Description
本申请涉及显示屏技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种LED显示屏及其护边机构。
LED显示屏是一种平板显示器,是用来显示文字、图像、视频和录像信号等信息的设备,由于LED显示屏具有能任意延展、无缝拼接扩展显示版面、运行时间长、能运用互动技术及显示效果好等的优点,因而被广泛应在家庭影院以及商场、机场、酒店、展会等各类公共场所。
近年来,随着小间距LED显示屏的普及,LED显示屏LED灯珠间距越来越小,LED灯珠与载体PCB板间焊接面积也相应减少,焊接强度普遍降低,在生产及组装显示屏、显示屏架屏搬运,以及存放等过程中,靠近箱体侧边的LED灯珠易被撞击损坏,或是被撞击导致焊接失效。如此,LED灯珠被损坏或是因撞击、剐蹭等导致焊接失效后无法正通电发光,LED显示屏在显示时便会出现不发光的真空区域,严重影响LED显示屏的显示效果。
本申请实施例的目的在于提供一种LED显示屏及其护边机构,以解决现有技术中存在的显示屏箱体侧边的LED灯珠容易因撞击而被损坏或因撞击、剐蹭等导致灯珠焊接失效而无法正常发光的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请实施例采用的技术方案是:
一种护边机构,包括:
护边件,能够活动连接至LED显示屏的箱体背离显示模组的背部,护边件具有长度尺寸与显示模组的侧边尺寸相适配的护边部,护边件能够在展开状态和回收状态之间切换,且当护边件处于展开状态时护边部从显示模组的侧边伸出,当护边件处于回收状态时护边部收回至位于显示模组后;
驱动组件,安装于箱体上且驱动端与护边件相连,用以驱动护边件于展开状态和回收状态之间来回切换。
可选地,护边机构还包括用于将护边件活动连接于箱体的安装组件,安装组件包括定位件和连接件,定位件与箱体固定连接,连接件的第一端与定位件铰接,护边件对应定位件的位置处设置有与护边部相连的连杆部,连杆部远离护边部的端部与连接件的第二端铰接;
连接件的第二端能够以第一端的铰接轴为旋转轴于第一位置和第二位置之间移动,且连接件的第二端处于第一位置时护边件处于回收状态,连接件的第二端处于第二位置时护边件处于展开状态,驱动组件安装于定位件上且驱动端与连接件相抵并能够驱动连接件转动。
可选地,驱动组件包括驱动件和驱动按钮,驱动件与定位件铰接,驱动按钮滑动安装于定位件并与驱动件相连,驱动件形成驱动组件的驱动端,且连接件的第二端处于第一位置处时,驱动件贴设于连接件的上部,驱动按钮被按压时驱动件能够转动至尾部抵压连接件,从而将连接件的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置。
可选地,驱动件包括成角度设置的第一翼和第二翼,驱动按钮与第一翼相连,且连接件的第二端处于第一位置处时,第二翼贴设于连接件的上部,第二翼形成驱动组件的驱动端;
驱动按钮被按压时第一翼能绕驱动件的铰接轴旋转,从而带动第二翼同步旋转并使第二翼的尾部抵压连接件。

可选地,定位件位于驱动件下方的位置处设置有收容腔,锁止端延伸至收容腔内,自锁组件包括收容于收容腔内的锁止件和锁止弹簧,锁止件位于驱动按钮的一侧并通过锁止弹簧与收容腔的侧壁弹性连接,锁舌部凸设于锁止件正对驱动按钮的侧部,当驱动按钮处于解锁状态时,锁舌部悬设于锁止端的下方,锁止弹簧处于自然伸长状态;
驱动按钮受压时能使锁止端相对锁舌部向下移动,当驱动按钮驱动连接件的第二端移动至第二位置时,锁止槽同步移动至正对锁舌部,锁止弹簧抵推锁止件朝锁止端移动至使锁舌部插入锁止槽内,以将驱动按钮锁止于锁止状态。
可选地,自锁组件还包括收容于收容腔内的复位弹簧和插设于定位件侧壁面的解锁推杆,定位件正对收容腔的下底面还连接有回位固定块,复位弹簧相对的两端部分别与锁止端和回位固定块相连,驱动按钮处于解锁状态时复位弹簧处于自然伸长状态,驱动按钮处于锁止状态时复位弹簧处于弹性压缩状态。

可选地,驱动按钮上开设有供解锁推杆穿设的条形孔,条形孔的长度大于或等于复位弹簧抵推驱动按钮的上移高度。
可选地,安装组件还包括连杆固定件,连杆固定件固接于箱体对应连杆件的位置处,连杆件的第二端与连杆固定件铰接,复位扭簧安装于连杆固定件上。
本申请的另一技术方案是:提供一种LED显示屏,包括箱体、显示模组和上述的护边机构,显示模组和护边机构均安装于箱体上。
可选地,箱体具有相对设置的第一安装面和第二安装面,显示模组安装于第一安装面上,护边件活动连接于第二安装面并靠近显示模组的侧边位置处设置,驱动组件安装于第二安装面。
可选地,第二安装面靠近箱体侧边的位置处设置有用于安装护边机构的安装部,安装部与相邻的显示模组的侧边围设形成有能够适配容置护边部的容置槽;
当护边件处于回收状态时,护边部收容于容置槽内,当护边件从回收状态切换至展开状态时,护边部朝第一安装面一侧伸出并移动至容置槽外。
可选地,显示模组包括模组底壳和模组灯板,模组底壳固接于第一安装面,模组灯板可拆卸连接于模组底壳背离第一安装面的表面,安装部与相邻的模组底壳的侧边围设形成容置槽,护边件处于展开状态时,护边部移动至从相邻的模组灯板的侧边伸出。
