本发明涉及外科器械领域。
背景技术
外科器械为医疗手术中的手术工具,缝合器械为外科器械的一种,其是医学上使用的、替代手工缝合的设备,主要工作原理是利用缝合钉对组织进行吻合,类似于订书机。缝合器械包括一对相配合的细长钳口构件,钳口构件可适于插入患者体内以缝合和/或切割组织,钳口构件可支撑容纳钉仓。目前,现有的钉仓一般包括钉仓本体和设置在钉仓本体内的缝合钉,钉仓本体设置有若干用于收纳缝合钉的缝钉腔。钉仓本体上开设有沿钉仓本体的纵轴线延伸的刀槽,缝钉腔沿纵轴线排列于刀槽的两侧。刀槽供一切割刀安装于内并可沿着该刀槽移动。切割刀包括基部及自基部延伸的刀刃部,基部位于刀槽内并沿刀槽移动,刀刃部位于钉仓本体上方并用于切割组织。缝合器械内设置有推刀件,当安装有切割刀的钉仓安装至缝合器械内时,推刀件与切割刀配合在一起,推刀件抵推切割刀使其在刀槽内行进以切割组织。然而,现有技术中,当安装有切割刀的钉仓安装至缝合器械内时,推刀件与切割刀无法实现固定配合,推刀件只能推动切割刀向前行进而不能驱动切割刀回退,即,当切割刀切割完组织后,推刀件无法将切割刀带回至初始位置。由于钉仓的前侧位于钳口构件(即端部执行器)的开口的前端,无法回退的切割刀的刀刃部外露于钉仓的前侧,在医生将钳口构件从患者体内取出的过程中,刀刃部容易损伤组织,医生更换钉仓时也容易被刀刃部伤害。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于外科器械的钉仓组件,钉仓组件包括切割刀,切割刀在切割组织完毕后回复至初始位置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其包括切割刀、推动器和沿纵长方向延伸的钉仓本体;所述钉仓本体开设有沿所述纵长方向延伸的刀槽,所述切割刀的一部分和所述推动器的一部分均位于所述刀槽内,所述切割刀的所述一部分位于所述推动器的所述一部分的后方,并且所述切割刀的所述一部分邻接所述推动器的所述一部分;所述切割刀包括连接部,所述连接部用于与所述外科器械的推刀件可分离地连接。
进一步的,所述钉仓本体包括插入端与末端;在初始状态下,所述推动器位于所述钉仓本体的所述末端,并且所述推动器的一部分超出所述钉仓本体的所述末端的端面。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出。

下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
本发明公开了一种吻合器1000,其包括手柄组件900、自手柄组件900延伸的杆身组件800及设置于杆身组件800一端的端部执行器100。手柄组件包括本体及安装于本体的 传动机构,传动机构连接于杆身组件800,传动机构驱动杆身组件800向前或向后移动。如图2至图3所示,端部执行器100包括钉仓座10及可枢转地连接于钉仓座10的抵钉座20,钉仓组件30可卡合于钉仓座10内,也可自钉仓座10取出,即钉仓组件30可拆卸地安装于钉仓座10。钉仓组件30包括钉仓40及设置于钉仓40的切割刀50。杆身组件包括推刀件60,推刀件60的一部分位于端部执行器100内,推刀件60用于带动切割刀50向前或向后运动。吻合器还包括与推刀件60的后端连接的芯杆,芯杆与传动机构连接。由此,传动机构驱动芯杆,芯杆驱动推刀件60,推刀件60驱动切割刀50向前或向后运动。具体的,传动机构包括直线运动的输出件,芯杆与输出件连接。例如,传动机构包括齿轮齿条配合机构,输出件为齿条,芯杆与齿条连接,推刀件60与芯杆连接,从而齿轮顺次驱动齿条、芯杆、推刀件60直线运动,从而驱动切割刀50向前或向后运动。钉仓座10内还安装有弹片70,弹片70的一端焊接于钉仓座10的底壁11,弹片70的另一端抵接于推刀件60,弹片70对推刀件60具有一个向上的支撑力,使得推刀件60的一部分向上抵接于抵钉座20。本文所用术语“前”、“后”是相对于操纵吻合器100的临床医生而言的,术语“后”是指靠近临床医生的方向,术语“前”是指远离临床医生的方向;本文所用术语“纵长方向”是指前后之间的延伸方向,术语“横向”是指垂直于纵长方向的方向;本文所用术语“上”和“下”是相对而言的,即,“抵钉座20”为“上”,“钉仓座10”为“下”。
结合图4至图13所示,钉仓40包括缝合钉(未图示)、推钉件(未图示)、沿纵长方向延伸的钉仓本体41、安装于钉仓本体41的推动器42、托架43。切割刀50也安装于钉仓本体41,切割刀50与推动器42邻接设置,托架43用于限制推动器42与切割刀50,防止推动器42与切割刀50向下脱离钉仓本体41。邻接是指切割刀50与推动器42相邻、抵接,相互之间不固定,如此,切割刀50向前行进时抵推推动器42向前行进,切割刀50退刀时,推动器42将留在钉仓本体41的前侧。钉仓本体41具有若干缝钉腔411,缝合钉设置于缝钉腔411内,推钉件的一部分也设置于缝钉腔411内且其抵接于缝合钉的底部,当推动器42向前运动时,推动器42驱动推钉件向上运动,推钉件推动缝合钉出钉。