本发明涉及天线技术领域,尤其是涉及一种车载天线组件。
车载天线,如鲨鱼鳍天线等,由于外形美观、功能多样,广泛安装于汽车上。车载天线在安装时需通过安装固定装置安装在车身上,如车顶位置。如中国专利CN207441949U公开的可快速安装的汽车车顶天线组件,其包括车载天线和安装固定装置,车载天线包括安装底座、天线本体及天线外壳,安装固定装置通常包括安装螺钉和安装弹片,通过安装螺钉将车顶钣金安装于安装弹片与安装底座之间进行固定。目前市场上的安装弹片为冲压件,其在锁紧固定后由于形变而无法恢复原状,导致在拆卸过程中需要将安装螺钉和安装弹片整体拆下来后才能够将车载天线从车顶钣金拆除,且安装弹片变形后会卡在安装底座的凸台的插接槽内,不利于拆卸,并且安装弹片变形后无法重复利用,造成浪费和成本的增加。
因此,亟需一种新的车载天线组件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种新的车载天线组件,方便安装和拆除车载天线,同时避免车载天线拆除时造成固定装置中各部件损坏,节约成本,减少浪费。

下面将结合本发明的附图,对本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1至图7所示,本发明所揭示的一种车载天线组件,其包括车载天线和固定装置,固定装置将车载天线固定于车辆钣金。本实施例中,以车载天线通过固定装置固定于车顶钣金a为例对车载天线及固定装置进行详细说明,当然,在其他实施例中,可根据实际需求设置车载天线的固定位置。
车载天线包括基座10、安装于基座10的天线本体(图未示)及包覆于天线本体外侧的外壳d。固定装置包括固定件20、弹性件30及紧固件40。基座10包括基部10a及与基部10a相连的安装座50,安装座50用于安装固定件20、弹性件30及紧固件40。安装座50具有延伸末端面50a和周向外侧面50b,其中,安装座50设有自延伸末端面50a向基部10a方向凹陷形成的收容腔,安装座50还设有自周向外侧面50b向内凹陷形成的三个让位槽53,让位槽53内设置有导引面530。安装座50包括设置于收容腔内的限位柱52,限位柱52沿安装座50的轴向方向延伸,收容腔的内壁面与限位柱52的外壁面之间形成收容槽51,弹性件30套设于限位柱52并位于收容槽51内。在本实施例中,安装座50与基部10a采用一体成型 结构,当然,在其他实施例中,安装座50也可采用活动连接的方式与基部10a固定于一体,如螺栓固定等。
固定件20为压铸件,其包括本体部21及自本体部21延伸的三个抵接部22,本体部21包括基体210及自基体210延伸的限位环211,三个抵接部22自基体210延伸,限位环211与三个抵接部22同向延伸,三个抵接部22沿周向围绕限位环211设置。基体210设有供紧固件40穿过的安装孔212。限位柱52设有配合部521,紧固件40与配合部521锁紧固定以将固定件20固定于安装座50与紧固件40之间,在本实施例中,紧固件40为紧固螺栓,配合部521为螺纹孔,紧固件40通过旋转的方式锁紧固定于配合部521。实施时,紧固件40穿过安装孔212后通过旋转的方式朝基部10a方向锁紧固定于限位柱52的配合部521,以实现将固定件20固定于安装座50与紧固件40之间。固定件20与弹性件30通过紧固件40预组装于安装座50时,限位环211套设于限位柱52并与收容槽51内的弹性件30相抵接,弹性件30对固定件20具有支撑作用,防止固定件20在重力作用下自动向基部10a方向移动,弹性件30优选弹簧。固定件20与弹性件30通过紧固件40预组装于安装座50时,三个抵接部22分别收容于三个让位槽53内,使得三个抵接部22位于安装座50形成的轮廓区域内,这样设计,便于预组装于一体的固定件20、弹性件30、紧固件40及安装座50穿过车顶钣金a的通孔b。在紧固件40通过旋转的方式朝基部10a方向锁紧固定于配合部521的过程中,紧固件40带动固定件20旋转,固定件20在限位环211和限位柱52的作用下以限位柱52为中心进行旋转并向基部10a方向移动,限位环211挤压弹性件30,抵接部22在让位槽53内的导引面530的引导下自让位槽53内移出。当紧固件40锁紧固定于配合部521后,固定件20旋转预设角度,固定件20固定于安装座50与紧固件40之间,固定件20的抵接部22压接于车顶钣金a,从而使得车顶钣金a固定于抵接部22与基部10a之间。本实施例中,固定件20优选设置有三个抵接部22, 可实现车顶钣金a可靠固定于抵接部22与基部10a之间,当然,在其他实施例中,可根据实际需求设置抵接部22的数量。本实施例中,固定件20在紧固件40的带动下旋转40度左右,当然,在其他实施例中,可根据实际需求设置固定件20的旋转角度。
