自移动的灯珠保护装置以及LED箱体、LED显示屏
本申请要求于2020年8月18日在中国专利局提交的、申请号为202010831491.X的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及LED显示屏技术领域,特别是涉及一种自移动的灯珠保护装置以及LED箱体、LED显示屏。
背景技术
随着LED显示技术的不断发展,尤其是小间距、HDR等技术的不断进步,LED显示屏在越来越多的场景中得到了应用。一般的,LED显示屏由多个LED箱体拼接形成。为了方便拼接,减少拼接缝,布设在LED箱体边角位置的LED灯珠,非常靠近LED箱体的边缘。由此导致,在移动LED箱体时,极易磕碰到边角位置的LED灯珠,进而可能造成LED灯珠的损坏,影响显示效果,增加维修次数。
为了解决这个问题,现有技术中,会在LED箱体上设置灯珠保护装置,从箱体的侧面延伸设置一个保护边,在移动或者放置LED箱体时,保护边伸出箱体的侧面,对边角的LED灯珠形成保护。同时,还会设置限位结构,以使得保护边可以稳定的延伸出箱体侧面,对LED灯珠进行保护。
现有的灯珠保护装置,需要手动操作,将保护边挪移到保护位置,或者手动分离限位结构,将保护边,从保护位置上挪移出来。现有的灯珠保护装置使用时的手动操作,存在一定的不便,还增加了LED显示屏拼接时操作步骤,降低了拼接效率;而且当手动挪移灯珠保护装置不到位时,还会严重影响拼接效果。
技术问题
基于此,有必要针对现有手动操作的灯珠保护装置,存在操作不便,增加了拼接时的操作步骤、降低了拼接效率的问题,提供一种自移动的灯珠保护装置以及LED箱体、LED显示屏。
技术解决方案
本申请一实施例公开了一种自移动的灯珠保护装置,包括基座、保护板、滑动座、限位件、磁铁、第一弹性件,所述基座上设置有倾斜的滑槽;所述滑动座与基座连接,并可以沿着所述滑槽滑动;所述滑动座与保护板固定连接;
所述基座上设置有容置腔,所述容置腔的一端与外界连通;所述限位件至少部分容置于所述容置腔内;所述第一弹性件置于所述容置腔内,一端抵接所述容置腔的底壁,另一端抵接所述限位件;
所述保护板,对应所述限位件设置有限位配合结构;所述限位件,在所述第一弹性件的作用下,至少部分突出于所述容置腔,抵接所述限位配合结构,锁定所述保护板的位置;
所述磁铁与所述限位件固定连接;当所述磁铁受到互斥的磁力作用时,驱动所述限位件向所述容置腔底部移动,所述限位件与所述限位配合结构分离,解除所述保护板的位置锁定;
当解除所述保护板的位置锁定时,所述滑动座受力沿着所述滑槽滑动,所述保护板跟随所述滑动座的移动,在第一位置和第二位置之间进行切换。
在一些实施例中,所述第一弹性件,为弹簧、充气气囊、橡胶中的一种。
在一些实施例中,所述限位件包括限位本体以及限位柱,所述限位柱凸设于所述限位本体上。
在一些实施例中,所述磁铁套设在所述限位柱上。
在一些实施例中,还包括复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧连接所述基座与滑动座;所述复位弹簧,用于提供拉力,将所述保护板从第二位置恢复到第一位置。
在一些实施例中,所述滑槽贯穿所述基座设置;所述滑动座上设置有与所述滑槽配合的滑动轴。
在一些实施例中,所述保护板远离所述滑动座的一端,设置为斜面。
本申请另一实施例提供了一种LED箱体,包括框架、LED灯板以及若干灯珠保护装置,所述LED灯板安装在所述框架的一个端面上,所述LED灯板的表面上阵列设置有LED灯珠;所述框架的侧面上设置有安装槽,所述灯珠保护装置设置在所述安装槽内;所述灯珠保护装置为前述任一项实施例所述的灯珠保护装置。
在一些实施例中,所述灯珠保护装置的保护板远离所述滑动座的一端,设置为斜面;所述LED灯板上对应设置有配合斜面。
本申请另一实施例还提供了一种LED显示屏,包括若干LED显示箱体,多个LED显示箱体拼接形成LED显示屏,所述LED显示箱体为前述任一项实施例所述的LED箱体。
本申请实施例提供的自移动的灯珠保护装置,利用第一弹性件提供的推力,在无外力作用下,推动限位件抵接保护板,将保护板置于第一位置,部分突出于LED灯板,以对LED灯珠提供保护,并利用限位件锁止保护板的位置;通过设置斜向的滑槽以及限位件上的磁铁,在拼接时,相邻LED箱体上的灯珠保护装置相互靠近,利用互斥的磁力作用,将限位件反向推动,使得限位件与保护板上的限位配合结构相分离,解除保护板位置的锁定状体,并在相邻LED箱体的压力作用下,保护板沿着滑槽进行滑动,直至移动到第二位置——收容于LED箱体的框架内。本申请实施例提供的灯珠保护装置,利用第一弹性件提供的推力以及互斥的磁力,实现了保护板在第一位置与第二位置之间的自动转换,不需要人工操作。在拼接时,相邻LED箱体相互靠近的过程中,即可自动解除保护板的位置锁定,将保护板收容于框架内,保护板不会影响拼接效果。

