本发明的实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图1~20及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需说明的是,当部件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个部件,它可以直接在另一个部件上或者间接在该另一个部件上。当一个部件被称为是“连接于”另一个部件,它可以是直接或者间接连接至该另一个部件上。术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语的具体含义。术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于便于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明技术特征的数量。“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
为了说明本申请所述的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
如图1~20所示,本申请的一实施例提供了一种LED显示屏,包括箱体10和安装于箱体10上的显示模组20,其中,如图1~3所示,箱体10具有相对设置的第一安装面11和第二安装面12,显示模组安装于第一安装面11上。进一步地,本申请的LED显示屏还包括安装于第二安装面12的电源盒40,箱体10上开设有贯通第一安装面11和第二安装面12并能够供电源盒40穿过的第一取放口13,电源盒40与箱体10相连的位置处设置有锁扣机构,电源盒40通过锁扣机构50与箱体10相连,当锁扣机构50解锁且电源盒40脱离箱体10时,电源盒40能够通过第一取放口13从第一安装面11背离第二安装面12的前方取出,确保电源盒40能够从第一取放口13取出进行前维护。具体地,在本实施例中,第一取放口13的宽度大于电源盒40的厚度,确保电源盒40能够从第一取放口13取出。
本申请实施例的LED显示屏,当其需要对电源盒40进行检修及维护时,对于方便后维护的安装方式而言,如图4所示,显示屏安装于墙面等固定面100上,固定面100后方预留有维护通道时,直接解锁锁扣机构50,将电源盒40从箱体的后方拆卸取下,对电源盒40进行后维护即可,如图6所示;而对于不方便进行后维护时,比如显示屏安装于墙面等固定面100上,固定面100后方未预留维护通道,此时,可以在锁扣机构50解锁后,将电源盒40通过第一取放口13从第一安装面11的前方取出,如图5所示,对电源盒40进行前维护,如此,当安装位置有限无法预留后维护通道时,无需将箱体10连同电源盒40一并拆离固定面100即可进行前维护,电源盒40能够同时实现前维护和后维护,维护更加方便。使得本申请的LED显示屏在租赁临时安装、永久固装、吊装、贴墙安装、落地安装等多种安装方式下,均能够对电源盒40同时实现快速前维护和后维护,电源盒40维护方便,维护操作简单。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图3及图7~9所示,第二安装面12避让开第一取放口13的位置处凹陷形成有供电源盒40适配嵌装的嵌装槽123,嵌装槽123的槽底凸设有扣接柱124;锁扣机构50包括连接于电源盒40底部的锁扣件51,锁扣件51上开设有与扣接柱124相适配的锁付孔511,锁扣件51能在锁扣状态和解扣状态之间切换,当锁扣件51处于锁扣状态时,扣接柱124锁止于锁付孔511,电源盒40与箱体10连接,当锁扣件51处于解扣状态时,扣接柱124脱离锁付孔511,电源盒40能够拆离箱体10,电源盒40拆装方便,便于维护拿取电源盒40。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图8和图9所示,锁付孔511包括沿锁扣件51滑动方向相连通的第一孔段5111和第二孔段5112,扣接柱124具有柱帽,如扣接柱124可以为销钉等,第一孔段5111的孔径大于扣接柱124柱帽的外径,第二孔段5112的孔径大于扣接柱124柱体的外径且小于扣接柱124柱帽的外径,锁扣件51滑动连接于电源盒40的底部,并能沿第一孔段5111的孔轴线与第二孔段5112的孔轴线之间的垂线做往复直线运动;锁扣件51滑移扣接柱124从第一孔段5111穿出且其柱帽抵止于锁扣件51背离箱体10一侧的位置时,锁扣件51处于锁扣状态,锁扣件51滑移至扣接柱124的柱帽从第一孔段5111内脱出的位置时,锁扣件51处于解扣状态。