Claims (15)
- 一种熔渣冷却、粒化和污泥干化的方法,其包括如下步骤:1)渣球混合均热在熔渣冷却处理装置内混合重量比为1:50~100的高温熔渣和钢球,通过高温熔渣和钢球的滚动,使两者充分均匀混合、换热,钢球吸收高温熔渣的热量,高温熔渣被钢球逐渐冷却、破碎形成粒径≤150mm、温度低于400℃的粒状渣;其中,所述吸收热量后的钢球温度为200~400℃;2)渣球分离经排渣机构排出粒状渣,吸收热量后的钢球排入高温钢球溜槽;3)污泥干化吸收热量后的钢球经高温钢球溜槽输送至污泥干化装置,与注入的污泥混合,污泥干化装置在驱动装置的带动下转动,使其中的污泥和钢球滚动,充分均匀混合、换热,吸收热量后的钢球使污泥干化;当污泥含水率达到设定值后,分离钢球和干化的污泥;其中,干化的污泥经干泥排放装置排出,降温后的钢球经出口排出;其中,所述钢球与注入的污泥质量比为2~10:1。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,所述降温后的钢球输送、返回至熔渣冷却处理装置内,形成一个循环处理过程。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,所述污泥初始含水率为30~95%,干化后污泥含水率为3~10%。
- 一种用于如权利要求1~3任一项所述的方法的装置,其特征在于,包括:熔渣冷却处理装置,其为一筒体结构,内壁设推进机构,其进口处设熔渣进料漏斗,出口处设排渣机构;所述熔渣冷却处理装置设有可带动其转动的第一驱动装置;若干钢球及钢球输送装置,该钢球输送装置连接至所述熔渣冷却处理装置进口;高温钢球溜槽,其一端与所述熔渣冷却处理装置出口连接;污泥干化装置,其为一筒体结构,内壁设推进机构,其进口处设污泥输送装置,出口处设干泥排放装置;所述污泥干化装置设一可带动其转动的第二驱动装置;所述污泥干化装置进口与所述高温钢球溜槽另一端相连。
- 如权利要求4所述装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括低温钢球溜槽,其一端 与污泥干化装置出口相连,一端与钢球输送装置的钢球进口相连。
- 如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述钢球输送装置钢球进口通过低温钢球溜槽与污泥干化装置出口相连,所述钢球输送装置钢球出口与所述熔渣冷却处理装置熔渣进料漏斗相连,使熔渣冷却处理装置、钢球输送装置、污泥干化装置形成头尾衔接的三角形布置。
- 如权利要求4-6中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述钢球输送装置的出口端向上倾斜设置,倾角为25°-80°。
- 如权利要求4~7任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述钢球输送装置为一筒体结构,内壁设推进机构,所述钢球输送装置设有一可带动其转动的第三驱动装置。
- 如权利要求4-6中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述熔渣冷却处理装置与所述污泥干化装置呈锐角设置。
- 如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述熔渣冷却处理装置为水平设置或进口端向下倾斜设置,倾角为0°-45°,优选5°-15°。
- 如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述污泥干化装置为水平设置或出口端向下倾斜设置,倾角为0°-15°。
- 如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述排渣机构和干泥排放装置上设尾气收集排放装置。
- 如权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一驱动装置和第二驱动装置均分别包括设置于所述熔渣冷却处理装置或所述污泥干化装置上的齿圈、与齿圈啮合的驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮设置于联接电机的减速机输出端上。
- 如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第三驱动装置包括设置于所述钢球输送装置上的齿圈、与齿圈啮合的驱动齿轮,所述驱动齿轮设置于联接电机的减速机输出端上。
- 如权利要求4或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推进机构为螺旋抄板。