可选地,LED显示屏包括两组结构相同的护边机构,两组护边机构对称布设于箱体相对的两侧部。
本申请提供的护边机构中的上述一个或多个技术方案至少具有如下技术效果之一:使用时,将护边件活动安装于LED显示屏的箱体背离显示模组的背面,同时将驱动组件安装至箱体上,如此,护边件能够在驱动组件的驱动下于展开状态和回收状态之间切换,当护边件处于展开状态时,护边件的护边部伸展至从显示模组的侧边伸出,此时,护边部能够适配遮挡显示模组的侧边,发生撞击时,护边部缓冲保护显示模组,避免显示模组侧边的LED灯珠受损,从而有效降低LED显示屏在运输、存放以及组装过程中的磕灯、碰灯、死灯的风险,确保LED显示屏的正常使用,节约LED显示屏的维护成本。当无需使用护边机构的保护功能时,将护边件切换至回收状态,此时,护边件的护边部收回至位于显示模组的后方,护边部不再遮挡显示模组的侧边,LED显示屏正常使用。
本申请的LED显示屏,通过在箱体背离显示模组的背部设置上的护边机构,当护边件处于展开状态时,护边部适配遮挡显示模组的侧边,发生撞击时,护边部缓冲保护显示模组,避免显示模组侧边的LED灯珠受损,从而有效降低LED显示屏在运输、存放以及组装过程中的磕灯、碰灯、死灯的风险,确保LED显示屏的正常使用,节约LED显示屏的维护成本。当无需使用护边机构的保护功能时,将护边件切换至回收状态,此时,护边件的护边部收回至位于显示模组的后方,护边部不再遮挡显示模组的侧边,LED显示屏正常使用。

为了说明本申请所提供的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
如图1~15所示,本申请的一实施例提供了一种护边机构30,该护边机构30适用但不仅限于应用在LED显示屏上,用以保护LED显示屏的显示模组20。具体地,以下各实施例以将该护边机构30设置于LED显示屏上进行具体说明。
在本申请的一实施例中,该护边机构30包括护边件31和驱动组件32,护边件31能够活动连接至LED显示屏的箱体10背离显示模组20的背部,护边件31具有长度尺寸与显示模组20的侧边尺寸相适配的护边部311,具体地,当护边件31靠近显示模组20的长边(即长度方向)设置时,护边部311的长度与显示模组20的长度尺寸相适配,当护边件31靠近显示模组20的短边(即宽度方向)设置时,护边部311的长度与显示模组20的宽度尺寸相适配;护边件31能够在展开状态和回收状态之间切换,当护边件31处于展开状态时护边部311从显示模组20的侧边伸出,如图1所示,当护边件31处于回收状态时护边部311收回至位于显示模组20后,如图2和图3所示,驱动组件32安装于第二安装面12且驱动端与护边件31相连,用以驱动护边件31于展开状态和回收状态之间来回切换。
本申请实施例的护边机构30,使用时,将护边件31活动安装于LED显示屏的箱体10背离显示模组20的背面,同时将驱动组件32安装至箱体10上,如此,护边件31能够在驱动组件32的驱动下于展开状态和回收状态之间切换,当护边件31处于展开状态时,如图1所示,护边件31的护边部311伸展至从与之相邻的显示模组20的侧边伸出,此时,护边部311适配遮挡显示模组20的侧边,发生撞击时,护边部311缓冲保护显示模组20,避免显示模组20侧边的LED灯珠受损,从而有效降低LED显示屏在运输、存放以及组装过程中的磕灯、碰灯、死灯的风险,确保LED显示屏的正常使用,节约LED显示屏的维护成本。当无需使用护边机构30的保护功能时,将护边件31切换至回收状态,如图2和图3所示,此时,护边件31的护边部311收回至位于显示模组20的后方,护边部311不再遮挡显示模组20的侧边,LED显示屏正常使用。
可以理解地,在本实施例中,为了确保护边部311对显示模组20侧边的保护效果,护边部311的尺寸应大于或等于显示模组20与之对应的侧边尺寸,从而确保护边件31在展开状态下护边部311能够伸出至完全遮挡显示模组20的侧边。在本实施例中,护边部311的尺寸等于显示模组20与之对应的侧边尺寸,展开状态下护边部311能够完全遮挡显示模组20的侧边,回收状态下,护边部311整体回收至显示模组20的后方,如图3所示,整体结构更为美观。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图4~11所示,护边机构30还包括用于将护边件31活动连接于LED显示屏的箱体10的安装组件33,安装组件33包括定位件331和连接件332,定位件331与LED显示屏的箱体10固定连接,连接件332的第一端与定位件331通过销钉铰接,护边件31对应定位件331的位置处设置有与护边部311相连的连杆部312,连杆部312远离护边部311的端部与连接件332的第二端通过销钉铰接;连接件332的第二端能够以第一端的铰接轴为旋转轴从第一位置和第二位置之间移动,且连接件332的第二端处于第一位置时护边件31处于回收状态,如图4、图6和图10所示,连接件332的第二端处于第二位置时护边件31处于展开状态,如图5、图7和图11所示。