如此,将电源盒40连接至箱体10时,将扣接柱124对准第一孔段5111,扣接柱124穿过第一孔段5111后驱动锁扣件51移动,使扣接柱124的柱帽位于第二孔段5112外,此时,扣接柱124被锁扣件51抵止,电源盒40不会从箱体10上推落;反之,需要拆卸电源盒40时,驱动锁扣件51方向移动,使扣接柱124从第二孔段5112重新回到第一孔段5111内,扣接柱124的柱帽能够从第一孔段5111穿出,此时便可将电源盒40从箱体10上取下。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图8所示,锁付孔511为葫芦孔,第一孔段5111的孔壁与第二孔段5112的孔壁的连接处弧形过渡,扣接柱124与锁扣件51两者的相对移动更加顺畅。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图8和图9所示,锁扣机构50还包括锁扣按钮52和锁扣弹簧53,电源盒40的底部开设有供扣接柱124适配插接的插接腔41,电源盒40的侧壁上开设有与插接腔41相连通的插设孔42,锁扣件51插设于插设孔42且锁付孔511延伸至插接腔41内,锁扣按钮52与锁扣件51外露出插设孔42的端部相连,锁扣弹簧53夹设于锁扣按钮52与电源盒40的侧壁之间;锁扣件51处于锁扣状态时,锁扣弹簧53处于弹性压缩状态,锁扣弹簧53弹性拉动锁扣件51并使锁扣件51呈朝插设孔42外移动的趋势,从而扣接柱124的柱体抵紧于第二孔段5112的孔壁,使电源盒40紧扣于嵌装槽123内,沿锁扣弹簧53的轴线横向按压锁扣按钮52时锁扣件51能够在插设孔42内移动,从而使扣接柱124能从第一孔段5111内脱出,此时,电源盒40便可拆离箱体10。如此,安装电源盒40时,按压锁扣按钮52,使锁付孔511的第一孔段5111正对插接腔41,再将扣接柱124对准插接腔41,扣接柱124从锁付孔511的第一孔段5111穿出后,松开锁扣按钮52,此时,锁扣件51即可将扣接柱124锁止于插接腔41内;反之,需要拆卸电源盒40时,再次按压锁扣按钮52,锁扣按钮52推动锁扣件51朝插设孔42内移动,使扣接柱124能够从第一孔段5111脱出,此时即可拆下电源盒40。拆装电源盒40时,按压锁扣按钮52即可,无需使用任何的拆装工具,即使是前维护无法看到电源盒40的情况下,依然可以完成电源盒40的拆卸跟安装。
在本申请的另一实施例中,在本实施例中,如图3和图7所示,电源盒40具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,电源盒40第一端的端面上凸设有定位卡凸43,嵌装槽123的槽底壁上开设有供定位卡凸43适配插接的定位卡槽1231,扣接柱124设置于嵌装槽123的槽顶位置处,锁扣件51滑动连接于电源盒40的第二端。安装电源盒40时,先将定位卡凸43插入定位卡槽1231内,再将扣接柱124锁止于锁付孔511,定位卡凸43与定位卡槽1231卡接配合能够对电源盒40起到限位的作用,两者卡接后扣接柱124即已移动至正对插接腔41,如此,能够有效缩短扣接柱124与锁付孔511对位时间,提高电源盒40的安装效率。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图3和图7所示,电源盒40的底部侧边位置处还凸设有限位柱44,嵌装槽123的槽底开设有供限位柱44适配插设的若干定位孔1232,具体地,嵌装槽123的侧边与限位柱44相对应的位置处凸设有连接柱125,定位孔1232开设于连接柱125上,用以供限位柱44对位插接。如此,设置限位柱44与定位孔1232插接配合,能够更进一步的提高电源盒40的安装可靠性和稳定性。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1、图10和图11所示,显示模组20包括模组底壳21和若干模组灯板22,模组底壳21固接于箱体10的第一安装面11,模组灯板22可拆卸连接于模组底壳21背离第一安装面11的表面,对模组灯板22进行前维护时,将模组灯板22直接拆离模组底壳21即可,如图11所示;进一步地,箱体10上还开设有贯通第一安装面11和第二安装面12并能够供模组灯板22适配穿过的第二取放口14,模组灯板22能够通过第二取放口14从第二安装面12背离第一安装面11的后方取出,如图10所示,确保模组灯板22能够在不拆卸箱体10情况下进行后维护,如此,模组灯板22也能够进行前维护和后维护。具体地,在本实施例中,第二取放口14的宽度大于模组灯板22的厚度,确保模组灯板22能够从第二取放口14取出。
