背景技术
目前市场上比较常用的两类打印工具包括喷墨打印机和激光打印机。激光打印机因打印速度快,消耗品硒鼓容量大,主要应用于办公和黑白打印市场;而喷墨打印机因占用空间小,消耗品彩色墨盒成本低,主要应用于家庭和彩色打印市场。两类打印机中,硒鼓和墨盒都属于打印耗材,需要定期更换。
在喷墨打印机中,墨盒需要正确安装至打印机的墨盒保持部上,以使墨盒与墨盒保持部之间相对可靠定位,当打印机工作时,墨盒保持部及其上的墨盒随记录头沿主扫描方向(在纸面上垂直于纸张输出方向)往复运动,以在纸张上形成字符或图像等。由前所述,墨盒属于打印耗材,在使用一段时间后需要进行拆卸更换,因此,墨盒与墨盒保持部之间通常为可拆卸连接。

发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种墨盒,该墨盒结构通过第一安装部实现与墨盒保持部的卡 合,从而使得墨盒在能够正确卡合至墨盒保持部的同时,相比于设置有弹性把手的墨盒结构具有更大的储墨空间。

在一个实施例中,所述墨盒包括墨盒本体以及用于固定芯片的芯片支架,所述第一安装部设置于所述芯片支架上,所述芯片支架与所述墨盒本体固定连接。
进一步地,所述芯片支架整体大致为平板结构,并包括第一安装部、支架本体及用于安装芯片的第二安装部,所述第一安装部与所述支架本体固定连接,至少部分所述支架本体形成所述第二安装部,所述墨盒通过所述第一安装部与所述卡合凸起卡接配合。
如此设置,芯片支架整体大致为平板结构并包括第一安装部和第二安装部,其中:第一安装部用于替代相关技术中墨盒上的弹性把手,以将墨盒可拆卸固定至墨盒保持部上,第二安装部则用于安装芯片,如此,相比于相关技术中设置有弹性把手的结构,第一安装部的设置并不破坏芯片支架整体的平板状结构,因而具有该芯片支架的墨盒能够获得更大的储墨量。
在一个实施例中,所述墨盒具有基于其使用状态限定的前表面,所述第一安装部包括在所述前表面凸伸的卡合部,所述卡合部用于与所述卡合凸起卡接配合。
在一个实施例中,所述第一安装部还包括弹性部,所述卡合部设置于所述弹性部,所述弹性部能够相对于所述前表面前后产生弹性形变,以带动所述卡合部进入/退出与所述墨盒保持部的弹性卡固关系。
在一个实施例中,所述卡合部具有用于抵止至所述卡合凸起的卡合面,基于所述墨盒的使用状态,所述卡合面向远离所述墨盒的方向向下倾斜设置。
如此设置,卡合面的倾斜设置,使得向上取出墨盒时,墨盒保持部上的卡合凸起能够在倾斜的卡合面上滑动,以使墨盒较为方便地退出与墨盒保持部间的卡合关系。
在一个实施例中,所述墨盒具有基于其使用状态限定的左侧面和右侧面,所述第一安 装部包括在所述左侧面和/或所述右侧面凸伸的卡合部,所述卡合部用于与所述卡合凸起弹性卡固。
在一个实施例中,所述第一安装部还包括弹性部,所述弹性部的一端连接于所述墨盒,所述卡合部设置于所述弹性部;
所述弹性部与所述墨盒的所述左侧面和/或所述右侧面之间形成有弹性空间,以使得所述弹性部能够在该弹性空间内弹性摆动以靠近/远离所述墨盒的所述左侧面和/或所述右侧面,从而带动所述卡合部进入/退出与所述墨盒保持部的弹性卡固关系。
在一个实施例中,所述卡合部具有用于抵止至所述卡合凸起的卡合面,基于所述墨盒的使用状态,所述卡合面向远离所述墨盒的方向向下倾斜设置。
在一个实施例中,所述墨盒具有基于其使用状态限定的前表面,所述前表面凹陷形成凹部,所述芯片支架安装至所述凹部。
在一个实施例中,所述芯片支架还包括用于连接所述支架本体至所述墨盒本体的第三安装部,所述第三安装部设置为至少一个开设于所述支架本体上的透孔,或者,至少一个凸设于所述支架本体背向所述第二安装部所在一侧的凸柱。
