Abstract
本发明揭示了一种直线缝切器钉头组件,包括:钉仓架、钉砧、接管,及位于所述接管内的推刀杆;所述推刀杆的近端侧面枢轴设有保险块,所述钉仓架或接管上相应设有凸台;当初始状态时,所述保险块远端的前端面抵接于所述凸台上并限制所述推刀杆和保险块移动;当工作状态时,所述击发顶杆的击发面抵接到所述保险块近端的后端面,并产生作用力驱动所述保险块枢轴转动,使所述保险块远端的前端面与所述凸台相对分离,解除保险。本发明的有益效果主要体现在:提供可一种位于钉头组件内的保险机构,防止钉头组件在未完全安装到位的情况下产生的误击发,以及在运输过程中因推刀杆前移而影响器械的正常使用,结构简单有效,非常实用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种直线缝切器,尤其是一种直线缝切器的钉头组件,属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
外科手术用直线缝切器被广泛用于伤口缝合、内部组织缝合与切割。外科手术发展至今,已经越来越倾向于微创手术。广义来讲,能够减少创伤的手术都称为微创手术,而一般认为的狭义的微创手术是指在内窥镜下进行的手术。内窥镜下的手术一般只需要在病人的身体上开几个小孔,将切除、缝合组织及辅助的器械从小孔中伸入病人体内进行手术。微创手术给病人带来的创伤小,病人可以在很短的时间内恢复,因此微创手术越来越受到人们的重视。
美国专利US7753246揭示了一种用于微创手术的直线缝切器,包括一器械本体,所述器械本体包括壳体及一枢轴设于壳体上的击发把手,该壳体内设有一个可相对移动的击发顶杆,所述击发顶杆能推动位于壳体前端的钉头组件进行缝合和切除。具体的,所述钉头组件包括一钉仓架,及一与钉仓架枢轴连接的钉砧。所述钉仓架上可拆卸地设有钉仓,钉仓上设有一组内设有推钉片、吻合钉的置钉孔,一般为4排或6排的置钉孔。所述钉砧在与所述置钉孔相对的位置上设有钉成型槽。所述钉头组件还包括一个可移动地设置在钉头组件的接管内的推刀杆,所述推刀杆的远端固定一工字刀,所述工字刀在前进的过程中将钉仓和钉砧闭合。所述工字刀的远端中心设有刀刃,工字刀在前进的过程中该刀刃将位于钉仓和钉砧间的组织切断。所述工字刀的刀刃两侧设有楔形块,所述工字刀在前进的过程中,工字刀驱动楔形块将推钉片依次推出于钉仓外,进而推钉片将吻合钉推出于钉仓外并订合在组织上。
现有技术中,所述钉头组件是可更换的,即该钉头组件可以从器械本体上拆卸下来。当将所述钉头组件装到所述器械本体上时,所述接管插入到钉仓远端的套管内。此时,推刀杆的近端的卡爪伸入到击发顶杆的远端的卡槽内;继而旋转整个钉头组件,将接管和套管相互固定,同时将推刀杆和击发顶杆相对轴向固定。完成上述的钉头组件装配工作后,即可进行进一步的击发工作。
但是,由于器械在组装完成后需要长途运输,在此过程中不排除器械在受到晃动或撞击后,推刀杆向前移动,导致吻合钉被击发。或者,当器械首次击发完毕后,医生需要更换钉头组件,但是鉴于其有可能经验不足,会发生在钉头组件未完全安装到位的情况下击发器械,同样会导致器械损毁,或造成医疗事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的:提出一种能防止钉头组件在未完全安装到位的情况下被击发的直线缝切器的钉头组件。
本发明的目的,将通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种直线缝切器钉头组件,包括:
位于远端的一钉仓架及一与所述钉仓架枢轴连接的钉砧;
所述钉仓架上可拆卸地设有钉仓,所述钉仓上设有一组内设有推钉片、吻合钉的置钉孔;
及位于近端的接管,所述接管内可移动地设置有一推刀杆;所述推刀杆的远端固定一切刀;
所述切刀上下设有凸块,呈工字型,先压迫组织使膨胀的组织变薄和均匀,从而进一步将所述钉仓和所述钉砧闭合;其远端中心设有刀刃,所述切刀在前进的过程中所述刀刃将夹在钉仓和钉砧间的组织切断;