结合图3和图4所示,安装座50设有两个自延伸末端面50a向基部10a方向凹陷形成的导向凹部54,每个导向凹部54设有第一导向斜面541,固定件20的本体部21设有两个自基体210延伸的导向凸起部23,两个导向凸起部23与限位环211同向延伸,每个导向凸起部23设有第二导向斜面231,第一导向斜面541与第二导向斜面231相配合以引导固定件20相对限位柱52旋转。实施时,在紧固件40朝基部10a方向锁紧固定于配合部521的过程中,导向凸起部23的第二导向斜面231与导向凹部54的第一导向斜面541相配合,从而引导固定件20以限位柱52为中心进行旋转并向基部10a方向移动,具体地,在抵接部22旋转的过程中,三个抵接部22在让位槽53内的导引面530的引导下自让位槽53内移出,同时三个抵接部22也向基部10a方向移动,抵接部22的自由端与车顶钣金a之间的距离在抵接部22旋转移动的过程中逐渐缩小,在固定件20旋转到位后,抵接部22压接于车顶钣金a,从而使得车顶钣金a固定在抵接部22和基部10a之间。本实施例中,安装座50共设有两个导向凹部54,固定件20共设有两个导向凸起部23,两个导向凸起部23围绕限位环211设置。当然,在其他实施例中,可根据实际需求设置导向凹部54、导向凸起部23的数量及其排布方式。
安装座50设有两个穿线槽55,穿线槽55贯穿安装座50设置,基部10a设有与穿线槽55对应贯通的第一通槽11。实施时,车载天线的线束c穿过基部10a的第一通槽11后进入穿线槽55中,进一步从穿线槽55中穿出,以与车辆内相应设备电连接。本实施例中,安装座50共设有两个相对设置的穿线槽55,以实现不同的线束穿过安装座50并与车辆内相应设备 电连接,当然,在其他实施例中,穿线槽55的数量及布置位置可根据实际需求进行设置。
结合图1和图6所示,车载天线组件还包括用于实现车顶钣金a与车载天线的基座10预固定的卡扣60,卡扣60包括卡扣本体部61及自卡扣本体部61延伸的两个相对设置的卡钩部62,卡钩部62与卡扣本体部61垂直设置。基部10a设有供卡钩部62穿过的第二通槽12,安装座50设有与第二通槽12相贯通的容置槽56,卡扣60装配到位后,卡钩部62穿过基部10a的第二通槽12后容置于安装座50两侧的容置槽56中。实施时,预组装于一体的固定件20、弹性件30、紧固件40及安装座50穿过车顶钣金a的通孔b后,卡钩部62卡接车顶钣金a,实现车顶钣金a与基座10的预固定。
结合图2和图3所示,基部10a设置有三个抵接凸起部13,三个抵接凸起部13围绕安装座50设置,车顶钣金a与车载天线的基座10实现预固定后,抵接凸起部13与车顶钣金a相抵接,在固定件20旋转到位后,三个抵接部22压接于车顶钣金a,此时,三个抵接凸起部13与三个抵接部22在车顶钣金a两侧对应设置,抵接凸起部13的设置使得车顶钣金a更加牢靠的固定于基部10a与抵接部22之间。
结合图1和图5所示,车载天线组件还包括防水件70,防水件70为圆环状结构,防水件70套设于安装座50,实施时,将套设有防水件70的安装座50穿过车顶钣金a的通孔b后,防水件70位于基部10a和车顶钣金a之间,在固定件20固定于安装座50与紧固件40之间后,固定件20的抵接部22压接于车顶钣金a,此时,防水件70的两侧分别紧密贴合于基部10a和车顶钣金a,这样设计,可以防止液体通过车顶钣金a的通孔b进入车厢内。本实施例中,防水件70为防水泡棉,当然,在其他实施例中,防水件70也可以为防水橡胶等,可根据实际需求进行选择。
结合图5至图7所示,通过本发明所述的固定装置在将车载天线安装固定于车顶钣金a时,首先将天线本体和外壳d装设于基座10,将线束c穿过第一通槽11与穿线槽55,进一步将固定件20、弹性件30、紧固件40与安装座50预组装于一体,也即将弹性件30装设于安装座50的收容槽51内,进一步通过紧固件40将固定件20预组装于安装座50,此时,固定件20并未处于固定状态,固定件20可相对安装座50的限位柱52转动,固定件20的限位环211与弹性件30相抵接。同时,将防水件70套设于安装座50。
将上述预组装于一体的固定件20、弹性件30、紧固件40及安装座50穿过车顶钣金a的通孔b,在穿过通孔b后,通过卡扣60实现车顶钣金a与车载天线的基座10之间的预固定,进一步通过紧固件40对固定件20进行固定,在固定件20固定于安装座50与紧固件40之间后,抵接部22压接于车顶钣金a,从而使得车顶钣金a固定于基部10a与抵接部22之间,进而实现了车载天线与车顶钣金a之间的安装固定。
拆除车载天线时,使紧固件40松动,固定件20在弹性件30、安装座50的导向凹部54的第一导向斜面541及固定件20的导向凸起部23的第二导向斜面231的作用下反向旋转,在固定件20反向旋转到预设位置后,即可将车载天线与车顶钣金a相分离,实现车载天线的拆除。
