Abstract
一种生态住宅房建筑模块,包括框架,其特殊之处是:框架底层由下至上铺设有保温板、支撑骨架、垫板、挤塑板和地板构成屋体地面,所述保温板底面涂有防水保温胶,在框架顶面由下至上铺设保温板、垫板、屋顶支撑骨架和内墙装饰板形成屋顶,该保温板顶面涂防水保温胶;或在所述框架顶部设有三角形骨架,所述三角形骨架上铺设有彩钢板,位于屋体阳面的彩钢板上设有太阳能发电板,所述三角形骨架、彩钢板和太阳能发电板构成屋顶。优点是:结构牢固,能组装成多房间、多层等各种形状的生态住宅,应用范围广,可用于居住、旅游使用,可拆装,移动方便,防水性能好,低碳、环保、节能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生态住宅房建筑模块。
背景技术
生态住宅是在建筑全生命周期的各环节充分体现节约资源与能源、减少环境负荷和创造健康舒适居住环境,与周围生态环境相协调的住宅。
现有的生态住宅,包括屋体,所述屋体底部为架空层,架空层底部铺设有生态层,所述屋体顶部设有隔热层,隔热层上面铺设有储热层,储热层连接有太阳能电池板。这种结构的不足之处在于:为整体结构,不能组装,拆卸,移动不方便,使用功能受限。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种结构牢固,能组装成多房间、多层等各种形状的生态住宅,应用范围广,可用于居住、旅游使用,可拆装,移动方便,防水性能好,低碳、环保、节能的生态住宅房建筑模块。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种生态住宅房建筑模块,包括框架,其特殊之处是:
所述框架是由连接角和连接在二个对应的连接角之间的连接筋构成,框架底层由下至上铺设有保温板、支撑骨架、垫板、挤塑板和地板构成屋体地面,所述保温板底面涂有防水保温胶,所述框架侧面位于上下连接筋之间等距设有多根纵向内龙骨和纵向外龙骨,纵向内龙骨和纵向外龙骨之间设有连接架并形成夹层,所述纵向外龙骨内表面涂有防水保温胶,所述纵向内龙骨内侧铺设有内墙装饰板,所述纵向龙骨外表面铺设有外墙装饰板,所述纵向内龙骨、纵向外龙骨、防水保温胶、连接架、内墙装饰板和外墙装饰板形成墙壁,所述屋体的墙壁的上开设有窗户和门;
在框架顶面由下至上铺设保温板、垫板、屋顶支撑骨架和内墙装饰板形成屋顶,该保温层上涂防水保温胶;或在所述框架顶部设有三角形骨架,所述三角形骨架上铺设有彩钢板,位于屋体阳面的彩钢板上设有太阳能发电板,所述三角形骨架、彩钢板和太阳能发电板构成屋顶。
所述框架底层的连接筋为工字钢,且与连接角焊接。
所述框架底层及框架侧面的连接筋为方钢且与连接角焊接。
所述框架下面两侧分别固设有水箱支架,在二个水箱支架上分别固设有生活用水水箱和污水水箱,所述生活用水水箱和污水水箱分别与由框架所围成的空间内的上水管和下水管连接,可实现上水供给、下水排放,满足生活需要。
所述连接架是横向支架和与横向支架焊接的连接板条构成,所述连接板条与纵向内龙骨之间铆接,横向支架外侧与纵向外龙骨焊接。
所述框架侧面的夹层内设有保温板。
本发明的有益效果是:
该生态住宅房结构简单,连接牢固,防水性能好,可以组装成多层、各种形状的生态住宅房,可拆装,移动方便,通过屋顶设置的太阳能发电板发电,可供屋内各电器的使用,低碳、环保、节能。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1和图2所示,该生态住宅房建筑模块,包括框架1,所述框架1是由连接角101和连接在二个对应的连接角101之间的连接筋102构成,所述框架1底层及框架1侧面的连接筋102为工字钢(或方钢)且与连接角101焊接。框架1底层由下至上铺设有保温板3、支撑骨架4、垫板5、挤塑板6和地板7构成屋体地面,所述保温板3底面涂有防水保温胶2,如图3所示。所述框架1侧面位于上下连接筋102之间等距设有多根纵向内龙骨9和纵向外龙骨10,纵向内龙骨9和纵向外龙骨10之间设有连接架并形成夹层,所述夹层内设有保温板,所述纵向外龙骨10内表面涂有防水保温胶2,所述纵向内龙骨9内侧铺设有内墙装饰板8,所述纵向外龙骨10外表面铺设有外墙装饰板11,所述纵向内龙骨9、纵向外龙骨10、防水保温胶2、连接架、内墙装饰板8和外墙装饰11板形成墙壁,所述连接架是横向支架13和与横向支架13焊接的连接板条12构成,所述连接板条12与纵向内龙骨9之间铆接,横向支架13外侧与纵向外龙骨10焊接,如图4所示。所述屋体的墙壁上开设有窗户14和门15。在框架1顶面由下至上铺设保温板3、垫板5、屋顶支撑骨架16和内墙装饰板8形成屋顶,保温板3顶面涂防水保温胶2,如图5所示。所述框架下面两侧分别固设有水箱支架22,在二个水箱支架22上分别固设有生活用水水箱23和污水水箱24,所述生活用水水箱23和污水水箱24分别与框架1所围成的空间内的上水管17和下水管18连接,可实现上水供给、下水排放,满足生活需要。
实施例2
使用时,人们可根据需求在房间内安装电器,生活用水水箱和污水水箱提供人们正常的生活用水和污水排放,保证日常生活。
如图6所示,所述框架1顶部设有三角形骨架21,所述三角形骨架21上铺设有彩钢板20,位于屋体正面的彩钢板20上设有太阳能发电板19,所述三角形骨架21、彩钢板20和太阳能发电板19构成屋顶,其它同实施例1。

1.一种生态住宅房建筑模块,包括框架,所述框架是由连接角和连接在二个对应的连接角之间的连接筋构成,所述框架侧面位于上下连接筋之间等距设有多根纵向内龙骨和纵向外龙骨,框架底层、框架侧面和框架顶面构成屋体,所述屋体的墙壁的上开设有窗户和门,其特征是:框架底层由下至上铺设有保温板、支撑骨架、垫板、挤塑板和地板构成屋体地面,所述保温板底面涂有防水保温胶,纵向内龙骨和纵向外龙骨之间设有连接架并形成夹层,所述连接架是由横向支架和与横向支架焊接的连接板条构成,所述纵向外龙骨内表面涂有防水保温胶,所述纵向内龙骨内侧铺设有内墙装饰板,所述纵向外龙骨外表面铺设有外墙装饰板,所述纵向内龙骨、纵向外龙骨、防水保温胶、连接架、内墙装饰板和外墙装饰板形成所述墙壁,在框架顶面由下至上铺设保温板、垫板、屋顶支撑骨架和内墙装饰板形成屋顶,该保温板的顶面涂防水保温胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态住宅房建筑模块,其特征是:所述连接板条与纵向内龙骨之间铆接,横向支架外侧与纵向外龙骨焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生态住宅房建筑模块,其特征是:所述框架侧面的夹层内设有保温板。