进一步地,如图4~7所示,驱动组件32安装于定位件331上且驱动端与连接件332相抵并能够驱动连接件332的第二端于第一位置和第二位置之间转动,且驱动组件32驱动连接件332的第二端从第一位置转动至第二位置时,连接件332带动连杆部312朝向LED显示屏的箱体10移动并将护边部311推出至从显示模组20的侧边伸出,即使护边件31从回收状态运动至展开状态,反之,驱动组件32驱动连接件332的第二端从第二位置转动至第一位置时,连接件332带动连杆部312远离LED显示屏的箱体10移动并将护边部311拉回至显示模组20后,即使护边件31从展开状态运动至回收状态。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图2及图4~7所示,定位件331垂直安装于LED显示屏的箱体10上,连接件332与定位件331的铰接轴及连接件332与连杆部312的铰接轴两者均与护边部311相平行,当连接件332的第二端位于第一位置时,如图4和图5所示,连接件332的第二端靠近定位件331的顶部,驱动组件32驱动连接件332移动时,连接件332的第二端相对定位件331的顶部向下向外移动,移动同时带动连杆部312相对定位件331向下向外移动,从而将护边部311从显示模组20的侧边推出。如此,显示模组20的侧边需要被保护时,驱动组件32驱动连接件332相对定位件331从第一位置转动至第二位置即可,如图2所示,护边件31运动至展开状态,展开动作顺畅,涉及结构简单。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图4、图5及图10和图11所示,驱动组件32包括驱动件321和驱动按钮322,驱动件321与定位件331铰接,驱动按钮322沿竖直方向滑动安装于定位件331并与驱动件321相连,驱动件321形成驱动组件32的驱动端,且当连接件332的第二端处于第一位置处时,驱动件321贴设于连接件332的上部,如图4和图10所示;驱动按钮322被按压时驱动件321能够转动至尾部抵压连接件332,从而将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,如图5和图11所示。通过按压驱动按钮322即可驱动连接件332从第一位置移动至第二位置,从而驱动护边件31从回收状态切换至展开状态,操作十分简单。
进一步地,在本实施例种,驱动件321包括成角度设置的第一翼3211和第二翼3212,具体地,在本实施例中,如图10和图11所示,第一翼3211和第二翼3212均为块状件,且第一翼3211的一端与第二翼3212的一端相连,第一翼3211的另一端与第二翼3212的另一端均朝向同一侧设置,第一翼3211与第二翼3212之间的夹角为锐角。进一步地,驱动件321第一翼3211与第二翼3212过渡的转角位置处与定位件331通过销钉铰接,驱动按钮322并与第一翼3211相连,在本实施例中,第一翼3211通过销钉与驱动件321铰接,当连接件332的第二端处于第一位置处时,第二翼3212贴设于连接件332的上部,第二翼3212形成驱动组件32的驱动端,如图4和图10所示;按压驱动按钮322第一翼3211能绕驱动件321的铰接轴向下旋转,从而带动第二翼3212同步旋转并使第二翼3212的尾部抵压连接件332并将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,如图5和图11所示。
具体地,在本实施例中,当护边件31处于回收状态时,连接件332的第二端处于第一位置,此时,驱动件321的第二翼3212平行贴设于连接件332上,驱动按钮322垂直驱动件321的第一翼3211设置,如图4和图10所示,如此,当施力向下按压驱动按钮322时,驱动按钮322向下移动并驱动驱动件321的第一翼3211相对其铰接轴向下旋转,从而驱动第二翼3212相对其铰接轴向下向外旋转,第二翼3212旋转同时抵压连接件332并将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,此时,驱动件321的第二翼3212转动至垂直连接件332,如图5和图11所示,从而将护边部311从显示模组20的侧边推出,使护边件31从回收状态切换至展开状态。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图8~11所示,护边机构30还包括安装于定位件331上的自锁组件34,驱动按钮322具有上下相对设置的按压端3221和锁止端3222,按压端3221通过销钉与第一翼3211相连,锁止端3222的侧壁面上凹设有锁止槽3223,自锁组件34具有与锁止槽3223相适配的锁舌部341;驱动按钮322能够在锁止状态和解锁状态之间切换,当驱动按钮322处于锁止状态时,锁舌部341插接于锁止槽3223内,如图9和图11所示,此时,驱动按钮322按压第一翼3211并使连接件332的第二端处于第二位置,护边件31即被锁定在展开状态,当驱动按钮322处于解锁状态时,锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出,如图8和图10所示,此时,护边件31即可从展开状态解锁。