本发明所述的车载天线的固定装置,采用固定件20和弹性件30代替现有技术中的安装弹片,固定件20在实现车载天线固定时几乎不产生变形,在拆除车载天线后,固定件20可重复利用,节省了成本,减少了浪费,并且在装配时,先通过紧固件40将固定件20、弹性件30及安装座50预组装于一体,再一起穿过车顶钣金a的通孔b,固定件20进一步在紧固件40的作用下将车顶钣金a固定在抵接部22和基部10a之间,降低装配复杂度,提高装配效率。
本发明的技术内容及技术特征已揭示如上,然而熟悉本领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修饰,因此,本发明保护范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换及修饰,并为本专利申请权利要求所涵盖。
Claims (10)
- 一种车载天线组件,其包括车载天线与固定装置,所述固定装置将所述车载天线固定于车辆钣金,所述车载天线包括基座,所述基座包括基部及与所述基部相连的安装座,所述车辆钣金设有通孔,所述安装座穿设于所述通孔,其特征在于,所述固定装置包括固定件、弹性件及紧固件,所述固定件包括本体部及自所述本体部延伸的至少一个抵接部,所述弹性件安装于所述安装座,所述本体部抵接于所述弹性件,所述安装座设有配合部,所述紧固件与所述配合部锁紧固定以将所述固定件固定于所述安装座与所述紧固件之间,所述抵接部压接于所述车辆钣金,所述车辆钣金固定于所述抵接部与所述基部之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件在与所述配合部锁紧固定的过程中带动所述固定件朝所述基部方向移动,所述本体部挤压所述弹性件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述安装座具有延伸末端面,所述安装座设有自所述延伸末端面向所述基部方向凹陷形成的收容腔,所述安装座包括位于所述收容腔内的限位柱,所述收容腔的内壁面与所述限位柱的外壁面之间形成收容槽,所述弹性件套设于所述限位柱并位于所述收容槽内。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述本体部包括基体及自所述基体延伸的限位环,所述抵接部自所述基体延伸,所述抵接部与所述限位环同向延伸,所述限位环套设于所述限位柱且抵接于所述弹性件。
- 根据权利要求4所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述配合部设置于所述限位柱,所述基体设有安装孔,所述紧固件穿过所述安装孔后锁紧固定于所述配合部。
- 根据权利要求5所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件通过旋转的方式朝所述基部方向锁紧固定于所述配合部,在所述紧固件锁紧固定于所述配合部的过程中,所述紧固件带动所述固定件相对所述限位柱旋转,在所述固定件旋转预设角度后,所述固定件固定于所述安装座与所述紧固件之间。
- 根据权利要求6所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述安装座具有周向外侧面,所述安装座设有自所述周向外侧面向内凹陷形成的让位槽,在所述固定件相对所述限位柱旋转的过程中,所述抵接部自所述让位槽内移出。
- 根据权利要求7所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述安装座设有至少一个自所述延伸末端面凹陷形成的导向凹部,所述导向凹部设有第一导向斜面,所述本体部设有至少一个自所述基体延伸的导向凸起部,所述导向凸起部与所述限位环同向延伸,所述导向凸起部设有第二导向斜面,所述第一导向斜面与所述第二导向斜面相配合以引导所述固定件相对所述限位柱旋转。
- 根据权利要求7所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述让位槽内设置有导引面,所述导引面用于引导所述抵接部自所述让位槽内移出。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车载天线组件,其特征在于,所述车载天线组件还包括用于实现所述车辆钣金与所述基座预固定的卡扣,所述卡扣包括卡扣本体部及自所述卡扣本体部延伸的多个卡钩部,所述基部设有第二通槽,所述安装座设有容置槽,所述第二通槽与所述容置槽贯通,所述卡钩部穿过所述第二通槽后容置于所述容置槽内,所述卡钩部用于卡接所述车辆钣金。
