请参见图2和图7,进一步地,所述托片43包括一端固定连接于所述安装板412而另一端向下延伸且位于所述环形钢箍42环外的外托片432以及一端固定连接于所述安装板412而另一端向下延伸并且位于所述环形钢箍42环内的内托片433,所述外托片432的下端与所述内托片433的下端相连接并形成所述穿孔431。优选地,内托片433和外托片432采用一体成型连接,也即,托片43为一个零件,此结构简单,并且可以采用冲压或者弯折成型,生产成本低。
请参见图1和图6,进一步地,所述开口腔12具有开口121,所述电池仓还包括盖设于所述开口121并且将所述电池封设于所述仓体10内的仓盖组件50。通过设置仓盖组件50将电池封设在电池仓内,用于限定电池的位置,保证电池与连接器22连接的可靠性。
请参见图5,进一步地,所述仓盖组件50包括盖设于所述开口121上且一侧与所述仓体10靠近所述开口121的边缘处铰接的盖体51以及一侧与所述盖体51连接而另一侧与所述仓体10可拆卸连接的锁扣组件52。所述锁扣组件52包括设置于所述盖体51边缘的转轴521、中部连接于所述转轴521并与所述盖体51转动连接的按钮522,所述按钮522包括位于所述转轴521靠近所述仓体10一侧的卡接部5221、位于所述转轴521远离所述仓体10一侧的按压部5223以及设置于所述卡接部5221面向所述仓体10的一侧的第一卡接凸起5222,所述仓体10侧壁设有向所述卡接部5221延伸形成且用于限制所述第一卡接凸起5222向上运动的第二卡接凸起11。具体地,当需要打开盖体51时,用手指按下按压部5223,使得第一卡接凸起5222与第二卡接凸起11分离,然后即可打开盖体51;当盖体51扣合时,第一卡接凸起5222会和第二卡接凸起11相卡持,避免盖体51自行打开。
请参见图6,进一步地,所述仓盖组件50还包括设置于所述盖体51面向所述开口腔12的一侧且用于按压所述电池的按压泡棉53。通过设置按压泡棉53将电池保持在特定位置,避免电池发生错位导致电池与连接器22接触不良。
请参见图4和图6,进一步地,所述中控模组20包括两个所述连接器22,两所述连接器22分别用于与两所述电池连接。通过设置两个连接器22,使得电池仓可以装载两个电池,以此,可以提高电动车的续航。当然也可以根据实际情况设置其他数量的连接器22。
请参见图3和图4,进一步地,所述中控模组20的上表面且位于两所述连接器22的中间设有用于将两所述电池隔开的隔梁23。通过设置隔梁23,可以限制两个电池的位置,从而可以保证电池与连接器22的相对位置,提高连接的可靠性,并且,在电动车行驶的过程中,该隔梁23可以避免电池较大幅度的晃动,进而降低连接器22的负载,有利于延长连接器22的寿命。
请参见图3和图4,进一步地,所述仓体10内壁向内凸设有沿上下方向延伸的导向梁13,所述导向梁13位于两所述电池之间。在将电池插入仓体10的过程中,导向梁13可以为电池的移动提供导向作用,使得电池与连接器22精准的插进,降低了操作难度;同样的,导向梁13也可以保证电池与连接器22的相对位置,提高连接的可靠性,并且,在电动车行驶的过程中,导向梁13同样可以避免电池较大幅度的晃动,进而降低连接器22的负载,有利于延长连接器22的寿命。
请参见图4和图6,进一步地,所述连接器22为拔插式连接器。在安装或者拆卸电池时,只需拔插动作即可实现,方便快捷。
请参见图4,进一步地,所述仓体10底部于不同方向设有多个通孔14,所述供电线30从其中一所述通孔14由所述开口腔12穿出至所述仓体10的外部。通过设置多个通孔14,用户可以自行选择供电线30的出线方向,以方便后续供电线30与电动车相关电子器件的连接。
本发明还提供了一种电动车,包括上述电池仓。该电池仓与上述各实施例中的电池仓具有相同的结构特征,且所起作用相同,此处不赘述。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电池仓,用于容置电池,其特征在于,所述电池仓包括具有开口腔的仓体、位于所述开口腔内且用于与所述电池电性连接的中控模组、一端与所述中控模组电性连接而另一端由所述开口腔穿出至所述仓体外部并且用于实现所述电池与外部电器件进行电能传输的供电线、环套于所述仓体外壁且与所述仓体固定连接并用于与外部结构件固定连接的固定组件,所述中控模组包括与所述供电线电性连接的电路板以及安置于所述电路板上并与所述电路板电性连接且与所述电池可拆卸连接配合以与所述电池电性连接的连接器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括呈环状且环套于所述仓体外的防滑胶套,所述防滑胶套包括贴合于所述仓体外侧壁的软胶套以及沿所述软胶套上边缘向远离所述仓体的方向延伸形成且用于与外部结构件固定连接的安装板。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述固定组件还包括环套于所述软胶套外且将所述软胶套勒紧于所述仓体外侧壁的环形钢箍。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述固定组件还包括沿所述环形钢箍的长度方向间隔设置的多个托片,各所述托片的一端与所述安装板固定连接而另一端向下延伸并且设置有穿孔,所述环形钢箍贯穿所述穿孔设置。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述托片包括一端固定连接于所述安装板而另一端向下延伸且位于所述环形钢箍环外的外托片以及一端固定连接于所述安装板而另一端向下延伸并且位于所述环形钢箍环内的内托片,所述外托片的下端与所述内托片的下端相连接并形成所述穿孔。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述电池仓还包括盖设于所述开口腔的开口处并且将所述电池封设于所述仓体内的仓盖组件。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述仓盖组件包括盖设于所述开口腔的开口处上且一侧与所述仓体靠近所述开口的边缘处铰接的盖体以及一侧与所述盖体连接而另一侧与所述仓体可拆卸连接的锁扣组件。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述锁扣组件包括设置于所述盖体边缘的转轴、中部连接于所述转轴并与所述盖体转动连接的按钮,所述按钮包括位于所述转轴靠近所述仓体一侧的卡接部、位于所述转轴远离所述仓体一侧的按压部以及设置于所述卡接部面向所述仓体的一侧的第一卡接凸起,所述仓体侧壁设有向所述卡接部延伸形成且用于限制所述第一卡接凸起向上运动的第二卡接凸起。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述仓盖组件还包括设置于所述盖体面向所述开口腔的一侧且用于按压所述电池的按压泡棉。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述中控模组包括两个所述连接器,两所述连接器分别与一所述电池连接配合。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述中控模组的上表面设有用于将两所述电池隔开的隔梁,且所述隔梁位于两所述连接器的中间。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述仓体内壁向内凸设有延伸方向为上下方向的导向梁,所述导向梁位于两所述电池之间。
  13. 如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述连接器为拔插式连接器。
  14. 如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的电池仓,其特征在于,所述仓体底部于不同方向设有多个通孔,所述供电线从其中一所述通孔由所述开口腔穿出至所述仓体的外部。
  15. 一种电动车,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-14任意一项所述的电池仓。
