Description
補聴器の音に対する増幅の度合いの設定値を、所定の期間ごとに変更することによって、段階的に目標設定値に近づけるように調整するための補聴器調整システムであって、
前記目標設定値を決定する目標設定値決定部と、
前記目標設定値に基づいて、各段階における前記設定値を決定する設定内容決定部と、
前回の調整後における前記補聴器のユーザの該補聴器の装用時間を測定する装用時間測定部と、
各段階における前記設定値に基づいて、前記補聴器の調整を行う調整処理部とを備え、
前記調整処理部は、各段階における調整の際に、測定された前記装用時間に基づいて、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする。
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が第1の所定時間に満たなかった場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第1の所定時間との差が大きいほど前記設定値の変更量が小さくなるように、今回の前記設定値を補正することが好ましい。
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が前記第1の所定時間よりも短い第2の所定時間に満たなかった場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第1の所定時間との差に関わらず前記設定値が前回の前記設定値と一致するように、今回の前記設定値を補正することが好ましい。
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が第3の所定時間を超えた場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第3の所定時間との差が大きいほど前記設定値の変更量が大きくなるように、今回の前記設定値を補正することが好ましい。
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が第3の所定時間よりも長い第4の所定時間を超えた場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第3の所定時間との差に関わらず前記設定値の変更量が一定となるように、今回の前記設定値を補正することが好ましい。

前記調整処理部は、各段階における調整の際に、測定された前記装用時間に基づいて、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする。
補聴器の音に対する増幅の度合いの設定値を、所定の期間ごとに変更することによって、段階的に目標設定値に近づけるように調整するための補聴器調整方法であって、
前記目標設定値を決定する工程と、
前記目標設定値に基づいて、各段階における前記設定値を決定する工程と、
前回の調整後における前記補聴器のユーザの該補聴器の装用時間を測定する工程と、
各段階における前記設定値に基づいて、前記補聴器の調整を行う工程とを備え、
前記補聴器の調整を行う工程で、測定された前記装用時間に基づいて、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする。
図1に示すように、調整システムSは、聴力検査装置1による純音聴力検査の結果に基づいて、補聴器2の音に対する増幅の度合いの設定値を、所定の期間ごとに変更することによって、段階的に目標設定値に近づけるように調整するためのシステムである。
図2に示すように、補聴器2は、実装されたハードウェア構成又はプログラムにより実現される機能(処理部)として、設定値記憶部2a、増幅処理部2b、及び、センサ2cを備えている。
次に、図2~図5を参照して、調整システムSが行う処理について説明する。
まず、図2及び図3を参照して、補聴器2の使用開始の際に実行される処理について説明する。
次に、図2及び図4A~図4Cを参照して、各段階における補聴器2の調整の際に実行される処理(補聴器調整方法)について説明する。この処理は、補聴器2の使用開始、又は、各段階における調整時から所定の期間(本実施形態では7日)ごとに実行される処理である。
次に、図2及び図5を参照して、各段階における補聴器2の調整の後に実行される処理について説明する。
Claims (7)
- 補聴器の音に対する増幅の度合いの設定値を、所定の期間ごとに変更することによって、段階的に目標設定値に近づけるように調整するための補聴器調整システムであって、
前記目標設定値を決定する目標設定値決定部と、
前記目標設定値に基づいて、各段階における前記設定値を決定する設定内容決定部と、
前回の調整後における前記補聴器のユーザの該補聴器の装用時間を測定する装用時間測定部と、
各段階における前記設定値に基づいて、前記補聴器の調整を行う調整処理部とを備え、
前記調整処理部は、各段階における調整の際に、測定された前記装用時間に基づいて、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする補聴器調整システム。 - 請求項1に記載の補聴器調整システムにおいて、
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が第1の所定時間に満たなかった場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第1の所定時間との差が大きいほど前記設定値の変更量が小さくなるように、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする補聴器調整システム。 - 請求項2に記載の補聴器調整システムにおいて、
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が前記第1の所定時間よりも短い第2の所定時間に満たなかった場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第1の所定時間との差に関わらず前記設定値が前回の前記設定値と一致するように、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする補聴器調整システム。 - 請求項1~請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の補聴器調整システムにおいて、
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が第3の所定時間を超えた場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第3の所定時間との差が大きいほど前記設定値の変更量が大きくなるように、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする補聴器調整システム。 - 請求項4に記載の補聴器調整システムにおいて、
前記調整処理部は、測定された前記装用時間が第3の所定時間よりも長い第4の所定時間を超えた場合、前記装用時間が測定された後の調整の際に、前記装用時間と前記第3の所定時間との差に関わらず前記設定値の変更量が一定となるように、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする補聴器調整システム。 - 補聴器の音に対する増幅の度合いの設定値を、所定の期間ごとに変更することによって、段階的に目標設定値に近づけるように調整するための補聴器調整システムであって、
前記目標設定値を決定する目標設定値決定部と、前記目標設定値に基づいて、各段階における前記設定値を決定する設定内容決定部と、前回の調整後における前記補聴器のユーザの該補聴器の装用時間を測定する装用時間測定部と、各段階における前記設定値に基づいて、前記補聴器の調整を行う調整処理部とを有している設定用端末を備え、
前記設定用端末と前記補聴器とは、相互に情報通信可能であり、

前記補聴器の調整を行う工程で、測定された前記装用時間に基づいて、今回の前記設定値を補正することを特徴とする補聴器調整方法。
