仰卧起坐系统及使用该仰卧起坐系统的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及健身器材技术领域,特别是涉及一种仰卧起坐系统及使用该仰卧起坐系统的方法。
背景技术
现有的仰卧起坐辅助器常通过吸盘直接吸附在固定面上,固定面是指陶瓷地板、木质地板、花岗岩地板的表面。由于木质地板、陶瓷地板、花岗岩地板的表面凹凸不平或者存在细小的凹坑、凸台,当吸盘吸排出空气以使吸盘吸附在固定面上时,吸盘与固定面之间会残留空气,导致其吸附稳固性差;另外,位于吸盘与固定面之间的残留空气经由固定面处的凹坑、凸台处排出后,空气也会逐渐从凹坑、凸台处进入吸盘与固定面之间,逐渐令吸盘丧失吸附能力,使用过程中易出现吸盘与固定面脱离的现象,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新型的仰卧起坐系统,该仰卧起坐系统的结构简单,吸附稳固性强,便于安装,具有较好的适用性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种仰卧起坐系统,包括:
吸盘,所述吸盘形成有第一吸附面;
加强片,所述加强片形成有粘贴面与第二吸附面,所述粘贴面与所述第二吸附面分别位于所述加强片相背的两端面,且所述第一吸附面能够与所述 第二吸附面相吸附,所述粘贴面能够与固定面相紧密粘结为一体。
优选地,所述粘贴面可拆卸式装设有保护膜;
所述加强片为塑料材质;
所述吸盘呈圆形片状设置;
和/或,所述吸盘为橡胶材质。
优选地,所述第二吸附面的面积大于所述第一吸附面的面积。
优选地,所述吸盘的数量为两个及以上,所述加强片的数量为一个,各个所述吸盘均吸附于所述加强片的第二吸附面;
或者所述吸盘的数量为两个及以上,所述加强片的数量与所述吸盘的数量相同,且各个所述吸盘的所述第一吸附面能够一一对应吸附于各个所述加强片的所述第二吸附面。
优选地,所述仰卧起坐系统包括:基座与按压结构,所述基座设于所述吸盘背向所述加强片的侧面;所述按压结构与所述吸盘背向所述加强片的侧面相连接,并能够驱动所述基座朝向所述吸盘移动,以使所述基座按压所述吸盘。
优选地,所述基座开设有第一通孔,所述第一通孔与所述吸盘背向所述加强片的侧面相对应;
所述按压结构包括:第一连接杆、第二连接杆及按压件,所述第一连接杆的一端垂直连接于所述吸盘背向所述加强片的侧面,另一端穿出所述第一通孔;所述第二连接杆穿设于所述第一连接杆,且所述第二连接杆位于所述基座背向所述吸盘的一侧;所述按压件连接于所述第二连接杆,并能够以所述第二连接杆为轴转动,且所述按压件能够按压所述基座,以使所述基座朝向所述吸盘移动。
优选地,所述按压件形成有按压把手及转动部,所述按压把手与所述转动部相连接;
所述转动部开设有第二通孔,所述第二连接杆穿设于所述第二通孔,所述转动部能够以所述第二连接杆为轴转动;所述转动部形成有松开接触面、转动弧面及吸附压接面,所述松开接触面与所述吸附压接面通过所述转动弧面相衔接。
优选地,所述按压结构还包括:弹簧,所述弹簧套设于所述第一连接杆的周向外侧,所述弹簧的一端抵接于所述吸盘面向所述基座的侧面,另一端与所述基座面向所述吸盘的侧面相抵接。

以下将结合附图,对本发明进行更为详细的描述,需要说明的是,下参照附图对本发明进行的描述仅是示意性的,而非限制性的。各个不同实施例之间可以进行相互组合,以构成未在以下描述中示出的其他实施例。
请参阅图1至图3,本发明一实施例中提供了一种新型的仰卧起坐系统100,该仰卧起坐系统100的结构简单,适用于光滑、凹凸不平等不同类型的固定面30上,具有较好的吸附稳固性。
该仰卧起坐系统100至少包括:吸盘10与加强片20,该吸盘10形成有第一吸附面11;加强片20形成有粘贴面21与第二吸附面22,粘贴面21与第二吸附面22分别位于加强片20相背的两端面处,第一吸附面11能够与第二吸附面22相吸附,粘贴面21能够与固定面30相紧密粘结为一体。可以理解的,吸盘10的吸附过程可简述为:在吸盘10与固定面30之间设置加强片20,并将加强片20的粘贴面21与固定面30相粘结为一体;之后,将吸盘10的第一吸附面11与加强片20的第二吸附面22相吸附,此时,第一吸附面11与第二吸附面22之间相紧密贴合。
