本发明涉及汽车天窗领域,具体说是一种外滑车顶天窗机械组。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的发展,越来越多的汽车安装上了天窗,汽车天窗能够有效地使车内空气流通,增加新鲜空气进入,为车主带来健康、舒适的享受,同时汽车车窗也可以开阔视野,使车内的人感觉更加的舒适。
从现有技术得知,该领域已经有多重机构可以用来移动这种倾斜滑动天窗的一个或多个玻璃盖板。其共同特点就是将天窗的玻璃盖板先向外抬升,然后再将其向后移动,使玻璃盖板部分打开或全部打开,其向外抬升、后移打开的两步操作,在传统天窗起翘机械组的基础上,还需配置整体后移机构,对于紧凑的天窗位置以及天窗轨道的布置,均提出了较高的要求,增加了生产难度以及制造成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种能一体实现起翘抬升和后移打开天窗玻璃的外滑车顶天窗机械组。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种外滑车顶天窗机械组,包括举臂、驱动滑块、后滑块,其特征在于:还包括支撑滑动块、锁止块、锁止扭簧、柔性连杆、后支架、固定尾座、上滑动块,所述举臂前端销接支撑滑动销钉,支撑滑动销两端均旋转套接有支撑在天窗导轨上的支撑滑动块,销接支撑滑动销钉后的举臂上开设有朝后下降的举臂滑槽,举臂滑槽内经滑槽铆钉铆接驱动滑块,驱动滑块上接外滑车顶天窗机械组主动轴软轴,驱动滑块底部设有斜楔块,所述锁止块设置在天窗导轨上,锁止块上穿接锁止扭簧,锁止扭簧的一脚固定在锁止块上,另一脚抵紧在锁止块前部的天窗导轨上,锁止块的上端设有与斜楔块对应的斜槽,锁止块后端朝下设置锁止头,天窗导轨在对应举臂滑槽前后范围内设置对应锁止头的锁止口,锁止块连接柔性连杆前端,柔性连杆后端连接后滑块,后滑块上设置前后两道弧形滑槽,前后两道弧形滑槽分别经两弧形滑槽销钉铆接后支架中部且弧形朝后,后支架后部经旋转销钉销接固定尾座,固定尾座上设有对应后滑块的限位凸台,固定尾座经固定螺栓锁紧连接在天窗导轨上,后支架前部经旋转铆钉铆接上滑动块,上滑动块可滑移导向卡接在举臂后部朝后下降的的举臂滑轨上。
进一步地,所述锁止块外侧穿接柔性连杆的前包塑连接头,前包塑连接头穿过锁止块连接置于天窗导轨内滑动的底部滑动块。
进一步地,所述驱动滑块外侧设有驱动卡口,驱动卡口内对应卡接外滑车顶天窗机械组主动轴软轴上的驱动卡头。
进一步地,述前后两道弧形滑槽均为开口槽,前弧形滑槽开口朝上,后弧形滑槽开口朝后,两弧形滑槽销钉分别导向置于前后两道弧形滑槽内呈不同时脱出前后两道弧形滑槽开口外的状态。
进一步地,所述上滑动块上套接有上滑动块罩,上滑动快罩经旋转铆钉铆接在后支架和上滑动块间。
进一步地,所述固定尾座分别经朝内侧方向和朝上方向的两固定螺栓锁紧连接在天窗导轨上。
需要起翘打开时,举臂前端经支撑滑动块销钉销接两支撑滑动块套支撑在天窗导轨上可旋转、移动导向运动。驱动滑块由外滑车顶天窗机械组主动轴软轴驱动卡头卡接其上驱动卡口带动,经滑槽铆钉沿着举臂上的滑槽导向向后运动,驱动滑块底部的斜楔块配合锁止块上斜槽带着锁止块,锁止块经柔性连杆推动后滑块,此时后支架中部上的弧形滑槽销钉沿着后滑块上的前后两弧形滑槽运动,绕与固定尾座销接的旋转销钉带动后支架旋转升起,后支架前端将上滑动块带动升起,由于上滑动块可在举臂上的举臂滑轨导向滑动,此时举臂后部升起;驱动滑块继续运动,直至锁止块底部的锁止头落入导轨底部的锁止口中,锁止扭簧此时释放弹力将锁止头压入锁止口使其不能上下、前后运动,达到锁止状态,此时驱动滑块底部斜楔块脱出锁止块上的斜槽,后支架升起达到最高,后滑块接触到固定尾座上的限位凸台,则完成举臂上天窗玻璃的起翘动作;驱动滑块继续向后运动,上滑动块沿着举臂上的滑轨运动直至完成所有行程,此时完成举臂后移实现天窗玻璃的打开动作。反之机械组关闭时驱动滑块向前运动,驱动滑块底部的斜楔块插入锁止块上斜槽内,将锁止块拉起,驱动滑块继续运行直至达到关闭状态,此时机械组处于完全关闭状态。
本发明的机械组由前、后两部分组成,前部结构功能为驱动及锁止,后部结构功能为起翘和后移打开导向,一体实现起翘抬升和后移打开天窗玻璃,其整体结构紧凑,能有效解决多机构组合使用时的占用空间、生产组装困难、成本高的 问题。