进一步地,在本实施例中,模组底壳21连接模组灯板22的位置处设置有若干第一磁性件(图未示),模组灯板22与模组底壳21相连的位置处设置有若干第二磁性件(图未示),模组灯板22通过第一磁性件与第二磁性件磁性吸附连接从而可拆卸连接于模组底壳21。如此,模组灯板22磁性吸附连接于模组底壳21,连接结构简单,方便拆装、维护。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图2和图3所示,显示模组21包括多个沿第一安装面11的长度方向安装的模组灯板22,箱体10上开设有至少两个第二取放口14,两个第二取放口14对称布设于第一取放口13相对的两侧,多个模组灯板22对应封盖第一取放口13和第二取放口14,各模组灯板22分别从邻近的第二取放口14取出。如此,在箱体10相对的两侧部分别开设上述的第二取放口14,安装于箱体10两侧的模组灯板22能够就近从邻近的第二取放口14取出,后维护时模组灯板22拿取更加方便,维护操作更加灵活。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图1、图2和图10所示,模组灯板22背离第一安装面11的表面还凸设有灯板把手221,灯板把手221从对应的第一取放口13或第二取放口13伸出,供作业人员在拆装模组灯板22时进行握持,从而能够简化模组灯板22的拆装操作,作业更加方便。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1、图2及图12所示,上述的LED显示屏还包括护边机构30,具体地,护边机构30包括护边件31和驱动组件32,护边件31活动连接于第二安装面12并靠近显示模组20的侧边位置处设置,护边件31具有长度尺寸与显示模组20的侧边尺寸相适配的护边部311,具体地,当护边件31靠近显示模组20的长边(即长度方向)设置时,护边部311的长度与显示模组20的长度尺寸相适配,当护边件31靠近显示模组20的短边(即宽度方向)设置时,护边部311的长度与显示模组20的宽度尺寸相适配;护边件31能够在展开状态和回收状态之间切换,当护边件31处于展开状态时护边部311从相邻的显示模组20的侧边伸出,如图1所示,当护边件31处于回收状态时护边部311收回至位于显示模组20后,如图2和图3所示,驱动组件32安装于第二安装面12且驱动端与护边件31相连,用以驱动护边件31于展开状态和回收状态之间来回切换。
本申请实施例提供的LED显示屏,在箱体10靠近显示模组20侧部的位置处安装护边件31,且护边件31能够在展开状态和回收状态之间切换,当护边件31处于展开状态时,如图1所示,护边件31的护边部311伸展至从与之相邻的显示模组20的侧边伸出,此时,护边部311适配遮挡显示模组20的侧边,发生撞击时,护边部311缓冲保护显示模组20,避免显示模组20侧边的LED灯珠受损,从而有效降低LED显示屏在运输、存放以及组装过程中的磕灯、碰灯、死灯的风险,确保LED显示屏的正常使用,节约LED显示屏的维护成本。当无需使用护边机构30的保护功能时,将护边件31切换至回收状态,如图2和图10所示,此时,护边件31的护边部311收回至位于显示模组20的后方,护边部311不再遮挡显示模组20的侧边,LED显示屏正常使用。
可以理解地,在本实施例中,为了确保护边部311对显示模组20侧边的保护效果,护边部311的尺寸应大于或等于显示模组20与之对应的侧边尺寸,从而确保护边件31在展开状态下护边部311能够伸出至完全遮挡显示模组20的侧边。在本实施例中,护边部311的尺寸等于显示模组20与之对应的侧边尺寸,展开状态下护边部311能够完全遮挡显示模组20的侧边,回收状态下,护边部311整体回收至显示模组20的后方,如图3所示,整体结构更为美观。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,第二安装面12靠近箱体10侧边的位置处设置有用于安装护边机构30的安装部121,安装部121与相邻的显示模组20的侧边围设形成有能够适配容置护边部311的容置槽122;当护边件31处于回收状态时,护边部311收容于容置槽122内,当护边件31从回收状态切换至展开状态时,护边部311朝第一安装面11一侧伸出并移动至容置槽122外。具体地,在本实施例中,箱体10靠近显示模组20的侧边的位置处朝内部凹陷形成一个缺口,显示模组20的侧边延伸至该缺口的上方并与箱体10的侧边齐平,护边部311回收至容置槽122内时,护边部311与箱体10侧部齐平,整体结构美观。
