一种溶液排出装置 技术领域
本申请涉及洗护用具领域,特别是一种溶液排出装置。
背景技术
采用按压式容器排出溶液时,难以控制溶液的排出量,导致一次按压溶液不足而需要多次按压,或者排出溶液过多造成浪费。
为了解决这个问题,市面上出现了溶液排出装置,触发开关即可实现溶液的定量挤出,避免了资源浪费。然而现有的溶液排出装置的储液容器位于机身上方,电器元件都位于机身内,当储液容器发生漏液时,会导致溶液渗入机身内,进而损坏电器元件,导致溶液排出装置无法正常工作。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种溶液排出装置,旨在解决现有技术中储液容器发生漏液时,液体渗入机身内损坏电器元件,导致溶液排出装置无法正常工作的问题。
本申请所提供的溶液排出装置包括:机身、储液容器及排液机构,所述机身设有出液口,所述储液容器设有入液口,所述储液容器可拆卸地安装于所述机身的侧壁,所述排液机构装设于所述机身,一端伸入所述储液容器,另一端与所述出液口连接,所述排液机构用于将所述储液容器内的液体导至所述出液口,并由所述出液口排出。
进一步地,所述储液容器的底壁与所述机身的底壁齐平,使所述储液容器与所述机身可共同设置于外部物体上,以支撑所述溶液排出装置。
进一步地,所述机身设有第一卡键,所述储液容器设有第一卡槽,所述第一卡键与所述第一卡槽配合,使所述储液容器与所述机身可拆卸式连接。
进一步地,所述机身设有第二卡槽,所述储液容器设有第二卡键,所述第二卡键与所述第二卡槽配合,使所述储液容器与所述机身可拆卸式连接。
进一步地,所述第一卡键设于所述机身的侧壁,所述第一卡槽设于所述储液容器相对于所述机身的侧壁,所述第一卡键包括第一连接部及第一卡合部,所述第一卡合部沿所述机身相对于所述储液容器的侧壁设置,所述第一卡合部通过所述第一连接部与所述机身连接。
进一步地,所述第二卡槽设于所述机身的侧壁,所述第二卡键设于所述储液容器相对于所述机身的侧壁,所述第二卡键括第二连接部及第二卡合部,所述第二卡合部沿所述储液容器相对于所述机身的侧壁设置,所述第二卡合部通过所述第二连接部与所述储液容器连接。
进一步地,所述第二卡槽沿垂直于所述机身的底壁或垂直于所述储液容器的底壁的竖直方向延伸,使得通过提拉使所述储液容器或所述机身使所述储液容器与所述机身脱离连接;所述第二卡键和第二卡槽的数量均为至少两个,且至少两个所述卡槽平行且相对设置。
进一步地,还包括防尘盖,其盖设于所述储液容器,用于遮盖或裸露所述入液口。
进一步地,所述机身的顶壁与所述防尘盖的顶面平齐;所述机身邻近所述储液容器的侧壁与所述储液容器邻近所述机身的侧壁的尺寸匹配,使得所述储液容器安装于所述机身后,所述机身的其他侧壁与所述储液容器的其他侧壁表面自然过渡。
进一步地,所述机身的顶壁还设置有接触式开关,所述接触式开关用于开 启所述溶液排出装置;所述机身还具有邻近所述出液口的感应式开关,所述感应式开关用于驱动所述排液机构排液。
进一步地,所述防尘盖包括:
边框,其与所述储液容器可拆卸地连接;
转轴,其设于所述边框;
盖板,其通过所述转轴与所述边框转动连接,以遮盖或裸露所述入液口。
进一步地,所述储液容器设有朝所述防尘盖凸起的第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部外周面的形状与所述防尘盖内周面的形状相适配,所述防尘盖内周面套设于所述第一凸起部外周面。
进一步地,所述防尘盖设有朝所述储液容器凸起的第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部外周面的形状与所述储液容器内周面的形状相适配,所述储液容器内周面套设于所述第二凸起部的外周面。
进一步地,所述机身的侧壁及底壁还围成容纳腔,所述排液机构包括第一导管、第二导管及位于所述容纳腔的电动泵,所述第一导管一端穿过所述机身的侧壁伸入所述储液容器,另一端与所述电动泵入液端连接,所述第二导管一端与所述电动泵出液端连接,另一端与所述出液口连接。
进一步地,所述机身还包括电池座,所述电池座位于所述容纳腔且与所述储液容器相对设置,且位于所述排液机构与所述机身的底壁之间。
进一步地,所述机身邻近所述储液容器的侧壁具有开口,所述电池座包括电池安装盒与电池盖,所述电池安装盒用于安装电池且对应所述开口安装,所述电池盖盖设于所述开口上并与所述机身的侧壁连接;所述电池安装盒包括多个电池安装槽,所述电池座还包括位于相邻两个电池安装槽之间的挡板,所述挡板的至少部分还用于位于所述电池及所述电池盖之间。
