技术领域
本申请涉及随手吸尘器技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有内外风道的随手吸尘器。
背景技术
随手吸尘器是一种家庭车载两用的小型吸尘器,满足了人们对于车内狭小缝隙、桌面及键盘等任何不便于清洁除尘场景的吸尘需求,且造型小巧,便于携带收纳。该随手吸尘器的工作原理为:马达工作,使筒体内的空气从出风口高速排出,筒体与吸尘仓形成瞬间真空,即筒体与外界大气形成高的负压差,迫使携带灰尘等颗粒状脏物的气流经吸尘仓进入筒体,经集尘仓内的过滤网过滤后,灰尘等颗粒状脏物留在吸尘仓内,干净的空气流经马达和电池组件由出风口排出筒体,完成吸尘动作。
现有的随手吸尘器受产品尺寸的限制,其进风通道的尺寸不可能设置太大,因此进风量小,难免影响此类小型吸尘器的吸尘效率;此外,马达、电池等内部设备由于长期工作会产生大量的热,造成马达、电池的升温,由于进风量小,马达、电池等内部不易散热,使用寿命必然受到影响。综上,现有的随手吸尘器的吸力较弱,难以满足清洁需求,同时产品使用寿命有待提高。
申请内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
鉴于现有技术的上述缺点、不足,本申请提供一种具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其解决了现有的随手吸尘器吸力小和使用寿命短的技术问题。
(二)技术方案
为了达到上述目的,本申请采用的主要技术方案包括:
本申请提供一种具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,所述随手吸尘器为圆筒结构,包括集尘杯和筒体,集尘杯和筒体为可拆卸连接;所述集尘杯远离筒体的一端设有吸尘口,所述集尘杯内可拆卸地设有过滤组件,所述筒体内部沿气流流动方向可拆卸的依次设有马达和电池组件,所述筒体远离集尘杯的端部设有出风口。
其中,所述电池组件包括横截面呈三角形结构的电池支架和电池组,所述呈三角形结构的电池支架与所述筒体内壁之间形成外风道。
所述电池组包括3个电池,分别设置于所述电池支架三角形结构的3个顶角处,所述电池组内部空间形成内风道。
根据本申请,所述筒体与所述集尘杯连接的端面,设置有呈圆台形、格栅状的进风口。
根据本申请,所述集尘杯包括杯体以及活动枢接于所述杯体的杯盖,所述吸尘口形成 于所述杯盖端部。
与枢接结构相对一侧的杯盖和杯体上,设置有使杯盖扣合于所述杯体的锁扣结构,所述锁扣结构包括:开设于杯盖和杯体外壁面扣合处的滑槽,以及可滑动设置于所述滑槽的按键。当所述按键滑动至所述杯盖外壁面的滑槽端部,所述按键处于锁定状态,杯盖和杯体保持扣合;当所述按键滑动至所述杯体外壁面的滑槽端部,所述按键处于非锁定状态,按下所述按键以解除所述杯盖和杯体之间的扣合。
根据本申请,所述杯盖内部,对应所述吸风口处设置有可枢转打开的阀片,当所述随手吸尘器处于工作状态时,所述阀片在气流作用下处于打开吸尘口状态;当所述随手吸尘器处于非工作状态时,所述阀片处于关闭吸尘口状态。
根据本申请,所述枢接结构设置有弹性件和限位凸起,所述杯盖从扣合状态被释放时,在所述弹性件的作用下,所述杯盖枢转打开,并在所述限位凸起的作用下,所述杯盖枢转180度后保持在该角度。
根据本申请,所述集尘杯和筒体之间的可拆卸连接结构为:
所述集尘杯与所述筒体连接的端部形成环形限位台阶面一以及L形卡合槽一,所述筒体内壁对应设置卡合凸起。
连接所述集尘杯与所述筒体时,将所述集尘杯插入所述筒体至所述筒体外壁端部抵接所述环形限位台阶面一,同时卡合凸起插入L形卡合槽一,转动所述集尘杯与所述筒体之一,使得卡合凸起滑入所述L形卡合槽一,完成连接。
根据本申请,所述过滤组件包括:大致呈桶状且具有敞口端的初效过滤网,以及由所述敞口端可拆卸套装于初效过滤网内部的HEPA过滤网。半圆形把手可转动连接于所述过滤组件的敞口端端面,所述过滤组件位于所述集尘杯内时,所述把手贴合于所述敞口端端面。根据本申请,所述HEPA过滤网与所述初效过滤网连接的端部设有环形凹槽一,所述环形凹槽一的上端设有连接环形凹槽一的内壁和外壁的卡合凸起二,所述初效过滤网的敞口端的外壁对应设置L型卡合槽二。
