24~图27所示。
实施例4
如图28~图33所示,该实施例中,当第一锁定机构解锁,防护块3向远离 底座1的方向相对底座1转动时,可使第二锁定机构解锁,这样,也无需单独设置第二解锁机构。
具体的,该提篮儿童安全座椅还包括第二连接件110,第二连接件110的一端部固定连接在侧护栏31上,第二连接件110的另一端部固定连接在锁钩62上。如图28和图33所示。本实施例中,第二连接件110采用第四柔性连接件。
该实施例中,第一锁定机构和第一解锁机构的具体结构可同实施例1,第一锁销41和第一解锁件5相固定连接或一体设置,均能够沿前后方向滑动地设置在防护块3上,锁槽11设置在底座1的后部。
当操作第一解锁件5使第一锁定机构解锁后,防护块3可相对底座1向下和/或向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动从而远离底座1,在防护块3转动过程中,拉动第四柔性连接件,通过第四柔性连接件拉动锁钩62相对底座1转动,从而使得第二锁销61从锁钩62的钩槽内脱出,第二锁定机构即解锁。
实施例5
该实施例中,当第一锁定机构解锁,防护块3向远离底座1的方向相对底座1转动时,可使第二锁定机构解锁,这样,也无需单独设置第二解锁机构,其具体设置方式同实施例4。
该实施例与实施例4的区别在于第一解锁机构的结构略有不同,该实施例中,第一锁销41和第一解锁件5之间不是直接连接,二者之间通过第五柔性连接件(图中未示出)连接,如图34~图36所示。
当操作第一解锁件5时,通过第五柔性连接件使第一锁销41滑动,从而使第一锁定机构解锁后,防护块3可相对底座1向下和/或向该提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动从而远离底座1,在防护块3转动过程中,拉动第四柔性连接件,通过第四柔性连接件拉动锁钩62相对底座1转动,从而使得第二锁销61从锁钩62的钩槽内脱出,第二锁定机构即解锁。
上述关于方向的定义均是按照婴幼儿躺卧在提篮内为参考,婴幼儿面部朝向的方向为前。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (14)
- 一种提篮儿童安全座椅,包括底座和可拆卸地设置在所述底座上的提篮,其特征在于:所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括位于所述底座的外侧并分别与所述底座的左右两侧相转动连接的防护块和用于将所述防护块的位置锁定的第一锁定机构,当所述第一锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述防护块撑立在所述提篮的外侧,当所述第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述防护块能够相对所述底座向下和/或向所述提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动使所述防护块远离所述提篮。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述第一锁定机构包括能够滑动地设置在所述底座和所述防护块两个部件中的一个部件上的第一锁销和设置在所述底座和所述防护块两个部件中的另一个部件上的锁槽,所述锁槽与所述第一锁销相匹配,当所述第一锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述第一锁销插设在所述锁槽中,当所述第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述第一锁销从所述锁槽中脱出,所述第一锁定机构还包括用于驱使所述第一锁定机构从解锁状态向锁定状态复位的第一弹性件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于驱使所述第一锁定机构解锁的第一解锁机构,所述第一解锁机构包括能够滑动地设置在所述底座或所述防护块上的第一解锁件,所述第一解锁件与所述第一锁销连接或相配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于将所述提篮与所述底座的相对位置锁定的第二锁定机构,所述第二锁定机构包括固定设置在所述提篮上的第二锁销和能够转动地设置在所述底座上的锁钩,所述锁钩具有与所述第二锁销相匹配的钩槽,当所述第二锁定机构处于锁定状态时,所述第二锁销卡设在所述锁钩的钩槽内,当所述第二锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述第二锁销从所述锁钩的钩槽内脱出,所述第二锁定机构还包括用于驱使所述第二锁定机构从解锁状态向锁定状态复位的第二弹性件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于驱使所述第二锁定机构解锁的第二解锁机构,所述第二解锁机构包括能够滑动地设置在所述底座上的第二解锁件,所述第二解锁件与所述锁钩通过第一连接件连接,所述第一连接件为第一柔性连接件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述提篮儿童 安全座椅还包括第一解锁机构和用于将所述提篮与所述底座的相对位置锁定的第二锁定机构,所述第一解锁机构分别与所述第一锁定机构和所述第二锁定机构连接或配合,当操作所述第一解锁机构时,驱使所述第一锁定机构和所述第二锁定机构同时解锁。
- 根据权利要求6所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述第一锁定机构包括能够滑动地设置在所述防护块上的第一锁销和设置在所述底座上并能够与所述第一锁销配合或脱开配合的锁槽,所述第二锁定机构包括固定设置在所述提篮上的第二锁销和能够转动地设置在所述底座上并与所述第二锁销配合或脱开配合的锁钩,所述第一解锁机构包括能够滑动地设置在所述底座或所述防护块上的第一解锁件,所述第一解锁件与所述第一锁销连接或相配合,所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括能够滑动地设置在所述底座上的滑块、第二柔性连接件和第三弹性件,所述滑块与所述第一锁销通过斜面相配合,所述第二柔性连接件的两端部分别固定连接在所述滑块和所述锁钩上,所述第三弹性件的两端部分别设置在所述滑块和所述底座上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于将所述提篮与所述底座的相对位置锁定的第二锁定机构和第二解锁机构,所述第二解锁机构分别与所述第一锁定机构和所述第二锁定机构连接,当操作所述第二解锁机构时,驱使所述第一锁定机构和所述第二锁定机构同时解锁。
- 根据权利要求8所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述第一锁定机构包括能够滑动地设置在所述底座上的第一锁销和设置在所述防护块上并能够与所述第一锁销配合或脱开配合的锁槽,所述第二锁定机构包括固定设置在所述提篮上的第二锁销和能够转动地设置在所述底座上并与所述第二锁销配合或脱开配合的锁钩,所述第二解锁机构包括能够滑动地设置在所述底座上的第二解锁件,所述第二解锁件与所述锁钩通过第一连接件连接,所述第二解锁件与所述第一锁销通过第三柔性连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于将所述提篮与所述底座的相对位置锁定的第二锁定机构,当所述第一锁定机构解锁所述防护块向远离所述底座的方向相对所述底座转动时驱使所述第二锁定机构解锁,所述提篮儿童安全座椅还包括用于连接所 述防护块和所述第二锁定机构的第二连接件。
- 根据权利要求10所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述第二锁定机构包括固定设置在所述提篮上的第二锁销和能够转动地设置在所述底座上并与所述第二锁销配合或脱开配合的锁钩,所述第二连接件为第四柔性连接件,所述第四柔性连接件的两端部分别连接在所述防护块和所述锁钩上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述防护块与所述底座通过转轴相转动连接,所述转轴位于所述防护块的前端部,所述转轴沿左右方向延伸,当所述第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述防护块能够绕所述转轴相对所述底座向下转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述防护块与所述底座通过转轴相转动连接,所述转轴位于所述防护块的前端部,所述转轴沿上下方向延伸,当所述第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述防护块能够绕所述转轴相对所述底座向所述提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的提篮儿童安全座椅,其特征在于:所述防护块与所述底座通过转轴相转动连接,所述转轴位于所述防护块的中部,所述转轴沿前后方向延伸,当所述第一锁定机构处于解锁状态时,所述防护块能够绕所述转轴相对所述底座向所述提篮儿童安全座椅的外侧并向下转动。