本申请中的墨盒,利用墨盒保持部上朝向第一安装部侧部延伸的卡合凸起作为墨盒的卡合位置,这样,设置于墨盒本体或芯片支架的第一安装部能够在第一安装部的侧部与该卡合凸起卡接配合,而无需像旋转把手那样占用较大的空间,因此,墨盒具有更多的空间用作储墨空间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施方式中的附图,对本申请实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本申请一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本申请中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当组件被称为“装设于”另一个组件,它可以直接装设在另一个组件上或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被认为是“固定于”另一个组件,它可以是直接固定在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
首先参照图1至图3中所示,首先对本申请的墨盒所适用的墨盒保持部300进行结构描述。
具体地,如图3中所示,墨盒保持部300为喷墨打印机中用于安装墨盒的组件,其包括安装支架31和主体部分32,安装支架31装设于主体部分32的前侧、对应于墨盒的前表面21所在处。在图3所示的状态下,定义为墨盒的使用状态,墨盒具有前表面21、左侧面22和右侧面23,该左右方位是基于站立在安装支架31的前侧面向墨盒的前表面21而言的。
结合图1和图2中所示,安装支架31包括间隔设置的多个安装板311,相邻安装板311 之间形成用于安装墨盒的空间,墨盒的前侧的部分结构在装配状态下处于该空间内。安装板311上凸设有卡合凸起312,该卡合凸起312朝向墨盒的左侧面22或右侧面23延伸,即,位于同一墨盒左右两侧的两个安装板311上的两个卡合凸起312相向延伸。
安装支架31上相邻两个安装板311之间的区域内还设置有触针313,其用于抵触墨盒上的芯片,以使得墨盒保持部300所在的打印机能够读取墨盒的相关参数,如墨水余量、墨盒批次信息等。
墨盒为打印机中的耗材,当墨盒内的墨耗尽时,需要向其内重新注墨(可能还会涉及对芯片400的改写或者更换),或者更换新的适配型号的墨盒。为了适应墨盒的更换,墨盒与墨盒保持部300之间需要可拆卸连接;而为了使打印机能够正确控制墨盒,在装配状态下又需要保持触针313与芯片400可靠接触。
参考图13中所示,图中给出了一种相关技术中的墨盒结构,其中:墨盒50的前侧设置有弹性把手51,该弹性把手51的右侧面上设置有前卡合部52,该前卡合部52具有卡合面520,在卡合图示的墨盒至墨盒安装部时,需要首先将后卡合部53对准墨盒保持部上的孔位,然后驱动弹性把手51的上端,以使其靠近墨盒50的侧部,随着弹性把手51的动作,其上的前卡合部52也相对靠近墨盒50的侧部,当墨盒以后卡合部53为转动点摆动至正确地安装位置时,弹性把手51弹性复位,前卡合部52向远离墨盒50侧部的方向回弹,并使得前卡合部52上的卡合面520抵接至墨盒保持部上的选定卡合位置。
在图13所示的实施方式中,由于前卡合部52需要随弹性把手51摆动,以卡入墨盒保持部,因此,弹性把手51与墨盒50的侧部之间需要留有容该弹性把手51变形的空间,相对地,由于弹性把手51的这一立体结构,使得相同尺寸下,弹性把手51占用了一部分墨盒本身的空间,储墨量受影响较大。还有一些类似的相关墨盒结构,其上也均设置有这类的弹性把手,其主要是为了在墨盒卡入墨盒保持部时弹性变形,以容墨盒卡入墨盒保持部。
本申请中各个实施方式的墨盒,均包括有第一安装部12,该第一安装部12用于与前述描述的墨盒保持部300上的卡合凸起312卡接配合。选择墨盒保持部300上的这一位置作为墨盒的卡合部位,可以省去如图13所示的弹性把手51,或其他类似的结构,而仅通过一个尺寸较小的第一安装部12即可实现墨盒与墨盒保持部300的卡合,因此,相对于图13所示的墨盒50,同等条件下本申请中的墨盒的储墨量更大。
