储物柜 技术领域
本申请涉及储存装置领域,特别是涉及一种储物柜。
背景技术
传统的储物柜为了减少运输以及组装成本,通常采用可拆卸组装的储物柜配件进行运输及售卖。然而,目前储物柜在组装时,顶板、底板与侧板在安装时存在定位困难、安装后易晃动、连接处容易变形松动等问题,导致储物柜的机械强度较弱,影响后续的使用。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种储物柜,包括背板、顶板、底板及两块侧板,所述背板、顶板、底板、两块侧板围合并形成所述储物柜的柜体,所述侧板的侧部设有中空管,所述顶板及/或所述底板上设有凸耳,所述凸耳能够插入并固定在所述中空管中;所述中空管包括支撑面,所述支撑面与所述侧板贴合并固定连接。
上述储物柜具有以下优点:通过凸耳与中空管的配合固定,能够快速定位顶板或底板的安装位置,起到预固定的效果,便于后续的固定安装;在侧板上设置中空管,提高了侧板的强度,防止侧板在服役过程中产生形变,提高了储物柜整体的机械强度;中空管内部为中空,不仅便于凸耳插接,增加了侧板的机械强度,还不会额外增加过多重量,控制了储物柜的制作成本和运输成本。此外,为了增加中空管与侧板之间的连接强度,本申请还在中空管上设置了支撑面,支撑面与侧板贴合并固定连接,能够进一步增加中空管的机械强度,防止中空管在安装或使用过程中变形,从而提高了储物柜的机械强度。
在本申请的一个实施例中,所述中空管由所述侧板弯折并形成。
在本申请的一个实施例中,所述侧板的一侧弯折并形成第一管体,所述储物柜还包括定位板,所述定位板弯折并形成第二管体,所述第一管体与所述第二管体固定连接并围合形成所述中空管,所述支撑面由所述第二管体弯折并形成。
在本申请的一个实施例中,所述中空管的横截面为四边形,所述第一管体与所述第二管体之间三面贴合并固定连接。

具体实施方式
以下将对本申请提供的储物柜作进一步说明。
请参阅图1至图3,图1为第一个实施方式中储物柜100的结构示意图;图2为图1所示储物柜100的部分结构示意图;图3为图2所示储物柜100中的局部爆炸示意图。
本申请提供一种储物柜100,其用于储存物品。本实施方式中,为了降低运输成本及组装安装成本,储物柜100中的各个面板及零件拆分后进行运输及售卖。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,储物柜100还可以组装好后进行运输及售卖。
储物柜100包括背板10、顶板20、底板30、两块侧板40及门板50,背板10、顶板20、底板30、两块侧板40和门板50围合并形成储物柜100的柜体,两块侧板40分别可拆卸安装于背板10的两侧,顶板20和底板30均可拆卸安装于背板10及两块侧板40上,且顶板20和底板30位于柜体相对背离的两个端部;门板50可拆卸安装于侧板40上。
在本实施方式中,为了使柜体具有防尘防盗功能,在储物柜100上设置了门板50,并且门板50上安装有门锁;为了增加柜体内部的载物性能及通风性能,背板10上开设有多个通孔11,多个通孔11能够供外部挂钩悬挂,并且能够实现通风;本实施方式中的背板10、顶板20、底板30、两块侧板40及门板50均为金属板。可以理解,在某些使用场景中,也可以选择不设置门板50的开放柜体,或者不安装门锁;储物柜100也可以是一个密封的柜体;背板10、顶板20、底板30、两块侧板40及门板50也可以采用塑料等其他材质制成。
目前储物柜在组装时,顶板、底板与侧板在安装时存在定位困难、安装后易晃动、连接处容易变形松动等问题,导致储物柜的机械强度较弱,影响后续的使用。
本申请提供的储物柜100在侧板40的侧部设有中空管41,顶板20及/或底板30上设有凸耳212,凸耳212能够插入并固定在中空管41中;中空管41包括支撑面,支撑面与侧板40贴合并固定连接。
