背景技术
为了取得汽车倒车时的车后影像,通常需要在车后部安装摄像头,一般可以通过打孔、自攻螺钉固定或卡接在车牌框灯处固定等方法,然后电连接到汽车尾灯或者尾灯保险上。
但现有的车牌框后摄像头取电不方便,尾灯线缆不好找或者无法使用,限制了这类摄像头的应用范围。
实用新型内容
本公开的目的在于提供一种摄像头组件和汽车,其能够方便摄像头取电,适用性广。
本公开的实施例是这样实现的:
第一方面,本公开实施例提供一种摄像头组件,包括框架、电池组件、摄像头以及电路板,框架配置成固定车牌,电池组件、摄像头以及电路板安装于框架,电池组件和摄像头均与电路板电连接,电池组件配置成通过电路板向摄像头和电路板提供电量,电路板上设置有充电端口,充电端口配置成与外部电源连接,以向电池组件充电。
在可选的实施方式中,框架包括主框和背板,主框设置在背板的边缘并凸出于背板表面,主框围成车牌的安装区域。
在可选的实施方式中,背板为矩形,主框的内侧凸设有卡接部,卡接部与背板表面间隔形成供车牌边缘插入的空间。
在可选的实施方式中,框架还包括可拆卸地连接与背板的压板,压板配置成将车牌压在背板上。
在可选的实施方式中,压板上设置有弹性插扣,背板上设置有插孔,压板与背板插接配合。

在本公开的描述中,还需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”和“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒 介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本公开中的具体含义。
图1为本公开一种实施例中摄像头组件010的爆炸视图;图2为本公开一种实施例中摄像头组件010的第一剖视图;图3为本公开一种实施例中摄像头组件010的第二剖视图。请参照图1至图3,本实施例提供的一种摄像头组件010,包括框架、摄像头400、电池组件200以及电路板300,框架配置成固定车牌020,电池组件200、摄像头400和电路板300安装于框架,电池组件200和摄像头400均与电路板300电连接,电池组件200配置成向摄像头400和电路板300提供电量,电路板300上设置有充电端口310,充电端口310配置成与外部电源连接,以向电池组件200充电。本公开实施例提供的摄像头组件010,既可以配置成安装车牌020,也可以对自带的摄像头400供电。摄像头400可以直接与电池组件200或者电路板300连接,来获取电量,这样避免了现有技术中汽车的后置摄像头不方便接电的问题。并且本公开的电池组件200包含了可充电电池,在汽车闲置时,可以对其充电,保证摄像头的电量供应。
图4为本公开一种实施例中摄像头组件010的框架的第一视角示意图;图5为本公开一种实施例中摄像头组件010的框架的第二视角示意图。在可选的实施方式中,框架包括主框120和背板100,如图1、图4和图5所示,主框120设置在背板100的边缘并凸出于背板100表面,主框120围成车牌020的安装区域。
由于需要安装的车牌020为矩形,因此在本实施例中,背板100设置为矩形,主框120设置在背板100的三个侧边上,如此一来,背板100上被主框120围成的配置成安装车牌020的区域为矩形。在车牌020安装在框架上后,车牌020与背板100大致平行,车牌020的背面与背板100相对。在本实施例中,背板100上设置有主框120的三个侧边分别对应车牌020在使用时的上端和左右两端。为了方便描述,后文中所描述的上端和下端,以通常使用状态下的方位为准。
在本实施例中,位于背板100上端的主框120的内侧凸设卡接部122,卡接部122与背板100表面间隔形成供车牌020边缘插入的空间。卡接部122的数量可以根据需要进行选择,在本实施例中,卡接部122的数量为4个。
在可选的实施方式中,框架还包括可拆卸地连接与背板100的压板130,压板130配置成将车牌020压在背板100上,以实现车牌020的固定。可选的,压板130设置在靠近背板100下端的位置,配置成压住车牌020的下端。
具体在本实施例中,压板130上设置有弹性插扣132(如图1所示),背板100上设置有插孔(图中未示出),压板130与背板100插接配合。通过弹性插扣132和插孔配合的方 式,可以方便压板130的装卸。如图1所示,在本实施例中,每一个弹性插扣132包括成对的两个具有弹性的卡勾,弹性插扣132在插入插孔后可以勾住背板100。
在本实施例中,背板100上设置有定位柱110,定位柱110上套设有弹性部112,弹性部112配置成抵接车牌020的背面。通过定位柱110上的弹性部112抵接车牌020的背面,就能够实现卡接部122、压板130和定位柱110分别从三个位置固定车牌020。其中压板130和卡接部122在车牌020的上下两端压住车牌020,定位柱110(以及弹性部112)在车牌020的背面顶住车牌020,这样车牌020能够被稳定地安装在框架上。在本实施中,定位柱110有多个,在背板100的宽度方向(使用时的水平方向)上间隔设置,弹性部112可选为硅胶套,能够起到一定缓冲作用,避免车牌020被定位柱110抵接而损坏。应理解,定位柱110的个数可以根据需要进行增减。
在可选的实施方式中,主框120上设置有配置成安装摄像头400的安装孔124,安装孔124从主框120的外侧贯穿至主框120的内侧。
在本实施例中,摄像头400连接于一个支架410的一端,支架410的另一端从主框120的外侧通过安装孔124插入到主框120的内侧,并与背板100连接,具体的连接方式可以是通过螺钉或螺栓固定在背板100上。通过这种方式可以方便各类摄像头400的安装,适用性广,安装方便且稳固。
