背景技术
当前汽车电子行业发展迅速,为人们乘车提供了方便舒适的车舱环境。车舱智能化、安全化是当前汽车行业发展的重要方向。提高乘员乘车的安全性具有重要意义。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种车舱内的乘员检测技术方案。
根据本公开的一方面,提供了一种车舱内的乘员检测方法,包括:
获取车舱内的图像;
基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内属于预设人群的目标乘员的乘车区域;
响应于检测到所述目标乘员的乘车区域与所述预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,生成提醒信息。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内的乘员的年龄,包括:
基于所述图像中的人脸区域对车舱内的乘员进行年龄检测,得到所述车舱内的乘员的年龄。
通过基于所述图像中的人脸区域对车舱内的乘员进行年龄检测,得到所述车舱内的乘员的年龄,由此能够基于所述图像直接确定所述车舱内的乘员的年龄,而无需用户预先录入年龄信息,从而能够提高年龄检测的便捷性。

基于所述图像,获取所述车舱内的乘员的人脸信息;
响应于从预先获得的乘员信息数据中匹配出与所述乘员的人脸信息对应的实际年龄信息,根据所述乘员的人脸信息对应的实际年龄信息,确定所述乘员的年龄。

根据该实现方式,可以根据车辆所处地区的交通法规来调整预设年龄门限值,从而使调整后的预设年龄门限值符合当地的交通法规。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述生成提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:
获取用户反馈信息,其中,所述用户反馈信息包括所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息;
根据所述用户反馈信息,存储所述目标乘员的人脸信息与所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息之间的对应关系。

图1示出本公开实施例提供的车舱内的乘员检测方法的流程图。所述车舱内的乘员检测方法的执行主体可以是车舱内的乘员检测装置。在一种可能的实现方式中,所述车舱内的乘员检测方法可以由终端设备或服务器或其它处理设备执行。其中,终端设备可以是车载设备、用户设备(User Equipment,UE)、移动设备、用户终端、终端、蜂窝电话、无绳电话、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、手持设备、计算设备或者可穿戴设备等。其中,车载设备可以是车舱内的车机或者域控制器,还可以是OMS(Occupant Monitoring System,乘员监控系统)或者DMS(Driver Monitor System,驾驶员监控系统)中用于执行图像等数据处理操作的设备主机等。在一些可能的实现方式中,所述车舱内的乘员检测方法可以通过处理器调用存储器中存储的计算机可读指令的方式来实现。如图1所示,所述车舱内的乘员检测方法包括步骤S11至步骤S13。

在一种可能的实现方式中,可以将车舱内的视频流中的一个或多个视频帧作为所述车舱内的图像。在该实现方式中,可以通过设置在所述车舱内或车舱外的摄像头,采集所述车舱内的视频流。例如,设置在所述车舱内的摄像头可以包括OMS摄像头、DMS摄像头等。

在本公开实施例中,可以通过所述车舱内的显示屏、扬声器等,发出所述提醒信息。例如,提醒信息可以包括“小朋友不可以坐在前排哦”的语音信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,可以根据所述目标乘员所属的预设人群的非允许乘车区域,生成提醒信息。例如,所述目标乘员所属的预设人群的非允许乘车区域为前排区域,则提醒信息可以包括“不允许坐在前排区域”的信息。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:获取车辆的地理位置信息;根据所述地理位置信息对应的乘车区域约束信息,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整,其中,所述乘车区域约束信息包括预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值与非允许乘车区域之间的对应约束关系。其中,车辆的地理位置信息可以通过GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)获取,或者可以通过驾驶员等用户手动设定。
例如,A市未达到12岁的儿童乘员的非允许乘车区域为车舱的前排区域,未达到4岁的儿童乘员的非允许乘车区域为车舱的前排区域或非安全座椅区域;B市未达到14岁的儿童乘员的非允许乘车区域为车舱的前排区域,未达到5岁的儿童乘员的非允许乘车区域为车舱的前排区域或非安全座椅区域。若根据车辆的地理位置信息,确定车辆位于A市,则可以将第一预设年龄门限值调整为12岁,将第二预设年龄门限值调整为4岁;若根据车辆的地理位置信息,确定车辆位于B市,则可以将第一预设年龄门限值调整为14岁,将第二预设年龄门限值调整为5岁。
根据该实现方式,可以根据车辆所处地区的交通法规来调整预设年龄门限值,从而使调整后的预设年龄门限值符合当地的交通法规,由此实现了针对不同地域的年龄门限值的适应性调整。