本申请通过凸耳212与中空管41的配合固定,能够快速定位顶板20或底板30的安装位置,起到预固定的效果,便于后续的固定安装;在侧板40上设置中空管41,提高了侧板40的强度,防止侧板40在服役过程中产生形变,提高了储物柜100整体的机械强度;中空管41内部为中空,不仅便于凸耳212插接,增加了侧板40的机械强度,还不会额外增加过多重量,控制了储物柜100的制作成本和运输成本。此外,为了增加中空管41与侧板40之间的连接强度,本申请还在中空管41上设置了支撑面,支撑面与侧板40贴合并固定连接,能够进一步增加中空管41的机械强度,防止中空管41在安装或使用过程中变形,从而提高了储物柜100的机械强度。
在本实施例中,中空管41设置在侧板40相对靠近门板50的侧边部,凸耳212设置在顶板20相对靠近门板50的两个拐角处,以及底板30相对靠近门板50的两个拐角处,以实现较好的定位效果。当然,中空管41也可以设置在侧板40的中部,只要能够起到定位及固定效果即可。
请一并参阅图4及图5,图4为图1所示储物柜100中顶板20的结构示意图;图5为图4中横梁21的结构示意图。
在本实施方式中,为了提高顶板20的机械强度,顶板20的棱边均向柜体内部延伸并形成围边,且顶板20相对靠近门板50的一侧设置有横梁21。横梁21大致呈长方体状,横梁21通过焊接、胶接、螺纹紧固连接等连接方式固定在顶板20相对靠近门板50的棱边处,横梁21向柜体内部延伸并形成抵接板211,抵接板211为长条板状,用于供门板50抵接以限制门板50的转动角度,此外,抵接板211还可以配合门板50上的门锁,用于抵接门锁的插销,从而使得储物柜100具有防盗功能。顶板20的棱边向内延伸并形成围边能够提高顶板20的机械强度,防止顶板20在安装或使用过程中变形;横梁21能够进一步提高顶板20的机械强度,抵接板211能够配合用作门板50的限位及门锁的使用,使得横梁21具有多重作用。可以理解,抵接板211可以是连续的,也可以是断开的,还可以在连续的抵接板211上开设有用于配合门锁或用于减重的通孔,只要能够起到相应的作用即可。
可以理解,横梁21的形状和设置位置并非一成不变的,可以根据实际工况选择;横梁21也可以设置成其他形状,如L形、凹字形等等,只要能够便于固定安装在顶板20上,且便于凸耳212的加工成型即可。
进一步的,在本申请中,抵接板211的两个端部向柜体内部延伸并形成两个凸耳212, 两个凸耳212能够对应插入两个侧板40上的中空管41中,并与中空管41固定连接。如此设置,凸耳212成型在横梁21的抵接板211上而非直接成型在顶板20上,能够降低凸耳212在成型时的加工成本,提高了凸耳212在顶板20上安装位置的灵活性。
更进一步的,在本实施方式中,为了增加凸耳212的机械强度,凸耳212包括连接耳2121以及侧耳2122,连接耳2121由抵接板211向侧板40的方向延伸并形成,侧耳2122位于连接耳2121相对背离的两侧,且侧耳2122由连接耳2121弯折并形成;连接耳2121与中空管41固定连接。如此设置,能够防止凸耳212在使用过程中发生形变,增加了凸耳212的机械强度。
在其中一个实施方式中,中空管41的横截面呈长方形,两个侧耳2122相互平行且垂直于连接耳2121,两个侧耳2122与连接耳2121形成的凸耳212横截面为凹字形;连接耳2121与中空管41的内壁面贴合并通过紧固件锁紧固定。凹字形的凸耳212容置于长方形的中空管41中,能够防止凸耳212在中空管41中偏斜转动,影响储物柜100的安装或使用。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,侧耳2122也可以仅设置在连接耳2121的一侧形成L形,侧耳2122也可以弯折成其他的角度,只要能够与中空管41配合即可。