进一步地,在本实施例中,如图2和图13所示,护边部311靠近显示模组20侧部的部位设置有导向斜面3111,护边部311能够在该导向斜面3111的导向作用下从容置槽122内伸出,护边部311伸出时不会剐蹭到显示模组20。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图13~20所示,护边机构30还包括用于将护边件31活动连接于第二安装面12的安装组件33,安装组件33包括定位件331和连接件332,定位件331与安装部121固定连接,连接件332的第一端与定位件331通过销钉铰接,护边件31对应定位件331的位置处设置有与护边部311相连的连杆部312,连杆部312远离护边部311的端部与连接件332的第二端通过销钉铰接;连接件332的第二端能够以第一端的铰接轴为旋转轴于第一位置和第二位置之间移动,且连接件332的第二端处于第一位置时护边件31处于回收状态,如图12、图14和图18所示,连接件332的第二端处于第二位置时护边件31处于展开状态,如图14、图16和图20所示。
进一步地,如图13~16所示,驱动组件32安装于定位件331上且驱动端与连接件332相抵并能够驱动连接件332的第二端于第一位置和第二位置之间转动,且驱动组件32驱动连接件332的第二端从第一位置转动至第二位置时,连接件332带动连杆部312朝向容置槽122移动并将护边部311推出至容置槽122外,即使护边件31从回收状态运动至展开状态,反之,驱动组件32驱动连接件332的第二端从第二位置转动至第一位置时,连接件332带动连杆部312远离容置槽122移动并将护边部311拉回至容置槽122内,即使护边件31从展开状态运动至回收状态。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图2及图13~16所示,定位件331垂直安装于安装部121上,连接件332与定位件331的铰接轴及连接件332与连杆部312的铰接轴两者均与护边部311相平行,当连接件332的第二端位于第一位置时,如图11和图12所示,连接件332的第二端靠近定位件331的顶部,驱动组件32驱动连接件332移动时,连接件332的第二端相对定位件331的顶部向下向外移动,移动同时带动连杆部312相对定位件331向下向外移动,从而将护边部311从容置槽122内推出。如此,显示模组20的侧边需要被保护时,驱动组件32驱动连接件332相对定位件331从第一位置转动至第二位置即可,护边件31运动至展开状态,展开动作顺畅,涉及结构简单。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图13、图14及图19和图20所示,驱动组件32包括驱动件321和驱动按钮322,驱动件321与定位件331铰接,驱动按钮322沿竖直方向滑动安装于定位件331并与驱动件321相连,驱动件321形成驱动组件32的驱动端,且当连接件332的第二端处于第一位置处时,驱动件321贴设于连接件332的上部,如图4和图11所示;驱动按钮322被按压时驱动件321能够转动至尾部抵压连接件332,从而将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,如图14和图20所示。通过按压驱动按钮322即可驱动连接件332从第一位置移动至第二位置,从而驱动护边件31从回收状态切换至展开状态,操作十分简单。
