采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本方案一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,驱动电机的输出轴旋转带动主动齿轮旋转,主动齿轮啮合卡合盘外壁的轮齿旋转,限位齿轮在卡合盘的带动下同样啮合卡合盘外壁的轮齿旋转,起到限位的作用,使得卡合盘滑动设于上限位环和下限位环之间,三角弧形旋转件可带动旋转电机上下滑动同时实现旋转电机的位移,旋转电机带动主动转轴以及主动锥齿轮的旋转,主动锥齿轮啮合从动锥齿轮旋转,使得传动轴以及第二旋转件在从动锥齿轮的旋转带动下实现横向的往复运动,从而使得喷水管实现横向以及纵向的来回运动、扩大了灌溉的面积及范围,在水泵的作用下、蓄水腔内的水被球形过滤头吸出并逐渐传送至伸缩软管、喷水管以及喷头内,球形过滤头外周均匀贯通设有吸水口,且球形过滤头内设有过滤网可以起到过滤的作用,通过旋拧旋钮带动调节板于调节通孔上的上下运动调整水流的大小情况,整体装置较为简单且便于使用。

如图1-3所示,本发明一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,包括灌溉装置本体1、横向喷洒组件2、纵向喷洒组件3、弹性支撑件4和可调节式喷水管345,所述灌溉装置本体1呈中空腔体设置,所述灌溉装置本体1内设有隔板6,所述隔板6与灌溉装置本体1底壁之间设有蓄水腔7,所述隔板6与灌溉装置本体1的顶壁之间设有放置腔8,所述放置腔8呈一侧端开口的中空腔体设置,所述横向喷洒组件2、纵向喷洒组件3设于放置腔8内,所述弹性支撑件4设于隔板6上,所述纵向喷洒组件3设于放置腔8的内侧壁上,所述横向喷洒组件2与纵向喷洒组件3连接且设于弹性支撑件4上,所述可调节式喷水管5连接设于横向喷洒组件2的一端上且可横向及纵向运动于放置腔8的开口处,所述纵向喷洒组件3包括卡合盘9、三角弧形旋转件10、驱动电机11、主动齿轮12、限位齿轮13、上限位环14和下限位环15,所述上限位环14和下限位环15一侧分别设有固定杆40与放置腔8内壁一侧连接,所述卡合盘9呈框型设置且顶壁向上方垂直延伸设有上传动杆16、底壁向下方垂直延伸设有下传动杆17,所述卡合盘9可滑动设于上限位环14和下限位环15之间,所述上传动杆16可滑动设于上限位环14内,所述下传动杆17可滑动设于下限位环15内,所述卡合盘9内壁上设有凹槽,所述三角弧形旋转件10可旋转设于卡合盘9的凹槽内,所述卡合盘9的两侧外壁上设有轮齿,所述主动齿轮12以及限位齿轮13可旋转设于放置腔8的内壁上且对称设于卡合盘9的两侧,所述主动齿轮12与卡合盘9一侧轮齿相啮合,所述限位齿轮13与卡合盘9另一侧的轮齿相啮合,所述驱动电机11设于放置腔8内壁上,所述驱动电机11的输出轴设于主动齿轮12的中心处;所述横向喷洒组件2包括旋转电机18、主动转轴19、主动锥齿轮20、第一固定件21、第二旋转件22和从动锥齿轮23,所述第一固定件21呈C字形设置固定设于弹性支撑件4上,所述主动转轴19可旋转贯穿第一固定件21的一侧,所述旋转电机18连接设于三角弧形旋转件10的一侧上,所述旋转电机18的输出轴设于主动转轴19的中心处,所述主动锥齿轮20设于主动转轴19的另一侧且设于第一固定件21内,所述第二旋转件22呈C字形设置,所述第二旋转件22与第一固定件21呈相对设置且铰接设于第一固定件21内,所述第二旋转件22开口端的上下壁之间连接设有传动轴24,所述从动锥齿轮23套设于传动轴24上且与主动锥齿轮20相啮合,所述第二旋转件22的另一侧上贯通设有传动通孔25,所述可调节式喷水管5贯穿传动通孔25设置。