在可选的实施方式中,框架还包括连接于主框120的容纳盒140,容纳盒140形成配置成容纳电池组件200的容纳盒140。在本实施例中,主框120设置于背板100的其中三个侧边,而容纳盒140设置于背板100的另一个侧边,也即背板100下端的侧边。
在本实施例中,容纳盒140设置有开口,容纳盒140还包括设置在开口处的可拆卸的底板143,以封堵容纳盒140的开口。通过设置可拆卸的底板143,能够方便电池组件200的装卸。此外,在本实施例中,在使用状态下,容纳盒140的开口朝下。
为了增强容纳盒140的强度,同时方便底板143的固定,容纳盒140内设置有隔板141,隔板141连接容纳盒140相对的两个内壁。隔板141上设置有过线槽142和螺孔,过线槽142配置成供电线穿过(包括电池组件200牵引出的电线,或者摄像头400与电路板300的之间的电线),底板143通过螺栓与隔板141连接。在本实施例中,容纳盒140呈条状,设置在背板100的下端,隔板141数量为多个,多个隔板141在容纳盒140的长度方向上间隔设置。
应当理解,电池组件200可以通过卡接或粘接等方式固定在容纳盒140内,也可以通过灌胶固定在容纳盒140内。
在本实施例中,电路板300安装于容纳盒140内,充电端口310安装在电路板300上, 并通过容纳盒140开设的通孔暴露出来,容纳盒140的通孔处设置有可拆卸的防水盖312(见图2),以保护充电端口310。该充电端口310可以是直流充电端口。在本实施例中,配置成暴露充电端口310的通孔开设在底板143上。
在可选的实施方式中,还包括与电路板300连接的指示灯320,指示灯320配置成显示电池组件200的电量情况。指示灯320可以是发光二极管。在本实施例中,通过在底板143上开孔使得指示灯320暴露在容纳盒140外。
此外,容纳盒140还设置有过线孔144,过线孔144配置成供摄像头400的线路穿过,连接在电路板300上。摄像头400的线路沿着支架410,通过安装孔124,从车牌020背面绕到容纳盒140处,吃然后从过线孔144穿入,连接到电路板300上。
本公开实施例还提供一种汽车(图中未示出),包括本公开上述实施例提供的摄像头组件010。摄像头组件010的电路板300可以与汽车的控制器电连接。摄像头400平时不工作,当收到倒车触发指令后,得电工作,将图像传至车载显示屏显示,这样比较省电。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供一种摄像头组件010,包括框架、摄像头400、电池组件200以及电路板300,框架配置成固定车牌020,电池组件200、摄像头400和电路板300安装于框架,电池组件200和摄像头400均与电路板300电连接,电池组件200配置成向摄像头400和电路板300提供电量,电路板300上设置有充电端口310,充电端口310配置成向电池组件200充电。本公开的摄像头组件010中,安装了可充电的电池组件200,使得该摄像头组件010既可以安装车牌020,又可以为自带的摄像头400供电。免去了现有技术中摄像头400复杂的接线操作,大大减少摄像头400安装时间,并且该摄像头组件010具有较高的通用性。
本公开实施例提供的汽车包括了上述的摄像头组件010,因此也具有摄像头400安装方便,适用性广的特点。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种摄像头组件,其特征在于,包括框架、电池组件、摄像头以及电路板,所述框架配置成固定车牌,所述电池组件、所述摄像头以及所述电路板安装于所述框架,所述电池组件和所述摄像头均与所述电路板电连接,所述电池组件配置成通过所述电路板向所述摄像头和所述电路板提供电量,所述电路板上设置有充电端口,所述充电端口配置成与外部电源连接,以向所述电池组件充电。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,所述框架包括主框和背板,所述主框设置在所述背板的边缘并凸出于所述背板表面,所述主框围成所述车牌的安装区域。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,所述背板为矩形,所述主框的内侧凸设有卡接部,所述卡接部与所述背板表面间隔形成供所述车牌边缘插入的空间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,所述框架还包括可拆卸地连接与所述背板的压板,所述压板配置成将所述车牌压在所述背板上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,所述背板上设置有定位柱,所述定位柱上套设有弹性部,所述弹性部配置成抵接所述车牌的背面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,所述框架还包括连接于所述主框的容纳盒,所述容纳盒形成配置成容纳所述电池组件的容纳盒。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,所述容纳盒设置有开口,所述开口处设置有可拆卸的底板,以封堵所述容纳盒的开口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,所述电路板安装于所述容纳盒内,所述充电端口安装在所述电路板上,并通过所述容纳盒开设的通孔暴露出来,所述容纳盒的通孔处设置有可拆卸的防水盖。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的摄像头组件,其特征在于,还包括与所述电路板连接的指示灯,所述指示灯配置成显示所述电池组件的电量情况。
  10. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的摄像头组件,所述摄像头组件的电路板与所述汽车的控制器电连接。
