技术领域
本公开涉及交通工具和计算机视觉技术领域,尤其涉及一种遗留物品的提醒方法及装置、电子设备和存储介质。
背景技术
人们在乘坐交通工具时,有时会在交通工具中遗留物品(例如钱包、钥匙等),从而引起很多不必要的麻烦和损失。因此,对交通工具进行遗留物品的检测和提醒,具有重要意义。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种遗留物品的提醒技术方案。
根据本公开的一方面,提供了一种遗留物品的提醒方法,包括:
对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测;
响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息;
根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息。
根据本公开的一方面,提供了一种遗留物品的提醒装置,包括:
第一检测模块,用于对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测;
确定模块,用于响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息;
第一生成模块,用于根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息。

在本公开实施例中,通过对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测,响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,并根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,由此基于在交通工具的舱内遗留物品的乘员的身份信息进行提醒,能够有针对性地进行遗留物品提醒,从而能够提高遗留物品提醒的效果,加强对乘员的财产安全的保障。

在本公开实施例中,通过对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测,响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,并根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,由此基于在交通工具的舱内遗留物品的乘员的身份信息进行提醒,能够有针对性地进行遗留物品提醒,从而能够提高遗留物品提醒的效果,加强对乘员的财产安全的保障。
图1示出本公开实施例提供的遗留物品的提醒方法的流程图。所述遗留物品的提醒方法的执行主体可以是遗留物品的提醒装置。在一种可能的实现方式中,所述遗留物品的提醒方法可以由终端设备或服务器或其它处理设备执行。其中,终端设备可以是车载设备、用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、移动设备、用户终端、终端、蜂窝电话、无绳电话、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、手持设备、计算设备或者可穿戴设备等。其中,车载设备可以是车舱内的车机或者域控制器,还可以是OMS(Occupant Monitoring System,乘员监控系统)或者DMS(Driver Monitor System,驾驶员监控系统)中用于执行图像等数据处理操作的设备主机等。在一些可能的实现方式中,所述遗留物品的提醒方法可以通过处理器调用存储器中存储的计算机可读指令的方式来实现。如图1所示,所述遗留物品的提醒方法包括步骤S11至步骤S13。
在步骤S11中,对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测。
在本公开实施例中,所述交通工具可以是车辆,也可以是船舶或者飞机等用于载人或者载货的交通工具。相应地,所述交通工具的舱可以是车舱、船舱或者机舱等。其中,车辆可以是私家车或者营运车辆,例如,营运车辆可以是共享汽车、网约车、出租车、公交车、校车、长短途货车、长短途客车、火车、地铁、有轨电车等。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测,可以包括:获取所述交通工具的舱内的视频流;基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测。
在该实现方式中,可以通过设置在所述舱内的摄像头,采集所述舱内的视频流。例如,设置在所述舱内的摄像头可以包括OMS摄像头、DMS摄像头等。其中OMS还可以执行其他的乘员检测功能,包括乘员属性(如年龄、性别、情绪状态、身体状态等)的检测,乘员的说话动作检测,等等。作为该实现方式的一个示例,处理器可以从设置在所述舱内的摄像头获取所述交通工具的舱内的视频流,并基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测。
在该实现方式中,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测,可以包括检测是否存在遗留物品、遗留物品类别检测、遗留物品位置检测等中的至少之一。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,所述基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测,可以包括:基于所述舱内的视频流,检测所述舱内是否存在遗留物品。
在一种可能的实现方式中,可以获取所有乘员进入所述舱内前的图像作为参考图像,将所有乘员离开所述舱内后的图像与所述参考图像进行比对,从而确定所述舱内的遗留物品。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以针对每个乘员,获取该乘员进入所述舱内前的图像作为该乘员对应的参考图像,将该乘员离开所述舱内后的图像与该乘员对应的参考图像进行比对,从而确定在该乘员搭乘所述交通工具的期间,在所述交通工具的舱内出现的遗留物品。其中,该乘员进入所述舱内前的图像,可以包括所述舱内的视频流中、首次检测到该乘员的视频帧的前一视频帧。该乘员离开所述舱内后的图像,可以包括所述舱内的视频流中、最后一次检测到该乘员的视频帧的后一视频帧。