在钉仓40不使用的时候,钉仓40上盖合有盖体(未图示),从而可以防止灰尘等进入钉仓40内。钉仓本体41沿纵长方向开设有刀槽412,刀槽412供切割刀50在内行进。钉仓本体41包括插入端413与末端414,在初始状态下,推动器42位于钉仓本体41的末端414,并且,当切割刀50在刀槽412内向前行进时,切割刀50抵推推动器42向前行进,推动器42抵推推钉件向上运动,推钉件将缝合钉从缝钉腔411内推出。切割刀50包括基部51、自基部51向上延伸的刀刃部52及自基部51向后延伸的附加部53,基部51位于刀槽412内,刀刃部52位于刀槽412上方。附加部53包括连接部530,连接部530用于与推刀件60可分离地连接,在初始状态下,附加部53超出钉仓本体41的后端面,连接部530位于钉仓 本体41外;钉仓本体41的后端面即钉仓本体41的末端414的端面。连接部530为第一容置结构,第一容置结构用于容置推刀件60的一部分,第一容置结构为自附加部53的顶面向下凹陷形成的凹部,即连接部530为凹部。在初始状态下,凹部530位于钉仓本体41外,凹部530用于容置推刀件60的一部分,切割刀50和推刀件60之间既可以连接也可以分离,是可分离地连接。推刀件60与切割刀50相连接时,推刀件60带动切割刀50在刀槽412内向前或向后行进。刀槽412将钉仓本体41分隔成第一侧部4151与第二侧部4152,钉仓本体41的末端414设有自其顶面向上凸伸的第一凸出部4161与第二凸出部4162,第一凸出部4161位于第一侧部4151,第二凸出部4162位于第二侧部4152,在初始状态下,刀刃部52位于第一凸出部4161与第二凸出部4162之间,第一凸出部4161与第二凸出部4162用于保护在初始状态下的刀刃部52以防止刀刃部52被外物损伤,医生在装入钉仓40时也不会被刀刃部52伤害。推动器42包括限位块421及位于限位块421两侧的两个抵推件422,限位块421位于刀槽412内,抵推件422包括设置于钉仓本体41内的抵推部423及自抵推部423向后延伸的延伸部424,在初始状态下,延伸部424超出钉仓本体41的后端面。抵推部423包括平行设置的第一抵推块425与第二抵推块426,第一抵推块425相对于第二抵推块426更靠近限位块421,延伸部424自第一抵推块425向后延伸,延伸部424的底面高于钉仓本体41的底面,延伸部424的底面可以与限位件80抵接(后文将描述)。初始状态包括钉仓组件30未安装入端部执行器100内的状态,还包括钉仓组件安装入端部执行器100内但切割刀50和推动器42未向前移动的状态。切割刀50的基部51和推动器42的限位块421均位于刀槽412中,基部51位于限位块421后方并且基部51与限位块421邻接,切割刀50和推动器42沿刀槽412移动。本文中多处使用“超出”一词,“超出”表示相对于某一基准面而言,某一部件露出该基准面。
钉仓座10内还安装有限位件80,限位件80可枢转地安装于钉仓座10,在初始状态下,限位件80抵接于推刀件60。限位件80包括主体部81及自主体部81沿横向向一侧延伸的第一凸柱82与沿横向向另一侧延伸的第二凸柱83,钉仓座10包括相对设置的第一侧壁12与第二侧壁13,第一侧壁12设有第一收容孔120,第二侧壁13设有第二收容孔130,第一凸柱82收容于第一收容孔120并可在第一收容孔120内旋转,第二凸柱83收容于第二收容孔130并可在第二收容孔130内旋转。限位件80还包括自主体部81延伸的凸块84,凸块84与第一凸柱82同向延伸。限位件80还包括扭簧85,扭簧85绕设于第一凸柱82且其一端抵接于凸块84,另一端抵接于端部执行器100的钉仓座10。主体部81包括平行设置的两个侧臂及连接两个侧臂的连接臂86,两个侧臂分别为第一侧臂87与第二侧臂88,第一凸柱82自第一侧臂87延伸,第二凸柱83自第二侧臂88延伸,第一侧臂87与第二侧臂88之间形成沿上下方向贯通的让位槽89。
推刀件60包括沿纵长方向延伸的本体部61及自本体部61向下延伸的第一延伸部62和第二延伸部63,第一延伸部62和第二延伸部63之间形成第二容置结构,第二容置结构用于容置切割刀50的一部分,第二容置结构为自推刀件60的本体部61的底面向上凹陷形成的第一凹口611,第一凹口611用于容置切割刀50的附加部53的一部分,使得推刀件60与切割刀50之间的连接更加稳定可靠。推刀件60还包括自本体部61的底面向上凹陷形成的第二凹口612,限位件80的连接臂86抵接于第二凹口612,以防止推刀件60在外力的作用下向前移动。第二延伸部63位于第一凹口611与第二凹口612之间,第二延伸部63穿设于让位槽89。