本发明的实施方式
为了便于理解本申请,下面将参照相关附图对本申请进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本申请的较佳实施方式。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施方式。相反地,提供这些实施方式的目的是使对本申请的公开内容理解的更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的,并不表示是唯一的实施方式。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
如图1-3所示,本申请一实施例公开了一种自移动的灯珠保护装置100,包括基座110、保护板120、滑动座130、限位件140、磁铁150、第一弹性件160,基座110上设置有倾斜的滑槽111;滑动座130与基座110连接,并可以沿着滑槽111滑动;滑动座130与保护板120固定连接;
基座110上设置有容置腔112,容置腔112的一端与外界连通;限位件140至少部分容置于容置腔112内;第一弹性件160置于容置腔112内部,一端抵接容置腔112的底壁,另一端抵接限位件140;
保护板120,对应限位件140设置有限位配合结构121;限位件140,在第一弹性件160的作用下,至少部分突出于容置腔112,抵接限位配合结构121,锁定保护板120的位置;
磁铁150与限位件140固定连接;当磁铁150受到互斥的磁力作用时,驱动限位件140向容置腔112底部移动,限位件140与限位配合结构121分离,解除保护板120的位置锁定;
当解除保护板120的位置锁定时,滑动座130受力沿着基座110上的滑槽111滑动,保护板120跟随滑动座130的移动,在第一位置和第二位置之间进行切换。
在基座110上设置有斜向的滑槽111。如图6所示,实际应用时,可以将灯珠保护装置100安装在LED箱体的框架200的侧面上,在框架200上安装有LED灯板300。滑槽111的倾斜方向,可以具体为,越远离LED灯板300,越远离框架200的侧面,越向框架200的内部靠拢。
滑动座130与基座110滑动连接,滑动座130可以沿着滑槽111滑动。滑动座130的最高位置受到滑槽111的限制,也就意味着,与滑动座130固定连接的保护板120的位置(包括水平位置和纵向位置),也受到滑槽111的限制。滑动座130位于滑槽111的两端时,保护板120分别位于第一位置和第二位置。
为了方便描述,以图6给定的方向为例,对滑槽111、保护板120的位置进行解释说明。
如图6所示,灯珠保护装置100设置在框架200的上侧面上,LED灯板300安装框架200的左侧端面上。滑槽111由左至右,向下倾斜。滑槽111的左侧为顶端,右侧为底端。
第一弹性件160一直处于压缩状态,可以提供推力。在无外部作用力时,第一弹性件160可以向上推动限位件140在容置腔112内移动。限位件140抵接保护板120,并向上推动保护板120,从而带动滑动座130移动至滑槽111的左侧顶端。此时,保护板120部分突出于LED灯板300,以给LED灯板300上边缘位置的LED灯珠提供保护,避免LED灯板被磕碰到。此时,保护板120就位于第一位置,也就是保护位置。
保护板120上设置有限位配合结构121,在图1示出的示例中,限位配合结构121为定位孔。当保护板120位于第一位置时,限位件140刚好对准限位配合结构121——具体是,限位件140插入定位孔内,从而锁定了保护板120的位置。
在限位件140上,可以固定设置磁铁150。在实际使用时,相邻两个LED箱体上对应设置的灯珠保护装置的磁铁的磁性相同。基于同性相斥的原理,二者之间会产生互斥的磁力。由此,图6中的磁铁150受到向下的磁力作用,当相邻LED箱体上的磁铁足够近时(此时,相邻LED箱体上的灯珠保护装置还没有相互抵接),磁铁150受到的磁力会大于第一弹性件160提供的推力,从而推动限位件140向容置腔112的底部移动。如图7及图8所示,在移动过程中,限位件140会与限位配合结构121相分离,从而解除对保护板120的锁定。如图9及图10所示,当相邻LED箱体上的灯珠保护装置进一步靠拢,并相互抵接在一起时,灯珠保护装置之间相互作用,使得保护板120向下移动,在滑槽111的引导到,保护板120按照倾斜向下的方向进行移动,直至滑动座130位于滑槽111的右侧底端。此时,保护板120位于第二位置,保护板120不再突出于LED灯板300,而收容于框架200的侧面上。保护板120不再介于LED灯板300之间,不会影响到相邻LED箱体的拼接效果。
