参照图1-2,一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,包括染色箱1和换水管6,换水管6固定于染色箱1一侧外壁靠近底部的位置,且换水管6的内壁螺纹连接有密封盖,其特征在于,染色箱1的内部通过转轴固定连接有等距离且交错分布的导布辊2,布料可以在导布辊2之间来回交错输送,可以有效延长布料在水中的停留时间,还可以使布料保持一定的张力,方便染料穿过,染色箱1的一侧外壁设置有放卷机构,且染色箱1的另一侧外壁设置有收卷机构,染色箱1的内部设置有上色机构。
放卷机构包括左侧板9、安装板10、布料辊8和固定杆12,安装板10通过左侧板9固定于染色箱1的一侧,且固定杆12固定设置于安装板10的一侧外壁,布料辊8套接于固定杆12外侧,且固定杆12的外壁螺纹连接有限位板11,限位板11的一侧外壁焊接有握把,方便转动限位板11。
收卷机构包括右侧板17、固定架18、电动机16和收卷辊15,固定架18通过右侧板17固定于染色箱1的另一侧,且电动机16固定于固定架18的一侧外壁,收卷辊15架设于固定架18内,且电动机16的输出轴一端和收卷辊15的传动轴一端通过联轴器连接。
上色机构包括排水机构和抽水机构,排水机构固定设置于染色箱1的内部靠近两侧的位置,且位于布料一侧,排水机构包括排水泵3、导水管4和导水盒5,排水泵3的排水端和导水盒5之间通过导水管4相连通,且导水盒5的两侧外壁均开有排水孔7;抽水机构固定设置于染色箱1的内部靠近中间的位置,且位于布料另一侧,抽水机构包括抽水泵13、抽水管14和抽水盒19,抽水泵13的抽水端和抽水盒19之间通过抽水管14相连通,且抽水盒19的两侧外壁均开有进水孔20。
排水泵3、抽水泵13和电动机16均通过导线连接有开关,且开关通过导线连接有电源。
工作原理:使用时,驱动电动机16工作,可以带动收卷辊15转动,将布料辊8上的布料收卷在收卷辊15上,收卷过程中,布料可以在导布辊2之间来回交错输送,可以有效延长布料在水中的停留时间,还可以使布料保持一定的张力,方便染料穿过,同时驱动排水泵3和抽水泵13工作,使得染料通过导水盒5上的排水孔7喷出,并喷向布料的一侧,使得染料可以穿透布料进行浸染,同时,抽水盒19上的进水孔20可以将布料另一侧附近的染料吸入抽水盒19内,可以加强染料在布料之间的穿透力,上色效果更佳,布料辊8可以直接套接在固定杆12上,然后转动固定杆12上的限位板11,使得布料辊8被限定在安装板10和限位板11之间,当布料辊8上的布料上色完成后,可以反向转动限位板11,直接将限位板11和布料辊8一同取下,然后更换新的布料辊8,拆装简单,使用十分方便。
实施例2
参照图3-5,一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,本实施例相较于实施例1,还包括染色箱1的一侧内壁固定连接有连接杆21,且连接杆21的一端固定连接有滤水板22,滤水板22的一侧外壁开有滑孔,且滑孔的内壁滑动连接有U形杆23,U形杆23的外壁套接有滤水辊24,且U形杆23的一端固定连接有活动板25,染色箱1的一侧外壁开有螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的内壁螺纹连接有螺杆26,螺杆26的一端固定连接有调节轮27,螺杆26的另一端固定连接有转盘28,转盘28的外壁转动连接有活动块29,活动块29的一侧外壁固定连接有弹簧30,弹簧30的一端和活动板25的外壁固定连接,滤水辊24的材质为橡胶。
工作原理:使用时,布料可以从滤水辊24和滤水板22之间的缝隙穿过,然后可以根据布料的厚度,转动调节轮27带动螺杆26转动,使得螺杆26一端的转盘28带动活动块25移动,将活动块25和U形杆23上活动板25之间的弹簧30拉伸,达到调节滤水辊24和滤水板22之间夹持力度的目的,当布料在移动过程中,通过滤水辊24和滤水板22可以将布料上的多余染料滤除并留在染色箱1中,减小布料重量的同时还避免了染料浪费,使用效果更佳。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,包括染色箱(1)和换水管(6),所述换水管(6)固定于染色箱(1)一侧外壁靠近底部的位置,且换水管(6)的内壁螺纹连接有密封盖,其特征在于,所述染色箱(1)的内部通过转轴固定连接有等距离且交错分布的导布辊(2),所述染色箱(1)的一侧外壁设置有放卷机构,且染色箱(1)的另一侧外壁设置有收卷机构,所述染色箱(1)的内部设置有上色机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,其特征在于,所述放卷机构包括左侧板(9)、安装板(10)、布料辊(8)和固定杆(12),所述安装板(10)通过左侧板(9)固定于染色箱(1)的一侧,且固定杆(12)固定设置于安装板(10)的一侧外壁,所述布料辊(8)套接于固定杆(12)外侧,且固定杆(12)的外壁螺纹连接有限位板(11),所述限位板(11)的一侧外壁焊接有握把。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,其特征在于,所述收卷机构包括右侧板(17)、固定架(18)、电动机(16)和收卷辊(15),所述固定架(18)通过右侧板(17)固定于染色箱(1)的另一侧,且电动机(16)固定于固定架(18)的一侧外壁,所述收卷辊(15)架设于固定架(18)内,且电动机(16)的输出轴一端和收卷辊(15)的传动轴一端通过联轴器连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,其特征在于,所述上色机构包括排水机构和抽水机构,所述排水机构固定设置于染色箱(1)的内部靠近两侧的位置,且位于布料一侧,所述排水机构包括排水泵(3)、导水管(4)和导水盒(5),所述排水泵(3)的排水端和所述导水盒(5)之间通过导水管(4)相连通,且导水盒(5)的两侧外壁均开有排水孔(7);所述抽水机构固定设置于染色箱(1)的内部靠近中间的位置,且位于布料另一侧,所述抽水机构包括抽水泵(13)、抽水管(14)和抽水盒(19),所述抽水泵(13)的抽水端和所述抽水盒(19)之间通过抽水管(14)相连通,且抽水盒(19)的两侧外壁均开有进水孔(20)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,其特征在于,所述排水泵(3)、抽水泵(13)和电动机(16)均通过导线连接有开关,且开关通过导线连接有电源。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,其特征在于,所述染色箱(1)的一侧内壁固定连接有连接杆(21),且连接杆(21)的一端固定连接有滤水板(22),所述滤水板(22)的一侧外壁开有滑孔,且滑孔的内壁滑动连接有U形杆(23),所述U形杆(23)的外壁套接有滤水辊(24),且U形杆(23)的一端固定连接有活动板(25)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,其特征在于,所述染色箱(1)的一侧外壁开有螺纹孔,且螺纹孔的内壁螺纹连接有螺杆(26),螺杆(26)的一端固定连接有调节轮(27),螺杆(26)的另一端固定连接有转盘(28),转盘(28)的外壁转动连接有活动块(29),活动块(29)的一侧外壁固定连接有弹簧(30),弹簧(30)的一端和活动板(25)的外壁固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种纺织加工用纺织面料上色装置,其特征在于,所述滤水辊(24)的材质为橡胶。
