Abstract
Description
シールドコネクタを用いる方法は、シールドケーブルにおけるシールド導体の全周をシールドコネクタにより電気的に接続し、シールド導体を接地電位に接続してシールドケーブルにおける芯線である内部導体への外部からのノイズの遮蔽、もしくは、シールドケーブルにおける内部導体から外部へのノイズの遮蔽を図っている。
例えば、多数の信号線を接続することが多い工業用機器等では、機能が異なる複数の機器との間でアナログ信号から高速デジタル信号まで種々の信号を通信ケーブルにより伝送するため、複数の信号線を1つのコネクタに集約することがある。
また、事前にコネクタの大きさが決められており、且つ、コネクタに対して細い通信ケーブルを接続する必要がある場合、通信ケーブルの内部導体をコネクタピンに接続できたとしても、通信機器とシールドケーブルにおけるシールド導体との接続が噛み合わない場合がある。
また、内部被覆体における露出部分において、内部導体の周囲にシールド導体がなくなることから、外部装置などのノイズが内部導体に干渉しやすくなり、ノイズ耐性が劣化するという影響が生じ易くなる。
この特許文献1に示された電磁シールド用材は、導電性かつ長尺の薄肉体の表裏に、絶縁性の被膜を設けたものである。
しかるに、巻回された電磁シールド用材の重なり部分において、上層における導電性の薄肉体と下層における導電性の薄肉体との間に絶縁性の被膜を介した静電容量の結合が生じる。この静電容量と、電磁シールド用材における導電性の薄肉体の自己インダクタンスとで共振が発生し、シールドケーブルの内部導体に伝送する高周波信号の伝送特性が特定の周波数で劣化する恐れが生ずる。
図1及び図2を用いて実施の形態1に係るノイズ抑制テープ10を説明する。
ノイズ抑制テープ10は絶縁体11と粘着層12と導電層13とを備え、テープ状の絶縁体11の一面11aに粘着層12と導電層13が積層された構造である。
粘着層12は、エポキシ樹脂系接着剤又はホットメルト接着剤又はゴム系溶材系接着剤又は弾性接着剤又はフェノール樹脂系接着剤といった粘着剤である。
導電層13は、銅箔又はアルミニウム箔の導電性の金属箔からなる柔軟かつ帯状の導電体、エポキシ樹脂系接着剤又はホットメルト接着剤又はゴム系溶材系接着剤又は弾性接着剤又はフェノール樹脂系接着剤といった粘着剤に導電金属又はカーボンの繊維(ファイバ)又は粉を混合させた導電性接着剤、あるいは不織布のポーラス状の非導電性テープの内部に導電性接着剤をしみ込ませた柔軟かつ帯状の導電性テープである。
シールドケーブル1は、内側から外側に、内部導体2、内部被覆体3、シールド導体4、外部被覆体5が同心円状に構成されている。
内部被覆体3は、内部導体2の外周面全周を被覆する合成樹脂製の絶縁体である。
シールド用外導体4bは導電金属製の編組線であり、銅箔等の導電箔により構成される。
外部被覆体5はシールド導体4の外周面全周を被覆する合成樹脂製の絶縁体である。
シールドケーブル1における内部導体2の先端部分はコネクタ53のピン部分に挿入され、電気的に接続される。
すなわち、ノイズ抑制テープ10の中央部は、外表面となる絶縁体11の他面11bが外側になるように、ノイズ抑制テープ10の側部が重複してシールドケーブル1の先端部における露出された内部被覆体3の外周面に螺旋状に巻回され、粘着層12の一面12a及び導電層13の一面13aが露出された内部被覆体3の外周面に接着される。
また、ノイズ抑制テープ10の他端部において、導電層13の他端部が筐体51に電気的に接続される。
その結果、ノイズ抑制テープ10の導電層13は、全域に亘って接地電位ノード、つまりグラウンドとされる。