结合图14及图16所示,在钉仓组件30使用的时候,首先将钉仓40上的盖体移除,再将钉仓组件30下压、装入钉仓座10,钉仓组件30施力于限位件80使其脱离推刀件60。当钉仓组件30装入钉仓座10时,推动器42的延伸部424与限位件80的主体部81的侧臂抵接由此向下抵压限位件80的主体部81,使得限位件80的主体部81脱离推刀件60的本体部61,此时,推刀件60在外力的作用下可以向前移动。当抵钉座20枢转进而关闭端部执行器100时,推刀件60的第一延伸部62在抵钉座20的作用下向下移动并进入切割刀50的附加部53的凹部530。当推刀件60向前移动时,推刀件60驱动切割刀50向前移动。当切割刀50由钉仓本体41的末端414移至钉仓本体41的插入端413时,切割组织完毕。推动器42被推到插入端413后不再返回。此时,推刀件60需由钉仓本体41的插入端413退回至钉仓本体41的末端414,在退回过程中,由于推刀件60的第一延伸部62位于切割刀50的附加部53的凹部530内,推刀件60将切割刀50也带回至钉仓本体41的末端414。当切割刀50回复至钉仓本体41的末端414后(即退刀),抵钉座20枢转进而张开端部执行器100,推刀件60的第一延伸部62在弹片70的作用下向上移动并脱离切割刀50的附加部53的凹部530。限位件80枢转进而使得连接臂86抵接推刀件60的本体部61的第二凹口612,此时,推刀件60在外力的作用下不能向前移动。
当切割刀50回复至钉仓本体41的末端414时,刀刃部52不再位于钉仓40的前侧、端部执行器100张开时的开口的前端,降低刀刃部52损伤患者组织和医生的风险。为了进一步加强保护效果,当切割刀50回复至钉仓本体41的末端414后,刀刃部52位于第一凸出部4161与第二凸出部4162之间,在医生将端部执行器100从患者体内取出的过程中,刀刃部52不会损伤组织,医生取出钉仓40时也不会被刀刃部52伤害。
综上所述,推动器42具有延伸部424,在初始状态下,延伸部424超出钉仓本体41的后端面,当钉仓组件30安装入钉仓座10内后,延伸部424使得限位件80脱离推刀件60,从而使得推刀件60在外力的作用下可以向前移动,推刀件60与钉仓组件30的切割刀50配合,从而使得切割刀50在推刀件60的驱动下顺利在刀槽412内向前行进,达到切割 组织的目的;另一方面,在切割刀50切割完组织后,切割刀50在推刀件60的驱动下能顺利回复至起始位置,避免刀刃部52位于钉仓40的前侧、端部执行器100张开时的开口的前端。进一步地,刀刃部52位于第一凸出部4161与第二凸出部4162之间,第一凸出部4161与第二凸出部4162用于遮挡在切割完组织退刀后的刀刃部52以防止刀刃部52损伤患者组织,医生在取出钉仓40时也不会被刀刃部52伤害。
上一实施例中,切割刀50一体成型。切割刀50由金属制成。具体的,切割刀50的基部51、刀刃部52及附加部53通过合适的金属加工工艺一体成型,金属加工工艺包括冲压成型,进一步地,刀刃部52的刀刃由磨削工艺制得。金属牌号例如可以是6Cr17或SUS440B。
下面描述本发明的另一实施例,请参见图17和图18,在该实施例中,切割刀50'包括基部51'、与基部51'连接的刀刃部52'。基部51'包括容置槽55',刀刃部52'部分位于容置槽55'中并且与容置槽55'过盈配合、部分位于钉仓本体上方并用于切割组织。基部51'和刀刃部52'由不同的材料制成。具体的,基部51'由塑料制成,刀刃部52'由金属制成。基部51'的塑料例如可以采用玻纤增强PC。刀刃部52'的金属牌号例如可以是6Cr17或SUS440B,从而满足切割所需的锋利度。由于基部51'由塑料制成,不仅制造工艺更简单,而且可以降低切割刀50'的生产制造成本,从而减轻消费者的负担。

下面描述本发明的第三实施例,请参见图19和图20,在该实施例中,切割刀50″包括基部51″、与基部51″连接的刀刃部52″。基部51″包括第一通孔56″,刀刃部52″包括第二通孔57″,铆钉穿过第一通孔56″、第二通孔57″,实现基部51″与刀刃部52″之间的铆接。或者,基部51″与刀刃部52″之间通过激光焊接的方式连接。基部51″和刀刃部52″由不同牌号的金属制成。具体的,基部51″由牌号为SUS440或SUS630的金属制成,刀刃部52″由牌号为6Cr17或SUS440B的金属制成。刀刃部52″的金属牌号可以满足切割所需的锋利度,基部51″的金属牌号可以满足强度的需求。采用不同牌号的金属,可以降低成本。
切割刀50″还包括附加部53″。附加部53″自刀刃部52″向后延伸,附加部53″与刀刃部52″一体成型。或者,附加部53″自基部51″向后延伸,附加部53″与基部51″一体成型。具体的,附加部53″和刀刃部52″通过合适的金属加工工艺一体成型,或者,附加部53″和基部51″通过合适的金属加工工艺一体成型,金属加工工艺包括冲压成型,进一步地,刀刃部52″的刀刃由磨削工艺制得。图19和图20中示出了附加部53″和基部51″一体成型的情形,需要说明的是,本实施例还包括附加部53″和刀刃部52″一体成型的情形。优选地,刀刃部52″独立成为一个部件,可以避免其受其它部件加工过程的影响,从而保证其锋利度,此时, 附加部53″自基部51″向后延伸。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型,上述变化、修改、替换和变型后的技术方案均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (37)