进一步地,所述机身邻近所述储液容器的侧壁的所述开口边缘还具有方便拆卸所述电池盖的缺口部;所述缺口部为朝远离所述储液容器一侧凹陷的弧形凹陷部;所述缺口部位于所述开口邻近所述机身的底壁的边缘。
进一步地,所述防尘盖和/或所述储液容器靠近所述机身的一端还设有缺口,所述第一导管穿过所述缺口伸入所述储液容器。
进一步地,所述储液容器设有第三卡键,所述防尘盖设有与所述第三卡键配合使用的第三卡槽,所述储液容器与所述防尘盖通过所述第三卡槽与所述第三卡键配合实现可拆卸式连接;所述第三卡键为按压式卡键。
进一步地,所述防尘盖设有第四卡键,所述储液容器设有第四卡槽,所述储液容器与所述防尘盖通过所述第四卡槽与所述第四卡键配合实现可拆卸式连接;所述第四卡键为按压式卡键。
本申请的有益效果在于:通过将储液容器装设在机身的侧壁,当储液容器因破损而发生漏液时,液体会沿着储液容器侧壁导流至溶液排出装置的底壁,或者直接在底壁发生漏液,因此漏液不会渗入机身内,保证机身内部电器元件不被液体损毁,使溶液排出装置能正常、稳定地运行。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。现结合附图,对本申请的较佳实施例作详细说明。
本申请提供了一种溶液排出装置,如图1-3所示,溶液排出装置包括机身1、储液容器2、及排液机构3。机身1设有出液口11,储液容器2设有入液口,储液容器2可拆卸地安装于机身1的侧壁191。排液机构3装设于机身1,一端伸入储液容器2,另一端与出液口11连接,用于将储液容器2内盛装的液体导至出液口11,并由出液口11排出。具体如图2所示,储液容器2具有侧壁201及与侧壁201连接的底壁202,侧壁201及底壁202围成用于储存溶液的收容空间。机身1的侧壁191及底壁192也围成容纳腔,排液机构3的至少部分可以容置于侧壁191及底壁192的容纳腔。
通过实施本实施例,储液容器2可拆卸地安装于机身1的侧壁191,当储液容器2因破损而发生漏液时,液体会沿着储液容器2侧壁201导流至溶液排出装置的底壁202、192,或者直接在底壁192发生漏液,因此漏液不会渗入机身1内,保证机身1内部电器元件不被液体损毁,使溶液排出装置能正常、稳定地运行。
在具体实施例中,储液容器2的底部(即底壁202)与机身1(即底壁192)的底部齐平,使储液容器2与机身1可共同设置于外部物体上,以支撑溶液排 出装置。机身1邻近储液容器2的侧壁191a与储液容器2邻近机身1的侧壁201a的尺寸匹配,使得储液容器2安装于机身1的侧壁191a后,机身1的侧壁191b可以与储液容器2的侧壁201b表面平齐并自然过渡,形成一体式结构,提升装置的美观性,且方便装置取放。
进一步地,如图2、图4所示,机身1与储液容器2卡接,机身1设有第一卡键12,储液容器2设有第一卡槽21,第一卡键12与第一卡槽21配合,使储液容器2与机身1可拆卸地连接,或者,机身1设有第二卡槽,储液容器2设有第二卡键,第二卡键与第二卡槽配合,使储液容器2与机身1可拆卸地连接。可选地,机身1与储液容器2也可采用螺纹连接。
当机身1与储液容器2没有连接时,机身1与储液容器2容易受外力影响产生相对移位,甚至造成排液机构3脱出储液容器2,进而导致溶液排出装置无法出液。通过卡槽与卡键的配合将机身1与储液容器2连接在一起,有效避免使用时机身1与储液容器2移位。
更进一步地,为了增加连接的稳定性,可以设置多组卡键与卡槽,本申请对卡键与卡槽的数量不做限定。
其中,卡槽与卡键的形式有很多种,只要能使机身1与储液容器2可拆卸地连接即可。以下列举两个较优的实施例进行说明。
在一实施例中,如图2、图4所示,第一卡键12设于机身1的侧壁,第一卡槽21设于储液容器2相对于机身1的侧壁,第一卡槽21设于储液容器2相对于机身1的侧壁。第一卡键12包括第一连接部121及第一卡合部122,第一卡合部122沿机身1相对于储液容器2的侧壁设置,第一卡合部122通过第一连接部121与机身1连接。该实施例通过提拉使储液容器2或机身1使储液容器2与机身1脱离连接。