在该实现方式中,通过获取用户反馈信息,根据所述用户反馈信息,存储所述目标乘员的人脸信息与所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息之间的对应关系,由此在之后检测到所述目标乘员时,可以根据所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息来进一步判断所述目标乘员的乘坐区域是否与所述目标乘员所属的预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,进而可以得到更准确的匹配结果。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:响应于所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息与检测得到的年龄信息不一致,对所述目标乘员所属的预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。
在该实现方式中,所述目标乘员的检测得到的年龄信息,可以指基于所述图像对所述目标乘员进行年龄检测得到的年龄信息。
例如,根据所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息确定所述目标乘员的实际年龄是4岁,所述目标乘员的检测得到的年龄信息是5岁,则可以将所述目标乘员所属的预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值(例如第二预设年龄门限值)调整为5岁。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,可以响应于所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息与检测得到的年龄信息不一致,自动对所述目标乘员所属的预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。作为该实现方式的另一个示例,可以响应于所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息与检测得到的年龄信息不一致,请求用户(例如驾驶员)确认是否对所述目标乘员所属的预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整,并响应于接收到用户确认指令,对所述目标乘员所属的预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。
在该实现方式中,通过响应于所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息与检测得到的年龄信息不一致,对所述目标乘员所属的预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整,由此可以实现在年龄检测结果有误差时也可以及时根据实际年龄对应的非允许乘车区域的进行检测和提醒,从而有助于进一步提高目标乘员乘车的安全性。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:获取年龄门限值调整请求;根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。在该实现方式中,通过获取年龄门限值调整请求,并根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整,由此使用户能够根据实际需求灵活调整所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值,从而有助于进一步提高属于所述预设人群的目标乘员乘车的安全性。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,可以通过车机获取年龄门限值调整请求,根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。根据该示例,用户可以通过车机灵活地调整所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值。
作为该实现方式的另一个示例,可以获取来自于用户终端的年龄门限值调整请求,根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。例如,用户终端可以是车主的手机、平板电脑等。根据该示例,用户可以通过用户终端灵活地调整所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值。
作为该实现方式的一个示例,所述根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整,可以包括:根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,生成调整确认请求;响应于接收到所述调整确认请求对应的确认指令,根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,调整所述预设人群对应的预设年龄 门限值。在该示例中,所述调整确认请求可以用于告知用户调整预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值的风险。

图2示出本公开实施例的一个应用场景的示意图。如图2所示,可以通过OMS摄像头采集信息,其中,所述OMS摄像头采集的信息可以包括车舱内的图像。处理器可以从所述OMS摄像头获取所述车舱内的图像。所述处理器可以基于所述车舱内的图像,检测所述车舱内是否有小于12岁的儿童乘员,若所述车舱内没有小于12岁的儿童乘员,则可以不报警。若所述车舱内有小于12岁的儿童乘员,则可以检测所述车舱内是否有小于4岁的儿童乘员。若所述车舱内没有小于4岁的儿童乘员,即,所述车舱内的儿童乘员大于或等于4岁且小于12岁,则可以判断所述小于12岁的儿童乘员是否在前排副驾驶位置,若否,则不报警,若是,则报警。若所述车舱内有小于4岁的儿童乘员,则判断所述小于4岁的儿童乘员是否在后排安全座椅上,若是,则不报警,若否,则报警。在图2中,报警可以指生成提醒信息。
图3示出本公开实施例的另一应用场景的示意图。如图3所示,可以通过OMS摄像头和/或DMS摄像头采集信息,其中,所述OMS摄像头和/或所述DMS摄像头采集的信息可以包括车舱内的图像。处理器可以从所述OMS摄像头和/或所述DMS摄像头获取所述车舱内的图像。所述处理器可以基于所述车舱内的图像,检测是否在驾驶座位置有小于18岁的未成年人。若是,则报警;若否,则不报警。在图3中,报警可以指生成提醒信息。

图4示出本公开实施例提供的车舱内的乘员检测装置的框图。如图4所示,所述车舱内的乘员检测装置包括:第一获取模块41,用于获取车舱内的图像;检测模块42,用于基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内属于预设人群的目标乘员的乘车区域;生成模块43,用于响应于检测到所述目标乘员的乘车区域与所述预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,生成提醒信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述属于预设人群的目标乘员包括儿童乘员;所述生成模块43用于:响应于检测到所述儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排区域,生成提醒信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述属于预设人群的目标乘员包括以下至少一项:未达到第一预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员、未达到第二预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员、未达到第三预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员;所述生成模块43用于执行以下至少一项:响应于检测到所述未达到第一预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排区域,生成提醒信息;响应于检测到所述未达到第二预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排区域或非安全座椅区域,生成提醒信息,其中,所述第二预设年龄门限值小于所述第一预设年龄门限值;响应于检测到所述未达到第三预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排主驾驶座区域,生成提醒信息,其中,所述第三预设年龄门限值大于所述第一预设年龄门限值。