所述切刀两侧设有楔形块,其在所述切刀前进的过程中将推钉片依次推出钉仓,进而推钉片将吻合钉推出于钉仓外并订合在组织上;
所述直线缝切器至少包括与所述钉头组件相连接的器械本体,位于器械本体远端并与所述接管可拆卸固定连接的套管,及可相对移动地设置在所述套管内并与所述推刀杆可选择性连接的击发顶杆;
当所述接管和套管相对固定时,所述推刀杆与所述击发顶杆相对轴向固定;
所述推刀杆的近端侧面枢轴设有一保险块,所述钉仓架或接管上相应地设有凸台;
当初始状态时,所述接管和套管未相对固定,所述保险块的远端的前端面抵接于所述凸台上并限制所述推刀杆和保险块移动;
当工作状态时,所述接管和套管相对固定,所述击发顶杆的击发面抵接到所述保险块的近端的后端面,并相互产生的作用力驱动所述保险块枢轴转动,使所述保险块的远端的前端面与所述凸台相对分离。
优选的,所述保险块通过一枢轴设置于所述推刀杆的近端侧面上,所述保险块与推刀杆之间设有一用于使所述保险块复位的扭簧。
优选的,所述推刀杆的近端为一卡爪,所述击发顶杆的远端为一具有贯通开口的卡槽,所述推刀杆和击发顶杆通过卡爪与卡槽相互配接。
优选的,初始状态时所述击发顶杆的击发面与所述保险块的后端面之间有夹角;工作状态时,所述后端面与击发面相互平行。
优选的,所述卡爪内侧为一抵接面,初始状态时所述抵接面与所述保险块的后端面之间有夹角;工作状态时,所述击发顶杆的击发面紧贴于所述抵接面,且所述抵接面、后端面、击发面相互平行。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:提供一种位于钉头组件内的保险机构,防止钉头组件在未完全安装到位的情况下产生的误击发,以及在运输过程中因钉头组件与器械壳体分开包装,可能会发生推刀杆前移而影响器械正常使用的情况产生,结构简单有效,非常实用。

具体实施方式
本发明揭示了一种用于微创手术的直线缝切器,如图1所示,与现有技术一致,包括:一壳体,位于壳体远端并与接管5可拆卸固定的套管10,及一可相对移动地设置在所述套管10内、并与所述推刀杆6可选择地连接的击发顶杆11。所述套管10的远端可拆卸的设有所述直线缝切器的钉头组件。
结合图1至图5所示,所述直线缝切器钉头组件,包括:位于远端的一钉仓架1及一与所述钉仓架1枢轴连接的钉砧2;所述钉仓架1上可拆卸地设有钉仓3,所述钉仓3上设有一组内设有推钉片4、吻合钉的置钉孔;位于近端的接管5,所述接管5内可移动地设置有一推刀杆6;所述推刀杆6的远端固定一工字刀7,所述工字刀在前进的过程中将钉仓3和钉砧2闭合;所述工字刀的远端中心设有刀刃8,所述工字刀7在前进的过程中该刀刃8将位于钉仓3和钉砧2间的组织切断;所述工字刀的刀刃两侧设有楔形块9,所述工字刀7在前进的过程中该楔形块9将推钉片4依次推出于钉仓3外,进而推钉片4将吻合钉推出于钉仓3外并订合在组织上。
所述接管5和套管10可以相对分离或相互固定。当器械处于初始状态时,所述接管5和套管10未相对固定;当器械处于工作状态时,所述接管5和套管10相对固定,此时所述推刀杆6与所述击发顶杆11相对轴向固定。具体来说,所述推刀杆6的近端为一卡爪19,所述击发顶杆11的远端为一具有贯通开口的卡槽20,所述推刀杆6和击发顶杆11通过卡爪19与卡槽20相互配合而相对轴向固定,当然推刀杆6和击发顶杆11的轴向固定允许一定的误差导致所述推刀杆6和击发顶杆11相互之间有稍许的相对位移。
所述推刀杆6的近端侧面枢轴设有一个保险块12,所述钉仓架1或接管5上设有一个凸台13;本优选实施例中,凸台13设置在钉仓架1上。所述保险块12通过一枢轴18设置于所述推刀杆6的近端侧面上,所述保险块12与推刀杆6之间设有一用于使所述保险块12复位的扭簧17。
下面简单描述一下本优选实施例的工作原理。
当器械处于初始状态时,如图3至图5所示,所述接管5和套管10未相对固定,所述保险块12的远端的前端面14抵接于所述凸台13上并限制所述推刀杆6和保险块12移动;当器械处于工作状态时,如图6至图8所示,所述接管5和套管10相对固定,所述击发顶杆11的击发面15抵接到所述保险块12的近端的后端面16,并相互产生的作用力驱动所述保险块12枢轴转动,使所述保险块12的远端的前端面14与所述凸台13相对分离,这样推动推刀杆6就能产生相对移动。