如此,通过设置自锁组件34能够将护边件31锁止于展开状态,施力按压驱动按钮322使护边件31展开后,无需持续施力按压驱动按钮322,操作更加方便。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图8~11所示,定位件331位于驱动件321下方的位置处设置有收容腔3311,锁止端3222延伸至收容腔3311内,自锁组件34包括收容于收容腔3311内的锁止件342和锁止弹簧343,锁止件342位于驱动按钮322的一侧并通过锁止弹簧343与收容腔3311的侧壁弹性连接,锁舌部341凸设于锁止件342正对驱动按钮322的侧部,当驱动按钮322处于解锁状态时,锁舌部341悬设于锁止端3222的下方,锁止弹簧343处于自然伸长状态,如图8和图10所示;当施力向下按压驱动按钮322时,驱动按钮322受压使锁止端3222相对锁舌部341向下移动,移动过程中锁舌部341运动至与锁止端3222接触后,锁止件342受锁止端3222的抵压背向锁止端3222移动并挤压锁止弹簧343,如图9和图11所示,当驱动按钮322驱动连接件332的第二端移动至第二位置时,锁止槽3223同步移动至正对锁舌部341,此时,锁止弹簧343抵推锁止件342朝锁止端3222移动至使锁舌部341插入锁止槽3223内,以将驱动按钮322锁止于锁止状态,自锁组件34结构巧妙,自锁原理简单。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图8~11所示,护边件31还能在驱动按钮322解锁后自动从展开状态运动至回收状态。具体地,自锁组件34还包括收容于收容腔3311内的复位弹簧344和插设于定位件331侧壁面的解锁推杆345,定位件331正对收容腔3311的下底面还连接有回位固定块333,复位弹簧344相对的两端部分别与锁止端3222和回位固定块333相连,驱动按钮322处于解锁状态时复位弹簧344处于自然伸长状态,如图8和图10所示,驱动按钮322处于锁止状态时复位弹簧344处于弹性压缩状态,如图9和图11所示。如此,驱动解锁推杆345移动推动锁止件342背离锁止端3222移动,当移动至使锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出时,复位弹簧344弹性抵推驱动按钮322背离回位固定块333向上移动,从而带动驱动件321的第二翼3212转动至不再抵压连接件332,此时,连接件332的第二端能够从第二位置转动至第一位置,从而使护边件31在驱动按钮322解锁后自动从展开状态运动至回收状态。
进一步地,安装组件33还包括连杆件334和复位扭簧335,如图6和图7所示,连杆件334的第一端与连杆部312铰接,连杆件334的第二端与LED显示屏的箱体10铰接,复位扭簧335安装于LED显示屏的箱体10上且其扭转臂延伸至与连杆件334的底面相抵,当护边件31处于回收状态时复位扭簧335处于复位状态,当护边件31处于展开状态时,复位扭簧335处于扭曲状态。更进一步地,如图8和图9所示,解锁推杆345的第一端与锁止件342相抵且另一端外露出定位件331,解锁推杆345能够驱动锁止件342远离锁止端3222,从而使锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出,且当锁舌部341从锁止槽3223脱出后,复位弹簧344弹性抵推驱动按钮322向上移动并带动驱动件321旋转至使第二翼3212的翼尾转动至脱离连接件332,此时,复位扭簧335弹性抵推连杆件334的第二端向上移动从而带动连杆部312远离LED显示屏的箱体10移动,以使护边部311回收至显示模组20后。
如此,需要将护边件31从展开状态切换至回收状态时,施力按压解锁推杆345,解锁推杆345将锁止件342推离锁止端3222,从而使锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出,此时,驱动按钮322失去锁止件342的锁止约束,复位弹簧344弹性复位并抵推驱动按钮322向上移动,从而使驱动按钮322的按压端3221驱动驱动件321的第一翼3211向上转动并使第二翼3212向上向内转动至脱离连接件332,连接件332不再受驱动件321第二翼3212的止挡,此后,复位扭簧335弹性复位推动连杆件334的第二端向上抬升,并带动连杆部312向上抬升并远离LED显示屏的箱体10,从而护边部311回收至显示模组20后,这样,通过按压解锁推杆345即可将护边件31从展开状态切换至回收状态。对于本实施例的护边机构30而言,按压驱动按钮322即可将护边件31展出,按压解锁推杆345即可将展出的护边件31收回,护边件31能够在展开状态和回收状态之间灵活切换,护边机构30操作简单,使用十分方便。