在本公开实施例中,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测,可以包括检测是否存在遗留物品、遗留物品类别检测、遗留物品位置检测等中的至少之一。
在一种可能的实现方式中,可以将乘员离开所述舱内后的图像与参考图像进行比对,判断所述乘员离开所述舱内后的图像中,是否存在所述参考图像中不存在的物品。若是,则可以确定存在遗留物品;若否,则可以确定不存在遗留物品。在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以将乘员离开所述舱内后的图像与参考图像进行比对,判断所述乘员离开所述舱内后的图像中,是否存在所述参考图像中不存在的、且属于预设类别的物品。若是,则可以确定存在遗留物品;若否,则可以确定不存在遗留物品。
在一种可能的实现方式中,可以在检测是否存在遗留物品的同时,检测遗留物品的类别。在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以响应于检测到存在遗留物品,对所检测到的遗留物品进行类别识别,确定遗留物品的类别。
在一种可能的实现方式中,可以在检测是否存在遗留物品和/或检测遗留物品的类别的同时,检测遗留物品的位置。在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以响应于检测到存在遗留物品,检测遗留物品的位置。
在本公开实施例中,通过对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测,可以得到所述舱内的遗留物品检 测结果。若所述遗留物品检测结果包括检测到遗留物品,则所述遗留物品检测结果可以进一步包括遗留物品的信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述遗留物品的信息可以包括所述遗留物品的类别。例如,遗留物品的类别可以为钱包、钥匙、手机、雨伞、公文包、书包、行李箱或水瓶等。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,所述遗留物品的信息可以包括遗留物品在所述舱内的位置。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置可以包括所述遗留物品在所述舱内的大致的位置。例如,所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置可以是主驾驶座区域、副驾驶座区域、后排座位区域、后备箱区域等。又如,所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置可以是主驾驶座上、副驾驶座上、后排座位上、后备箱内、主驾驶座下方、副驾驶座下方、后排座位下方、主驾驶座前方地板、副驾驶座前方地板、后排座位地板等。
作为该实现方式的另一个示例,所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置可以包括所述遗留物品在所述舱内所属的位置范围或精确的位置。在一个例子中,所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置可以包括所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的图像对应的图像坐标系中的图像坐标。在另一个例子中,所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置可以包括所述遗留物品在所述舱内的空间坐标系中的空间坐标。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,所述遗留物品的信息可以包括所述遗留物品的图像。作为该实现方式的一个示例,可以从所述舱内的视频流的一个或多个包含遗留物品的视频帧中,截取所述遗留物品所在的区域,得到所述遗留物品的图像。作为该实现方式的另一个示例,可以将所述舱内的视频流中的一个或多个包含遗留物品的视频帧作为所述遗留物品的图像。作为该实现方式的另一个示例,可以根据所述遗留物品在所述包含遗留物品的视频帧中的位置,标记出所述遗留物品,并将标记出遗留物品的视频帧作为所述遗留物品的图像。在该示例中,可以通过标记所述遗留物品的包围框或者通过箭头指向所述遗留物品等方式,在所述包含遗留物品的视频帧中呈现所述遗留物品的标记。
在步骤S12中,响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
在本公开实施例中,所述交通工具的乘员可以包括搭乘所述交通工具的任意人员。例如,所述交通工具的乘员可以包括所述交通工具中的驾驶员和/或非驾驶员。例如,在私家车的应用场景中,非驾驶员可以是车主的家人或朋友等;在网约车的应用场景中,非驾驶员可以是乘客等。
在本公开实施例中,所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员,表示在所述舱内遗留所述遗留物品的乘员。所述目标乘员的身份信息,可以是与所述目标乘员的身份相关的信息。例如,所述目标乘员的身份信息可以包括所述目标乘员的姓名、身份证号码、账号、编号、电话号码、人脸图像等中的至少之一。
在本公开实施例中,可以响应于检测到遗留物品,根据所述遗留物品在舱内的位置和乘员在舱内的位置之间的关联关系,确定遗留物品所属的目标乘员,并对所述目标乘员进行人脸识别,得到所述目标乘员的身份信息。即,可以根据遗留物品与乘员在舱内的位置之间的关联关系,确定遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。或者,在本公开实施例中,可以响应于检测到遗留物品,根据遗留物品在舱内的出现时间,以及乘员使用所述交通工具的时间,确定遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。即,可以根据遗留物品在舱内的出现时间与乘员使用所述交通工具的时间之间的关联关系,确定遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。或者,可选地,可以响应于检测到遗留物品,对遗留物品的颜色、类别等与使用人群相关的属性进行识别,然后根据出现在舱内的人员与遗留物品的属性之间的关联程度,确定遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,例如,当检测到遗留物品为女式挎包,且对应时间段内出 现在舱内的乘员只有一位女士时,则可以确定遗留的女士挎包归属于该女士。

