背景技术
离心机是利用离心力,分离液体与固体颗粒或液体与液体的混合物中各组分的机械,离心机主要用于将悬浮液中的固体颗粒与液体分开,或将乳浊液中两种密度不同,又互不相溶的液体分开,它也可用于排除湿固体中的液体,例如用洗衣机甩干湿衣服,特殊的超速管式分离机还可分离不同密度的气体混合物,利用不同密度或粒度的固体颗粒在液体中沉降速度不同的特点,有的沉降离心机还可对固体颗粒按密度或粒度进行分级,离心机大量应用于化工、石油、食品、制药、选矿、煤炭、水处理和船舶等部门。
现有的化工生产用离心机在使用过程中离心筒转动时会出现较大的甩动,导致整体装置的稳定性较差且容易损坏,另外,使用过程中整体装置会产生较大的震动,不利于安全使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种化工生产用离心机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的整体装置的稳定性较差且容易损坏的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种化工生产用离心机,包括外箱体,所述外箱体的底部外壁上固定安装有支撑组件,所述外箱体的底部外壁上固定安装有电机,所述电机的输出端固定连接有转动轴,所述转动轴的顶端固定连接有离心筒,且所述离心筒位于所述外箱体的内部,所述外箱体底板的顶部外壁上开设有第一滑槽,所述第一滑槽的内部设置有第一滑块,且所述第一滑块的顶端与所述离心筒焊接在一起,所述离心筒的侧壁上固定安装有过滤网,所述外箱体的侧壁上焊接有出液管。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述转动轴通过密封轴承与所述外箱体 相连接。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述外箱体的顶部外壁上固定安装有顶板,所述顶板的底部外壁上开设有第二滑槽,所述第二滑槽的内部设置有第二滑块,且所述第二滑块的底端与所述离心筒焊接在一起。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、通过设置的外箱体、第一滑槽、第一滑块、顶板、第二滑槽和第二滑块,使得离心筒在转动过程中不会出现较大范围的甩动,整体装置稳定性较好,有利于安全生产和提高使用寿命;
2、通过设置的支撑组件,可以起到较好的减震效果,进一步提高整体装置的稳定性,使用过程中产生震动时,内弹簧和外弹簧受力产生形变,从而起到缓冲作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-4,一种化工生产用离心机,包括外箱体1,外箱体1的底部外壁上固定安装有支撑组件2,外箱体1的底部外壁上固定安装有电机3,电机3的输出端固定连接有转动轴4,转动轴4通过密封轴承与外箱体1相连接,转动轴4的顶端固定连接有离心筒5,且离心筒5位于外箱体1的内部,外箱体1底板的顶部外壁上开设有第一滑槽6,第一滑槽6的内部设置有第一滑块7,且第一滑块7的顶端与离心筒5焊接在一起,离心筒5的侧壁上固定安装有过滤网8,外箱体1的侧壁上焊接有出液管9,启动电机3,电机3通过转动轴4带动离心筒5转动,配合过滤网8对物料进行分离,分离出的液体经出液管9排出。
如图1所示,外箱体1的顶部外壁上固定安装有顶板10,顶板10的中心设置有盖板13,盖板13通过合页与顶板10相连接,盖板13的顶部外壁上固定安装有把手,使用时,首先通过把手打开盖板13,然后将物料放入离心筒5的内部关闭盖板13,顶板10的底部外壁上开设有第二滑槽11,第二滑槽11的内部设置有第二滑块12,且第二滑块12的底端与离心筒5焊接在一起,离心筒5在转动过程中带动第一滑块7在第一滑槽6内转动,同时带动第二滑块12在第二滑槽11内转动,这样使得离心筒5在转动过程中的稳定性较好。
结合图1和图3所示,,支撑组件2包括支撑板14,支撑板14的顶部外壁上焊接有固定轴15,固定轴15的内部设置有内弹簧16和挡板17,内弹簧16的顶端与挡板17固定连接,挡板17的顶部外壁上焊接有活动轴18,活动轴18的顶端焊接有连接板19,且连接板19位于固定轴15的外部,活动轴18的外壁上套设有外弹簧20,在支撑组件2的作用下,使用过程中产生震动时,外箱体1带动连接板19、活动轴18和挡板17运动,连接板19压缩外弹簧20,挡板17压缩内弹簧16,内弹簧16和外弹簧20受力产生形变,从而对整体装置起到较好的缓冲作用,保护该装置不易损坏,支撑板14与连接板19上均开设有螺纹孔,以便于进行安装。
本实用新型的工作原理是:本实用新型为一种化工生产用离心机,使用时,首先打开盖板13,然后将物料放入离心筒5的内部关闭盖板13,启动电机3,电机3通过转动轴4带动离心筒5转动,配合过滤网8对物料进行分离,分离出的液体经出液管9排出,离心筒5在转动过程中带动第一滑块7在第一滑槽6内转动,同时带动第二滑块12在第二滑槽11内转动,这样使得离心筒5在转动过程中的稳定性较好,在支撑组件2的作用下,使用过程中产生震动时,外箱体1带动连接板19、活动轴18和挡板17运动,连接板19压缩外弹簧20,挡板17压缩内弹簧16,内弹簧16和外弹簧20受力产生形变,从而对整体装置起到较好的缓冲作用,保护该装置不易损坏。