具体地,在本实施例中,安装组件33还包括连杆固定件336,连杆固定件336固接于箱体10对应连杆件334的位置处,连杆件334的第二端与连杆固定件336铰接,复位扭簧335安装于连杆固定件336上。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图8和图9所示,驱动按钮322上开设有供解锁推杆345穿设的条形孔3224,条形孔3224的长度大于或等于复位弹簧344抵推驱动按钮322的上移高度,如此,当复位弹簧344弹性抵推驱动按钮322向上移动时,解锁推杆345不会阻碍驱动按钮322的正常移动。
具体地,本实施例的护边机构30的护边件31的状态切换过程具体如下:
一般地,本实施例的LED显示屏组装完成后,护边机构30的护边件31处于回收状态,即护边部311收容于容置槽122内。当显示模组20需要被保护时,施力向下按压驱动按钮322,驱动按钮322驱动驱动件321的第一翼3211向下旋转,同时驱动第二翼3212向上向外旋转,将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,连接件332进一步带动推杆部朝向容置槽122移动,从而将护边部311从容置槽122内推出;护边部311完全推出后,锁止件342的锁舌部341滑入至锁止槽3223内锁定驱动按钮322使驱动按钮322不再继续运动,此时,护边部311即可被锁止于展开状态。反之,当护边部311需要收回时,施力按压解锁推杆345,解锁推杆345将锁止件342推力驱动按钮322的锁止端3222,锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出后,驱动按钮322被复位弹簧344弹性抵推并向上移动,驱动按钮322向上移动同时带动驱动件321的第二翼3212脱离连接件332,连接件332失去抵压约束,此时,连杆件334便可在复位扭簧335的弹性推力的作用下推动连杆部312远离容置槽122移动,从而将护边部311拉回容置槽122内,完成护边件31从展开状态至回收状态的状态切换。
如图1~15所示,本申请的另一实施例还提供了一种LED显示屏,具体地,如图1~3所示,该LED显示屏包括箱体10、安装于箱体10上的显示模组20和上述各实施例中的护边机构30,具体地,箱体10具有相对设置的第一安装面11和第二安装面12,显示模组20安装于第一安装面11上,上述的护边机构30安装于第二安装面12上,具体地,护边件31活动连接于第二安装面12并靠近显示模组20的侧边位置处设置,驱动组件32安装于第二安装面12,当护边件31处于展开状态时护边部311从显示模组20的侧边伸出,如图1所示,当护边件31处于回收状态时护边部311收回至位于显示模组20后。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,箱体10的第二安装面12靠近箱体10侧边的位置处设置有用于安装护边机构30的安装部121,安装部121与显示模组20的侧边围设形成有能够适配容置护边部311的容置槽122,具体地,显示模组20包括模组底壳21和模组灯板22,模组底壳21固接于第一安装面11,模组灯板22可拆卸连接于模组底壳21背离第一安装面11的表面,安装部121与模组底壳22的侧边围设形成上述的容置槽122。进一步地,当护边件31处于回收状态时,护边部311收容于容置槽122内,当护边件31从回收状态切换至展开状态时,护边部311朝第一安装面11的一侧伸出并移动至容置槽122外。具体地,在本实施例中,箱体10靠近显示模组20的侧边的位置处朝内部凹陷形成一个缺口,显示模组20的侧边延伸至该缺口的上方并与箱体10的侧边齐平,护边部311回收至容置槽122内时,护边部311与箱体10侧部齐平,整体结构美观。
在本实施例中,如图2和图4所示,护边部311靠近显示模组20侧部的部位设置有导向斜面3111,护边部311能够在该导向斜面3111的导向作用下从容置槽122内伸出,护边部311伸出时不会剐蹭到显示模组20。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,安装部121内设有与容置槽122相连通的安装腔(图未示),护边机构30的安装组件33、驱动组件32和自锁组件34均安装于安装腔内,驱动按钮322的按压端3221及解锁推杆345的第二端分别外露出安装部121。如此,护边机构30基本收容于安装腔内,护边机构30集成设置在箱体10的侧边,整体性强。
在本实施例中,如图1和图2所示,LED显示屏包括两组结构相同的护边机构30,两组护边机构30关于对称布设于箱体10相对的两侧部,即在箱体10的两侧分别安装护边机构30用以保护靠近箱体10侧边设置的显示模组20的侧边。当然,在其他的一些具体实施例中,当靠近箱体10四周侧边的四块显示模组20的侧边均需要被保护时,也可以在箱体10的四周侧边位置处均设置上述的护边机构30,四个护边机构30从箱体10的四侧对相邻的显示模组20的侧边形成保护。