参考图4至图6中所示,根据本申请一种实施方式的墨盒,包括墨盒本体200及芯片支架100,在装配状态下,芯片支架100与墨盒本体200固定连接。用于与卡合凸起312卡接配合的第一安装部12设置于芯片支架100上。
参考图4中所示,芯片支架100整体大致为平板结构,并包括支架本体11、第一安装部12,以及用于安装芯片400的第二安装部13。其中:第一安装部12与支架本体11固定连接,支架本体11的部分构成第二安装部13。
应当说明的是,芯片支架100整体设置为大致的平板结构,仅是限定芯片支架100的大致形状为平板状,并不必然要求芯片支架100的表面为连续的平整表面,而仅是为了表述其上的各部分结构大致沿该平板结构的延伸方向布置。设置于支架本体11表面的小的凸起或凹陷结构,和/或设置于支架本体11侧部的第一安装部12等,相对于芯片支架100的整体而言,并不明显影响其平板状结构。因此,当第一安装部12包括在支架本体11前表面21一侧凸起的结构时,其体积相对较小,并不会破坏芯片支架100的整体平板状设置,也并不会像图13所示的弹性把手51一样占用较大的空间。
参考图6中所示,以芯片400所在位置为参考,第一安装部12设置于芯片400左右两侧中的至少一侧。在图示的实施方式中,第一安装部12有两侧,并对称布置于芯片400的两侧。此时,参考第一安装部12而言,图2中所示安装板311上的卡合凸起312朝向第一安装部12的侧部延伸。
参考图4及图5中所示,在图示的实施方式中,相对于墨盒的使用状态,第一安装部12包括在墨盒的左侧面和右侧面凸伸的卡合部122,该卡合部122与图2中所示的卡合凸起312相向延伸,以使两者能够弹性卡接,从而实现墨盒与墨盒保持部的卡固。
在一些实施方式中,第一安装部12还包括弹性部121,该弹性部121的一端连接至支架本体11上,且弹性部121的侧部与支架本体11的侧部之间形成有弹性空间15,弹性部121能够在该弹性空间15内摆动以靠近/远离支架本体11,从而使得弹性部121上的卡合部122能够进入/退出与墨盒保持部的弹性卡固关系。
在一种实施方式中,弹性部121大致为杆状或长条状结构,其一端连接支架本体11上,自由端与支架本体11无连接关系,其受力情况类似于悬臂结构,卡合部122设置于弹性部121的自由端处。当第一安装部12受到外力时,例如按压力或者图2中的卡合凸起312作用于其上的挤压力,弹性部121发生弹性摆动,卡合部122所在的自由端处能产生最大位移,便于卡合部122顺利地卡入/退出与卡合凸起312的配合关系。
在其他实施方式中,也可以直接通过卡合部122的弹性形变实现与安装支架31的可拆卸卡固。具体地,卡合部122可以配置为由弹性金属片弯折形成的结构,其可以与图4中所示的卡合部122具有相近似的轮廓,卡合部122在受到外力挤压时,弹性金属片能够弹性伸长或形变,以使卡合部122凸起的幅度减小,从而使卡合部122能够卡入/退出与卡合凸起312的配合关系。在这种实施方式中,第一安装部12可以不包含弹性部121,或者 将可以弹性摆动的弹性部121与可以弹性变形的卡合部122联合使用。
参考图7和图8中所示,图7中的箭头方向为取出墨盒时的方向,为了便于第一安装部12上的卡合部122脱开卡合凸起312,卡合部122具有用于抵止至卡合凸起312以下的卡合面1221,并且,该卡合面1221向远离弹性部121的方向向下倾斜设置。如此,沿箭头方向取出墨盒时,卡合凸起312沿着倾斜设置的卡合面1221相对滑过,使得卡合部122逐渐脱出卡合凸起312以下。
可以理解的,当卡合部122设置为在墨盒的左侧面22和/或右侧面23凸伸时,卡合部122在墨盒的左侧面22和/或右侧面23与卡合凸起312卡接配合。