可以理解的,第二吸附面22的表面光滑或者不存在明显的凹坑、凸台等,第一吸附面11与第二吸附面22之间的吸附强度大于第一吸附面11与固定面30之间直接吸附的吸附强度,加强片20的粘贴面21粘在固定面30上,可减少因固定面30的凹凸不平对吸附稳固性的影响,并且粘贴面21与固定面30的粘结强度远大于第一吸附面11与固定面30直接吸附时的强度,所以吸盘10与固定面30之间通过加强片20进行间接吸附的吸附稳固性较好,能够避免在使用过程中出现吸盘10脱离固定面30的情况,安全性较高。
在其中一实施例中,在粘贴面21上可拆卸式装设有保护膜,当需要使用 加强片20时,可将保护膜取下。
在其中一实施例中,该加强片20可以为圆形、方形等不同的形状,加强片20为塑料材质,当然加强片20也可以为橡胶、玻璃、金属片等表面平整并能够增强吸附能力的材质;吸盘10呈圆形片状设置,该吸盘10可为塑料、橡胶等能够加强吸附能力的材质;另外,为了避免因加强片20的面积较小而影响吸盘10与加强片20之间的吸附稳固性,第二吸附面22的面积大于第一吸附面11的面积(或者,加强片20的面积大于吸盘10的面积),以使吸盘10的第一吸附面11能够完全处于加强片20的第二吸附面22内,从而有效增加吸盘10与加强片20之间的吸附稳固性。
在其中一实施例中,吸盘10的数量为两个及以上,加强片20的数量为一个,各个吸盘10的第一吸附面11同时吸附在该加强片20的第二吸附面22上;当各个吸盘10均吸附在加强片20的第二吸附面22上时,各个吸盘10的第一吸附面11均位于第二吸附面22上,即:第二吸附面22的面积大于各个吸盘10的第一吸附面11的面积之和,能够有效提高各个吸盘10与加强片20之间的吸附稳固性。
在其中一实施例中,请一并参阅图4,吸盘10的数量为两个及以上,加强片20的数量与吸盘10的数量相同,各个吸盘10的第一吸附面11能够一一对应吸附在各个加强片20的第二吸附面22上,且各个第一吸附面11的面积均小于与其相对应的第二吸附面22的面积,即各个加强片20的面积均大于与其相对应的吸盘10的面积。
在其中一实施例中,请一并参阅图5至图7,该仰卧起坐系统100还包括:基座40与按压结构50,基座40设置在吸盘10背向加强片20的侧面,用于按压吸盘10以使吸盘10排出第一吸附面11与第二吸附面22之间的空 气,从而在外界大气压强的作用下令第一吸附面11与第二吸附面22相吸附为一体式结构;按压结构50与吸盘10背向加强片20的侧面相连接,并能够驱动基座40朝向吸盘10移动,以使基座40按压吸盘10。
具体的,在基座40上开设有第一通孔41,第一通孔41与吸盘10背向加强片20的侧面相对应设置;按压结构50至少包括:第一连接杆51、第二连接杆52及按压件53,第一连接杆51的一端垂直连接在吸盘10背向加强片20的侧面,另一端穿出第一通孔41,第二连接杆52位于基座40背向吸盘10的一侧;按压件53与第二连接杆52相连接,按压件53能够以第二连接杆52为轴进行转动,按压件53的转动过程可实现对基座40的按压或松开操作,当按压件53按压基座40时,基座40可在按压件53的施压下朝向吸盘10移动,以使吸盘10形成吸附力。
需要说明的是,第一连接杆51除了可以直接垂直连接在吸盘10上之外,还可以通过第一连接片90与吸盘10连接为一体,此时,第一连接杆51与第一连接片90之间呈T型设置;第一连接片90嵌设在吸盘10内,在吸盘10上开设有供第一连接杆51穿过的贯穿孔,第一连接杆51远离第二连接杆52的端部穿过该贯穿孔之后与第一连接片90固定连接。另外,第一连接片90也可以固定在吸盘10面向基座40的一侧,此时,第一连接片90与吸盘10呈一体式结构。
可以理解的,在按压件53与第二连接杆52相连接的位置处可形成有供第一连接杆51远离吸盘10的端部穿过的凹槽534,以便于按压件53可以以第二连接杆52为轴转动;在第一连接杆51远离吸盘10的端部横向开设有供第二连接杆52穿过的通孔,如此,第二连接杆52穿设在该通孔内,当按压件53转动时,按压件53能够向上或向下驱动第一连接杆51移动。
在其中一实施例中,如图6所示,为了提高基座40的施压面积,在基座40形成有与吸盘10相抵接的压接凸边42,该压接凸边42位于基座40的周向外侧面,当基座40朝向吸盘10移动时,压接凸边42与吸盘10充分抵接,可令吸盘10快速排出内部空气,便于吸附。