在一种可能的实现方式中,所述检测模块42用于:基于所述图像中的人脸区域对车舱内的乘员进行年龄检测,得到所述车舱内的乘员的年龄。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述检测模块42用于:基于所述图像,获取所述车舱内的乘员的人脸信息;响应于从预先获得的乘员信息数据中匹配出与所述乘员的人脸信息对应的实际年龄信息,根据所述乘员的人脸信息对应的实际年龄信息,确定所述乘员的年龄。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述装置还包括:第二获取模块,用于获取车辆的地理位置信息;第一调整模块,用于根据所述地理位置信息对应的乘车区域约束信息,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整,其中,所述乘车区域约束信息包括预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值与非允许乘车区域之间的对应约束关系。

电子设备可以被提供为终端、服务器或其它形态的设备。所述电子设备可以是车舱内的车机或者域控制器,还可以是OMS或者DMS中用于执行图像等数据处理操作的设备主机等。
图5示出本公开实施例提供的一种电子设备800的框图。例如,电子设备800可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等终端。
参照图5,电子设备800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。
处理组件802通常控制电子设备800的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件802可以包括一个或多个处理器820来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件802可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件802和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件802可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件808和处理组件802之间的交互。

  1. 一种车舱内的乘员检测方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取车舱内的图像;
    基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内属于预设人群的目标乘员的乘车区域;
    响应于检测到所述目标乘员的乘车区域与所述预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,生成提醒信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属于预设人群的目标乘员包括儿童乘员;
    所述响应于检测到所述目标乘员的乘车区域与所述预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,生成提醒信息,包括:
    响应于检测到所述儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排区域,生成提醒信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属于预设人群的目标乘员包括以下至少一项:未达到第一预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员、未达到第二预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员、未达到第三预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员;
    所述响应于检测到所述目标乘员的乘车区域与所述预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,生成提醒信息,包括以下至少一项:
    响应于检测到所述未达到第一预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排区域,生成提醒信息;
    响应于检测到所述未达到第二预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排区域或非安全座椅区域,生成提醒信息,其中,所述第二预设年龄门限值小于所述第一预设年龄门限值;
    响应于检测到所述未达到第三预设年龄门限值的儿童乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排主驾驶座区域,生成提醒信息,其中,所述第三预设年龄门限值大于所述第一预设年龄门限值。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属于预设人群的目标乘员包括达到第四预设年龄门限值的乘员;
    所述响应于检测到所述目标乘员的乘车区域与所述预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,生成提醒信息,包括:
    响应于检测到所述达到第四预设年龄门限值的乘员的乘车区域为车舱的前排区域,生成提醒信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属于预设人群的目标乘员包括年龄符合预设的年龄门限值约束条件的乘员;
    所述基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内属于预设人群的目标乘员的乘车区域,包括:
    基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内的乘员的年龄;
    根据所述乘员的年龄与所述预设的年龄门限值约束条件的匹配结果,确定所述乘员是否为属于预设人群的目标乘员;
    响应于所述乘员为所述目标乘员,检测所述乘员的乘车区域。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内的乘员的年龄,包括:
    基于所述图像中的人脸区域对车舱内的乘员进行年龄检测,得到所述车舱内的乘员的年龄。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内的乘员的年龄,包括:
    基于所述图像,获取所述车舱内的乘员的人脸信息;
    响应于从预先获得的乘员信息数据中匹配出与所述乘员的人脸信息对应的实际年龄信息,根据所述乘员的人脸信息对应的实际年龄信息,确定所述乘员的年龄。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取车辆的地理位置信息;
    根据所述地理位置信息对应的乘车区域约束信息,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整,其中,所述乘车区域约束信息包括预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值与非允许乘车区域之间的对应约束关系。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述生成提醒信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    获取用户反馈信息,其中,所述用户反馈信息包括所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息;
    根据所述用户反馈信息,存储所述目标乘员的人脸信息与所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息之间的对应关系。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于所述目标乘员的实际年龄信息与检测得到的年龄信息不一致,对所述目标乘员所属的预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    获取年龄门限值调整请求;
    根据所述年龄门限值调整请求,对所述预设人群对应的预设年龄门限值进行调整。
  12. 一种车舱内的乘员检测装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第一获取模块,用于获取车舱内的图像;
    检测模块,用于基于所述图像,检测所述车舱内属于预设人群的目标乘员的乘车区域;
    生成模块,用于响应于检测到所述目标乘员的乘车区域与所述预设人群的非允许乘车区域相匹配,生成提醒信息。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    用于存储可执行指令的存储器;
    其中,所述一个或多个处理器被配置为调用所述存储器存储的可执行指令,以执行权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序指令,其特征在于,所述计算机程序指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至11中任意一项所述的方法。
  15. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,其特征在于,当所述计算机可读代码在电子设备中运行时,所述电子设备中的处理器执行用于实现权利要求1至11中的任一权利要求所述的方法。