在其中一个实施方式中,为了便于连接耳2121与中空管41快速固定,连接耳2121上开设有第一固定孔(未标号),中空管41上开设有第二固定孔(未标号);横梁21用于止挡凸耳212插入中空管41的深度,并使得第一固定孔与第二固定孔对准,供紧固件能够快速穿设第一固定孔及第二固定孔,并将凸耳212与中空管41快速固定连接。
在其中一个实施方式中,为了进一步缩短连接耳2121与中空管41的对接速度,凸耳212还包括导向耳2123,导向耳2123由连接耳2121向柜体内部延伸并形成,导向耳2123用于引导凸耳212插入中空管41中。如此设置,在安装顶板20时,当多个凸耳212需要插入中空管41时,导向耳2123能够起到较好的引导作用,便于多个凸耳212与中空管41插接。在本实施方式中,导向耳2123相对远离横梁21的一端为圆弧形,且导向耳2123与连接耳2121之间小于180度,使得导向耳2123能够快速伸入中空管41中。

由于中空管41的一侧设置有与侧板40相贴合的支撑面42,在弯折成型时支撑面42较难成型,为了便于中空管41的成型安装,在第一个实施方式中,侧板40的一侧弯折并形成第一管体44,储物柜100还包括定位板43,定位板43弯折并形成第二管体45,第一管体44与第二管体45固定连接并围合形成中空管41,支撑面42由第二管体45弯折并形成。如此设置,能够简化中空管41在成型时的加工难度,并且第二管体45的形状和大小在制作时更加灵活,可以根据不同工况制作不同形状的第二管体45。
在一个或者多个实施例中,为了增加第一管体44与第二管体45之间固定连接的稳定 性,防止中空管41在服役过程中发生形变,第一管体44与第二管体45之间三面贴合并固定连接。如此设置,第一管体44与第二管体45之间能够相互支撑,大大增加了中空管41的防变形能力。可以理解,在其他实施方式中,第一管体44与第二管体45之间也可以是一面贴合、两面贴合甚至多面贴合并固定,只要能够起到相互支撑的作用即可。此外,在实际售卖时,可以在工厂中将第一管体44与第二管体45通过焊接、胶接、螺纹紧固件连接等等方式固定连接后出厂售卖,可以保证第一管体44与第二管体45之间的接合强度,并且不影响储物柜100拆分售卖。
请一并参阅图9及图10,图9为第二个实施方式中凸耳212与中空管41的装配示意图;图10为第三个实施方式中中空管41的结构示意图。
第二个实施方式及第三个实施方式与第一个实施方式大致相同,其区别在于,第二个实施方式及第三个实施方式中的中空管41由侧板40经多次弯折并形成。在第二个实施方式中,中空管41被弯折成为四边形,并且中空管41还包括与侧面贴合并固定连接的支撑面42;在第三个实施方式中,中空管41被弯折成为三角形,并且中空管41还包括与侧面贴合并固定连接的支撑面42。可以理解,凸耳212的形状可以随中空管41横截面的形状变化,只要能够伸入中空管41中并与中空管41固定连接即可。
当然,中空管41还可以设置成五边形、六边形、其他多边形甚至不规则形状,只要能够通过折叠,或第一管体44与第二管体45的围合,能够成型即可。

为了增加储物柜100使用的便利性,储物柜100还包括隔板60,侧板40及/或背板10朝向柜体内部设有第一凸舌14;隔板60上开设有第一凸舌槽61,第一凸舌14能够嵌入第一凸舌槽61中,使得隔板60可拆卸安装于柜体内。如此设置,能够通过侧板40及/或背板10上设置的第一凸舌14来固定隔板60,从而使得储物柜100具有多层结构,可以储存更多的物品。可以理解,第一凸舌14也可以设置在隔板60上,第一凸舌槽61也可以开设在侧板40及/或背板10上,只要第一凸舌14能够与第一凸舌槽61相互配合,将隔板60固定在储物柜100中。
为了固定隔板60的边角处,使得隔板60更加稳固地安装于柜体内,中空管41的外壁朝向柜体内部的方向设有第二凸舌431,隔板60上开设有第二凸舌槽62,第二凸舌431能够与第二凸舌槽62配合并固定隔板60。