本优选实施例的特点在于:所述卡爪19内侧为一抵接面21,初始状态时所述抵接面21与所述保险块12的后端面16之间有夹角;工作状态时,所述击发顶杆11的击发面15紧贴于所述抵接面21,且所述抵接面21、后端面16、击发面15相互平行。这样就能确保只有当接管5和套管10完全固定、击发顶杆11和推刀杆6完全贴合时,器械才能进行工作,防止了误操作的可能。
本发明的特点在于所述击发顶杆11的击发面15抵接所述保险块12的后端面16进而驱动所述保险块12旋转,即初始状态时所述击发面15与所述后端面16之间有夹角;工作状态时,所述后端面16与击发面15相互平行。这样,无论击发面15与后端面16的表现形式如何,只要击发顶杆11驱动所述保险块12旋转的结构均在本发明的保护范围之内。
当器械击发完毕后,将钉头组件从套管上取下后,所述保险块12在扭簧17的作用下复位到初始状态,即所述保险块12的远端的前端面14抵接于所述凸台13上并限制所述推刀杆6和保险块12移动。
本发明内所描述的表达位置与方向的词,均是以器械操作者作为参照,靠近操作者的一端为近端,远离操作者的一端为远端。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种直线缝切器钉头组件,包括:
位于远端的钉仓架(1)及与所述钉仓架(1)枢轴连接的钉砧(2);
所述钉仓架(1)上可拆卸地设有钉仓(3),所述钉仓(3)上设有一组内设有推钉片(4)、吻合钉的置钉孔;
及位于近端的接管(5),所述接管(5)内可移动地设置有一推刀杆(6);所述推刀杆(6)的远端固定连接一切刀(7);
所述直线缝切器至少包括与所述钉头组件相连接的器械本体,位于器械本体远端并与所述接管(5)可拆卸固定连接的套管(10),及可相对移动地设置在所述套管(10)内并与所述推刀杆(6)可选择性连接的击发顶杆(11);
其特征在于:
所述推刀杆(6)的近端侧面枢轴设有保险块(12),所述钉仓架(1)或接管(5)上相应地设有凸台(13);
当初始状态时,所述接管(5)和套管(10)未相对固定,所述保险块(12)的远端的前端面(14)抵接于所述凸台(13)上并限制所述推刀杆(6)和保险块(12)移动;
当工作状态时,所述接管(5)和套管(10)相对固定,所述击发顶杆(11)的击发面(15)抵接到所述保险块(12)的近端的后端面(16),驱动所述保险块(12)枢轴转动,使所述保险块(12)的远端的前端面(14)与所述凸台(13)相对分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直线缝切器钉头组件,其特征在于:所述保险块(12)通过一枢轴(18)设置于所述推刀杆(6)的近端侧面上,所述保险块(12)与所述推刀杆(6)之间设有一用于使所述保险块(12)复位的扭簧(17)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直线缝切器钉头组件,其特征在于:所述推刀杆(6)的近端为一卡爪(19),所述击发顶杆(11)的远端为一具有贯通开口的卡槽(20),所述推刀杆(6)和击发顶杆(11)通过卡爪(19)与卡槽(20)相互配接。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的任一种直线缝切器钉头组件,其特征在于:初始状态时所述击发顶杆(11)的击发面(15)与所述保险块(12)的后端面(16)之间有夹角;工作状态时,所述后端面(16)与击发面(15)相互平行。
5.根据权利要求4所述的直线缝切器钉头组件,其特征在于:所述卡爪(19)内侧为一抵接面(21),初始状态时所述抵接面(21)与所述保险块(12)的后端面(16)之间有夹角;工作状态时,所述击发顶杆(11)的击发面(15)紧贴于所述抵接面(21),且所述抵接面(21)、后端面(16)、击发面(15)相互平行。