连接所述初效过滤网和所述HEPA过滤网时,将所述敞口端插入所述环形凹槽一至所述敞口端的端部抵接所述环形凹槽一的底部,同时卡合凸起二插入L型卡合槽二,转动所述初效过滤网和所述HEPA过滤网之一,使得卡合凸起二滑入所述L型卡合槽二,完成连接。
根据本申请,每个电池对应设置一个NTC热敏电阻。
根据本申请,筒体端部还设置有Type-C充电口。
(三)有益效果
本申请的有益效果是:
本申请提供一种具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,由于采用横截面呈三角形结构的电池支架,电池支架与筒体内壁之间形成外风道,电池组内部空间形成内风道,通过内外风道,扩大了出风面积,增大了通风量,提高了通风效率,进而提高了随手吸尘器的吸力和吸尘效率,并有助于马达和电池的散热,延长了装置的使用寿命。同时,采用横截面呈三角形结构的电池支架可将随手吸尘器的外径缩小至约55mm,其直径较小,可单手握紧,方便握 持,从而取消把手的设置,缩短了随手吸尘器的整体长度,使收纳携带更加便利。
其次,由于筒体与集尘杯连接的端面设置有呈圆台形、格栅状的进风口,扩大了进风面积,增大通风量和通风效率,进一步提高了随手吸尘器的吸力和吸尘效率,且更有助于马达和电池的散热,延长了装置的使用寿命。
由于集尘杯与筒体间卡合连接、集尘杯与过滤组件间弹性连接以及初效过滤网和HEPA过滤网间卡合连接,可方便完成过滤组件、集尘杯和筒体间的安装拆卸。
由于过滤组件敞口端的端面设置半圆形的把手,手指勾住把手即可方便旋转或推拉过滤组件,从而完成初效过滤网和HEPA过滤网间的安装拆卸,提高了操作的便捷性。
由于每块电池上单独设置一个NTC热敏电阻,当其中一块电池的温度到达设定阈值时,NTC热敏电阻即向控制电路板传输信号,控制马达停止工作,提高了随手吸尘器的安全性。
由于杯盖和杯体通过锁扣结构实现一键弹开,即滑动按键至杯体外壁面的滑槽端部并按下按键时,杯盖能自动弹开,可完成杯体内灰尘的单手倾倒,避免灰尘及脏物污染手部,提高清洁性,操作更便捷。
由于枢接结构上设有限位凸起,当杯盖枢转180度后可保持在该角度,使杯盖开启状态时可保持位置固定,避免杯盖随意晃动,利于倾倒灰尘。
由于枢接结构与随手吸尘器外壁形成支架结构,不需要再单独设置支撑凸起,避免产品不使用时躺置于任何物品的水平表面会发生滚动,同时也使得产品的外观更加简洁,加工更简单。

为了更好的解释本申请,以便于理解,下面结合附图,通过具体实施方式,对本申请作详细描述。
参照图1,本申请实施例提出的一种具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,所述随手吸尘器为圆筒结构,包括集尘杯和筒体3,集尘杯和筒体3为可拆卸连接。所述集尘杯远离筒体3的一端设有吸尘口11,所述集尘杯内可拆卸地设有过滤组件,所述筒体3内部沿气流流动方向可拆卸的依次设有马达和电池组件,所述筒体3远离集尘杯的端部设有出风口36。当开启所述随手吸尘器时,马达开始工作,使气流从所述吸尘口进入集尘杯,经过集尘杯内的过滤组件后进入筒体,通过筒体内部的内、外风道从筒体端部的出风口排出,由此可见,随手吸尘器内部形成了直线型的气流通道,利于气流快速通过随手吸尘器;内外风道的设置,使得随手吸尘器不再受到产品本身尺寸的限制,提高了通风和吸尘效率,且能快速带走筒体内部的热量,延长了产品的使用寿命。
进一步地,可参见图2和图3,所述集尘杯包括杯体2以及活动枢接于所述杯体2的杯盖1,所述吸尘口11形成于所述杯盖1端部。产品产生的抽吸气流携带灰尘等颗粒状脏物经由所述吸尘口11进入集尘杯的杯体2内部,由于杯体2的内部设置有过滤组件,因此灰尘等颗粒状脏物留存在所述杯体2内,而经过所述过滤组件的干净气流进入筒体3内部。