进一步地,在本实施例中,驱动件321包括成角度设置的第一翼3211和第二翼3212,具体地,在本实施例中,如图19和图20所示,第一翼3211和第二翼3212均为块状件,且第一翼3211的一端与第二翼3212的一端相连,第一翼3211的另一端与第二翼3212的另一端均朝向同一侧设置,第一翼3211与第二翼3212之间的夹角为锐角。进一步地,驱动件321第一翼3211与第二翼3212过渡的转角位置处与定位件331通过销钉铰接,驱动按钮322与第一翼3211相连,在本实施例中,第一翼3211通过销钉与驱动件321铰接,当连接件332的第二端处于第一位置处时,第二翼3212贴设于连接件332的上部,第二翼3212形成驱动组件32的驱动端,如图11和图17所示;按压驱动按钮322时,第一翼3211能绕驱动件321的铰接轴向下旋转,从而带动第二翼3212同步旋转并使第二翼3212的尾部抵压连接件332并将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,如图14和图20所示。
具体地,在本实施例中,当护边件31处于回收状态时,连接件332的第二端处于第一位置,此时,驱动件321的第二翼3212平行贴设于连接件332上,驱动按钮322垂直驱动件321的第一翼3211设置,如图11和图17所示,如此,当施力向下按压驱动按钮322时,驱动按钮322向下移动并驱动驱动件321的第一翼3211相对其铰接轴向下旋转,从而驱动第二翼3212相对其铰接轴向下向外旋转,第二翼3212旋转同时抵压连接件332并将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,此时,驱动件321的第二翼3212转动至垂直连接件332,如图13和图19所示,从而将护边部311从容置槽122推出,使护边件31从回收状态切换至展开状态。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图17~20所示,护边机构30还包括安装于定位件331上的自锁组件34,驱动按钮322具有上下相对设置的按压端3221和锁止端3222,按压端3221通过销钉与第一翼3211相连,锁止端3222的侧壁面上凹设有锁止槽3223,自锁组件34具有与锁止槽3223相适配的锁舌部341;驱动按钮322能够在锁止状态和解锁状态之间切换,当驱动按钮322处于锁止状态时,锁舌部341插接于锁止槽3223内,如图10和图12所示,此时,驱动按钮322按压第一翼3211并使连接件332的第二端处于第二位置,护边件31即被锁定在展开状态,当驱动按钮322处于解锁状态时,锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出,如图17和图19所示,此时,护边件31即可从展开状态解锁。如此,通过设置自锁组件34能够将护边件31锁止于展开状态,施力按压驱动按钮322使护边件31展开后,无需持续施力按压驱动按钮322,操作更加方便。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图17~20所示,定位件331位于驱动件321下方的位置处设置有收容腔3311,锁止端3222延伸至收容腔3311内,自锁组件34包括收容于收容腔3311内的锁止件342和锁止弹簧343,锁止件342位于驱动按钮322的一侧并通过锁止弹簧343与收容腔3311的侧壁弹性连接,锁舌部341凸设于锁止件342正对驱动按钮322的侧部,当驱动按钮322处于解锁状态时,锁舌部341悬设于锁止端3222的下方,锁止弹簧343处于自然伸长状态,如图17和图19所示;当施力向下按压驱动按钮322时,驱动按钮322受压使锁止端3222相对锁舌部341向下移动,移动过程中锁舌部341运动至与锁止端3222接触后,锁止件342受锁止端3222的抵压背向锁止端3222移动并挤压锁止弹簧343,如图18和图20所示,当驱动按钮322驱动连接件332的第二端移动至第二位置时,锁止槽3223同步移动至正对锁舌部341,此时,锁止弹簧343抵推锁止件342朝锁止端3222移动至使锁舌部341插入锁止槽3223内,以将驱动按钮322锁止于锁止状态,自锁组件34结构巧妙,自锁原理简单。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图17~20所示,护边件31还能在驱动按钮322解锁后自动从展开状态运动至回收状态。具体地,自锁组件34还包括收容于收容腔3311内的复位弹簧344和插设于定位件331侧壁面的解锁推杆345,定位件331正对收容腔3311的下底面还连接有回位固定块333,复位弹簧344相对的两端部分别与锁止端3222和回位固定块333相连,驱动按钮322处于解锁状态时复位弹簧344处于自然伸长状态,如图16和图18所示,驱动按钮322处于锁止状态时复位弹簧344处于弹性压缩状态,如图17和图19所示。如此,驱动解锁推杆345移动推动锁止件342背离锁止端3222移动,当移动至使锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出时,复位弹簧344弹性抵推驱动按钮322背离回位固定块333向上移动,从而带动驱动件321的第二翼3212转动至不再抵压连接件332,此时,连接件332的第二端能够从第二位置转动至第一位置,从而使护边件31在驱动按钮322解锁后自动从展开状态运动至回收状态。