本申请实施例的LED显示屏,通过在箱体10背离显示模组20的背部设置上述的护边机构30,当护边件31处于展开状态时,如图1所示,护边件31的护边部311伸展至从与之相邻的显示模组20的侧边伸出,此时,护边部311适配遮挡显示模组20的侧边,发生撞击时,护边部311缓冲保护显示模组20,避免显示模组20侧边的LED灯珠受损,从而有效降低LED显示屏在运输、存放以及组装过程中的磕灯、碰灯、死灯的风险,确保LED显示屏的正常使用,节约LED显示屏的维护成本。当无需使用护边机构30的保护功能时,将护边件31切换至回收状态,如图2和图3所示,此时,护边件31的护边部311收回至位于显示模组20的后方,护边部311不再遮挡显示模组20的侧边,LED显示屏正常使用。
进一步地,在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1、图2和图12所示,LED显示屏还包括安装于第二安装面12的电源盒40,箱体10上开设有贯通第一安装面11和第二安装面12并能够供电源盒40穿过的第一取放口13,电源盒40与箱体10相连的位置处设置有锁扣机构50,电源盒40通过锁扣机构50与箱体10相连,当锁扣机构50解锁且电源盒40脱离箱体10时,电源盒40能够通过第一取放口13从第一安装面11背离第二安装面12的前方取出。如此,电源盒40后维护时,从箱体10的后方就电源盒40拆卸即可进行维护,此外,电源盒40也能够从第一取放口13取出进行前维护,当安装位置有限无法预留后维护通道时,无需将箱体10连同电源盒40一并拆离安装面即可进行前维护,电源盒40能够实现前维护跟后维护,维护更加方便。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图12~15所示,第二安装面12避让开第一取放口13的位置处凹陷形成有供电源盒40适配嵌装的嵌装槽123,嵌装槽123的槽底凸设有扣接柱124;锁扣机构50包括连接于电源盒40底部的锁扣件51,锁扣件51上开设有与扣接柱124相适配的锁付孔511,锁扣件51能在锁扣状态和解扣状态之间切换,当锁扣件51处于锁扣状态时,扣接柱124锁止于锁付孔511,电源盒40与箱体10连接,当锁扣件51处于解扣状态时,扣接柱124脱离锁付孔511,电源盒40能够拆离箱体10,电源盒40拆装方便,便于前维护拿取电源盒40。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图13和图14所示,锁付孔511包括沿锁扣件51滑动方向相连通的第一孔段5111和第二孔段5112,扣接柱124具有柱帽,如扣接柱124可以为销钉等,第一孔段5111的孔径大于扣接柱124柱帽的外径,第二孔段5112的孔径大于扣接柱124柱体的外径且小于扣接柱124柱帽的外径,锁扣件51滑动连接于电源盒40的底部,并能沿第一孔段5111的孔轴线与第二孔段5112的孔轴线之间的垂线做往复直线运动;锁扣件51滑移扣接柱124从第一孔段5111穿出且其柱帽抵止于锁扣件51背离箱体10一侧的位置时,锁扣件51处于锁扣状态,锁扣件51滑移至扣接柱124的柱帽从第一孔段5111内脱出的位置时,锁扣件51处于解扣状态。如此,将电源盒40连接至箱体10时,将扣接柱124对准第一孔段5111,扣接柱124穿过第一孔段5111后驱动锁扣件51移动,使扣接柱124的柱帽位于第二孔段5112外,此时,扣接柱124被锁扣件51抵止,电源盒40不会从箱体10上推落;反之,需要拆卸电源盒40时,驱动锁扣件51方向移动,使扣接柱124从第二孔段5112重新回到第一孔段5111内,扣接柱124的柱帽能够从第一孔段5111穿出,此时便可将电源盒40从箱体10上取下。
在本实施例中,如图13所示,锁付孔511为葫芦孔,第一孔段5111的孔壁与第二孔段5112的孔壁的连接处弧形过渡,扣接柱124与锁扣件51两者件的相对移动更加顺畅。
更进一步地,在本实施例中,如图13和图14所示,锁扣机构50还包括锁扣按钮52和锁扣弹簧53,电源盒40的底部开设有供扣接柱124适配插接的插接腔41,电源盒40的侧壁上开设有与插接腔41相连通的插设孔42,锁扣件51插设于插设孔42且锁付孔511延伸至插接腔41内,锁扣按钮52与锁扣件51外露出插设孔42的端部相连,锁扣弹簧53夹设于锁扣按钮52与电源盒40的侧壁之间;锁扣件51处于锁扣状态时,锁扣弹簧53处于弹性压缩状态,锁扣弹簧53弹性拉动锁扣件51并使锁扣件51呈朝插设孔42外移动的趋势,从而扣接柱124的柱体抵紧于第二孔段5112的孔壁,使电源盒40紧扣于嵌装槽123内,沿锁扣弹簧53的轴线横向按压锁扣按钮52时锁扣件51能够在插设孔42内移动,从而使扣接柱124能从第一孔段5111内脱出,此时,电源盒40便可拆离箱体10。如此,安装电源盒40时,按压锁扣按钮52,使锁付孔511的第一孔段5111正对插接腔41,再将扣接柱124对准插接腔41,扣接柱124从锁付孔511的第一孔段5111穿出后,松开锁扣按钮52,此时,锁扣件51即可将扣接柱124锁止于插接腔41内;反之,需要拆卸电源盒40时,再次按压锁扣按钮52,锁扣按钮52推动锁扣件51朝插设孔42内移动,使扣接柱124能够从第一孔段5111脱出,此时即可拆下电源盒40。拆装电源盒40时,按压锁扣按钮52即可,无需使用任何的拆装工具,即使是前维护无法看到电源盒40的情况下,依然可以完成电源盒40的拆卸跟安装。