ゆえに、ノイズ抑制テープ10における外部に対する絶縁性及び腐食性に対して、絶縁体テープを巻き付けるなどの追加作業の必要がなく、製造上の工数、コスト、システム重量の増大などが抑えられる。
適用例1がノイズ抑制テープ10の中央部が露出された内部被覆体3の外周面に螺旋状に巻回されたものであるのに対して、適用例2は長手方向に沿って貼りつけられたものである。
また、ノイズ抑制テープ10の他端部において、導電層13の他端部が筐体51に電気的に接続される。
その結果、ノイズ抑制テープ10の導電層13は、全域に亘って接地電位ノード、つまりグラウンドとされる。
この場合、複数本のシールドケーブル1それぞれに対して適用例1又は適用例2に示すように、ノイズ抑制テープ10を接着する。
図5を用いて実施の形態2に係るノイズ抑制テープ10を説明する。
実施の形態2に係るノイズ抑制テープ10は、実施の形態1に係るノイズ抑制テープ10に対して、導電層13において、ノイズ抑制テープ10の長手方向の両端部それぞれに位置する電気接続部13b、13cの幅が中央部13dの幅より広い点が異なり、その他の点については同じである。
なお、図5中、図1から図4に示した符号と同一符号は同一又は相当部分を示す。
すなわち、適用例1において、ノイズ抑制テープ10の中央部は、外表面となる絶縁体11の他面11bが外側になるように、シールドケーブル1の先端部における露出された内部被覆体3の外周面に、ノイズ抑制テープ10の中央部における側部が重複して螺旋状に巻回され、粘着層12の一面12a及び導電層13の一面13aが露出された内部被覆体3の外周面に接着される。
また、ノイズ抑制テープ10の他端部において、導電層13の電気接続部13cが筐体51に電気的に接続される。
その結果、ノイズ抑制テープ10の導電層13は、全域に亘って接地電位ノード、つまりグラウンドにされる。

ノイズ抑制テープ20は、テープ状の基体30と、基体30の一面に接合して固着され、長さと幅が同じ接着層40を備える。
基体30は長尺の絶縁体31と導電体32を有する。
絶縁体31は一面31aと他面31bと一側面と他側面とを有する。導電体32は一面32aと他面32bと一側面と他側面とを有し、絶縁体31と長さが同じであり、絶縁体31と並行して配置され、一側面が絶縁体31の他側面と接合して固着される。
導電体32は、柔軟かつ帯状の銅箔又はアルミニウム箔の導電性の金属箔、あるいは不織布のポーラス状の非導電性テープの内部に導電性接着剤をしみ込ませた柔軟かつ帯状の導電性テープである。
粘着層41は一面41aと他面41bと一側面と他側面とを有する。
導電性接着層42は一面42aと他面42bと一側面と他側面とを有する。
導電性接着層42は粘着層41と並行して配置され、一側面が粘着層41の他側面と接合される。
粘着層41の一側面が絶縁体31の一側面と同一平面上に位置する。導電性接着層42の他側面が導電体32の他側面と同一平面上に位置する。
導電性接着層42はエポキシ樹脂系接着剤又はホットメルト接着剤又はゴム系溶材系接着剤又は弾性接着剤又はフェノール樹脂系接着剤といった粘着剤に導電金属又はカーボンの繊維(ファイバ)又は粉を混合させた導電性接着剤である。
すなわち、適用例1において、ノイズ抑制テープ20の中央部は、基体30の他面、つまり、絶縁体31の他面31bと導電体32の他面32bが外側になるように、シールドケーブル1の先端部における露出された内部被覆体3の外周面に、ノイズ抑制テープ20の中央部における側部が重複して螺旋状に巻回され、接着層40の一面、つまり、粘着層41の一面41aと導電性接着層42の一面42aが露出された内部被覆体3の外周面に接着される。
また、ノイズ抑制テープ20の他端部において、接着層40における導電性接着層42の他端部が筐体51に電気的に接続される。