在一种可能的实现方式中,可以将所述身份信息包含在提醒信息中。例如,所述身份信息包括姓名“张三”,则可以生成例如“张先生,您的手机遗留在了车上,请及时取回”的提醒信息。在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以根据目标乘员的身份信息,生成用于发向目标乘员的终端设备的提醒信息。例如,可以生成“有物品遗留在车上”且信息的配置项为“发送至手机号133********”的提醒信息。

在本公开实施例中,通过对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测,响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,并根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,由此基于在交通工具的舱内遗留物品的乘员的身份信息进行提醒,能够有针对性地进行遗留物品提醒,从而能够提高遗留物品提醒的效果,加强对乘员的财产安全的保障。
下面对本公开实施例的一个应用场景进行说明。在该应用场景中,可以通过设置在车辆的舱内的摄像头采集舱内的视频流。所述摄像头可以将所述舱内的视频流发送给处理器。所述处理器可以基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测。所述处理器可以响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。例如,所述身份信息包括姓名“张三”,所述遗留物品为手机,则所述处理器可以生成“张先生,您的手机遗留在了车上,请及时取回”的文字提醒信息,并向所述目标乘员的手机发送所述文字提醒信息。同时,还可以控制所述车辆的车灯闪烁,以提醒刚离开所述车辆的目标乘员返回所述车辆取回物品。

在一个例子中,所述基于所述相关区域的人脸识别结果,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:基于所述相关区域的人脸识别结果,确定与所述遗留物品相关的候选乘员;根据所述候选乘员中,进入所述舱内的时间早于或等于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间、且离开所述舱内的时间晚于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间的乘员,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。

在这个例子中,通过基于所述相关区域的人脸识别结果,确定与所述遗留物品相关的候选乘员,并根据所述候选乘员中,进入所述舱内的时间早于或等于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间、且离开所述舱内的时间晚于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间的乘员,确定所述遗留 物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,由此能够进一步提升遗留物品与目标乘员在车舱内的视频流中的出现时间的契合度,从而提高所确定的目标乘员的身份信息的准确性。
在一个例子中,若在进入所述舱内的时间早于或等于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间、且离开所述舱内的时间晚于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间的候选乘员中,存在多个身体部位接触过所述遗留物品的乘员,则可以将最早接触所述遗留物品的候选乘员的身份信息确定为所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。在另一个例子中,若在进入所述舱内的时间早于或等于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间、且离开所述舱内的时间晚于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间的候选乘员中,存在多个身体部位接触过所述遗留物品的乘员,则可以将与所述遗留物品的接触时间最长的候选乘员的身份信息确定为所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。或者,若在进入所述舱内的时间早于或等于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间、且离开所述舱内的时间晚于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间的候选乘员中,存在多个身体部位接触过所述遗留物品的乘员,还可以进一步根据遗留物品的其他与所归属的人员的性别、年龄等特征相关的属性信息进一步甄别遗留物品所述的目标乘员,例如当检测到遗留物品为女士挎包时,在身体部位接触过该遗留物品的男性乘员和女性乘员中,该遗留物品归属于女性乘员的概率高于归属于男性乘员的概率。
作为该实现方式的另一个示例,可以根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置,以及乘员的至少一个身体部位在所述舱内的位置,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员;对所述目标乘员进行人脸识别,得到所述目标乘员的身份信息。例如,若乘员A在进入所述舱内时携带遗留物品B(例如乘员A上车时手上拿着遗留物品B等),则可以确定遗留物品B所属的目标乘员是乘员A。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:响应于检测到遗留物品,根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