在其中一实施例中,按压件53包括:按压把手531与转动部532,按压把手531与转动部532相连接,当按压把手531受压转动时,转动部532可基于按压把手531的转动而转动。具体的,在转动部532上开设有供第二连接杆52穿过的第二通孔5321,第二连接杆52穿设在该第二通孔5321内,并且转动部532能够以第二连接杆52为轴转动;在转动部532上形成有松开接触面5322、转动弧面5323及吸附压接面5324,松开接触面5322、转动弧面5323及吸附压接面5324之间依次衔接,如图7所示,第二通孔5321与松开接触面5322的垂直间距记为A,第二通孔5321与吸附压接面5324的垂直间距记为B,A的值小于B的值,即第二通孔5321靠近松开接触面5322而远离吸附压接面5324。
在其中一实施例中,该按压结构50还包括有弹簧54,该弹簧54套设在第一连接杆51的周向外侧,且位于吸盘10与基座40之间;弹簧54的一端与吸盘10面向基座40的侧面相抵接,另一端与基座40面向吸盘10的侧面相抵,当基座40朝向吸盘10移动时,弹簧54受力压缩,如此弹簧54与压接凸边42共同作用来按压吸盘10并排出空气;当基座40未受按压时,基座40可在弹簧54的弹性作用下朝向远离吸盘10的方向移动,以便于将吸盘10由加强片20处拆除。
其中,弹簧54整体呈锥形设置,弹簧54的大端与吸盘10面向基座40的侧面相接,弹簧54的小端与基座40面向吸盘10的侧面相抵,弹簧54与 吸盘10的接触面积较大以增大弹簧54挤压吸盘10的面积;弹簧54与基座40的接触面积较小,可在基座40向下移动时,令基座40对弹簧54进行均匀施压,避免基座40翘起。
可以理解的,该仰卧起坐系统100的吸附过程,可描述为:
初始状态,松开接触面5322与基座40背向吸盘10的侧面相抵接;将加强片20上的保护膜拆除之后令粘贴面21粘结在固定面30上,吸盘10的第一吸附面11与第二吸附面22相接触;之后,转动按压把手531,转动部532基于按压把手531的转动而转动,直至吸附压接面5324与基座40背向吸盘10的侧面相抵接时终止转动,即:松开接触面5322逐渐脱离基座40背向吸盘10的侧面,转动弧面5323逐渐与基座40背向吸盘10的侧面相接触,直至吸附压接面5324与基座40背向吸盘10的侧面相抵接,如图1所示,如此,基座40可在转动部532的转动过程中逐渐按压基座40及弹簧54朝向吸盘10移动,以使吸盘10形成吸附力并排除其内部空气。
可以理解的是,吸附解除的过程可描述为:初始状态为:吸盘10的第一吸附面11与加强片20的第二吸附面22相吸附,如图1所示;向上转动按压把手531,转动部532向上转动,吸附压接面5324逐渐脱离基座40背向吸盘10的侧面,转动弧面5323逐渐接触基座40背向吸盘10的侧面,直至转动弧面5323脱离基座40背向吸盘10的侧面,此时,基座40可在弹簧54的弹性作用下朝向远离吸盘10的方向移动,直至基座40背向吸盘10的侧面与松开接触面5322相抵接。当基座40与松开接触面5322相抵接时,吸盘10与加强片20之间的吸附力减弱或消失,便于取下吸盘10,从而便于移动仰卧起坐系统100。可以理解的,按压件53的数量与吸盘10的数量相同,多个吸盘10可以共用一个基座40,如图4所示。
在其中一实施例中,请一并参阅图8至图11,仰卧起坐系统100还包括:支撑横杆60与连杆结构70,连杆结构70垂直装设在基座40背向吸盘10的侧面,支撑横杆60垂直装设在连杆结构70上,并与吸盘10的第一吸附面11相平行设置。该支撑横杆60可用于放置使用者的脚面或者脚背,能够起到固定使用者脚的效果。
在其中一实施例中,为了便于调整支撑横杆60的高度,该连杆结构70包括:第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72,第三连接杆71垂直连接在基座40背向吸盘10的侧面;第四连接杆72通过伸缩结构73可伸缩装设在第三连接杆71远离基座40的一端,并且第四连接杆72与基座40之间相垂直。
可以理解的,第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72均中空设置,第四连接杆72的端部可穿入至第三连接杆71内部,并且第三连接杆71的内侧壁与第四连接杆72的外侧面相贴;或者,第三连接杆71的端部可穿入至第四连接杆72内,第四连接杆72的内侧壁与第三连接杆71的外侧面相贴。
在其中一实施例中,第三连接杆71的周向侧面开设有一个或多个第三通孔711,第四连接杆72的周向侧面开设有与第三通孔711相对应的第四通孔721,并且第四连接杆72靠近基座40的一端能够穿入至第三连接杆71内。
