Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de changement de direction pour un appareil d'aide à la marche de type rail, le dispositif étant apte à changer une direction de marche et comprenant : une base (10) disposée sur une pluralité de premiers et de deuxièmes rails fixes (100, 102) ; un disque (20) disposé sur la base (10) pour tourner dans la direction horizontale ; un support central (40) traversant la base (10) de manière à être disposé au niveau du disque (20) ; une unité d'entraînement (70) disposée au niveau de la base (10) pour déplacer linéairement un chariot (72) ; un bloc tournant (50) qui est disposé de manière rotative sur le chariot (72) et dans lequel un trou de coulissement (52) pénètre dans la direction horizontale ; une tige (60) qui présente une tête annulaire (62) formée sur un côté correspondant, qui coulisse dans le trou de coulissement (52) et dont la tête annulaire (62) est fixée au disque (20) ; et un rail rotatif (90) qui est disposé sur le support central (40) et dont la direction correspond à celle du premier rail fixe (100) ou du deuxième rail fixe (102).