其中,所述弹性支撑件4包括支撑板26、支撑杆27、柔性伸缩管28以及弹簧29,所述支撑杆27均匀设于隔板6上,所述支撑板26平行于隔板6设置连接设于支撑杆27的另一端上,所述柔性伸缩管28连接设于支撑板26与支撑杆27的连接处,所述弹簧29设于柔性伸缩管28内部且两端分别连接支撑板26和支撑杆27,所述第一固定件21连接设于支撑板26上;所述可调节式喷水管5包括水泵30、伸缩软管31、吸水管32、球形过滤头33、喷水管34、喷头35和调节阀36,所述吸水管32连通设于蓄水腔7内,所述球形过滤头33连接吸水管32的底端且设于蓄水腔7的内底壁上,所述伸缩软管31贯穿支撑板26且一端与吸水管32连通,所述水泵30设于隔板6上且连通设于吸水管32上,所述喷水管34一端固定设于传动通孔25内,所述伸缩软管31的另一端与喷水管34连通,所述喷头35呈喇叭状设置连通设于喷水管34的另一端上,所述调节阀36设于喷水管34上;所述调节阀36包括调节板37、连接支撑件38和旋钮39,所述喷水管34上设有调节通孔,所述调节板37可伸缩滑动设于调节通孔处,所述连接支撑件38呈倒C字形设置架设于调节通孔上,所述旋钮39可旋转贯通连接支撑件38且另一端连接设于调节板37上;所述球形过滤头33外周均匀贯通设有吸水口,且所述球形过滤头33内设有过滤网;所述蓄水腔7上设有进水口以及出水口,所述进水口和出水口上分别密封可拆卸设有堵塞件;所述喷水管34为硬质水管;所述灌溉装置本体1外侧设有开关,所述开关与驱动电机11、旋转电机18和水泵30电连接。
具体使用时,向蓄水腔7内注入一定量的水,之后将灌溉装置本体1置于合适的位置处,然后打开开关,开关控制驱动电机11、旋转电机18和水泵30的工作状态,驱动电机11的输出轴旋转带动主动齿轮12旋转,主动齿轮12啮合卡合盘9外壁的轮齿旋转,限位齿轮13在卡合盘9的带动下同样啮合卡合盘9外壁的轮齿旋转,起到限位的作用,使得卡合盘9滑动设于上限位环14和下限位环15之间,使得三角弧形旋转件10旋转设于卡合盘9的凹槽内,三角弧形旋转件10可带动旋转电机18上下滑动同时实现旋转电机18的位移,旋转电机18的输出轴旋转带动主动转轴19以及主动锥齿轮20的旋转,主动锥齿轮20啮合从动锥齿轮23旋转,使得传动轴24以及第二旋转件22在从动锥齿轮23的旋转带动下实现横向的往复运动,从而使得喷水管34实现横向以及纵向的来回运动、扩大了灌溉的面积及范围,在喷水管34上下运动的过程中弹簧29以及柔性伸缩管28实现了对横向喷洒组件2以及纵向喷洒组件3的支撑作用,在水泵30的作用下、蓄水腔7内的水被球形过滤头33吸出并逐渐传送至伸缩软管31、喷水管34以及喷头35内,球形过滤头33外周均匀贯通设有吸水口,且球形过滤头33内设有 过滤网可以起到过滤的作用,通过旋拧旋钮39带动调节板37于调节通孔上的上下运动调整水流的大小情况,整体装置较为简单且便于使用。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:包括灌溉装置本体、横向喷洒组件、纵向喷洒组件、弹性支撑件和可调节式喷水管,所述灌溉装置本体呈中空腔体设置,所述灌溉装置本体内设有隔板,所述隔板与灌溉装置本体底壁之间设有蓄水腔,所述隔板与灌溉装置本体的顶壁之间设有放置腔,所述放置腔呈一侧端开口的中空腔体设置,所述横向喷洒组件、纵向喷洒组件设于放置腔内,所述弹性支撑件设于隔板上,所述纵向喷洒组件设于放置腔的内侧壁上,所述横向喷洒组件与纵向喷洒组件连接且设于弹性支撑件上,所述可调节式喷水管连接设于横向喷洒组件的一端上且可横向及纵向运动于放置腔的开口处,所述纵向喷洒组件包括