Description
本实用新型涉及纺织机领域,尤其涉及一种纺织机织丝扩张装置。
纺织机,又叫纺机、织机、棉纺机等,古代的纺织机是依靠人力带动的织布机。纺织机就是把线、丝、麻等原材料加工成丝线后织成布料的工具全称。像纺坠、纺车、锭子、踏板织布机,还有现代机械织布机、现代数控自动织布机等。纺坠是中国历史上最早用于纺纱的工具,它的出现至少可追溯到新时石器时代。古今纺织工艺流程和设备的发展都是因应纺织原料而设计的,因此,原料在纺织技术中具有重要的地位。古代世界各国用于纺织的纤维均为天然纤维,一般是(毛、麻、棉)三种短纤维。
现有的纺织机织丝扩张装置在使用过程中很容易出现织丝缠绕的现象,导致织丝打结甚至会断裂,严重影响纺织机的工作效率,不利于生产加工。
为解决上述问题,本申请中提出一种纺织机织丝扩张装置。

优选的,两个所述支架下方之间固定连接有辅助定位板,辅助定位板内设有多个竖直方向的定位孔,定位孔表面四周固定连接有橡胶垫,并且每一根织丝穿过一个定位孔。
优选的,所述定位孔背面一侧设有开口,开口一侧固定连接有水平方向的连接座,连接座内部设有连接槽,连接槽内底部固定连接有弹簧二,弹簧二与连接槽侧壁无接触。
优选的,所述弹簧二另一端固定连接有连接柱,连接柱与连接槽侧壁接触式相连,且连接柱另一端与开口另一侧表面接触式相连。
优选的,两个所述支架底部之间固定连接有固定块,固定块另一侧内部设有固定槽,固定槽内滑动安装有固定板。
优选的,所述固定板的数量为两个,两个固定板在远离固定块一侧通过固定销固定连接有轴套二,轴套另一侧转动连接有轴杆,轴杆中间内部固定连接有固定辊。
本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、通过电动推杆伸缩运动以及弹簧一的弹性运动,从而实现滑杆在滑槽内 位置的调节,进而实现活动辊位置的调节,完成纺织机织丝的扩张,结构简单,操作起来方便。
2、并且在织丝扩张的过程中,固定辊和活动辊之间设置有辅助定位板,辅助定位板内设有定位孔,只需将织丝放入到定位孔内进行分开,完全能够避免在织丝过程中出现织丝缠绕的现象,并且活动辊表面同时设有辊槽,能够有效避免织丝缠绕在一起,避免织丝扩张出现织丝打结断裂现象,大大提高了纺织机的工作效率,有利于生产加工。

如图3所示,实施例二与实施例一的区别在于,两个所述支架2下方之间固定连接有辅助定位板12,辅助定位板12内设有多个竖直方向的定位孔13,定位孔13表面四周固定连接有橡胶垫14,并且每一根织丝24穿过一个定位孔13,所述定位孔13背面一侧设有开口,开口一侧固定连接有水平方向的连接座15,连接座15内部设有连接槽17,连接槽17内底部固定连接有弹簧二18,弹簧二18与连接槽17侧壁无接触,所述弹簧二18另一端固定连接有连接柱16,连接柱16与连接槽17侧壁接触式相连,且连接柱16另一端与开口另一侧表面接触式相连,通过拨动连接柱16,使织丝24能够进入到定位孔13内,使织丝24在扩张过程中能够进行很好的分开,防止织丝24出现缠绕打结的现象。
本实用新型通过电动推杆3伸缩运动以及弹簧一5的弹性运动,从而实现滑杆7在滑槽6内位置的调节,进而实现活动辊10位置的调节,完成纺织机织丝24的扩张,结构简单,操作起来方便,并且在织丝24扩张的过程中,固定辊23和活动辊10之间设置有辅助定位板12,辅助定位板12内设有定位孔13,只需将织丝24放入到定位孔13内进行分开,完全能够避免在织丝过程中出现织丝24缠绕的现象,并且活动辊10表面同时设有辊槽11,能够有效避免织丝24缠绕在一起,避免织丝扩张出现织丝24打结断裂现象,大大提高了纺织机的工作效率,有利于生产加工。

- 一种纺织机织丝扩张装置,包括顶板(1),顶板(1)下表面左右两侧分别固定连接有支架(2),支架(2)的数量为两个,两个支架(2)朝内一侧中部固定连接有底座,底座上表面固定连接有伸缩箱(4),伸缩箱(4)朝内一侧内部设有滑槽(6),滑槽(6)表面固定连接有滑垫(19),滑垫(19)内滑动连接有水平方向的滑杆(7),滑杆(7)外侧一端固定连接有电动推杆(3),并与电动推杆(3)侧面固定相连,其特征在于,所述电动推杆(3)下端固定连接有弹簧一(5),弹簧一(5)下端与伸缩箱(4)内底部箱体固定相连,电动推杆(3)上端穿过伸缩箱(4)上方并与顶板(1)下表面固定相连,所述滑杆(7)在远离电动推杆(3)一端固定连接有固定座(8),固定座(8)另一侧表面固定连接有轴套一(9),轴套一(9)的数量为两个,两个轴套一(9)之间转动安装有活动辊(10),活动辊(10)表面设有多个辊槽(11),辊槽(11)内固定连接有织丝(24),织丝(24)另一端固定连接有固定辊(23),固定辊(23)的数量为多个,每一个固定辊(23)上的织丝(24)对应一个辊槽(11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机织丝扩张装置,其特征在于,两个所述支架(2)下方之间固定连接有辅助定位板(12),辅助定位板(12)内设有多个竖直方向的定位孔(13),定位孔(13)表面四周固定连接有橡胶垫(14),并且每一根织丝(24)穿过一个定位孔(13)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种纺织机织丝扩张装置,其特征在于,所述定位孔(13)背面一侧设有开口,开口一侧固定连接有水平方向的连接座(15),连接座(15)内部设有连接槽(17),连接槽(17)内底部固定连接有弹簧二(18),弹簧二(18)与连接槽(17)侧壁无接触。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织机织丝扩张装置,其特征在于,所述弹 簧二(18)另一端固定连接有连接柱(16),连接柱(16)与连接槽(17)侧壁接触式相连,且连接柱(16)另一端与开口另一侧表面接触式相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织机织丝扩张装置,其特征在于,两个所述支架(2)底部之间固定连接有固定块(20),固定块(20)另一侧内部设有固定槽(25),固定槽(25)内滑动安装有固定板(26)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种纺织机织丝扩张装置,其特征在于,所述固定板(26)的数量为两个,两个固定板(26)在远离固定块(20)一侧通过固定销(27)固定连接有轴套二(21),轴套另一侧转动连接有轴杆(22),轴杆(22)中间内部固定连接有固定辊(23)。