进一步地,安装组件33还包括连杆件334和复位扭簧335,如图14和图15所示,连杆件334的第一端与连杆部312铰接,连杆件334的第二端与安装部121铰接,具体地,安装组件33还包括连杆固定件336,连杆固定件336固接于安装部121对应连杆件334的位置处,连杆件334的第二端与连杆固定件336铰接,复位扭簧335安装于安装部121上且其扭转臂延伸至与连杆件334的底面相抵,当护边件31处于回收状态时复位扭簧335处于复位状态,当护边件31处于展开状态时,复位扭簧335处于扭曲状态。
更进一步地,如图17和图18所示,解锁推杆345的第一端与锁止件342相抵且另一端外露出定位件331,解锁推杆345能够驱动锁止件342远离锁止端3222,从而使锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出,且当锁舌部341从锁止槽3223脱出后,复位弹簧344弹性抵推驱动按钮322向上移动并带动驱动件321旋转至使第二翼3212的翼尾转动至脱离连接件332,此时,复位扭簧335弹性抵推连杆件334的第二端向上移动从而带动连杆部312远离容置槽122移动,以使护边部311回收至容置槽122内。
如此,需要将护边件31从展开状态切换至回收状态时,施力按压解锁推杆345,解锁推杆345将锁止件342推离锁止端3222,从而使锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出,此时,驱动按钮322失去锁止件342的锁止约束,复位弹簧344弹性复位并抵推驱动按钮322向上移动,从而使驱动按钮322的按压端3221驱动驱动件321的第一翼3211向上转动并使第二翼3212向上向内转动至脱离连接件332,连接件332不再受驱动件321第二翼3212的止挡,此后,复位扭簧335弹性复位推动连杆件334的第二端向上抬升,并带动连杆部312向上抬升并远离容置槽122,从而护边部311回收至容置槽122内,这样,通过按压解锁推杆345即可将护边件31从展开状态切换至回收状态。对于本实施例的LED显示屏而言,按压驱动按钮322即可将护边件31展出,按压解锁推杆345即可将展出的护边件31收回,护边件31能够在展开状态和回收状态之间灵活切换,护边机构30操作简单,使用十分方便。
具体地,在本实施例中,如图17和图18所示,驱动按钮322上开设有供解锁推杆345穿设的条形孔3224,条形孔3224的长度大于或等于复位弹簧344抵推驱动按钮322的上移高度,如此,当复位弹簧344弹性抵推驱动按钮322向上移动时,解锁推杆345不会阻碍驱动按钮322的正常移动。
具体地,护边机构30的护边件31的状态切换过程具体如下:
一般地,本实施例的LED显示屏组装完成后,护边机构30的护边件31处于回收状态,即护边部311收容于容置槽122内。当显示模组20需要被保护时,施力向下按压驱动按钮322,驱动按钮322驱动驱动件321的第一翼3211向下旋转,同时驱动第二翼3212向上向外旋转,将连接件332的第二端从第一位置抵压至第二位置,连接件332进一步带动推杆部朝向容置槽122移动,从而将护边部311从容置槽122内推出;护边部311完全推出后,锁止件342的锁舌部341滑入至锁止槽3223内锁定驱动按钮322使驱动按钮322不再继续运动,此时,护边部311即可被锁止于展开状态。反之,当护边部311需要收回时,施力按压解锁推杆345,解锁推杆345将锁止件342推力驱动按钮322的锁止端3222,锁舌部341从锁止槽3223内脱出后,驱动按钮322被复位弹簧344弹性抵推并向上移动,驱动按钮322向上移动同时带动驱动件321的第二翼3212脱离连接件332,连接件332失去抵压约束,此时,连杆件334便可在复位扭簧335的弹性推力的作用下推动连杆部312远离容置槽122移动,从而将护边部311拉回容置槽122内,完成护边件31从展开状态至回收状态的状态切换。