如图3所示,与枢接结构6相对一侧的杯盖1和杯体2上,设置有使杯盖1扣合于所述杯体2的锁扣结构5,所述锁扣结构5包括:开设于杯盖1和杯体2外壁面扣合处的滑槽,以及可滑动设置于所述滑槽的按键52,按键52可以呈与滑槽匹配的长圆形,也可以是其他形状,如倒角的矩形等,按键52靠近筒体3的表面,设置有圆形下凹以通过不同触感,提示用户在操作按键时触摸按键的部位,使用户在打开或锁闭杯盖时,能更省力、有更好的使用体验;当用户关闭杯盖1后抵推按键52的圆形下凹处,使所述按键52滑动至所述杯盖1外壁面的滑槽端部,所述按键52处于锁定状态,杯盖1和杯体2保持扣合;当用户将所述按键52回拨,使按键52滑动至所述杯体2外壁面的滑槽端部,所述按键52处于非锁定状态,按下所述按键52的圆形下凹处可以解除所述杯盖1和杯体2之间的扣合。
所述枢接结构6设置有弹性件和限位凸起61,所述杯盖1上设置有与限位凸起61相配合的限位凹槽12。所述杯盖1从扣合状态被释放时,在所述弹性件的作用下,所述杯盖1枢转打开,所述杯盖1枢转180度后,限位凸起61陷入限位凹槽12中,使得杯盖1保持在该角度。
现有随手吸尘器的集尘杯与筒体3普遍采用螺纹连接,倾倒集尘杯内的灰尘等脏物时,需双手操作将集尘杯卸下。本实施例中的杯盖1通过锁扣结构5可实现一键弹开,即滑动按键52至杯体2外壁面的滑槽端部并按下按键52时,杯盖1能自动弹开,可完成杯体2内灰尘的单手倾倒,避免灰尘及脏物污染手部,提高清洁性,操作更便捷。同时,杯盖1开启状态时可保持位置固定,避免杯盖1随意晃动,利于倾倒灰尘。
同时,现有技术中,为便于随手吸尘器稳定放置在光滑平面不发生滚动,普遍在外壁设置支撑凸起,该支撑凸起与随手吸尘器的外壁形成支架结构,可防止随手吸尘器的随意滚动。本实施例通过枢接结构6能够同时形成随手吸尘器的支架结构,不需要再单独设置支撑凸起,避免产品不使用时躺置于任何物品的水平表面会发生滚动,同时也使得产品外观更加简洁,加工更简单。
所述锁扣结构5还包括可滑动设置于滑槽的导向凸起51,所述导向凸起51随按键52沿杯体2的轴向同步移动,所述导向凸起51对按键52的运动起导向作用。所述导向凸起51和按键52的形状无固定要求,为便于操作,本实施例中导向凸起51优选为一字型结构。
进一步地,所述杯盖1内部,对应所述吸尘口11处设置有可枢转打开的阀片,当所述随手吸尘器处于工作状态时,所述阀片在气流作用下处于打开吸尘口11状态;当所述随手吸尘器处于非工作状态时,所述阀片处于关闭吸尘口11状态。避免随手吸尘器非工作状态时外界灰尘等颗粒状脏物进入内部,也防止杯体2内的灰尘及脏物倒流出吸尘口11造成二次污染。
如图2和图6所示,进一步地,所述集尘杯和筒体3之间的可拆卸连接结构为:
所述集尘杯与筒体3连接的端部形成环形限位台阶面一21以及L形卡合槽一23,所述筒体3内壁对应设置卡合凸起一31。
连接所述集尘杯与所述筒体3时,将所述集尘杯插入所述筒体3至所述筒体3外壁端部抵接所述环形限位台阶面一21,同时卡合凸起一31插入L形卡合槽一23,转 动所述集尘杯与所述筒体3之一,使得卡合凸起一31滑入所述L形卡合槽一23,完成连接。本实施例中集尘杯与筒体3间卡合连接的方式为优选实施例,实际集尘杯与筒体3间可采用其他例如螺纹连接等可拆卸的连接方式。
具体地,所述卡合凸起一31和L形卡合槽一23的数量可以根据实际需求确定,为提高集尘杯和筒体3的装配稳定性并使结构更简洁,本实施例优选设置三个卡合凸起一31和L形卡合槽一23。
如图4和图5所示,进一步地,所述过滤组件包括:
大致呈桶状且具有敞口端711的初效过滤网71,以及由所述敞口端711可拆卸套装于初效过滤网71内部的HEPA过滤网72。半圆形的把手721可转动连接于所述过滤组件的敞口端711端面,所述过滤组件位于所述集尘杯内时,所述把手721贴合于所述敞口端711端面。为提高使用舒适性,本实施例设置半圆形的把手721,实际该把手721可设置为任何能实现便捷装卸功能的形状。
所述初效过滤网71用于过滤直径大于5μm的尘埃粒子,所述HEPA过滤网72可过滤直径小于3μm的尘埃粒子。携带灰尘及颗粒状脏物的气流依次经初效过滤网71和HEPA过滤网72过滤后,灰尘及颗粒状脏物留置在过滤网上,干净的空气进入筒体3内并由出风孔41排出筒体3。