その結果、ノイズ抑制テープ20の接着層40における導電性接着層42は、全域に亘って接地電位ノード、つまりグラウンドにされる。
その結果、上層に位置する導電性接着層42と下層に位置する導電体32はグラウンドにされ、ノイズ抑制テープ20における導電体32も全域に亘ってグラウンドにされる。
また、ノイズ抑制テープ20の他端部において、接着層40における導電性接着層42の他端部が筐体51に電気的に接続される。
その結果、ノイズ抑制テープ20の接着層40における導電性接着層42は、全域に亘って接地電位ノード、つまりグラウンドにされる。
また、基体30の導電体32と接着層40における導電性接着層42とは部分的に接合して固着されているため、ノイズ抑制テープ20における導電体32も導電性接着層42と同様に、全域に亘って接地電位ノード、つまりグラウンドにされる。

一面が前記粘着層の一面と同一平面上に位置して露出され、前記粘着層の内部に埋め込まれて前記粘着層に固着された、幅が前記粘着層の幅より狭く、中央部における一面が前記シールドケーブルの内部被覆体の外周面に接着され、一端部が前記シールドケーブルのシールド導体に電気的に接続され、他端部が接地電位ノードに電気的に接続される導電層と、
備えたノイズ抑制テープ。 - 前記導電層の一端部及び他端部は前記導電層の中央部より幅が広い請求項4記載のノイズ抑制テープ。
- 前記絶縁体の中央部、前記粘着層の中央部、及び前記導電層の中央部は、前記絶縁体の中央部及び前記粘着層の中央部における側部が重複して前記シールドケーブルの内部被覆体の外周面に螺旋状に巻回される請求項4又は請求項5記載のノイズ抑制テープ。
- 前記絶縁体の中央部、前記粘着層の中央部、及び前記導電層の中央部は、前記シールドケーブルの内部被覆体の外周面に、長手方向に沿って貼りつけられる請求項4又は請求項5記載のノイズ抑制テープ。
- 信号が伝送される内部導体、前記内部導体の外周面全周を被覆する内部被覆体、前記内部被覆体の外周面全周を覆うシールド導体、前記シールド導体の外周面全周を被覆する外部被覆体を有し、先端部において、前記内部導体が前記内部被覆体から突出され、前記内部被覆体の外周面が露出され、前記シールド導体の外周面が露出されたシールドケーブルにおける前記露出された内部被覆体の外周面に接着されるノイズ抑制テープにおいて、
一面と他面と一側面と他側面とを有する長尺の絶縁体と、一面と他面と一側面と他側面とを有し、前記絶縁体と長さが同じであり、前記絶縁体と並行して配置され、一側面が前記絶縁体の他側面と接合して固着される導電体とを有するテープ状の基体と、
長さが前記基体の長さと同じであり、一面と他面と一側面と他側面とを有する粘着層と、一面と他面と一側面と他側面とを有し、前記粘着層と並行して配置され、一側面が前記粘着層の他側面と接合される導電性接着層とを有し、前記粘着層の一側面が前記絶縁体の一側面と同一平面上に位置し、前記導電性接着層の他側面が前記導電体の他側面と同一平面上に位置し、他面が前記基体の一面に接合して固着され、中央部における一面が前記シールドケーブルの内部被覆体の外周面に接着され、前記導電性接着層の一端部が前記シールドケーブルのシールド導体に電気的に接続され、前記導電性接着層の他端部が接地電位ノードに電気的に接続される接着層と、
備えたノイズ抑制テープ。 - 前記基体の中央部及び前記接着層の中央部は、前記基体の中央部及び前記接着層の中央部における側部が重複して前記シールドケーブルの内部被覆体の外周面に螺旋状に巻回される請求項8記載のノイズ抑制テープ。
- 前記基体の中央部及び前記接着層の中央部は、前記シールドケーブルの内部被覆体の外周面に、長手方向に沿って貼りつけられる請求項8記載のノイズ抑制テープ。