芯片支架100需要安装至墨盒本体200上以形成完整的墨盒。参考图4至图6中所示,芯片支架100上还设置有第三安装部14,该第三安装部14可以设置为开设于支架本体11上的透孔,或者凸设在支架本体11上的凸柱,与之对应地,墨盒本体200上相应位置处设置有用于穿过透孔的凸柱,或者用于容凸柱穿过的安装孔。在图示的实施方式中,第三安装部14配置为透孔,用于容墨盒本体200上的凸柱212穿过。作为第三安装部14的透孔或凸柱,可以包括非共线设置的三个,以完全限制芯片支架100与墨盒本体200的相对位置。在其他实施方式中,也可以通超声波焊接或类似的固定形式将芯片支架100固定至墨盒本体200上。
在一个实施例中,墨盒本体200的前表面21内凹形成有凹部211(标示于图6中),沿墨盒本体200的前后方向,凹部211的内凹深度接近于芯片支架100的厚度,如此,芯片支架100安装至该凹部211而不会突出于墨盒本体200的前表面21。对应地,用于配合芯片支架100上的第三安装部14的凸柱212也设置于该凹部211内。
参考图9所示,根据本申请另一实施方式的墨盒,包括墨盒本体200,第一安装部12设置于该墨盒本体200上。第一安装部12的结构可以图4中所示芯片支架100上的第一安装部12相同。
可以理解地,图9所示的实施方式与前一实施方式的区别仅在于将第一安装部12设置于墨盒本体200。在这种实施方式中,可以并不单独设置有如图4中所示的芯片支架100,而直接以墨盒本体200的一部分结构作为用于安装芯片400的支架结构。也可以是,将芯片支架100和墨盒本体分体加工后实施不可拆卸的连接,从而形成整体的墨盒本体200。
参考图10至图12中所示,根据本申请又一实施方式的墨盒,包括墨盒本体200及芯片支架100,这种实施方式的墨盒,与图4至图8中所示实施方式的墨盒,区别点在于:第一安装部12上的卡合部122沿图中标示的前后方向延伸(图4中所示的卡合部122参考该前后方向,则是沿左右方向延伸的)。即,在墨盒的使用状态下,卡合部122在墨盒 本体200的前表面21上凸伸。芯片支架100及墨盒本体200的其他结构,均类似于图4至图8中实施方式的对应结构。
参考图11和图12中所示,在墨盒的使用状态下,或者说在芯片支架100安装至墨盒本体200的状态下,弹性部121与墨盒本体200的前表面21之间留有一定的间隙,该间隙构成容弹性部121相对于前表面21前后产生弹性形变的弹性空间15,如此,在下压墨盒以使其卡接至卡合凸起312时,弹性部121会相对于前表面21产生前后的摆动,在卡合部122越过卡合凸起312后,弹性部121能够沿图11中箭头指向的方向回弹,从而使得卡合部122与卡合凸起312卡接。
类似地,前述在描述图4至图8的实施方式时,所描述的关于取消弹性部121,而利用卡合部122的弹性变形完成卡合的方式,以及具有弹性部121并将卡合部122也设置为可弹性变形的方式,均适用于图10至图12中的实施方式。
此外,图9中所示的墨盒结构,即,墨盒本体200上直接设置第一安装部12的实施方式,该第一安装部12上的卡合部122也可以采用图10所示的结构。
可以理解的是,本申请中,配合于图1至图3中所示的墨盒保持部300,选择其上的卡合凸起312作为墨盒的卡接位置,利用第一安装部12与该卡合凸起312可接配合,替代图13中所示的弹性把手51或类似的立体旋转把手结构。第一安装部12不拘设置于独立的芯片支架100上,或者直接设置于墨盒本体200上,均不影响墨盒与卡合凸起312的卡接配合。并且,第一安装部12上的卡合部122既可以在墨盒的前表面21上凸设,也可以在其左右侧面上凸伸,也均可以实现墨盒与墨盒保持部300的卡合。
以上所述实施方式的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施方式中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