为了便于第二凸舌431的加工成型,在第一个实施方式中,第二凸舌431设置在定位板43上,在成型时,只需要在定位板43上加工出第二凸舌431即可,方便灵活。可以理解,在第二个实施方式和第三个实施方式中,也可以先在侧板40上加工出第二凸舌431,再将侧板40弯折成中空管41;也可以先将侧板40弯折形成中空管41后,再加工出凸舌。
第一凸舌14为多个,并且第一凸舌14呈多行排布于背板10及/或侧板40上;第二凸舌431为多个,第二凸舌431成列排布于定位板43上,并且当定位板43与侧板40固定连接后,第二凸舌431的水平位置与第一凸舌14的水平位置相对应,从而实现隔板60边角处的固定。
请一并参阅图14,图14为储物柜100的部分结构示意图。为了使得第一凸舌14在背板10或侧板40上的位置更加灵活,并且便于背板10和侧板40的加工成型,储物柜100还包括凸舌板70,凸舌板70上设有第一凸舌14,凸舌板70能够固设于侧板40或背板10上。如此设置,凸舌板70能够与背板10、侧板40分别加工成型,加工成本低,并且在设置第一凸舌14位置时更加灵活。
在其中一个实施方式中,第一凸舌14及第二凸舌431均采用冲压成型。无论是在背板10、侧板40、凸舌板70上设置第一凸舌14,还是在定位板43上设置第二凸舌431,均可以采用冲压成型的方式,在金属板上切割出一个三角形、四边形或其他形状的轮廓线,在切割时保持轮廓线不闭合,使得第一凸舌14或第二凸舌431成型后连接于金属板;然后采用冲压机沿切割出的轮廓线进行冲压,使得被冲压的部分产生塑性变形,从而形成第一凸舌14或第二凸舌431。采用冲压成型的第一凸舌14或第二凸舌431,在金属板上具有镂空面,使得隔板60更容易与第一凸舌14或第二凸舌431插接扣合。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,第一凸舌14或第二凸舌431也可以采用其他的方式成型,例如将凸舌焊接在金属板上等,只要能够实现固定隔板60的功能即可。
请再次参阅图4,且一并参阅图15及图16,图15为图3所示侧板40的部分结构示意图;图16为侧板40与背板10的装配示意图。
为了使得顶板20的安装效果更佳,顶板20的棱边处固设有固定板22,固定板22大致呈L形,固定板22固定在顶板20的棱边能够答复提高顶板20边角处的强度,防止顶板20在顶部受力后边角处发生形变;侧板40及/或背板10相对靠近顶板20的一侧设有凸块12,固定板22上开设有凸块槽221,凸块12能够嵌入凸块槽221中,使得顶板20可拆卸连接于侧板40及/或背板10。在安装顶板20时,将凸耳212插入中空管41内,凸块12嵌入凸块槽221内,然后采用螺纹紧固件将凸耳212与中空管41螺纹紧固连接,即可完成顶板20的可拆卸安装,安装简便,并且便于后续的拆卸更换。
与凸舌同理,凸块12可以直接设置在背板10及/或侧板40的顶部,也可以另设凸块12板(图未示),在凸块12板上设置凸块12,然后将凸块12板固设于背板10及/或侧板40的顶部,从而实现凸块12的设置。此外,在一个或者多个实施例中,凸块12也采用冲压成型的方式。
请一并参阅图16,图16为侧板与背板的装配示意图。为了使得侧板40与背板10之间的连接更加紧密、牢靠,进一步增加两块贴合板13之间的接合强度,侧板40及背板10的 棱边均向柜体内部延伸并形成贴合板13,侧板40的贴合板13与背板10的贴合板13相互贴合,及/或,背板10为至少两块,每块背板10长度方向的棱边向柜体内部延伸并形成贴合板13,两块相邻背板10的贴合板13相互贴合;贴合板13上开设有紧固孔,紧固孔为葫芦形并包括相互连通的大端口131及小端口132;两个贴合板13上的紧固孔对齐,紧固件穿设紧固孔的大端口131并固定于紧固孔的小端口132。如此设置,能够消除侧板40与背板10之间的连接缝隙,并且由于设置了贴合板13,连接处的强度不降反升,避免了储物柜100在长时间使用过程中形变。并且,紧固件能够快速地固定在紧固孔中,固定效果更好,两块贴合板13之间的贴合性更佳,避免了因隔板60受力导致贴合板13之间产生缝隙,造成储物柜100机械强度降低。可以理解,两块贴合板13之间也可以通过其他形状的通孔连接,或者通过卡扣连接、胶接等其他方式连接。