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,安装部121内设有与容置槽122相连通的安装腔(图未示),上述的安装组件33、驱动组件32和自锁组件34均安装于安装腔内,驱动按钮322的按压端3221及解锁推杆345的第二端分别外露出安装部121。如此,护边机构30基本收容于安装腔内,护边机构30集成设置在箱体10的侧边,整体性强。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1和图2所示,LED显示屏包括两组结构相同的护边机构30,两组护边机构30关于第二安装面12的中心线对称布设于箱体10相对的两侧部,即在箱体10的两侧分别安装护边机构30用以保护靠近箱体10侧边设置的显示模组20的侧边。当然,在其他的一些具体实施例中,当靠近箱体10四周侧边的四块显示模组20的侧边均需要被保护时,也可以在箱体10的四周侧边位置处均设置上述的护边机构30,四个护边机构30从箱体10的四侧对相邻的显示模组20的侧边形成保护。
在本申请的另一实施例中,如图1~3所示,箱体10的侧边避让开护边机构30的位置处还设置有拼装结构60,拼装结构60包括插接配合的连接插销61和连接插孔62,连接插销61设置于箱体10的一侧部,连接插孔62设置于箱体10相对的另一侧部。具体地,连续拼装多个本申请的LED显示屏时,将一LED显示屏上的连接插销61对应插入相邻的LED显示屏上的连接插孔62内,使得相邻的两个LED显示屏之间安装牢固,并且当相邻的两个LED显示屏需要拆卸时,需要将LED显示屏上的连接插销61从相邻的LED显示屏上的连接插孔62中拔出即可,拆卸操作简单方便。
以上仅为本申请的可选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请。对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体,具有相对设置的第一安装面和第二安装面;
    显示模组,安装于所述第一安装面上;
    电源盒,安装于所述第二安装面,所述箱体上开设有贯通所述第一安装面和所述第二安装面并能够供所述电源盒穿过的第一取放口,所述电源盒与所述箱体相连的位置处设置有锁扣机构,所述电源盒通过所述锁扣机构与所述箱体相连,当所述锁扣机构解锁且所述电源盒脱离所述箱体时,所述电源盒能够通过所述第一取放口从所述第一安装面背离所述第二安装面的前方取出。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述第二安装面避让开所述第一取放口的位置处凹陷形成有供所述电源盒适配嵌装的嵌装槽,所述嵌装槽的槽底凸设有扣接柱;
    所述锁扣机构包括连接于所述电源盒底部的锁扣件,所述锁扣件上开设有与所述扣接柱相适配的锁付孔,所述锁扣件能在锁扣状态和解扣状态之间切换,所述锁扣件滑动连接于所述电源盒的底部,当所述锁扣件处于所述锁扣状态时,所述扣接柱锁止于所述锁付孔,当所述锁扣件处于所述解扣状态时,所述扣接柱脱离所述锁付孔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述锁付孔包括沿所述锁扣件滑动方向相连通的第一孔段和第二孔段,所述扣接柱具有柱帽,所述第一孔段的孔径大于所述扣接柱柱帽的外径,所述第二孔段的孔径大于所述扣接柱柱体的外径且小于所述扣接柱柱帽的外径,所述锁扣件滑动连接于所述电源盒的底部,并能沿所述第一孔段的孔轴线与所述第二孔段的孔轴线之间的垂线做往复直线运动;
    所述锁扣件滑移至所述扣接柱从所述第一孔段穿出且其柱帽抵止于所述锁扣件背离所述箱体一侧的位置时,所述锁扣件处于所述锁扣状态,所述锁扣件滑移至所述扣接柱的柱帽从所述第一孔段内脱出的位置时,所述锁扣件处于所述解扣状态。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述锁付孔为葫芦孔,所述第一孔段的孔壁与所述第二孔段的孔壁的连接处弧形过渡。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述锁扣机构还包括锁扣按钮和锁扣弹簧,所述电源盒的底部开设有供所述扣接柱适配插接的插接腔,所述电源盒的侧壁上开设有与所述插接腔相连通的插设孔,所述锁扣件插设于所述插设孔且所述锁付孔延伸至所述插接腔内,所述锁扣按钮与所述锁扣件外露出所述插设孔的端部相连,所述锁扣弹簧夹设于所述锁扣按钮与所述电源盒的侧壁之间;
