该能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,通过传送带13上固定连接有支撑板,固定铰链15安装在传送带13与支撑板的交界处,所以将布放在支撑杆14上时能够被固定柱,固定铰链15在运动到出料口时被二号挡板17抬起松开布料,使得被切割后的布料能够被放下,当固定铰链15运动到入料口时会被一号挡板16将固定部件放下,将布料夹紧,从而达到了能够松放布料,使布料传输更加顺畅,工作过程高度自动化的效果。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,包括安装架(1),其特征在于:所述安装架(1)的底部固定连接有支撑腿(2),所述安装架(1)的侧面固定连接有动力箱(3),所述动力箱(3)的内部固定连接有电机(4),所述电机(4)的外侧转动连接有一号传动齿轮(5),所述一号传动齿轮(5)的上方活动连接有二号传动齿轮(6),所述二号传动齿轮(6)远离一号传动齿轮(5)的一端固定连接有传送轮(7),所述一号传动齿轮(5)的侧面啮合连接有三号传动齿轮(8),所述三号传动齿轮(8)的外缘处转动连接有活动连杆(9),所述活动连杆(9)远离三号传动齿轮(8)的一端固定连接有活动架(10),所述活动架(10)的内侧滑动连接有滑轨(11),所述活动架(10)的中间位置固定连接有切割刀片(12),所述传送轮(7)的表面活动连接有传送带(13),所述传送带(13)的表面固定连接有支撑杆(14),所述传送带(13)的表面固定连接有固定铰链(15),所述安装架(1)的左端固定连接有一号挡板(16),所述安装架(1)的右端固定连接有二号挡板(17),所述传送轮(7)远离二号传动齿轮(6)的一端固定连接有传动链条(18)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,其特征在于:所述动力箱(3)的内部为空心结构,动力箱(3)的顶部开有通孔,通孔的直径大于三号传动齿轮(8)的直径。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,其特征在于:所述一号传动齿轮(5)的外缘处固定连接有一档杆,所述二号传动齿轮(6)的外缘开有四个凹槽,四个凹槽之间的间距相同,且尺寸相同,一号传动齿轮(5)上的档杆的直径与二号传动齿轮(6)上的凹槽宽度相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,其特征在于:所述活动连杆(9)转动连接在三号传动齿轮(8)的外缘处,活动连杆(9)由一长一短两根杆组成,短杆连接在三号传动齿轮(8)上,长杆连接在活动架(10)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,其特征在于:所述三号传动齿轮(8)与一号传动齿轮(5)的齿数比为1:1;所述二号传动齿轮(6)与传送轮(7)同轴转动,且转动连接在动力箱(3)的箱体内壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,其特征在于:所述传送轮(7)的数量不少于四个,两两水平放置,且间距相等,固定连接在安装架(1)上,所述传送带(13)的表面材料为具有防滑设计的橡胶材质,传送轮(7)的表面包裹有防滑材料。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,其特征在于:所述固定铰链(15)的内部安装有复位弹簧,固定铰链(15)的形状为拱形,所述一号挡板(16)为安装在安装架(1)上的斜坡形状的板,二号挡板(17)为安装在安装架(1)上的形状的板,且斜坡的最低处低于固定铰链(15)的底部空心处。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种能够自动等量切割布料的裁布机,其特征在于:所述固定铰链(15)固定连接在传送带(13)与支撑杆(14)的交界处,固定铰链(15)的固定端活动连接在支撑杆(14)上。
