具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细的说明。在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型。但是本实用新型能够以很多不同于在此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本实用新型内涵的情况下做类似改进,因此本实用新型不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
在一个实施例中,请参考图1、图2、图3及图8,一种供电结构100,供电结构100包括:支撑座110与供电模块120。支撑座110内设有容置腔113。支撑座110设有第一导电部140与第一定位部130。第一导电部140用于与仪器 本体200的第二导电部220导电连接。第一定位部130用于与仪器本体200的第二定位部210定位配合。供电模块120位于容置腔113内,供电模块120与第一导电部140导电连接,供电模块120用于为仪器本体200供电。
上述的供电结构100,在使用之前,先确保供电模块120为蓄满电量或者有电量状态。当仪器本体200需要充电时,将仪器本体200的第二导电部220与第一导电部140导电连接;再将仪器本体200的第二定位部210与第一定位部130定位配合,使得仪器本体200稳定在支撑座110上,保证仪器本体200在支撑座110上进行稳定充电。由于本供电结构100内置供电模块120,因此,在充电过程中,可将供电结构100放置在任意位置上,对仪器本体200进行供电,使得脱毛美容仪的充电不受限于通电位置。同时,本供电结构100由支撑座110与供电模块120构成,整体结构简洁,携带方便,即使在户外无电源插座的情况下也能完成仪器本体200的充电操作,如此,大大提高产品的使用便利性,使得脱毛美容仪实现随时随地进行充电使用目的。
需要说明的是,仪器本体200与供电结构100之间的导电结构有多种,本实施例不限定第一导电部140与第二导电部220的具体结构,只需要满足仪器本体200与供电结构100之间实现稳定的导电即可。比如:第一导电部140与第二导电部220均为电接头142结构、感应线圈、金属触点141结构等,当然,第一导电部140与第二导电部220也可为导线结构。
可选地,请参考图2与图5,第一导电部140与第二导电部220均为金属触点141、电接头142或者感应线圈。当第一导电部140与第二导电部220均为电接头142时,第一导电部140为公接头,第二导电部220为母接头;或者,第一导电部140为母接头,第二导电部220为公接头。当第一导电部140与第二导电部220均为感应线圈时,仪器本体200与供电结构100之间的充电方式则 为无线充电方式,利用电磁感应原理,使得供电结构100向仪器本体200进行无线供电。同时,当第一导电部140与第二导电部220均为感应线圈时,感应线圈则内置在支撑座110内或者仪器本体200内。
可选地,第一定位部130与第二定位部210的定位方式可为卡扣方式或者磁吸方式。当第一定位部130与第二定位部210的定位方式为卡扣方式时,支撑座110与仪器本体200上则分别设有对应的卡扣结构,在充电过程中,将仪器本体200卡扣在支撑座110上,以实现仪器本体200稳定充电。
还需说明的是,供电模块120为储电模块,在放电过程中能够为仪器本体200提供电量。当然本实施例的供电模块120为可循环充电式的电池,也可为一次性消耗电池。
进一步地,请参考图3与图4,供电模块120包括供电电池121与线路板122。供电电池121通过线路板122用于与外部电源电性连接。第一导电部140与供电电池121电性连接。由此可知,该供电电池121为可充电式电池,在对仪器本体200供电之前,先通过导线将线路板122与外部电源连接,使得外部电源经由线路板122向供电电池121进行充电,以保证供电模块120在工作之前处于蓄满电量状态。
需要说明的是,供电电池121在充电过程中,在供电电池121与外部电源之间增加一个线路板122,可实现电路保护作用,有效防止供电电池121发生过充现象。至于线路板122上的继电器、稳压管、三极管、分压电阻等元器件的分布可直接参考现有产品或者现有文献,由于线路板122并非为本实施例所要改进的对象,因此,线路板122的具体结构在此不再详细介绍。
可选地,供电电池121为蓄电池或者锂电池等。
更进一步地,请参考图3与图6,支撑座110上设有与容置腔113连通的插 接口1121。线路板122通过插接口1121用于与外部电源电性连接。由此可知,供电电池121在充电过程中,将导线一端插入插接口1121中,再将导线另一端与外部电源连接,实现供电电池121与外部电源之间的电性连接,使得供电电池121的充电操作更加方便。