  1. 一种用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其包括切割刀、推动器和沿纵长方向延伸的钉仓本体;所述钉仓本体开设有沿所述纵长方向延伸的刀槽,所述切割刀的一部分和所述推动器的一部分均位于所述刀槽内,所述切割刀的所述一部分位于所述推动器的所述一部分的后方,并且所述切割刀的所述一部分邻接所述推动器的所述一部分;其特征在于:所述切割刀包括连接部,所述连接部用于与所述外科器械的推刀件可分离地连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓本体包括插入端与末端;在初始状态下,所述推动器位于所述钉仓本体的所述末端,并且所述推动器的一部分超出所述钉仓本体的所述末端的端面。
  3. 根据权利要求1、2任一项所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓本体包括插入端与末端;所述推动器包括向后延伸的延伸部,在初始状态下,所述延伸部的至少一部分超出所述钉仓本体的所述末端的端面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述推动器包括限位块及位于所述限位块两侧的抵推件,所述限位块位于所述刀槽内,所述推动器的所述一部分包括所述限位块,所述抵推件包括设置于所述钉仓本体内的抵推部及自所述抵推部向后延伸的所述延伸部。
  5. 根据权利要求3、4任一项所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述延伸部的底面高于所述钉仓本体的底面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述抵推部为两个,每一所述抵推部包括两个平行设置的抵推块,所述延伸部自所述抵推块向后延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:每一所述抵推部包括平行设置的第一抵推块与第二抵推块,所述第一抵推块相对于所述第二抵推块更靠近所述限位块,所述延伸部自所述第一抵推块向后延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:在初始状态下和所述切割刀退刀后,所述连接部位于所述钉仓本体外。
  9. 根据权利要求1、8任一项所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述切割刀包括基部、自所述基部向上延伸的刀刃部及自所述基部向后延伸的附加部,所述基部位于所述刀槽内,所述切割刀的所述一部分包括所述基部;所述附加部包括所述连接部。
  10. 根据权利要求1、8、9任一项所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述连接部为第一容置结构,所述第一容置结构用于可移出地容置所述推刀件的一部分。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述第一容置结构为向下凹陷形成的凹部。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓本体包括插入端与末端;所述刀槽将所述钉仓本体分隔成第一侧部与第二侧部,所述钉仓本体的所述末端设有自所述钉仓本体的顶面向上凸伸的第一凸出部与第二凸出部,所述第一凸出部位于所述第一侧部,所述第二凸出部位于所述第二侧部。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述推刀件包括第二容置结构,所述第二容置结构用于可移出地容置所述切割刀的一部分。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述推刀件包括沿所述纵长方向延伸的本体部及自本体部向下延伸的第一延伸部和第二延伸部;所述本体部设有自其底面向上凹陷形成的凹口;所述第一延伸部与所述第二延伸部之间向上凹陷形成另一凹口,所述另一凹口为所述第二容置结构。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述钉仓组件还包括缝合钉和推钉件,所述钉仓本体设置有缝钉腔,所述缝合钉容置于所述缝钉腔内,所述推钉件用于将所述缝合钉从所述缝钉腔内推出;所述推动器用于抵推所述推钉件。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述切割刀一体成型。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述切割刀由金属制成。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述切割刀包括基部、与基部连接的刀刃部、和自所述刀刃部向后延伸的附加部。