    所述锁扣件处于所述锁扣状态时,所述锁扣弹簧处于弹性压缩状态,所述锁扣弹簧弹性拉动所述锁扣件并使所述锁扣件呈朝所述插设孔外移动的趋势,从而使所述扣接柱的柱体抵紧于所述第二孔段的孔壁,按压所述锁扣按钮时所述锁扣件能够在所述插设孔内移动,从而使所述扣接柱能从所述第一孔段内脱出。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述电源盒具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,所述电源盒第一端的端面上凸设有定位卡凸,所述嵌装槽的槽底壁上开设有供所述定位卡凸适配插接的定位卡槽。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述电源盒的底部还凸设有限位柱,所述嵌装槽的槽底开设有供所述限位柱适配插设的若干定位孔。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示模组包括模组底壳和模组灯板,所述模组底壳固接于所述第一安装面,所述模组灯板可拆卸连接于所述模组底壳背离所述第一安装面的表面,所述箱体上开设有贯通所述第一安装面和所述第二安装面并能够供所述模组灯板适配穿过的第二取放口,所述模组灯板能够通过所述第二取放口从所述第二安装面背离所述第一安装面的后方取出。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述模组底壳连接所述模组灯板的位置处设置有若干第一磁性件,所述模组灯板与所述模组底壳相连的位置处设置有若干第二磁性件,所述模组灯板通过所述第一磁性件与所述第二磁性件磁性吸附连接从而可拆卸连接于所述模组底壳。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述显示模组包括多个沿所述第一安装面的长度方向安装的所述模组灯板,所述箱体上开设有至少两个所述第二取放口,两个所述第二取放口对称布设于所述第一取放口相对的两侧,多个所述模组灯板对应封盖所述第一取放口和所述第二取放口,各所述模组灯板分别从邻近的所述第二取放口取出。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述模组灯板背离所述第一安装面的表面还凸设有灯板把手,所述灯板把手从对应的所述第一取放口或所述第二取放口伸出。
  12. 如权利要求1~11任一项所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述LED显示屏还包括护边机构,所述护边机构包括护边件和驱动组件,所述护边件活动连接于所述第二安装面并靠近所述显示模组的侧边位置处设置;
    所述护边件具有长度尺寸与所述显示模组的侧边尺寸相适配的护边部,所述护边件能够在展开状态和回收状态之间切换,当所述护边件处于所述展开状态时所述护边部从相邻的所述显示模组的侧边伸出,当所述护边件处于所述回收状态时所述护边部收回至位于所述显示模组后,所述驱动组件安装于所述第二安装面且驱动端与所述护边件相连,用以驱动所述护边件于所述展开状态和所述回收状态之间来回切换。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述第二安装面靠近所述箱体侧边的位置处设置有用于安装所述护边机构的安装部,所述安装部与相邻的所述显示模组的侧边围设形成有能够适配容置所述护边部的容置槽;
    当所述护边件处于所述回收状态时,所述护边部收容于所述容置槽内,当所述护边件从所述回收状态切换至所述展开状态时,所述护边部朝所述第一安装面一侧伸出并移动至所述容置槽外。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述LED显示屏包括两组结构相同的所述护边机构,两组所述护边机构关于所述第二安装面的中心线对称布设于所述箱体相对的两侧部。
  15. 如权利要求12所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述箱体侧边避让开所述护边机构的位置处还设置有拼装结构,所述拼装结构包括插接配合的连接插销和连接插孔,所述连接插销设置于所述箱体的一侧部,所述连接插孔设置于所述箱体相对的另一侧部。