本技术领域的普通技术人员应当认识到,以上的实施方式仅是用来说明本申请,而并非用作为对本申请的限定,只要在本申请的实质精神范围内,对以上实施方式所作的适当改变和变化都落在本申请要求保护的范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种墨盒,用于配合打印机上的墨盒保持部,所述墨盒保持部包括安装支架,所述安装支架包括多个间隔设置的安装板,基于所述墨盒的使用状态,至少部分所述墨盒位于相邻的两个所述安装板之间,其特征在于,所述墨盒具有第一安装部,所述安装板凸设有朝向所述第一安装部侧部延伸的卡合凸起,所述第一安装部与所述卡合凸起卡接配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述墨盒包括墨盒本体,所述第一安装部设置于所述墨盒本体上,所述墨盒本体通过所述第一安装部与所述卡合凸起卡接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述墨盒包括墨盒本体以及用于固定芯片的芯片支架,所述第一安装部设置于所述芯片支架上,所述芯片支架与所述墨盒本体固定连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述芯片支架整体大致为平板结构,并包括第一安装部、支架本体及用于安装芯片的第二安装部,所述第一安装部与所述支架本体固定连接,至少部分所述支架本体形成所述第二安装部,所述墨盒通过所述第一安装部与所述卡合凸起卡接配合。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述墨盒具有基于其使用状态限定的前表面,所述第一安装部包括在所述前表面凸伸的卡合部,所述卡合部用于与所述卡合凸起卡接配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述第一安装部还包括弹性部,所述卡合部设置于所述弹性部,所述弹性部能够相对于所述前表面前后产生弹性形变,以带动所述卡合部进入/退出与所述墨盒保持部的弹性卡固关系。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述卡合部具有用于抵止至所述卡合凸起的卡合面,基于所述墨盒的使用状态,所述卡合面向远离所述墨盒的方向向下倾斜设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述墨盒具有基于其使用状态限定的左侧面和右侧面,所述第一安装部包括在所述左侧面和/或所述右侧面凸伸的卡合部,所述卡合部用于与所述卡合凸起弹性卡固。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述第一安装部还包括弹性部,所述弹性部的一端连接于所述墨盒,所述卡合部设置于所述弹性部;
    所述弹性部与所述墨盒的所述左侧面和/或所述右侧面之间形成有弹性空间,以使得所述弹性部能够在该弹性空间内弹性摆动以靠近/远离所述墨盒的所述左侧面和/或所述右侧面,从而带动所述卡合部进入/退出与所述墨盒保持部的弹性卡固关系。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述卡合部具有用于抵止至所述卡合 凸起的卡合面,基于所述墨盒的使用状态,所述卡合面向远离所述墨盒的方向向下倾斜设置。
  11. 根据权利要求3或4所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述墨盒具有基于其使用状态限定的前表面,所述前表面内凹形成凹部,所述芯片支架安装至所述凹部。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的墨盒,其特征在于,所述芯片支架还包括用于连接所述支架本体至所述墨盒本体的第三安装部,所述第三安装部设置为至少一个开设于所述支架本体上的透孔,或者,至少一个凸设于所述支架本体背向所述第二安装部所在一侧的凸柱。