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述刀刃部与所述基部过盈配合。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述基部和所述刀刃部由不同的材料制成。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述基部由塑料制成,所述刀刃部由金属制成。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述附加部与所述刀刃部一体成型,所述附加部和所述刀刃部均由金属制成。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述切割刀包括基部、刀刃部和附加部,所述刀刃部与所述基部连接,所述附加部自所述基部向后延伸。
  24. 根据权利要求18或23所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述刀刃部与所述基部的连接方式为铆接或激光焊接。
  25. 根据权利要求18或23所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述基部、 所述刀刃部和所述延伸部均由金属制成。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述基部和自所述基部向后延伸的附加部均由第一牌号的金属制成,所述刀刃部由第二牌号的金属制成,所述第一牌号与所述第二牌号不同。
  27. 根据权利要求18所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,其特征在于:所述基部由第一牌号的金属制成,所述刀刃部和自所述刀刃部向后延伸的附加部均由第二牌号的金属制成,所述第一牌号与所述第二牌号不同。
  28. 一种外科器械,所述外科器械包括杆身组件、设置于所述杆身组件一端的端部执行器;所述杆身组件包括推刀件,所述推刀件的一部分位于所述端部执行器内;其特征在于:所述外科器械还包括根据权利要求1-27任一项所述的用于外科器械的钉仓组件,所述钉仓组件可拆卸地安装于所述端部执行器。
  29. 根据权利要求28所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述端部执行器安装有限位件,所述限位件用于抵接所述推刀件以防止所述推刀件向前移动;所述钉仓组件施力于所述限位件使其脱离所述推刀件。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述端部执行器包括钉仓座及可枢转地连接于所述钉仓座的抵钉座,所述钉仓组件可拆卸地安装于所述钉仓座;所述限位件可枢转地安装于所述钉仓座。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述限位件包括主体部及自所述主体部沿横向向一侧延伸的第一凸柱与沿横向向另一侧延伸的第二凸柱,所述钉仓座包括相对设置的两侧壁,每个所述侧壁设有一个收容孔,所述收容孔包括第一收容孔与第二收容孔,所述第一凸柱可枢转地安装于所述第一收容孔,所述第二凸柱可枢转地安装于所述第二收容孔。
  32. 根据权利要求31所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述限位件还包括扭簧。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述限位件还包括自所述主体部延伸的凸块,所述凸块与所述第一凸柱同向延伸;所述扭簧绕设于所述第一凸柱且其一端抵接于所述凸块,另一端抵接于所述钉仓座。
  34. 根据权利要求28所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述端部执行器包括钉仓座及可枢转地连接于所述钉仓座的抵钉座;所述外科器械还包括安装在所述钉仓座内的弹片,所述弹片的一端固定于所述钉仓座的底壁,所述弹片的另一端抵接于所述推刀件。
  35. 根据权利要求28所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述外科器械还包括手柄组件,所述杆身组件自所述手柄组件延伸;所述手柄组件包括传动机构,所述传动机构连接于所述杆身组件,所述传动机构驱动所述杆身组件向前或向后移动。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述外科器械还包括与所述推刀件的后端连接的芯杆,所述芯杆与所述传动机构连接。
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的外科器械,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括直线运动的输出件,所述芯杆与所述输出件连接。
