Selon une authentification biométrique réussie, l'unité de gestion gère, au moyen d'une liste d'évacuation, un évacué qui est vérifié dans l'abri d'évacuation. L'unité de confirmation acquiert des informations qui sont obtenues à partir d'un document d'identification personnel présenté au niveau du terminal de réception par une personne dont l'authentification par authentification biométrique a échoué, et confirme, sur la base des informations acquises, l'identité de la personne dont l'authentification a échoué. L'unité de gestion utilise la liste d'évacuation pour gérer, en tant qu'évacué qui a été vérifié dans l'abri d'évacuation, une personne dont l'authentification a échoué et dont l'identité a été confirmée avec succès.