在该实现方式中,对于私家车、网约车、共享汽车等,在所述舱内同时出现的乘员数量较少的应用场景,可以仅考虑所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间,根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。根据该实现方式,能够快速、便捷地确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
当然,在其他实现方式中,对于私家车、网约车、共享汽车等应用场景,也可以在考虑所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间的同时,考虑所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置。例如,若在私家车中有多个乘员,则通过同时考虑所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间和所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置,可以准确地确定遗留物品所属的目标乘员。又如,在网约车的拼车场景中,可以通过同时考虑所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间和所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置,准确地确定遗留物品所属的目标乘员(即拼车人员或者驾驶员)。

又如,在共享汽车的应用场景中,所述交通工具可以是共享汽车,所述交通工具的使用记录可以是所述共享汽车的租借记录,使用人员可以是租借人员,对应的使用时间可以是租借人员租借所述共享汽车的时间。通过获取共享汽车的租借记录,根据所述共享汽车的租借记录,确定租借所述共享汽车的时间与所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间匹配的目标租借人员的身份信息,并将所述目标租借人员的身份信息确定为所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,由此能够准确地确定在共享汽车中遗留所述遗留物品的租借人员的身份信息。当然,在共享汽车的应用场景中,目标乘员也可能是所述共享汽车的运营方的工作人员等。
又如,在私家车的应用场景中,私家车的车主可以允许家人或朋友等驾驶。通过获取私家车的使用记录,可以确定使用私家车的时间与所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间匹配的目标使用人员的身份信息,从而可以准确地确定在所述私家车中遗留所述遗留物品的家人或者朋友的身份信息。

在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述向所述身份信息对应的目标终端发送第一提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:响应于接收到所述目标终端返回的重复提醒请求,生成重复提醒信息。在该实现方式中,通过响应于接收到所述目标终端返回的重复提醒请求,生成重复提醒信息,由此能够在目标乘员短时间内不能及时返回所述舱内取回遗留物品时,再次进行提醒,从而有助于进一步提升对乘员的财产安全的保护。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,在所述生成重复提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括以下至少之一:响应于当前时间与发送所述第一提醒信息的时间之间的时间间隔达到第一预设时长,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息;响应于当前时间与接收到所述重复提醒请求的时间之间的时间间隔达到第二预设时长,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息;响应于当前时间与发送所述第一提醒信息的时间之间的时间间隔达到第一预设时长,且检测到所述遗留物品未从所述舱内被取出,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息;响应于当前时间与接收到所述重复提醒请求的时间之间的时间间隔达到第二预设时长,且检测到所述遗留物品未从所述舱内被取出,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息。
在该示例中,第一预设时长和第二预设时长可以是默认的时长,也可以是目标乘员设置的时长。例如,第一预设时长和第二预设时长可以是30分钟、1小时等。在该示例中,可以响应于检测到所述遗留物品已从所述舱内被取出,取消重复提醒,从而能够提高提醒效率,减少不必要的重复提醒。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,在所述生成重复提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:响应于检测到所述目标乘员返回所述舱内,生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述重复提醒信息的控制信息。在该示例中,通过响应于检测到所述目标乘员返回所述舱内,生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述重复提醒信息的控制信息,由此能够在所述目标乘员返回所述舱内后及时提醒所述目标乘员。