再进一步地,在本实施例中,如图12和图15所示,电源盒40具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,电源盒40第一端的端面上凸设有定位卡凸43,嵌装槽123的槽底壁上开设有供定位卡凸43适配插接的定位卡槽1231,扣接柱124设置于嵌装槽123的槽顶位置处,锁扣件51滑动连接于电源盒40的第二端。安装电源盒40时,先将定位卡凸43插入定位卡槽1231内,再将扣接柱124锁止于锁付孔511,定位卡凸43与定位卡槽1231卡接配合能够对电源盒40起到限位的作用,两者卡接后扣接柱124即已移动至正对插接腔41,如此,能够有效缩短扣接柱124与锁付孔511对位时间,提高电源盒40的安装效率。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1、图2和图15所示,显示模组20包括模组底壳21和若干模组灯板22,模组底壳21固接于箱体10的第一安装面11,模组灯板22可拆卸连接于模组底壳21背离第一安装面11的表面,,箱体10上还开设有贯通第一安装面11和第二安装面12并能够供模组灯板22适配穿过的第二取放口14,模组灯板22能够通过第二取放口14从第二安装面12背离第一安装面11的后方取出,确保模组灯板22能够在不拆卸箱体10情况下进行后维护,如此,模组灯板22也能够进行前维护和后维护。
具体地,模组底壳21连接模组灯板22的位置处设置有若干第一磁性件(图未示),模组灯板22与模组底壳21相连的位置处设置有若干第二磁性件(图未示),模组灯板22通过第一磁性件与第二磁性件磁性吸附连接从而可拆卸连接于模组底壳21。如此,模组灯板22磁性吸附连接于模组底壳21,连接结构简单,方便拆装、维护。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,箱体10的侧边避让开护边机构30的位置处还设置有拼装结构60,拼装结构60包括插接配合的连接插销61和连接插孔62,连接插销61设置于箱体10的一侧部,连接插孔62设置于箱体10相对的另一侧部。具体地,连续拼装多个本申请的LED显示屏时,将一LED显示屏上的连接插销61对应插入相邻的LED显示屏上的连接插孔62内,使得相邻的两个LED显示屏之间安装牢固,并且当相邻的两个LED显示屏需要拆卸时,需要将LED显示屏上的连接插销61从相邻的LED显示屏上的连接插孔62中拔出即可,拆卸操作简单方便。
以上仅为本申请的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (15)
- 一种护边机构,其特征在于,包括:护边件,能够活动连接至LED显示屏的箱体背离显示模组的背部,所述护边件具有长度尺寸与显示模组的侧边尺寸相适配的护边部,所述护边件能够在展开状态和回收状态之间切换,且当所述护边件处于所述展开状态时所述护边部从显示模组的侧边伸出,当所述护边件处于所述回收状态时所述护边部收回至位于显示模组后;驱动组件,安装于所述箱体上且驱动端与所述护边件相连,用以驱动所述护边件于所述展开状态和所述回收状态之间来回切换。
- 如权利要求1所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述护边机构还包括用于将所述护边件活动连接于所述箱体的安装组件,所述安装组件包括定位件和连接件,所述定位件与所述箱体固定连接,所述连接件的第一端与所述定位件铰接,所述护边件对应所述定位件的位置处设置有与所述护边部相连的连杆部,所述连杆部远离所述护边部的端部与所述连接件的第二端铰接;所述连接件的第二端能够以第一端的铰接轴为旋转轴于第一位置和第二位置之间移动,且所述连接件的第二端处于所述第一位置时所述护边件处于所述回收状态,所述连接件的第二端处于所述第二位置时所述护边件处于所述展开状态,所述驱动组件安装于所述定位件上且驱动端与所述连接件相抵并能够驱动所述连接件转动。
- 如权利要求2所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括驱动件和驱动按钮,所述驱动件与所述定位件铰接,所述驱动按钮滑动安装于所述定位件并与所述驱动件相连,所述驱动件形成所述驱动组件的驱动端,且所述连接件的第二端处于所述第一位置处时,所述驱动件贴设于所述连接件的上部,所述驱动按钮被按压时所述驱动件能够转动至尾部抵压所述连接件,从而将所述连接件的第二端从所述第一位置抵压至所述第二位置。
- 如权利要求3所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述驱动件包括成角度设置的第一翼和第二翼,所述驱动按钮与所述第一翼相连,且所述连接件的第二端处于所述第一位置处时,所述第二翼贴设于所述连接件的上部,所述第二翼形成所述驱动组件的驱动端;所述驱动按钮被按压时所述第一翼能绕所述驱动件的铰接轴旋转,从而带动所述第二翼同步旋转并使所述第二翼的尾部抵压所述连接件。
