本发明涉及门窗滑轮领域,具体是一种门窗滑轮固定组件。
背景技术
目前市场上用于用于门窗滑轮固定的连接件的安装效果如图5所示,其工作原理是:固定滑轮3两侧的连接板4上开设有通孔13,然后通过连接杆2的两端通过连接板4上的通孔13与固定座9上的固定孔10连接,在连接杆2与连接板4的连接处通常是使用卡簧14进行固定,由于卡簧14较小,所以在安装上非常不方便,造成了施工困难,耗时耗力还增加其他多余的卡簧14。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的在于提供一种门窗滑轮固定组件,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种门窗滑轮固定组件,包括滑轮和连接板;其特征在于,所述滑轮设有多个且两侧均设有连接板,所述连接板上开设有卡扣开口,所述卡扣开口与连接杆外围连接,所述连接杆上与卡扣开口的连接处开设有卡扣槽,所述卡扣开口两侧和顶部分别设有与卡扣槽配合的一号卡扣端和二号卡扣端。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述滑轮通过转轴与连接板上开设的转轴安装孔转动连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述卡扣槽位于固定座中且两端与固定座上开设的固定孔连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述固定座中还设有内板,所述内板通过螺纹连接件安装在固定座中。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述固定座的两端军开设有与机架连接的安装孔。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
当滑轮通过转轴安装在连接板上并与连接板转动连接后,将组装好的连接板通过开设的卡扣开口卡到连接杆外围,卡扣开口中设置的一号卡扣端和二号卡扣端能够卡入到连接杆开设的卡扣槽中,使得将会连接板固定安装在连接杆上,使用开设卡扣开口与连接杆上的卡扣槽卡扣配合代替卡簧,安装时候只需要使用卡扣开口对准卡扣槽并往卡扣槽处压,即可达到安装固定的效果,使用起来更加的灵活方便,节省掉了卡簧的费用支出且方便操作,减少组装时间。

请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种门窗滑轮固定组件,包括滑轮3和连接板4;所述滑轮3设有多个且两侧均设有连接板4,所述连接板4上开设有卡扣开口5,所述卡扣开口5与连接杆2外围连接,所述连接杆2上与卡扣开口5的连接处开设有卡扣槽1,所述卡扣开口5两侧和顶部分别设有与卡扣槽1配合的一号卡扣端6和二号卡扣端7。
在本实施例中,所述滑轮3通过转轴15与连接板4上开设的转轴安装孔8转动连接,作为优选的,所述滑轮3设有两个且为U型尼龙滑轮,在实际应用中也可根据实际情况选用不同数量和材质的滑轮(如采用金属材质的滑轮,能够实现静音移动)。
工作原理:当滑轮3通过转轴15安装在连接板4上并与连接板4转动连接后,将组装好的连接板4通过开设的卡扣开口5卡到连接杆2外围,卡扣开口5中设置的一号卡扣端6和二号卡扣端7能够卡入到连接杆2开设的卡扣槽1中,使得将会连接板4固定安装在连接杆2上,使用开设卡扣开口5与连接杆2上的卡扣槽1卡扣配合代替卡簧14,安装时候只需要使用卡扣开口5对准卡扣槽1并往卡扣槽1处压,即可达到安装固定的效果,使用起来更加的灵活方便,节省掉了卡簧的费用支出且方便操作,减少组装时间。
实施例2
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种门窗滑轮固定组件,所述卡扣槽1位于固定座9中且两端与固定座9上开设的固定孔10连接;所述固定座9中还设有内板12,所述内板12通过螺纹连接件11安装在固定座9中;所述固定座9的两端军开设有与机架连接的安装孔。
工作原理:首先将连接杆2安装在固定座9的固定孔10上,然后就能通过连接板4与连接杆2连接,使得两个滑轮3安装在固定座9中,所述固定座9为市场上已存在的门窗滑轮固定座,故不在此对其零部件的作用进行详细描述。
本发明使用到的标准零件均可以从市场上购买,异形件根据说明书的和附图的记载均可以进行订制,各个零件的具体连接方式均采用现有技术中成熟的螺栓、铆钉、焊接等常规手段,机械、零件和设备均采用现有技术中,常规的型号,加上电路连接采用现有技术中常规的连接方式,在此不再详述。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种门窗滑轮固定组件,其特征在于,所述滑轮(3)通过转轴(15)与连接板(4)上开设的转轴安装孔(8)转动连接。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种门窗滑轮固定组件,其特征在于,所述固定座(9)中还设有内板(12),所述内板(12)通过螺纹连接件(11)安装在固定座(9)中。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种门窗滑轮固定组件,其特征在于,所述固定座(9)的两端军开设有与机架连接的安装孔。