进一步地,所述HEPA过滤网72与所述初效过滤网71连接的端部设有环形凹槽一722,所述环形凹槽一722的上端设有连接环形凹槽一722的内壁和外壁的卡合凸起二723,所述初效过滤网71的敞口端711的外壁对应设置L型卡合槽二712。
连接所述初效过滤网71和所述HEPA过滤网72时,将所述初效过滤网71的敞口端711插入所述环形凹槽一722至所述敞口端711的端部抵接所述环形凹槽一722的底部,同时卡合凸起二723插入L型卡合槽二712,转动所述初效过滤网71和所述HEPA过滤网72之一,使得卡合凸起二723滑入所述L型卡合槽二712,完成连接。
进一步地,所述过滤组件与集尘杯之间的可拆卸连接结构为:
所述集尘杯与过滤组件连接的端部设有环形限位台阶面二22,所述HEPA过滤网72的外壁对应设置用于安装弹性密封圈的环状凹槽二724。所述弹性密封圈可使过滤组件与集尘杯装配时紧密贴合不移位,所述弹性密封圈可采用橡胶或硅胶等任何适当的弹性耐磨材料。
连接所述集尘杯和过滤组件时,将所述过滤组件插入集尘杯至过滤组件靠近敞口端711一端的端部抵接环形限位台阶面二22,完成连接。为提高装配的便捷性和紧密性,本实施例优选集尘杯与过滤组件间弹性连接,实际集尘杯与过滤组件间可采用其他例如螺纹连接等可拆卸地连接方式。
实际使用时,需定期将初效过滤网71拆下清洗保持清洁,避免灰尘堵塞影响吸尘效率,但长期使用后难以彻底清洁初效过滤网71上粘附的灰尘污物造成堵塞,影响随手吸尘器的吸力。对消费者来说,定期更换随手吸尘器造价高昂。本实施例通过设置集尘杯与筒体3间卡合连接、集尘杯与过滤组件间弹性连接以及初效过滤网71和HEPA过滤网72间卡合连接,可方便完成过滤组件、集尘杯和筒体3间的安装拆卸。通过在过滤组件敞口端711的端面设置半圆形的把手721,手指勾住把手721即可方便旋转或推拉过滤组件,从而完成初效过滤网71和HEPA过滤网72间的安装拆卸,提高了操作的便捷性。当初效过滤网71达到使用寿命时,可便捷更换新的初效过滤网71,而初效过滤网71的价格低廉,可降低使用者的购买负担。
进一步地,所述筒体3与所述集尘杯连接的端面,设置有呈圆台形、格栅状的进风口82。
受产品尺寸限制,现有随手吸尘器的进风通道的尺寸相对较小,使进风量小,影响随手吸尘器的吸尘效率。长期工作时,马达和电池等内部设备由于工作需要会生成大量的热,造成马达和电池的升温。由于进风量小,马达和电池等内部设备不易通风散热,长期高热工作会缩短马达和电池等内部设备的使用寿命。本实施例通过设置圆台形、格栅状的进风口82,扩大了进风面积,增大进风量和进风效率,提高了随手吸尘器的吸力和吸尘效率,并有助于马达和电池的散热,延长了装置的使用寿命。
如图7所示,进一步地,所述进风口82设置在可拆卸地固定在筒体3内壁的支撑板81上,所述筒体3与支撑板81的可拆卸连接结构为:
所述筒体3与支撑板81连接的端部形成环形限位台阶面三32以及卡合槽33,所述支撑板81的外壁对应设有卡合凸起三811。
连接所述支撑板81和筒体3时,将所述支撑板81插入筒体3至所述支撑板81的端部抵接所述环形限位台阶面三32,同时卡合凸起三811插入卡合槽33内,完成连接。为便于装拆和提高密封性,本实施例中优选支撑板81与筒体3间卡合连接,实际支撑 板81与筒体3间可采用其他例如螺纹连接等可拆卸地连接方式。
如图8所示,进一步地,所述电池组件包括横截面呈三角形结构的电池支架91和电池组,所述横截面呈三角形结构的电池支架91与筒体3内壁之间形成外风道。所述电池支架91三角形结构的三个顶点处设有三个通孔911,所述电池组包括的三块电池分别设置于所述三个通孔911内。所述电池支架91的内部设有若干个通风孔912,所述通风孔912形成内风道。
现有的随手吸尘器的外径较大,单手难以握持,为方便把持,普遍在随手吸尘器的尾端设有环状或圆柱状的把手,延长了随手吸尘器的长度,为收纳和携带带来难度。本实施例中通过设置横截面呈三角形结构的电池支架91,将随手吸尘器的外径缩小至约55mm,其直径较小,可单手握紧,方便握持,从而取消把手的设置,缩短了随手吸尘器的整体长度,使收纳携带更加便利。

