技术领域
本实用新型涉及幕墙技术领域,具体涉及一种开放式阳极氧化铝板线条单元幕墙。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,以及建筑师设计理念“人性之于建筑”的提升,建筑物越来越向高层、高档、多功能方向发展,为了使建筑物的外观看起来更加的美观,建筑物的外表面一般都设置有幕墙。
铝板幕墙的使用能避免玻璃所产生的光污染,同时铝板本身的材质相对较轻,日后维护和清洁也十分方便。而且,铝板的图案和颜色可以根据建筑师的要求实现多种变幻,不必受制于某些材料本身的材质和特性,显得灵活、富于个性。
然而,目前的湿法铝板幕墙施工,通过折边固定在幕墙龙骨上,板缝间密封胶密封,而阳极氧化铝板折边会有折痕,影响美观。框架幕墙安装质量、性能和施工工期难以得到保证。
由此,有必要提出一种改进的开放式阳极氧化铝板线条单元幕墙以解决上述问题。