- 如权利要求4所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述护边机构还包括安装于所述定位件上的自锁组件,所述驱动按钮具有相对设置的按压端和锁止端,所述按压端与所述第一翼相连,所述锁止端的侧壁面上凹设有锁止槽,所述自锁组件具有与所述锁止槽相适配的锁舌部;所述驱动按钮能够在锁止状态和解锁状态之间切换,且所述驱动按钮处于所述锁止状态时,所述锁舌部插接于所述锁止槽内,所述驱动按钮处于解锁状态时,所述锁舌部从所述锁止槽内脱出。
- 如权利要求5所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述定位件位于所述驱动件下方的位置处设置有收容腔,所述锁止端延伸至所述收容腔内,所述自锁组件包括收容于所述收容腔内的锁止件和锁止弹簧,所述锁止件位于所述驱动按钮的一侧并通过所述锁止弹簧与所述收容腔的侧壁弹性连接,所述锁舌部凸设于所述锁止件正对所述驱动按钮的侧部,当所述驱动按钮处于所述解锁状态时,所述锁舌部悬设于所述锁止端的下方,所述锁止弹簧处于自然伸长状态;所述驱动按钮受压时能使所述锁止端相对所述锁舌部向下移动,当所述驱动按钮驱动所述连接件的第二端移动至所述第二位置时,所述锁止槽同步移动至正对所述锁舌部,所述锁止弹簧抵推所述锁止件朝所述锁止端移动至使所述锁舌部插入所述锁止槽内,以将所述驱动按钮锁止于所述锁止状态。
- 如权利要求6所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述自锁组件还包括收容于所述收容腔内的复位弹簧和插设于所述定位件侧壁面的解锁推杆,所述定位件正对所述收容腔的下底面还连接有回位固定块,所述复位弹簧相对的两端部分别与所述锁止端和所述回位固定块相连,所述驱动按钮处于所述解锁状态时所述复位弹簧处于自然伸长状态,所述驱动按钮处于所述锁止状态时所述复位弹簧处于弹性压缩状态。
- 如权利要求7所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述安装组件还包括连杆件和复位扭簧,所述连杆件的第一端与所述连杆部铰接,所述连杆件的第二端与所述箱体铰接,所述复位扭簧安装于所述箱体上且其扭转臂延伸至与所述连杆件的底面相抵,当所述护边件处于所述回收状态时所述复位扭簧处于复位状态,当所述护边件处于所述展开状态时,所述复位扭簧处于扭曲状态;所述解锁推杆的第一端与所述锁止件相抵且另一端外露出所述定位件,所述解锁推杆能够驱动所述锁止件远离所述锁止端,从而使所述锁舌部从所述锁止槽内脱出,且当所述锁舌部从所述锁止槽脱出后,所述复位弹簧弹性抵推所述驱动按钮向上移动并带动所述驱动件旋转至使所述第二翼的翼尾转动至脱离所述连接件,所述复位扭簧弹性抵推所述连杆件的第二端向上移动从而驱动所述护边部回收至显示模组后。
- 如权利要求8所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述驱动按钮上开设有供所述解锁推杆穿设的条形孔,所述条形孔的长度大于或等于所述复位弹簧抵推所述驱动按钮的上移高度。
- 如权利要求8所述的护边机构,其特征在于:所述安装组件还包括连杆固定件,所述连杆固定件固接于所述箱体对应所述连杆件的位置处,所述连杆件的第二端与所述连杆固定件铰接,所述复位扭簧安装于所述连杆固定件上。
- 一种LED显示屏,其特征在于:包括箱体、显示模组和权利要求1~10任一项所述的护边机构,所述显示模组和所述护边机构均安装于所述箱体上。
- 如权利要求11所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述箱体具有相对设置的第一安装面和第二安装面,所述显示模组安装于所述第一安装面上,所述护边件活动连接于所述第二安装面并靠近所述显示模组的侧边位置处设置,所述驱动组件安装于所述第二安装面。
- 如权利要求12所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述第二安装面靠近所述箱体侧边的位置处设置有用于安装所述护边机构的安装部,所述安装部与相邻的所述显示模组的侧边围设形成有能够适配容置所述护边部的容置槽;当所述护边件处于所述回收状态时,所述护边部收容于所述容置槽内,当所述护边件从所述回收状态切换至所述展开状态时,所述护边部朝所述第一安装面一侧伸出并移动至所述容置槽外。
- 如权利要求13所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示模组包括模组底壳和模组灯板,所述模组底壳固接于所述第一安装面,所述模组灯板可拆卸连接于所述模组底壳背离所述第一安装面的表面,所述安装部与相邻的所述模组底壳的侧边围设形成所述容置槽,所述护边件处于所述展开状态时,所述护边部移动至从相邻的所述模组灯板的侧边伸出。
- 如权利要求12~14任一项所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述LED显示屏包括两组结构相同的所述护边机构,两组所述护边机构对称布设于所述箱体相对的两侧部。