需要说明的是,线路板122上集成有充电端口,该充电端口与插接口1121正好相对,即,导线一端插入插接口1121中时,能与线路板122上的充电端口实现电路连接。
在一个实施例中,请参考图8,第一定位部130为第一磁性件131。第一磁性件131用于与第二定位部210磁吸配合。当仪器本体200与供电结构100完成导电连接时,将仪器本体200靠近供电结构100,通过磁吸作用,使得仪器本体200稳定磁吸在支撑座110上,保证仪器本体200在供电结构100上实现稳定充电。
需要说明的是,当第一定位部130为第一磁性件131时,第二定位部210为第二磁性件211;第二定位部210也可不为第二磁性件211。当第二定位部210不为第二磁性件211时,第二定位部210则为能被磁吸的物体,如:铁、钴、镍等,这些不会主动磁吸,只要被永磁体磁化后,才具备弱磁性。在本实施例中,第一定位部130与第二定位部210中至少有一个为永磁体,保证仪器本体200稳定磁吸在供电结构100上。
具体地,第一磁性件131与第二磁性件211均为永磁体。
进一步地,请参考图4与图7,第一磁性件131设置在容置腔113的腔壁上,如此,使得第一磁性件131内置在供电结构100内,减少支撑座110上的结构,使得供电结构100整体外观简洁、美观。
更一步地,请参考图3与图6,支撑座110包括底壳112及设置在底壳112 上的支撑台111。支撑台111与底壳112围成容置腔113。第一磁性件131设置在支撑台111朝向容置腔113的一侧面上。第一导电部140设置在支撑台111上,并与供电模块120电性连接。由此可知,在充电过程中,通过第一磁性件131与第二定位部210磁吸配合,将仪器本体200稳定支撑在支撑台111上;再将第二导电部220与第一导电部140导电连接,使得仪器本体200与供电结构100之间实现导通,以完成仪器本体200的充电操作。同时,由于本实施例采用磁吸定位,且第一磁性件131位于容置腔113内,因此,支撑台111的表面无需开设槽或者孔等结构来固定仪器本体200,如此,有效保证支撑台111的表面完整性,不仅有效提升供电结构100的外观效果,而且还有效避免支撑台111表面因开槽或者孔而容易进水、积灰。
具体地,请参考图2,支撑台111的表面为平面,且支撑台111的尺寸与形状均和仪器本体200的底部保持一致,这样,当仪器本体200放在支撑台111上进行充电时,支撑座110则与仪器本体200在外观上保持一致,有效提升供电结构100的外观效果;比如:仪器本体200的底部为圆形,支撑台111也为圆形;仪器本体200的底部为圆角矩形,支撑台111也为圆角矩形等。
可选地,支撑台111在底壳112上的安装方式可为卡扣连接、粘接、螺栓连接、销接。当然,支撑台111与底壳112连接过程中,需要注意支撑台111与底壳112之间的密封处理,在实际组装过程中,可在支撑台111与底壳112之间设置橡胶密封圈或者涂设密封胶,以提高支撑座110的密封性能。
可选地,第一磁性件131在支撑台111上的安装方式也可为卡扣连接、粘接、螺栓连接、销接。
在一个实施例中,请参考图3与图6,第一磁性件131为至少两个。至少两个第一磁性件131间隔设置在支撑台111上,如此,通过增加第一磁性件131 的数量,增强仪器本体200与支撑台111之间的磁吸力度,保证仪器本体200更加稳定支撑在支撑台111上。
需要说明的是,当第一磁性件131数量为两个以上时,第二定位部210的数量可为一个,也可为两个以上。当第二定位部210的数量为一个时,两个以上的第一磁性件131共同与同一个第二定位部210磁吸配合。当然,此处的第二定位部210可为第二磁性件211。
在一个实施例中,请参考图8,一种脱毛美容仪,包括仪器本体200与以上任意一实施例中的供电结构100。仪器本体200设有第二导电部220与第二定位部210。第二导电部220与第一导电部140导电连接。第二定位部210与第一定位部130定位配合。
上述的脱毛美容仪,采用以上的供电结构100,在使用之前,先确保供电模块120为蓄满电量或者有电量状态。当仪器本体200需要充电时,将仪器本体200的第二导电部220与第一导电部140导电连接;再将仪器本体200的第二定位部210与第一定位部130定位配合,使得仪器本体200稳定在支撑座110上,保证仪器本体200在支撑座110上进行稳定充电。由于本供电结构100内置供电模块120,因此,在充电过程中,可将供电结构100放置在任意位置上,对仪器本体200进行供电,使得脱毛美容仪的充电不受限于通电位置。同时,本供电结构100由支撑座110与供电模块120构成,整体结构简洁,携带方便,即使在户外无电源插座的情况下也能完成仪器本体200的充电操作,如此,大大提高产品的使用便利性,使得脱毛美容仪实现随时随地进行充电使用目的。