在一实施例中,第二卡槽18设于机身1的侧壁,第二卡键24设于储液容器2相对于机身1的侧壁,第二卡键24包括第二连接部241及第二卡合部242,第二卡合部241沿储液容器2相对于机身1的侧壁设置,第二卡合部242通过第二连接部241与储液容器2连接。第二卡槽18可以沿垂直于机身1的底壁191或垂直于储液容器2的底壁202的竖直方向延伸,使得该实施例通过提拉使储液容器2或机身1使储液容器2与机身1脱离连接,上述结构在保证卡合稳定性及避免使用溶液排出装置时机身1与储液容器2的分离的同时,拆卸也比较方便。第二卡键24和第二卡槽18的数量均为至少两个,且至少两个所述卡槽18平行且相对设置。可以理解,两个所述第二卡键24和第二卡槽18可以保证卡合强度,避免使用溶液排出装置时容易造成机身1与储液容器2的分离。
在本实施例中,机身1与储液容器2之间还可以设有其他卡扣结构,采用卡扣进一步保证机身与储液容器之间连接的可靠性。
在一实施例中,溶液排出装置还包括防尘盖4,其盖设于储液容器2,用于遮盖或裸露入液口。防尘盖4使储液容器2与外部环境隔绝,起到防尘防水的作用,以保证储液容器2中的溶液不被污染或稀释,需要添加溶液时,仅需使入液口裸露,即可添加溶液。
在具体实施例中,防尘盖4与储液容器2转动连接。具体地,防尘盖可以与储液容器水平转动连接,防尘盖相对储液容器水平转动以遮盖或裸露入液口。防尘盖还可以与储液容器竖直转动连接,防尘盖相对储液容器竖直转动以遮盖或裸露入液口。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,储液容器2设有朝防尘盖4凸起的第一凸起部22,第一凸起部22外周面的形状与防尘盖4内周面的形状相适配,防尘盖 4的内周面套设于第一凸起部22的外周面。可选地,防尘盖4设有朝储液容器2凸起的第二凸起部,第二凸起部外周面的形状与储液容器2内周面的形状相适配,储液容器2内周面套设于第二凸起部的外周面。采用套接式的防尘盖,其周缘不会露出缝隙,灰尘无法进入,密封性好。
在一实施例中,如图5所示,储液容器2设有第三卡键23,防尘盖4设有与第三卡键23配合使用的第三卡槽411,储液容器2与防尘盖4通过第三卡槽411与第三卡键23配合实现可拆卸式连接。可选地,防尘盖4设有第四卡键,储液容器2设有第四卡槽,储液容器2与防尘盖4通过第四卡槽与第四卡键配合实现可拆卸式连接。本实施例中采用的是按压式卡键,结构简单,连接可靠,仅需按压即可另卡键与卡槽脱离卡合,从而将储液容器2与防尘盖4拆卸开。
在一实施例中,防尘盖4包括:边框41、转轴42及盖板43。边框41与储液容器2可拆卸地连接,转轴42安装于边框41或与边框41一体成型,盖板43通过转轴42与边框41转动连接,用于遮盖或裸露入液口。
盖板43与边框41转动连接,转动盖板43使其遮盖于入液口即可起到防尘防水的作用,需要盛装溶液时,掀起盖板43裸露出入液口21即可往储液容器2中添加溶液,方便快捷,无需将储液容器2与防尘盖4拆卸开。
其中,盖板43与边框41转动连接的形式有很多种,以下列举三个较优的实施例进行说明。
在一实施例中,如图5、图6所示,边框41设有第一安装孔,盖板43设有第二安装孔,转轴42装设于第一安装孔与第二安装孔。
在一实施例中,边框41与转轴42一体成型,盖板43设有第三安装孔,转轴42装设于第三安装孔。
在一实施例中,盖板43与转轴42一体成型,边框设有第四安装孔,转轴42装设于第四安装孔。
机身1的顶壁195与防尘盖4的顶面(如盖板43的顶面)平齐,自然过渡,也使得装置一体性较佳、外观美观、方便取放。
在具体实施例中,如图2、图3、图8所示,排液机构3包括第一导管31、第二导管32及位于所述机身1的侧壁191及底壁192围成的容纳腔161的电动泵33,第一导管31一端穿过所述机身1的侧壁191a伸入储液容器2内,另一端与电动泵33入液端连接,第二导管32一端与电动泵33出液端连接,另一端与出液口11连接。电动泵33启动时另第一导管导31产生吸力,并带动储液容器2内的液体移动至电动泵33的入液端,液体由电动泵33的入液端输入,经过电动泵33的出液端输出至第二导管32,再经过第二导管32导出至出液口11。可以理解,排液机构3至少部分位于所述机身1的容纳腔161,不仅可以使用排液,还使得装置整体结构较为紧凑,有利于装置体积小型化。
进一步地,如图1、图3、图7所示,机身1还包括电池座13,其设于机身1的容纳腔161且与储液容器2相对设置,且位于排液机构3与机身1的底壁191之间。使用时,储液容器2挡设于电池座13,从外部无法直接观测到电池座13,十分美观。电池座13位于机身1的容纳腔161且与储液容器2相对设置,也使得装置整体结构较为紧凑,有利于装置体积小型化。