在一个例子中,所述响应于检测到所述目标乘员返回所述舱内,生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述重复提醒信息的控制信息,可以包括:响应于检测到所述目标乘员返回所述舱内,根据所述遗留物品的类别和/或位置,生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述重复提醒信息的控制信息。例如,遗留物品的类别是钱包,遗留物品的位置是后排座位前方地板,则可以通过所述车载设备发出“在后排座位前方地板上遗留钱包”的语音信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:通过所述交通工具的车机接收第一提醒设置请求;根据所述第一提醒设置请求,对以下至少之一进行设置:不再提醒的物品类别、需要提醒的物品类别、需要重复提醒的物品类别。例如,用户可以通过所述车机,将纸巾、水瓶设置为不再提醒的物品类别,将钱包、手机、公文包设置为需要提醒的物品类别,将手机设置为需要重复提醒的物品类别。根据该实现方式,用户可以根据自身需求,通过车机灵活地对不提醒、需要提醒、需要重复提醒的遗留物品的类别进行设置。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,在根据所述第一提醒设置请求对不再提醒的物品类别、需要提醒的物品类别、需要重复提醒的物品类别中的至少之一进行设置之后,用户还可以根据自身需求,重新通过车机或者目标终端更改设置。例如,用户在通过车机将水瓶设置为不再提醒的物品类别之后,若改变主意,还可以通过车机或者手机将水瓶重新设置为需要提醒的物品类别。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:接收目标终端返回的第二提醒设置请求;根据所述第二提醒设置请求,对以下至少之一进行设置:不再提醒的物品类别、需要提醒的物品类别、需要重复提醒的物品类别。根据该实现方式,用户可以根据自身需求,通过目标终端灵活地对不提醒、需要提醒、需要重复提醒的遗留物品的类别进行设置。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,在根据所述第二提醒设置请求对不再提醒的物品类别、需要提醒的物品类别、需要重复提醒的物品类别中的至少之一进行设置之后,用户还可以根据自身需求,重新通过车机或者目标终端更改设置。例如,用户在通过手机将雨伞设置为需要提醒的物品类别之后,若改变主意,还可以通过车机或者手机将雨伞重新设置为不再提醒的物品类别。
图2示出私家车的应用场景的示意图。图2所示的示例中,设置在私家车的舱内的摄像头可以用于采集舱内的视频流。所述摄像头可以将所述舱内的视频流发送给处理器。处理器可以基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测。所述处理器可以响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。例如,目标乘员是驾驶员,所述处理器可以根据所述身份信息生成第一提醒信息,并向驾驶员手机发送所述第一提醒信息。例如,私家车的驾驶员通过手机接收到第一提醒信息之后,可以返回车内取回遗留物品(例如钱包)。所述处理器还可以根据所述身份信息生成第四提醒信息,并生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述第四提醒信息的控制信息。驾驶员手机可以向处理器反馈重复提醒请求,处理器可以响应于接收到所述目标终端返回的重复提醒请求,生成重复提醒信息,并响应于当前时间与发送所述第一提醒信息的时间之间的时间间隔达到第一预设时长,且检测到所述遗留物品未从所述舱内被取出,向驾驶员手机发送所述重复提醒信息。驾驶员手机还可以向处理器反馈第二提醒设置请求。处理器可以根据所述第二提醒设置请求,对以下至少之一进行设置:不再提醒的物品类别、需要提醒的物品类别、需要重复提醒的物品类别。例如,所述第一提醒信息提醒遗留物品的类别包括抽纸盒和水瓶,驾驶员收到第一提醒信息后,可以通过手机反馈第二提醒设置请求,将抽纸盒和水瓶设置为不再提醒的物品类别。
图3示出共享汽车的应用场景的示意图。在图3所示的示例中,设置在共享汽车的舱内的摄像头可以用于采集舱内的视频流。所述摄像头可以将所述舱内的视频流发送给处理器。处理器可以基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测。所述处理器可以响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。例如,目标乘员为驾驶员,所述处理器可以根据所述身份信息生成第一提醒信息,并向驾驶员手机发送所述第一提醒信息。所述处理器还可以根据所述身份信息生成第四提醒信息,并生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述第四提醒信息的控制信息。所述处理器还可以根据所述身份信息和所述遗留物品的信息,生成第二提醒信息,并向与所述共享汽车连接的运营公司平台的服务器发送所述第二提醒信息。共享汽车的运营公司的工作人员可以根据所述第二提醒信息帮助不能及时取回遗留物品的目标乘员保管所述遗留物品,以便目标乘员在方便的时候取回。
图4示出网约车的应用场景的示意图。在图4所示的示例中,设置在网约车的舱内的摄像头可以用于采集舱内的视频流。所述摄像头可以将所述舱内的视频流发送给处理器。处理器可以基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述舱内进行遗留物品检测。所述处理器可以响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。若所述目标乘员是乘客,则所述处理器可以根据所述身份信息生成第一提醒信息,并向乘客手机发送所述第一提醒信息。所述处理器还可以根据所述身份信息和所述遗留物品的信息,生成第三提醒信息,并向所述网约车的驾驶员手机发送第三提醒信息,以提醒所述网约车的驾驶员帮助乘客保管遗留物品。所述处理器还可以根据所述身份信息生成第四提醒信息,并生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述第四提醒信息的控制信息。所述处理器还可以根据所述身份信息和所述遗留物品的信息,生成第二提醒信息,并向与所述网约车连接的运营公司平台的服务器发送所述第二提醒信息。