需要说明的是,本实施例的供电结构100不局限于磁光脱毛、激光脱毛或者机械脱毛等脱毛美容仪,只需脱毛美容仪需要进行充电即可使用。
可选地,第一定位部130与第二定位部210的定位方式可为卡扣方式或者 磁吸方式。当第一定位部130与第二定位部210的定位方式为卡扣方式时,支撑座110与仪器本体200上则分别设有对应的卡扣结构,在充电过程中,将仪器本体200卡扣在支撑座110上,以实现仪器本体200稳定充电。同样,本实施例的第一导电部140与第二导电部220也不局限于金属触点141、公母插接头、无线感应线圈等结构。
进一步地,请参考图8,第二导电部220与第二定位部210均位于仪器本体200的底部。仪器本体200在支撑座110上以竖立方式进行充电。由此可知,仪器本体200在充电过程中是以竖立方式摆放在支撑座110上,这样,有效避免仪器本体200平放在平面上而导致仪器大面积与平面接触,从而有效避免长久使用而导致仪器本体200外表面发生磨损。同时,以竖立方式摆放,也有利减少仪器本体200所占空间。当然,在其他实施例中,第二导电部220与第二定位部210也可设置在仪器本体200的顶部或者侧面。
在一个实施例中,请参考图8,脱毛美容仪还包括连接插头300,供电模块120通过连接插头300与外部电源电性连接,使得供电模块120进行充电状态。
具体地,请参考图2与图8,支撑座110上设有插接口1121,连接插头300插入插接口1121中,并与线路板122电性连接,这样,使得供电模块120与外部电源的连接更加方便。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

在本实用新型中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方, 或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种供电结构,其特征在于,所述供电结构包括:
    支撑座,所述支撑座内设有容置腔,所述支撑座设有第一导电部与第一定位部,所述第一导电部用于与仪器本体的第二导电部导电连接,所述第一定位部用于与所述仪器本体的第二定位部定位配合;及
    供电模块,供电模块位于所述容置腔内,所述供电模块与所述第一导电部导电连接,所述供电模块用于为所述仪器本体供电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的供电结构,其特征在于,所述第一定位部为第一磁性件,所述第一磁性件用于与所述第二定位部磁吸配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的供电结构,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件设置在所述容置腔的腔壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的供电结构,其特征在于,所述支撑座包括底壳及设置在所述底壳上的支撑台,所述支撑台与所述底壳围成所述容置腔,所述第一磁性件设置在所述支撑台朝向所述容置腔的一侧面上,所述第一导电部设置在所述支撑台上,并与所述供电模块电性连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的供电结构,其特征在于,所述第一磁性件为至少两个,至少两个所述第一磁性件间隔设置在所述支撑台上。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的供电结构,其特征在于,所述第一导电部为金属触点、电接头或者感应线圈。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的供电结构,其特征在于,所述供电模块包括供电电池与线路板,所述供电电池通过所述线路板用于与外部电源电性连接,所述第一导电部与所述供电电池电性连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的供电结构,其特征在于,所述支撑座上设有与所述容置腔连通的插接口,所述线路板通过所述插接口用于与所述外部电源电性 连接。
  9. 一种脱毛美容仪,其特征在于,包括仪器本体与权利要求1-8任意一项所述的供电结构,所述仪器本体设有第二导电部与第二定位部,所述第二导电部与所述第一导电部导电连接,所述第二定位部与所述第一定位部定位配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的脱毛美容仪,其特征在于,所述第二导电部与所述第二定位部均位于所述仪器本体的底部,所述仪器本体在所述支撑座上以竖立方式进行充电。