伸缩结构73包括:弹性件731,弹性件731装设在第四连接杆72内,弹性件731的一端可伸缩穿设于第四通孔721,即:弹性件731的一端可伸出或缩回第四通孔721;弹性件731穿出第四通孔721的端部能够穿出第三通孔711,以使第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72之间相固定。
可以理解的,初始状态,弹性件731的一端穿出第四通孔721;第四连接杆72穿入第三连接杆71,弹性件731穿出第四通孔721的端部受第三连接杆71内侧壁的挤压缩回至第四通孔721;第四连接杆72逐渐伸入至第三 连接杆71内,第三通孔711与第四通孔721相对应,弹性件731的一端穿出第四通孔721并穿出第三通孔711,此时第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72在弹性件731的卡持作用下处于固定状态,避免第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72相对移动。
在其中一实施例中,该弹性件731包括:弹片7311及凸柱7312,弹片7311装设在第四连接杆72的内部并与第四通孔721相对应设置;凸柱7312设置在弹片7311面向第四通孔721的侧面,凸柱7312远离弹片7311的一端可伸缩穿设在第四通孔721内。另外,如图9所示,该弹片7311呈U型设置,弹片7311的两侧部均与第四连接杆72的内侧壁相紧贴,凸柱7312设置在弹片7311面向第四通孔721的一侧部上,以便于凸柱7312可在第四通孔721内伸缩,也能够避免凸柱7312因在受力回缩时出现错位而无法再次伸出第四通孔721。
在其中一实施例中,在第三连接杆71的周向外侧面至少开设有两个第三通孔711,各个第三通孔711沿第三连接杆71的轴向方向相间隔排布,当凸柱7312穿设在不同的第三通孔711内时,支撑横杆60的高度也不相同,便于根据实际需求调整支撑横杆60的高度。
在其中一实施例中,为了便于等间距调整支撑横杆60的高度,位于第三连接杆71上的各个第三通孔711之间等间距排布。
在其中一实施例中,第四连接杆72在第三连接杆71内部移动过程中,为了避免出现第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72因摩擦而损坏、第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72之间伸缩不平顺、噪音等问题,在第三连接杆71远离基座40的端部还设有缓冲套74,缓冲套74内形成有供第四连接杆72穿入的中空通道741,缓冲套74的周向外侧面与第三连接杆71内侧壁相紧贴,第四连 接杆72周向外侧面能够与缓冲套74的周向内侧面相紧贴。
在其中一实施例中,为了避免缓冲套74在第四连接杆72的带动下完全落入至第三连接杆71内部而无法取出,在缓冲套74远离基座40的端部形成有限位凸边742,第三连接杆71与第四连接杆72相插接的端面与限位凸边742相抵接。
在其中一实施例中,在缓冲套74上开设有与第三通孔711相对应的第一开口743,以便于凸柱7312穿出第三通孔711。
在其中一实施例中,为了便于对使用者的脚进行限位,如图4及图11所示,支撑横杆60的数量可以为两个及以上,至少一个支撑横杆60装设在第三连接杆71上并与第三连接杆71相垂直,至少一个支撑横杆60装设在第四连接杆72上并与第四连接杆72相垂直。例如:使用者可将脚面放置在位于第三连接杆71处的支撑横杆60上,将脚背与位于第四连接杆72处的支撑横杆60相抵靠,以对使用者的脚进行固定。
为了避免使用者的脚因长时间放置在高硬度的支撑横杆60上而受伤,在支撑横杆60的周向外侧面套设有柔性件80,如:柔软的环形套,可有效提高使用者脚的舒适感。
可以理解的是,本实施例中所提供的仰卧起坐系统100除了便于使用者进行仰卧起坐之外,还便于使用者进行俯卧撑、平板支撑、俯身挺背、俯卧抬腿等不同类型的动作。
基于本实施例所提供的仰卧起坐系统100,相应的,本发明的实施例中还提供了使用该仰卧起坐系统100的方法,包括如下步骤:将加强片20的粘贴面21粘贴在固定面30上,之后将吸盘10的第一吸附面11与加强片20的第二吸附面22相吸附为一体。
可以理解的,加强片20是通过粘贴面21与固定面30相粘贴为一体,因而加强片20不会再次移动。当需要移动吸盘10、基座40等部件时,需要使用另一个加强片20粘贴在相应的固定面30上,以便于吸盘10、基座40等部件的移动,从而能够便于使用者在不同位置处使用该仰卧起坐系统100锻炼身体。