请再次参阅图17,且一并参阅图18,图18为图7中C部的局部放大图。
为了使得储物柜100能够挂在墙壁上,减少占地空间,在其中一个实施方式中,储物柜100还包括挂壁组件,挂壁组件包括安装件80及挂钩(图未示),安装件80固定安装于背板10或侧板40上,且安装件80位于柜体内部;挂钩固定连接于安装件80。如此设置,储物柜100能够通过挂壁组件挂在墙壁上或者其他地方,减小了占地面积,扩展了其使用场景。
在其中一个实施方式中,侧板40相对靠近背板10的一侧弯折90度形成第一弯折部46,并且再次向柜体内部弯折90度形成贴合板13;安装件80包括锁定板81及紧固件(未标号),锁定板81包括凹字形部811及位于凹字形部811两侧的安装部812,凹字形部811内凹的部分用于供两块贴合板13伸入并固定,两块安装部812分别贴合于侧板40及背板10,并通过紧固件安装在侧板40及背板10上。
可以理解,在其他实施方式中,挂壁组件也可以为其他形式,只要能够固定设置在侧板40或背板10上即可。
当需要较大容积的储物柜100时,背板10也需要增加相应的面积。然而大面积的背板10不方便运输,因此当背板10面积较大时,可以将背板10拆分成两个或多个,每块背板10长度方向的棱边向柜体内部延伸并形成贴合板13,两块相邻背板10的贴合板13相互贴合,并通过紧固孔80固定连接。
可以理解,储物柜100中的侧板40、顶板20、底板30等其他面板也可以通过这种方式实现拼接。当然,也可以通过其他方式进行拼接,只要能够实现板与板之间的连接功能即可。
请再次参阅图14,且一并参阅图19,图19为图14中D部的局部放大图。
为了进一步提高顶板20或底板30与侧板40及背板10在安装时的强度,侧板40的棱边处还设置有卡接组件90,卡接组件90包括卡接杆91、弹性件92卡接套93,侧板40的棱边向外凸设有安装块47,卡接杆91穿设安装块47,弹性件92和卡接套93分别套设卡接 杆91且位于安装块47的两侧;卡接套93上设置有卡接按钮931,侧板40或底板30或顶板20上开设有用于供卡接按钮931卡入的定位孔(图未示),卡接按钮931能够被按压并使得卡接套93与部分卡接杆91穿设定位孔,穿设定位孔后卡接按钮931能够复位并抵接于定位孔的内壁,从而实现卡接的功能。
本申请通过凸耳212与中空管41的配合固定,能够快速定位顶板20或底板30的安装位置,起到预固定的效果,便于后续的固定安装;在侧板40上设置中空管41,提高了侧板40的强度,防止侧板40在服役过程中产生形变,提高了储物柜100整体的机械强度;中空管41内部为中空,不仅便于凸耳212插接,增加了侧板40的机械强度,还不会额外增加过多重量,控制了储物柜100的制作成本和运输成本。此外,为了增加中空管41与侧板40之间的连接强度,本申请还在中空管41上设置了支撑面,支撑面与侧板40贴合并固定连接,能够进一步增加中空管41的机械强度,防止中空管41在安装或使用过程中变形,从而提高了储物柜100的机械强度。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种储物柜,包括背板、顶板、底板及两块侧板,所述背板、顶板、底板、两块侧板围合并形成所述储物柜的柜体,其特征在于,所述侧板的侧部设有中空管,所述顶板及/或所述底板上设有凸耳,所述凸耳能够插入并固定在所述中空管中;所述中空管包括支撑面,所述支撑面与所述侧板贴合并固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述中空管由所述侧板弯折并形成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述侧板的一侧弯折并形成第一管体,所述储物柜还包括定位板,所述定位板弯折并形成第二管体,所述第一管体与所述第二管体固定连接并围合形成所述中空管,所述支撑面由所述第二管体弯折并形成。