Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un dispositivo para eficientar la combustión que se instala en equipos de proceso como son calderas, secadores, turbinas de gas, hornos de cerámica, quemadores entre otros solo por mencionar algunos ejemplos; y en motores de combustión interna para aumentar la eficiencia de combustión. El dispositivo de esta invención se conforma por un contenedor metálico y una mezcla contenida en su interior. El dispositivo puede ser cualquier cuerpo geométrico, desde la más simple como puede ser un prisma triangular hasta un cuerpo cilíndrico. El dispositivo de esta invención puede encontrarse en líneas de combustible, líneas de flujo de aire, dentro de los tanques de almacenamiento de combustible o pudiera ser el medio de almacenamiento del combustible, entre otras modalidades que se pueda presentar. Las ventajas del dispositivo son disminución de consumo de combustible para desempeñar el mismo trabajo en los equipos o máquinas en donde se instala, aumenta el calor de combustión y por lo tanto aumenta la temperatura de combustión a las mismas condiciones de operación, reduce los gases contaminantes de la combustión.
