- a minute current may flow from the heating cell 110 to the charge/discharge path L through the body diode included in the first switch 120 .
- the magnitude of the minute current flowing through the body diode included in the MOSFET is negligibly small, most of the current output from the heating cell 110 is applied to the heating element 130 and the heating element ( 130) can be quickly heated.
- a third switch (not shown) is connected to the first switch 120 and the charge/discharge path L in order to block the minute current flowing through the body diode included in the first switch 120 . It may be further provided in between.
- the battery pack 1 may further include a third switch between the first switch 120 and the charge/discharge path L.
- the third switch may have a drain terminal connected to the drain terminal D of the first switch 120 , a source terminal connected to the charge/discharge path L, and a gate terminal connected to the branch point BP.
- the body diode included in the third switch may be configured in a forward direction toward the first switch 120 .
- the body diode included in the third switch may be configured in a forward direction from the source terminal to the drain terminal of the third switch.
- the operation state of the third switch may be controlled to be the same as the operation state of the first switch 120 .
- the operating state of the third switch is also controlled to the turn-on state by the heating control unit 150 have.
- the operating state of the third switch may also be controlled to the turn-off state by the heating control unit 150 .
- the operating states of the first switch 120 and the third switch are turned off. state, and the operation state of the second switch 140 may be controlled as a turn-on state.
- a minute current flowing from the heating cell 110 to the charge/discharge path L through the body diode included in the first switch 120 may be blocked by the third switch. Accordingly, since all the current output from the heating cell 110 may be applied to the heating element 130 through the second switch 140 , the heating of the heating element 130 may proceed more quickly.
- the first switch 120 , the second switch 140 , and the third switch are not limited to N-channel MOSFETs, but switching capable of opening and closing installed paths such as P-channel MOSFETs, FETs, relays, or contactors. Note that any device may be applied without limitation.
- FIG. 7 is a diagram schematically illustrating an exemplary configuration of a battery pack 1 including the battery management apparatus 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention.
- the heating control unit 150 may include a comparator and an inverter 152 .

- the voltage of the battery 10 is changed to the first switch 120 or the second switch ( Even if input to 140 , the operating states of the first switch 120 and the second switch 140 may not be controlled to the turn-on state. Therefore, when the level of the voltage of the battery 10 input to the first input terminal (+) of the comparator is less than the level of the reference voltage, since a low-level signal is output as a control signal from the comparator, the first switch 120 The operation state of the may be controlled as a turn-off state.
- the inverter 152 is connected to the output terminal O of the comparator to receive the control signal, generate the inverted signal with respect to the received control signal, and output the generated inverted signal to the second switch 140 .