需要说明的是,除了私家车、共享汽车、网约车之外,本公开的实施例还可以应用于其他的交通工具,例如公共运营车辆(包括但不限于轨道公共交通车辆)、轮船等,本申请对此不做特殊限定。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述确定模块52用于:响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置;根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。

在本公开实施例中,通过对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测,响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,并根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,由此基于在交通工具的舱内遗留物品的乘员的身份信息进行提醒,能够有针对性地进行遗留物品提醒,从而能够提高遗留物品提醒的效果,加强对乘员的财产安全的保障。

用于执行本公开操作的计算机程序指令可以是汇编指令、指令集架构(ISA)指令、机器指令、机器相关指令、微代码、固件指令、状态设置数据、或者以一种或多种编程语言的任意组合编写的源 代码或目标代码,所述编程语言包括面向对象的编程语言—诸如Smalltalk、C++等,以及常规的过程式编程语言—诸如“C”语言或类似的编程语言。计算机可读程序指令可以完全地在用户计算机上执行、部分地在用户计算机上执行、作为一个独立的软件包执行、部分在用户计算机上部分在远程计算机上执行、或者完全在远程计算机或服务器上执行。在涉及远程计算机的情形中,远程计算机可以通过任意种类的网络—包括局域网(LAN)或广域网(WAN)—连接到用户计算机,或者,可以连接到外部计算机(例如利用因特网服务提供商来通过因特网连接)。在一些实施例中,通过利用计算机可读程序指令的状态信息来个性化定制电子电路,例如可编程逻辑电路、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)或可编程逻辑阵列(PLA),该电子电路可以执行计算机可读程序指令,从而实现本公开的各个方面。

附图中的流程图和框图显示了根据本公开的多个实施例的系统、方法和计算机程序产品的可能实现的体系架构、功能和操作。在这点上,流程图或框图中的每个方框可以代表一个模块、程序段或指令的一部分,所述模块、程序段或指令的一部分包含一个或多个用于实现规定的逻辑功能的可执行指令。在有些作为替换的实现中,方框中所标注的功能也可以以不同于附图中所标注的顺序发生。例如,两个连续的方框实际上可以基本并行地执行,它们有时也可以按相反的顺序执行,这依所涉及的功能而定。也要注意的是,框图和/或流程图中的每个方框、以及框图和/或流程图中的方框的组合,可以用执行规定的功能或动作的专用的基于硬件的系统来实现,或者可以用专用硬件与计算机指令的组合来实现。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种遗留物品的提醒方法,其特征在于,包括:
    对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测;
    响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息;
    根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:
    响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置;
    根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:
    根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的位置,确定所述遗留物品在所述舱内的相关区域;
    基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述相关区域进行人脸识别,得到所述相关区域的人脸识别结果;
    基于所述相关区域的人脸识别结果,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述舱内的视频流,对所述相关区域进行人脸识别,得到所述相关区域的人脸识别结果,包括:
    根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间,从所述视频流中确定目标视频帧;
    对所述目标视频帧中的相关区域进行人脸识别,得到所述相关区域的人脸识别结果。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述相关区域的人脸识别结果,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:
    基于所述相关区域的人脸识别结果,确定与所述遗留物品相关的候选乘员;
    根据所述候选乘员中,进入所述舱内的时间早于或等于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间、且离开所述舱内的时间晚于所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间的乘员,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:
    响应于检测到遗留物品,根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述遗留物品在所述舱内的视频流中的首次出现时间,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:
    获取所述交通工具的使用记录,其中,所述使用记录包括使用人员的身份信息与对应的使用时间;
    根据所述使用记录,确定对应的使用时间与所述遗留物品在所述视频流中的首次出现时间匹配的目标使用人员的身份信息;
    将所述目标使用人员的身份信息确定为所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述方法还包括:获取乘员进入所述舱内时的图像和/或视频;