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述中空管的横截面为四边形,所述第一管体与所述第二管体之间三面贴合并固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述顶板或所述底板相对远离所述背板的一侧还设置有横梁,所述凸耳由所述横梁的端部向所述柜体内部延伸并形成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述凸耳包括连接耳以及侧耳,所述连接耳由所述横梁的端部向所述侧板的方向延伸并形成,所述侧耳位于所述连接耳相对背离的两侧,且所述侧耳由所述连接耳弯折并形成;所述连接耳与所述中空管固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述连接耳上开设有第一固定孔,所述中空管上开设有第二固定孔;所述横梁用于止挡所述凸耳插入所述中空管的深度,并使得所述第一固定孔与所述第二固定孔对准。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述凸耳还包括导向耳,所述导向耳由所述连接耳向柜体内部延伸并形成,所述导向耳用于引导所述凸耳插入所述中空管中。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述侧板及/或所述背板朝向所述柜体内部设有第一凸舌;所述储物柜还包括隔板,所述隔板上开设有第一凸舌槽,所述第一凸舌能够嵌入所述第一凸舌槽中,使得所述隔板可拆卸安装于所述柜体内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述定位板朝向所述柜体内部设有用于固定所述隔板的第二凸舌,所述隔板上开设有第二凸舌槽,所述第二凸舌能够与所述第二凸舌槽配合并固定所述隔板。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述第一凸舌与所述侧板或所述背板一体成型;或者,
    所述储物柜还包括凸舌板,所述凸舌板上设有所述第一凸舌,所述凸舌板能够固设于所述侧板或所述背板上。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述侧板及/或所述背板相对靠近所述顶板的一侧设有凸块,所述顶板的棱边处固设有固定板,所述固定板上开设有凸块槽,所述凸 块能够嵌入所述凸块槽中,使得所述顶板可拆卸连接于所述侧板及/或所述背板。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述侧板及所述背板的棱边均向柜体内部延伸并形成贴合板,所述侧板的贴合板与所述背板的贴合板相互贴合,及/或,所述背板为至少两块,每块所述背板长度方向的棱边向柜体内部延伸并形成贴合板,两块相邻所述背板的所述贴合板相互贴合;
    所述贴合板上开设有紧固孔,所述紧固孔为葫芦形并包括相互连通的大端口及小端口;两个所述贴合板上的所述紧固孔对齐,紧固件穿设所述紧固孔的大端口并固定于紧固孔的小端口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的储物柜,其特征在于,所述储物柜还包括挂壁组件,所述挂壁组件包括安装件及挂钩,所述安装件固定安装于所述背板或所述侧板上,且所述安装件位于所述柜体内部;所述挂钩固定连接于所述安装件。