卡合盘、三角弧形旋转件、驱动电机、主动齿轮、限位齿轮、上限位环和下限位环,所述上限位环和下限位环一侧分别设有固定杆与放置腔内壁一侧连接,所述卡合盘呈框型设置且顶壁向上方垂直延伸设有上传动杆、底壁向下方垂直延伸设有下传动杆,所述卡合盘可滑动设于上限位环和下限位环之间,所述上传动杆可滑动设于上限位环内,所述下传动杆可滑动设于下限位环内,所述卡合盘内壁上设有凹槽,所述三角弧形旋转件可旋转设于卡合盘的凹槽内,所述卡合盘的两侧外壁上设有轮齿,所述主动齿轮以及限位齿轮可旋转设于放置腔的内壁上且对称设于卡合盘的两侧,所述主动齿轮与卡合盘一侧轮齿相啮合,所述限位齿轮与卡合盘另一侧的轮齿相啮合,所述驱动电机设于放置腔内壁上,所述驱动电机的输出轴设于主动齿轮的中心处;所述横向喷洒组件包括旋转电机、主动转轴、主动锥齿轮、第一固定件、第二旋转件、从动锥齿轮和传动轴,所述第一固定件呈C字形设置固定设于弹性支撑件上,所述主动转轴可旋转贯穿第一固定件的一侧,所述旋转电机连接设于三角弧形旋转件的一侧上,所述旋转电机的输出轴设于主动转轴的中心处,所述主动锥齿轮设于主动转轴的另一侧且设于第一固定件内,所述第二旋转件呈C字形设置,所述第二旋转件与第一固定件呈相对设置且铰接设于第一固定件内,所述第二旋转件开口端的上下壁之间连接设有传动轴,所述从动锥齿轮套设于传动轴上且与主动锥齿轮相啮合,所述第二旋转件的另一侧上贯通设有传动通孔,所述可调节式喷水管贯穿传动通孔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:所述弹性支撑件包括支撑板、支撑杆、柔性伸缩管以及弹簧,所述支撑杆均匀设于隔板上,所述支撑板平行于隔板设置连接设于支撑杆的另一端上,所述柔性伸缩管连接设于 支撑板与支撑杆的连接处,所述弹簧设于柔性伸缩管内部且两端分别连接支撑板和支撑杆,所述第一固定件连接设于支撑板上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:所述可调节式喷水管包括水泵、伸缩软管、吸水管、球形过滤头、喷水管、喷头和调节阀,所述吸水管连通设于蓄水腔内,所述球形过滤头连接吸水管的底端且设于蓄水腔的内底壁上,所述伸缩软管贯穿支撑板且一端与吸水管连通,所述水泵设于隔板上且连通设于吸水管上,所述喷水管一端固定设于传动通孔内,所述伸缩软管的另一端与喷水管连通,所述喷头呈喇叭状设置连通设于喷水管的另一端上,所述调节阀设于喷水管上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:所述调节阀包括调节板、连接支撑件和旋钮,所述喷水管上设有调节通孔,所述调节板可伸缩滑动设于调节通孔处,所述连接支撑件呈倒C字形设置架设于调节通孔上,所述旋钮可旋转贯通连接支撑件且另一端连接设于调节板上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:所述球形过滤头外周均匀贯通设有吸水口,且所述球形过滤头内设有过滤网。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:所述蓄水腔上设有进水口以及出水口,所述进水口和出水口上分别密封可拆卸设有堵塞件。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:所述喷水管为硬质水管。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种绿化园林节水灌溉装置,其特征在于:所述灌溉装置本体外侧设有开关,所述开关与驱动电机、旋转电机和水泵电连接。