上述实施例中所提供的仰卧起坐系统100,是在加强片20的相背的两端面分别形成粘贴面21与第二吸附面22,加强片20的粘贴面21可与固定面30相紧密粘结为一体,第二吸附面22与吸盘10的第一吸附面11相吸附,能够适应凹凸不平的固定面30,具有较好的吸附稳固性,便于长时间使用;另外,该仰卧起坐系统100的结构简单,便于安装的同时也便于调整位置,具有较好的适用性。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,包括:
    吸盘(10),所述吸盘(10)形成有第一吸附面(11);
    加强片(20),所述加强片(20)形成有粘贴面(21)与第二吸附面(22),所述粘贴面(21)与所述第二吸附面(22)分别位于所述加强片(20)相背的两端面,且所述第一吸附面(11)能够与所述第二吸附面(22)相吸附,所述粘贴面(21)能够与固定面(30)相紧密粘结为一体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述粘贴面(21)可拆卸式装设有保护膜;
    所述加强片(20)为塑料材质;
    所述吸盘(10)呈圆形片状设置;
    和/或,所述吸盘(10)为橡胶材质。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述第二吸附面(22)的面积大于所述第一吸附面(11)的面积。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述吸盘(10)的数量为两个及以上,所述加强片(20)的数量为一个,各个所述吸盘(10)的所述第一吸附面(11)均吸附于所述加强片(20)的所述第二吸附面(22);
    或者所述吸盘(10)的数量为两个及以上,所述加强片(20)的数量与所述吸盘(10)的数量相同,且各个所述吸盘(10)的所述第一吸附面(11)能够一一对应吸附于各个所述加强片(20)的所述第二吸附面(22)。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述仰卧起坐系统(100)包括:基座(40)与按压结构(50),所述基座(40)设于所述吸盘(10)背向所述加强片(20)的侧面;所述按压结构(50)与所述吸盘(10) 背向所述加强片(20)的侧面相连接,并能够驱动所述基座(40)朝向所述吸盘(10)移动,以使所述基座(40)按压所述吸盘(10)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述基座(40)开设有第一通孔(41),所述第一通孔(41)与所述吸盘(10)背向所述加强片(20)的侧面相对应;
    所述按压结构(50)包括:第一连接杆(51)、第二连接杆(52)及按压件(53),所述第一连接杆(51)的一端垂直连接于所述吸盘(10)背向所述加强片(20)的侧面,另一端穿出所述第一通孔(41);所述第二连接杆(52)穿设于所述第一连接杆(51),且所述第二连接杆(52)位于所述基座(40)背向所述吸盘(10)的一侧;所述按压件(53)连接于所述第二连接杆(52),并能够以所述第二连接杆(52)为轴转动,且所述按压件(53)能够按压所述基座(40),以使所述基座(40)朝向所述吸盘(10)移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述按压件(53)形成有按压把手(531)及转动部(532),所述按压把手(531)与所述转动部(532)相连接;
    所述转动部(532)开设有第二通孔(5321),所述第二连接杆(52)穿设于所述第二通孔(5321),所述转动部(532)能够以所述第二连接杆(52)为轴转动;所述转动部(532)形成有松开接触面(5322)、转动弧面(5323)及吸附压接面(5324),所述松开接触面(5322)与所述吸附压接面(5324)通过所述转动弧面(5323)相衔接。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述按压结构(50)还包括:弹簧(54),所述弹簧(54)套设于所述第一连接杆(51)的周向外侧,所述弹簧(54)的一端抵接于所述吸盘(10)面向所述基座(40) 的侧面,另一端与所述基座(40)面向所述吸盘(10)的侧面相抵。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述弹簧(54)呈锥形设置。