更进一步地,机身1邻近储液容器2的侧壁191a具有开口193,电池座13包括电池安装盒132与电池盖131,电池安装盒132用于安装电池且对应开口193安装,电池盖131盖设于开口193上并与机身1的侧壁191a连接;电池安装盒132包括多个电池安装槽133,电池座13还包括位于相邻两个电池安装槽133之间的挡板134,挡板134可拆卸地挡设于电池座13,且挡板134 的至少部分还用于位于电池及电池盖131之间,可对电池进行防护。
机身1邻近储液容器2的侧壁191a的开口193边缘还具有方便拆卸电池盖131的缺口部194;所述缺口部194为朝远离储液容器2一侧凹陷的弧形凹陷部;缺口部194位于开口193邻近机身1的底壁192的边缘。可以理解,通过缺口部194,可方便电池盖131的拆卸。
在一实施例中,防尘盖4和/或储液容器2靠近机身1的一端还设有缺口203,第一导管31穿过缺口203伸入储液容器2。
在一实施例中,如图2、图7、图8所示,机身1包括侧壁191a及机身本体16(包括侧壁191b和底壁192)。本实施例中,储液容器2通过侧壁191a与机身本体16连接,侧壁191a通过螺钉与机身本体16连接,可选地,也可采用螺纹、卡接等方式与机身本体16连接。机身1形成有容纳腔161,本实施例的排液装置3的至少部分设于容纳腔161内,通过螺钉与机身本体16连接,可选地,也可采用螺纹、卡接等方式与机身本体16连接。本实施例的电池座13的电池安装盒132与侧壁191a一体成型。
在一实施例中,如图2、图3、图5所示,溶液排出装置还包括开关,其设于机身1的顶壁195,与排液机构3电性连接,用于驱动排液机构3排液。
在一实施例中,开关为接触式开关5。
在一实施例中,开关为感应式开关6,可邻近出液口11设置,免接触式的获取溶液,避免了细菌通过接触传递至用户的手上。本实施例的感应式开关6为红外感应式开关,可选地,感应式开关6也可为超声波感应式开关或其它免接触式的感应式开关。
在一实施例中,溶液排出装置同时包括接触式开关5及感应式开关6,接触式开关5用于开启溶液排出装置,感应式开关6用于驱动排液机构3排液。 通过接触式开关5及感应式开关6的设置,使得溶液排出装置方便用户使用,用户体验性较佳。
本申请实施例展示了一种溶液排出装置,如图1-3所示,通过将储液容器2装设在机身1的侧壁,当储液容器2因破损而发生漏液时,液体会沿着储液容器2的侧壁201导流至溶液排出装置的底壁192、202,或者直接在底壁202发生漏液,因此漏液不会渗入机身1内,保证机身内部电器元件不被液体损毁,使溶液排出装置能正常、稳定地运行。

  1. 一种溶液排出装置,其中,包括:
    机身,其设有出液口;
    储液容器,其设有入液口,所述储液容器可拆卸地安装于所述机身的侧壁;
    排液机构,其装设于所述机身,一端伸入所述储液容器,另一端与所述出液口连接,所述排液机构用于将所述储液容器内的液体导至所述出液口,并由所述出液口排出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述储液容器的底壁与所述机身的底壁齐平,使所述储液容器与所述机身可共同设置于外部物体上,以支撑所述溶液排出装置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身设有第一卡键,所述储液容器设有第一卡槽,所述第一卡键与所述第一卡槽配合,使所述储液容器与所述机身可拆卸式连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身设有第二卡槽,所述储液容器设有第二卡键,所述第二卡键与所述第二卡槽配合,使所述储液容器与所述机身可拆卸式连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述第一卡键设于所述机身的侧壁,所述第一卡槽设于所述储液容器相对于所述机身的侧壁,所述第一卡键包括第一连接部及第一卡合部,所述第一卡合部沿所述机身相对于所述储液容器的侧壁设置,所述第一卡合部通过所述第一连接部与所述机身连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述第二卡槽设于所述机身的侧壁,所述第二卡键设于所述储液容器相对于所述机身的侧壁,所述第二卡键括第二连接部及第二卡合部,所述第二卡合部沿所述储液容器相对于所 