进一步地,每个电池对应设置一个NTC热敏电阻。
进一步地,所述具有内外风道的随手吸尘器还包括控制电路板,所述控制线路板固定在电池支架91上,所述马达、电池组件、NTC热敏电阻和控制线路板通过导线电性连接。
为保证随手吸尘器的续航能力和吸力,需要采用二至三块电池供电。在使用过程中,电池会因长时间使用温度升高,存在爆炸的安全隐患。本实施例中,为提高装置的吸力和续航能力,设置了三块电池,并在每块电池上单独设置一个NTC热敏电阻,当其中一块电池的温度到达设定阈值时,NTC热敏电阻即向控制电路板传输信号,控制马达停止工作,提高了随手吸尘器的安全性。同时,由于每一块电池单独设置对应的NTC热敏电阻,提高了对电池组温度监测的准确性。
进一步地,所述筒体3的外壁设有电源指示灯34和电源开关按键35和,所述电 源开关按键35、电源指示灯34与控制线路板电性连接,所述电源开关按键35用于控制随手吸尘器的开启和关闭,所述的电源指示灯34用于提示随手吸尘器的开启和关闭。
进一步地,所述筒体3远离集尘杯的端部还设有Type-C充电口37,可适配任何带有Type-C端口的充电线,使得随手吸尘器的充电更加方便。
进一步地,所述随手吸尘器还包括刷头和延长柄。所述刷头的端部设置凸起,所述延长柄与刷头连接的端部设置卡槽,所述延长柄与吸尘口11连接的端部设置凸起,所述吸尘口11端部的对应位置处设置卡槽,所述刷头、延长柄和吸尘口11匹配端的截面形状相一致,使得刷头和延长柄可单独或组合安装在吸尘口11上,可以满足不同场景的清洁需求,扩大了可清洁范围。
可选地,所述刷头的端部设置卡槽,所述延长柄与刷头连接的端部设置凸起,所述延长柄与吸尘口11连接的端部设置凸起,所述吸尘口11的端部的对应位置处设置卡槽,所述刷头、延长柄和吸尘口11匹配端的截面形状相一致,使得刷头和延长柄可单独或组合安装在吸尘口11上。本实施例中不同部件中卡槽或凸起的设置仅为举例说明,实际还有其他可选地组合方式,只要实现刷头和延长柄可单独或组合安装在吸尘口11的要求即可。
本装置的工作原理为:
按下电源开关按键35,电池为马达提供电能,马达工作,使筒体3内的空气从出风孔36高速排出,筒体3与集尘杯形成瞬间真空,即筒体3与外界大气形成高的负压差,迫使携带灰尘等颗粒状脏物的气流经吸尘口11进入集尘杯内,经初效过滤网71和HEPA过滤网72过滤后,灰尘等颗粒状脏物留在集尘杯内,干净的空气流经马达和电池组件由出风孔36排出筒体3,完成吸尘动作。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本申请的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本申请的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的范围内可以对上述实施例进行改动、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,所述随手吸尘器为圆筒结构,包括集尘杯和筒体(3),集尘杯和筒体(3)为可拆卸连接;所述集尘杯远离筒体(3)的一端设有吸尘口(11),所述集尘杯内可拆卸地设有过滤组件,所述筒体(3)内部沿气流流动方向可拆卸的依次设有马达和电池组件,所述筒体(3)远离集尘杯的端部设有出风口(36);
    其特征在于,所述电池组件包括横截面呈三角形结构的电池支架(91)和电池组,所述呈三角形结构的电池支架(91)与所述筒体(3)内壁之间形成外风道;
    所述电池组包括3个电池,分别设置于所述电池支架三角形结构的3个顶角处,所述电池组内部空间形成内风道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,所述筒体(3)与所述集尘杯连接的端面,设置有呈圆台形、格栅状的进风口(82)。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述集尘杯包括杯体(2)以及活动枢接于所述杯体(2)的杯盖(1),所述吸尘口(11)形成于所述杯盖(1)端部;
