Abstract
Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera está constituido por un protector de mascarilla cuyo borde presenta un cortaviento, donde en ambos extremos laterales del protector de mascarilla se unen unos sujetadores elásticos mediante unas hebillas giratorias, las cuales se acoplan al protector de mascarilla por unos soportes de eje giratorio; los sujetadores elásticos presentan unas hebillas reguladoras que permiten ajustar con mayor precisión alrededor de la cabeza. En la parte posterior del protector de mascarilla se ubica una cremallera, que permite colocar la mascarilla filtrante en el protector, dicha cremallera está protegida por una cubierta protectora que evita que la cremallera entre en contacto con el rostro. La presente invención permite que la mascarilla esté sujeta y protegida de acuerdo a las distintas dimensiones de la cabeza de una persona; asi mismo el protector de mascarilla permite alargar la vida útil de las mascarillas ya que éstas no están expuestas al medio ambiente, sino están al interior del protector, evitando que sean desechadas frecuentemente.
Description
UN PROTECTOR DE MASCARILLA FILTRANTE CON CREMALLERA
CAMPO TÉCNICO
La siguiente invención se desarrolla en el campo técnico relacionado a dispositivos de protección, específicamente dispositivos de protección facial de la industria textil contra agentes patógenos liberados en el medio ambiente.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Se conocen actualmente protectores para mascarillas convencionales que permiten que dichas mascarillas no sean manipuladas constantemente por las personas, tal y como el documento de patente WO2016/142232, el cual describe un protector de mascarilla para ser transportado en la mano a modo de estuche y se caracteriza porque comprende un cuerpo en forma de copa y una cremallera dispuesta en el borde de dicho cuerpo que permite el ingreso de la mascarilla. Sin embargo, dicho dispositivo no permite sujetar y proteger al mismo tiempo sin tener que retirar la mascarilla del rostro.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Como solución a los problemas antes mencionados se desarrolló el presente invento denominado “Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera” el cual comprende un protector de mascarilla cuyo borde presenta un cortaviento, donde en los extremos laterales del protector de mascarilla se acoplan unos soportes de eje giratorio los cuales están unidas a unas hebillas giratorias; a dichas hebillas giratorias se unen unos sujetadores elásticos que poseen al menos una hebilla reguladora para ajustar el protector de mascarilla de acuerdo a las distintas dimensiones de la cabeza de una persona. En la parte posterior del protector de mascarilla se ubica una cremallera que permite el acceso a una abertura al interior de dicho protector, la abertura permite contener a una mascarilla filtrante; donde la cremallera está protegida por una cubierta protectora que evita que la cremallera entre en contacto con el rostro.
Los soportes de eje giratorio permiten reducir la tensión cuando se está en movimiento y los sujetadores elásticos presentan unas hebillas reguladoras que
permiten ajustar con mayor precisión el sujetador elástico alrededor de la cabeza. Los sujetadores elásticos sujetan el protector de mascarilla de acuerdo a las distintas dimensiones de la cabeza de una persona.
Las hebillas giratorias permiten ajustar los sujetadores elásticos al protector de mascarilla en varias dimensiones, tanto en el pabellón auricular, así como también alrededor de la cabeza. Así también, la invención presenta un cortaviento en el borde periférico del protector de mascarilla que minimiza el impacto del viento al rostro y por ende el ingreso de partículas a la parte interna del protector de mascarilla.
La presente invención permite que la mascarilla esté sujeta y protegida de acuerdo a las distintas dimensiones de la cabeza de una persona; asi mismo el protector de mascarilla permite alargar la vida útil de las mascarillas ya que éstas no están expuestas al medio ambiente, sino están al interior del protector, evitando que sean desechadas frecuentemente.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con el objetivo de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las características de la invención se adjunta un juego de figuras en donde con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente:
Figura 1: Se muestra una vista frontal de la invención propuesta donde se aprecia el cortaviento expuesto, unas hebillas reguladoras, unas hebillas giratorias y el soporte de eje giratorio sujeto al interior del protector de mascarilla.
Figura 2: Se muestra una vista posterior de la invención propuesta donde se aprecia la cremallera expuesta y la cubierta protectora.
Figura 3: Se muestra una vista lateral de la invención propuesta donde se aprecia la hebilla reguladora en el sujetador elástico, la hebilla giratoria, la cremallera y la abertura por donde ingresa la mascarilla filtrante.
Figura 4: Se muestra una vista lateral de la invención propuesta colocada en el rostro de una persona, donde se aprecia la hebilla reguladora, hebilla giratoria y el cortaviento.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención puede materializarse de la siguiente forma, entendiendo que la descripción debe ser considerada como un ejemplo de los principios de la invención y no pretende limitar el aspecto amplio de la invención a los modos de realización utilizados:
Un protector de mascarilla (1) de tipo copa, de material de tela en cuyo borde periférico lleva un cortaviento (2), presenta en ambos extremos laterales unos sujetadores elásticos (4) que tiene una hebilla reguladora (3), dichos sujetadores elásticos (4) se conectan al protector de mascarilla (1) a través de unas hebillas giratorias (5) unidas a un eje giratorio (5a) que se conectan a unos soportes de eje giratorio (5b) que permiten utilizar los sujetadores elásticos (4) tanto en el pabellón auricular, como alrededor de la cabeza. Una
cremallera (8) que lleva una cubierta protectora (7) de tela que evita el contacto de la cremallera (8) hacia el rostro.
En la figura 3 muestra un protector de mascarilla (1) con un cortaviento (2), unos sujetadores elásticos (4) con una hebilla reguladora (3) y unas cuatro hebillas giratorias (5) que se unen al protector de mascarilla (1) mediante cuatro soportes de eje giratorios (5b); una cremallera (8) ubicada desde la mitad de la parte posterior del protector de mascarilla (1) que permite el acceso a la abertura (6) donde se alojará la mascarilla filtrante.
Claims
1. Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera caracterizado porque comprende:
- un protector de mascarilla (1) cuyo borde presenta un cortaviento (2);
- unos sujetadores elásticos (4) ubicados en ambos extremos laterales del protector de mascarilla (1);
- unas hebillas giratorias (5) unidas a los sujetadores elásticos (4) permiten la unión de éstas al protector de mascarilla (1), mediante unos soportes de eje giratorio (5b);
- al menos una hebilla reguladora (3) sobre los sujetadores elásticos (4), los cuales permiten ajustar el protector de mascarilla (1) de acuerdo a las distintas dimensiones de la cabeza de una persona; y
- una cremallera (8) en la parte posterior del protector de mascarilla (1), permitiendo el acceso hacia una abertura (6) por donde se coloca una mascarilla filtrante; y porque
- una cubierta protectora (7) sobre la cremallera (8) evita que dicha cremallera (8) entre en contacto con el rostro;
2. Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el sujetador elástico (4) presenta una hebilla reguladora (3).
3. Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque cuatro hebillas giratorias (5) permiten la unión de los sujetadores elásticos (4) al protector de mascarilla (1), mediante cuatro soportes de eje giratorio (5b).
4. Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque la hebilla giratoria (5) se une a un eje giratorio (5a) que se conecta a los soportes de eje giratorio (5b).

5. Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque la cremallera (8) está ubicada desde la mitad de la parte posterior del protector de mascarilla (1).
6. Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el protector de mascarilla (1) es de material tipo tela.
7. Un protector de mascarilla filtrante con cremallera según la reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque la cubierta protectora (7) es de material tipo tela.