    基于所述乘员进入所述舱内时的图像和/或视频,检测所述乘员携带的物品的信息;
    将所述乘员携带的物品的信息与所述乘员的身份信息进行绑定;
    所述响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息,包括:
    响应于检测到遗留物品,确定与所述遗留物品绑定的乘员的身份信息为所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,包括:根据所述身份信息生成第一提醒信息;
    在所述根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:向所述身份信息对应的目标终端发送所述第一提醒信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,包括:根据所述身份信息和所述遗留物品的信息,生成第二提醒信息;
    在所述根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:向与所述交通工具连接的管理终端和/或与所述交通工具连接的管理服务器发送所述第二提醒信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述身份信息和所述遗留物品的信息,生成第二提醒信息,包括:
    根据所述交通工具的标识信息、所述目标乘员的上车地点和所述目标乘员的下车地点中的至少之一,以及所述身份信息和所述遗留物品的信息,生成第二提醒信息。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,包括:当所述目标乘员不是所述交通工具的驾驶员时,根据所述身份信息和所述遗留物品的信息,生成第三提醒信息;
    所述方法还包括:向所述交通工具的驾驶员的终端发送所述第三提醒信息;
    和/或,
    所述根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息,包括:根据所述身份信息生成第四提醒信息;
    所述方法还包括:生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述第四提醒信息的控制信息。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述向所述身份信息对应的目标终端发送第一提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    响应于接收到所述目标终端返回的重复提醒请求,生成重复提醒信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述生成重复提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括以下至少之一:
    响应于当前时间与发送所述第一提醒信息的时间之间的时间间隔达到第一预设时长,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息;
    响应于当前时间与接收到所述重复提醒请求的时间之间的时间间隔达到第二预设时长,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息;
    响应于当前时间与发送所述第一提醒信息的时间之间的时间间隔达到第一预设时长,且检测到所述遗留物品未从所述舱内被取出,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息;
    响应于当前时间与接收到所述重复提醒请求的时间之间的时间间隔达到第二预设时长,且检测到所述遗留物品未从所述舱内被取出,向所述目标终端发送所述重复提醒信息。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述生成重复提醒信息之后,所述方法还 包括:
    响应于检测到所述目标乘员返回所述舱内,生成控制设置在所述舱内的车载设备发出所述重复提醒信息的控制信息。
  16. 根据权利要求1至15中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述交通工具的车机接收第一提醒设置请求;
    根据所述第一提醒设置请求,对以下至少之一进行设置:不再提醒的物品类别、需要提醒的物品类别、需要重复提醒的物品类别。
  17. 根据权利要求1至16中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收目标终端返回的第二提醒设置请求;
    根据所述第二提醒设置请求,对以下至少之一进行设置:不再提醒的物品类别、需要提醒的物品类别、需要重复提醒的物品类别。
  18. 一种遗留物品的提醒装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一检测模块,用于对交通工具的舱内进行遗留物品检测;
    确定模块,用于响应于检测到遗留物品,确定所述遗留物品所属的目标乘员的身份信息;
    第一生成模块,用于根据所述身份信息生成提醒信息。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    用于存储可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述一个或多个处理器被配置为调用所述存储器存储的可执行指令,以执行权利要求1至17中任意一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,其特征在于,所述计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至17中任意一项所述的方法。
  21. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,其特征在于,当所述计算机可读代码在电子设备中运行时,所述电子设备中的处理器执行用于实现权利要求1至17中的任一权利要求所述的方法。