述机身的侧壁设置,所述第二卡合部通过所述第二连接部与所述储液容器连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述第二卡槽沿垂直于所述机身的底壁或垂直于所述储液容器的底壁的竖直方向延伸,使得通过提拉使所述储液容器或所述机身使所述储液容器与所述机身脱离连接;所述第二卡键和第二卡槽的数量均为至少两个,且至少两个所述卡槽平行且相对设置。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的溶液排出装置,其中,还包括防尘盖,其盖设于所述储液容器,用于遮盖或裸露所述入液口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身的顶壁与所述防尘盖的顶面平齐;所述机身邻近所述储液容器的侧壁与所述储液容器邻近所述机身的侧壁的尺寸匹配,使得所述储液容器安装于所述机身后,所述机身的其他侧壁与所述储液容器的其他侧壁表面自然过渡。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身的顶壁还设置有接触式开关,所述接触式开关用于开启所述溶液排出装置;所述机身还具有邻近所述出液口的感应式开关,所述感应式开关用于驱动所述排液机构排液。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述防尘盖包括:
    边框,其与所述储液容器可拆卸地连接;
    转轴,其设于所述边框;
    盖板,其通过所述转轴与所述边框转动连接,以遮盖或裸露所述入液口。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述储液容器设有朝所述防尘盖凸起的第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部外周面的形状与所述防尘盖内周面的形状相适配,所述防尘盖内周面套设于所述第一凸起部外周面。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述防尘盖设有朝所 述储液容器凸起的第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部外周面的形状与所述储液容器内周面的形状相适配,所述储液容器内周面套设于所述第二凸起部的外周面。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身的侧壁及底壁还围成容纳腔,所述排液机构包括第一导管、第二导管及位于所述容纳腔的电动泵,所述第一导管一端穿过所述机身的侧壁伸入所述储液容器,另一端与所述电动泵入液端连接,所述第二导管一端与所述电动泵出液端连接,另一端与所述出液口连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身还包括电池座,所述电池座位于所述容纳腔且与所述储液容器相对设置,且位于所述排液机构与所述机身的底壁之间。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身邻近所述储液容器的侧壁具有开口,所述电池座包括电池安装盒与电池盖,所述电池安装盒用于安装电池且对应所述开口安装,所述电池盖盖设于所述开口上并与所述机身的侧壁连接;所述电池安装盒包括多个电池安装槽,所述电池座还包括位于相邻两个电池安装槽之间的挡板,所述挡板的至少部分还用于位于所述电池及所述电池盖之间。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述机身邻近所述储液容器的侧壁的所述开口边缘还具有方便拆卸所述电池盖的缺口部;所述缺口部为朝远离所述储液容器一侧凹陷的弧形凹陷部;所述缺口部位于所述开口邻近所述机身的底壁的边缘。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的溶液排出装置,其中,所述防尘盖和/或所述储液容器靠近所述机身的一端还设有缺口,所述第一导管穿过所述缺口伸入所述储液容器。