    与枢接结构(6)相对一侧的杯盖(1)和杯体(2)上,设置有使杯盖(1)扣合于所述杯体(2)的锁扣结构(5),所述锁扣结构(5)包括:开设于杯盖(1)和杯体(2)外壁面扣合处的滑槽,以及可滑动设置于所述滑槽的按键(52);当所述按键(52)滑动至所述杯盖(1)外壁面的滑槽端部,所述按键(52)处于锁定状态,杯盖(1)和杯体(2)保持扣合;当所述按键(52)滑动至所述杯体(2)外壁面的滑槽端部,所述按键(52)处于非锁定状态,按下所述按键(52)以解除所述杯盖(1)和杯体(2)之间的扣合。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述杯盖(1)内部,对应所述吸风口(11)处设置有可枢转打开的阀片,当所述随手吸尘器处于工作状态时,所述阀片在气流作用下处于打开吸尘口(11)状态;当所述随手吸尘器处于非工作状态时,所述阀片处于关闭吸尘口(11)状态。
  5. 如权利要求3的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述枢接结构(6)设置有弹性件和限位凸起(61),所述杯盖(1)从扣合状态被释放时,在所述弹性件的作用下,所述杯盖(1)枢转打开,并在所述限位凸起(61)的作用下,所述杯盖(1)枢转180度后保持在该角度。
  6. 如权利要求1-5中任一项所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述集尘杯和筒体(3)之间的可拆卸连接结构为:
    所述集尘杯与所述筒体(3)连接的端部形成环形限位台阶面一(21)以及L形卡合槽一(23),所述筒体(3)内壁对应设置卡合凸起一(31);
    连接所述集尘杯与所述筒体(3)时,将所述集尘杯插入所述筒体(3)至所述筒体(3)外壁端部抵接所述环形限位台阶面一(21),同时卡合凸起一(31)插入L形卡合槽一(23),转动所述集尘杯与所述筒体(3)之一,使得卡合凸起一(31)滑入所述L形卡合槽一(23),完成连接。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述过滤组件包括:大致呈桶状且具有敞口端(711)的初效过滤网(71),以及由所述敞口端(711)可拆卸套装于初效过滤网(71)内部的HEPA过滤网(72);半圆形把手(721)可转动连接于所述过滤组件的敞口端(711)端面,所述过滤组件位于所述集尘杯内时,所述把手(721)贴合于所述敞口端(711)端面。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    所述HEPA过滤网(72)与所述初效过滤网(71)连接的端部设有环形凹槽一(722),所述环形凹槽一(722)的上端设有连接环形凹槽一的内壁和外壁的卡合凸起二(723),所述初效过滤网(71)的敞口端(711)的外壁对应设置L型卡合槽二(712);
    连接所述初效过滤网(71)和所述HEPA过滤网(72)时,将所述敞口端(711)插入所述环形凹槽一(722)至所述敞口端(711)的端部抵接所述环形凹槽一(722)的底部,同时卡合凸起二(723)插入L型卡合槽二(712),转动所述初效过滤网(71)和所述HEPA过滤网(72)之一,使得卡合凸起二(723)滑入所述L型卡合槽二(712),完成连接。
  9. 如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    每个电池对应设置一个NTC热敏电阻。
  10. 如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的具有内外风道的随手吸尘器,其特征在于,
    筒体(3)端部还设置有Type-C充电口(37)。