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述仰卧起坐系统(100)包括:支撑横杆(60)及连杆结构(70),所述连杆结构(70)垂直装设于所述基座(40)背向所述吸盘(10)的侧面,所述支撑横杆(60)垂直装设于所述连杆结构(70)并与所述第一吸附面(11)相平行。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述连杆结构(70)包括:第三连接杆(71)与第四连接杆(72),所述第三连接杆(71)垂直连接于所述基座(40)背向所述吸盘(10)的侧面;所述第四连接杆(72)通过伸缩结构(73)可伸缩装设于所述第三连接杆(71)远离所述基座(40)的一端,且所述第四连接杆(72)与所述基座(40)相垂直。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述第三连接杆(71)的周向侧面开设有第三通孔(711),所述第四连接杆(72)的周向侧面开设有与所述第三通孔(711)相对应的第四通孔(721);
    所述伸缩结构(73)包括:弹性件(731),所述弹性件(731)装设于所述第四连接杆(72),所述弹性件(731)的一端可伸缩穿设于所述第四通孔(721);所述弹性件(731)穿出所述第四通孔(721)的端部能够穿出所述第三通孔(711),以使所述第三连接杆(71)与所述第四连接杆(72)相固定。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述弹性件(731)包括:弹片(7311)及凸柱(7312),所述弹片(7311)装设于所述第四连接杆(72)的内部并与所述第四通孔(721)相对;所述凸柱(7312)设于所 述弹片(7311)面向所述第四通孔(721)的一侧,且所述凸柱(7312)远离所述弹片(7311)的一端可伸缩穿设于所述第四通孔(721)。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述弹片(7311)呈U型设置,所述弹片(7311)的两侧部均与所述第四连接杆(72)的内壁相紧贴。
  15. 如权利要求12-14任一项所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述第三连接杆(71)的周向外侧面开设有两个及以上所述第三通孔(711),各个所述第三通孔(711)沿所述第三连接杆(71)的轴向方向相间隔排布。
  16. 如权利要求12-14任一项所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述连杆结构(70)还包括:缓冲套(74),所述缓冲套(74)装设于所述第三连接杆(71)远离所述基座(40)的端部内,且所述缓冲套(74)形成有供所述第四连接杆(72)穿入的中空通道(741)。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述缓冲套(74)远离所述基座(40)的端部形成有限位凸边(742),所述限位凸边(742)能够与所述第三连接杆(71)背向所述基座(40)的端面相抵接。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述缓冲套(74)的周向侧面开设有与所述第三通孔(711)对应的第一开口(743)。
  19. 如权利要求11-14任一项所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述支撑横杆(60)的数量为两个及以上,至少一个所述支撑横杆(60)装设于所述第三连接杆(71)并与所述第三连接杆(71)相垂直,至少一个所述支撑横杆(60)装设于所述第四连接杆(72)并与所述第四连接杆(72)相垂直。
  20. 如权利要求11-14中任一项所述的仰卧起坐系统,其特征在于,所述支撑横杆(60)的轴向外侧面套设有柔性件(80)。
  21. 一种使用权利要求1-20任一项所述的仰卧起坐系统的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    将加强片(20)的粘贴面(21)粘贴在固定面(30)上;
    将吸盘(10)的第一吸附面(11)与所述加强片(20)的第二吸附面(22)相吸附为一体。
