본 발명은 미술시장의 핵심 구성원인 작가, 갤러리, 컬렉터를 포함한 복수의 사용자들이 이용 가능한 소셜 커머스 미술 플랫폼을 제공하는 방법 및 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품에 관한 것이다.
미술작품의 유통 구조는 공급역할인 미술작품 창작자(작가 또는 작가 집단), 유통역할인 갤러리 및 옥션, 소비 역할인 컬렉터로 구성 된다.
미술시장은 갤러리가 발굴한 작가의 작품전시를 통해 컬렉터들에게 작품을 팔고 작품 판매 대금을 작가와 분배하는 1차시장과, 컬렉터의 소장품이나 유명작가의 작품을 경매를 통해 판매하는 2차 시장으로 구분된다. 따라서 생산과 구매를 연결하는 판매자로서 갤러리나 옥션의 역할이 매우 중요하며, 아무리 실력있는 작가라도 갤러리와 연결되지 못하면 유명작가로 성장하기는 불가능한 폐쇄적인 시장이라 할 수 있다. 현재의 시장구조 하에서는 작가들은 자신을 직접 홍보할 방법이 거의 없고, 갤러리들은 숨어있는 작가를 발굴하기 어려우며, 전시를 홍보하고 고객을 유치하기도 쉽지 않다, 컬렉터나 애호가들 역시 작가와 소통할 기회가 거의 없고 전시장에서도 작품 설명을 듣기 힘들어 미술은 소수의 특별한 사람들만 누리는 것으로 인식되어 미술시장이 활성화되지 못한 상황이다.
따라서 미술 시장 활성화를 위해 모든 작가들이 스스로 자신의 작품을 홍보하고 판매할 수 있고, 갤러리들이 좋은 작가들을 쉽게 발굴하고 전시를 홍보하고 작품을 판매할 수 있으며, 유저들 누구나 재미있고 편리하게 작품을 즐기고 소통할 수 있는 유통 체계 구축이 가능한 선진기술의 제공이 요구된다.
전술한 배경기술은 발명자가 본 발명의 도출을 위해 보유하고 있었거나, 본 발명의 도출 과정에서 습득한 기술 정보로서, 반드시 본 발명의 출원 전에 일반 공중에게 공개된 공지기술이라 할 수는 없다.
본 발명의 실시예들은 작가, 갤러리, 컬렉터 간의 SNS를 활성화 하고, 객관적인 데이터를 통해 선정된 유망작가를 온라인 상에서 매니지먼트하며 작품을 판매하는 방법 및 그 장치를 제공한다.

서버(130)는 작품 컬렉터 단말(110) 및 작품 제공자 단말(120)과, 네트워크를 통해 통신하여 명령, 코드, 파일, 컨텐츠, 서비스 등을 제공하는 컴퓨터 장치 또는 복수의 컴퓨터 장치들로 구현될 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 본 개시의 다양한 실시예들에 따른 방법은　컴퓨터　프로그램　제품(computer program product)에 포함되어 제공될 수 있다.　컴퓨터　프로그램　제품은 상품으로서 판매자 및 구매자 간에 거래될 수 있다.　컴퓨터　프로그램　제품은 기기로 읽을 수 있는 저장 매체(예: compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM))의 형태로 배포되거나, 또는 어플리케이션 스토어(예: 플레이 스토어TM)를 통해 또는 두 개의 사용자 장치들 간에 직접, 온라인으로 배포(예: 다운로드 또는 업로드)될 수 있다. 온라인 배포의 경우에,　컴퓨터　프로그램　제품의 적어도 일부는 제조사의 서버, 어플리케이션 스토어의 서버, 또는 중계 서버의 메모리와 같은 기기로 읽을 수 있는 저장 매체에 적어도 일시 저장되거나, 임시적으로 생성될 수 있다.
또한, 본 명세서에서, “부”는 프로세서 또는 회로와 같은 하드웨어 구성(hardware component), 및/또는 프로세서와 같은 하드웨어 구성에 의해 실행되는 소프트웨어 구성(software component)일 수 있다.
본 실시예의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 소셜 커머스 미술 플랫폼을 제공하는 방법에 있어서,
    복수의 작품 제공자들로부터 복수의 작품 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    제1 작품 컬렉터로부터, 복수의 작품 정보 중 일부의 작품 정보를 선택하는 입력을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 선택된 작품 정보에 기초하여 컬렉터 북(collector book)을 생성하고, 상기 컬렉터 북을 소셜 커머스 미술 플랫폼을 통해 제공하는 단계;
    를 포함하는, 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 방법은,
    제2 작품 컬렉터들로부터 상기 컬렉터 북에 대한 피드백 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 피드백 정보에 기초하여, 상기 컬렉터 북, 상기 제1 작품 컬렉터 및 상기 선택된 작품 정보에 대응하는 작품 제공자들 중 적어도 하나에 대한 랭킹을 제공하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는, 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 방법은,
    상기 선택된 작품 정보에 기초하여 상기 제1 작품 컬렉터에게 맞춤형 추천 정보를 제공하고, 상기 피드백 정보에 기초하여 상기 제2 작품 컬렉터들에게 맞춤형 추천 정보를 제공하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는, 방법.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 피드백 정보를 수신하는 단계는,
    상기 제2 작품 컬렉터들로부터, 상기 컬렉터 북에 포함된 적어도 일부의 작품에 대한 구입 요청 또는 대여 요청을 수신하는 단계;
    를 포함하는, 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    상기 방법은,
    상기 적어도 일부의 작품에 대한 구입/대여가 성사되는 경우, 상기 컬렉터 북을 생성한 상기 제1 작품 컬렉터 및 상기 적어도 일부의 작품에 대한 작품 제공자들에게 리워드를 제공하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하는, 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 방법은,
    상기 컬렉터 북에 포함된 상기 선택된 작품 정보에 기초하여 가상 전시 프로그램을 생성하는 단계; 및
    상기 가상 전시 프로그램이 외부 디바이스에서 실행되도록, 상기 외부 디바이스로 상기 가상 전시 프로그램을 전송하는 단계;
    를 포함하는, 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    상기 방법은,
    제2 작품 컬렉터로부터, 상기 가상 전시 프로그램에 대한 이용 요청을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 이용 요청에 응답하여 상기 제1 작품 컬렉터로부터 이용 허락을 받은 경우, 상기 가상 전시 프로그램을 상기 제2 작품 컬렉터에게 전송하는 단계;
    를 포함하는, 방법.
  8. 복수의 작품 제공자들로부터 복수의 작품 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    제1 작품 컬렉터로부터, 복수의 작품 정보 중 일부의 작품 정보를 선택하는 입력을 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 선택된 작품 정보에 기초하여 컬렉터 북(collector book)을 생성하고, 상기 컬렉터 북을 소셜 커머스 미술 플랫폼을 통해 제공하는 단계;를 수행하도록 하는 프로그램이 저장된 하나 이상의 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체를 포함하는 컴퓨터 프로그램 제품.