本申请实施例提供的自移动的灯珠保护装置,利用第一弹性件提供的推力,在无外力作用下,推动限位件抵接保护板,将保护板置于第一位置,部分突出于LED灯板,以对LED灯珠提供保护,并利用限位件锁止保护板的位置;通过设置斜向的滑槽以及限位件上的磁铁,在拼接时,相邻LED箱体上的灯珠保护装置相互靠近,利用互斥的磁力作用,将限位件反向推动,使得限位件与保护板上的限位配合结构相分离,解除保护板位置的锁定状体,并在相邻LED箱体的压力作用下,保护板沿着滑槽进行滑动,直至移动到第二位置——收容于LED箱体的框架内。本申请实施例提供的灯珠保护装置,利用第一弹性件提供的推力以及互斥的磁力,实现了保护板在第一位置与第二位置之间的自动转换,不需要人工操作。在拼接时,相邻LED箱体相互靠近的过程中,即可自动解除保护板的位置锁定,将保护板收容于框架内,保护板不会影响拼接效果。
第一弹性件160,可以是弹簧、充气气囊、橡胶等弹性元件中的一种。在图3及图6示出的示例中,第一弹性件160为压缩弹簧。压缩弹簧的一端抵接在容置腔112的底壁,另一端抵接限位件140
为了方便弹簧的安装,在容置腔112底壁和限位件140的底部,设置有安装孔,安装孔的大小与压缩弹簧相匹配。压缩弹簧的端部直接抵接在安装孔内。
在一些实施例中,如图3所示,限位件140可以包括限位本体以及限位柱141,限位柱141凸设于限位本体上。限位本体的底部设置抵接压缩弹簧的安装孔。当保护板120位于第一位置时,限位柱141插入到限位配合结构121中。
进一步的,磁铁150可以套设在限位柱141上。
进一步的,为了增加磁铁150与限位件140之间连接的稳定下,如图3所示,限位件140,还设置有限位环142,限位环142环绕磁铁150设置,磁铁150夹持设置在限位环142与限位柱141之间。如此,可以增加磁铁150与限位件140之间的接触面积,增加二者之间连接的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,如图1及图2所示,滑槽111可以贯穿基座110设置;滑动座130上设置有与滑槽111配合的滑动轴135,滑动轴135至少部分置于滑槽111内。如此,利用滑槽111和滑动轴135,既可以实现滑动座130与基座110之间的连接,还可以提升滑动座130在基座110上滑动时的稳定性。
可以理解的是,滑槽111可以贯穿基座110设置;也可以仅在基座110的两侧表面设置。当滑槽111仅在基座110的两侧表面设置时,滑动座130可以设置有对应的滑动棱,滑动棱置于滑槽111内并可以在滑槽111内滑动。
进一步的,滑动座130还可以包括两个支撑臂131,滑动轴135设置在两个支撑臂131之间。
在一些实施例中,如图1及图2所示,灯珠保护装置100,还可以包括复位弹簧170。复位弹簧170连接基座110与滑动座130。复位弹簧170,可以一直处于拉伸状态,可以提供拉力,将滑动座130从滑槽的右端拉回到左端,从而将保护板120从第二位置恢复到第一位置。通过设置复位弹簧170,可以保证在默认状体下,保护板120可以一直未予第一位置,向LED灯珠提供保护。
在一些实施例中,如图2、3、6及10所示,保护板120远离滑动座130的一端的面向基座110的一侧,设置为斜面120a。在LED灯板300上,也可以设置有配合斜面301。如此,当保护板120在第一位置与第二位置之间进行移动时,斜面120a可以提供一定的方向引导;并且,当保护板120移动至第二位置时,斜面120a与LED灯板300的上配合斜面相对,由此,可以减小保护板120的移动距离,减少滑槽111的长度,相应的,减小了灯珠保护装置的尺寸。
在一些实施例中,如图1及图2所示,在基座110的底部,还可以设置有定位柱101,用于在灯珠保护装置安装时的定位。在将灯珠保护装置100安装在框架200上时,框架200上设置有配合孔,可以利用定位柱101与配合孔之间的配合,便利灯珠保护装置100的安装。
本申请实施例提供的灯珠保护装置,利用第一弹性件提供的推力以及互斥的磁力,实现了保护板在第一位置与第二位置之间的自动转换,不需要人工操作。在拼接时,相邻LED箱体相互靠近的过程中,即可自动解除保护板的位置锁定,将保护板收容于框架内,保护板不会影响拼接效果。
如图4-6所示,本申请另一实施例公开了一种LED箱体,包括框架200、LED灯板300以及若干灯珠保护装置100,LED灯板300安装在框架200的一个端面上,LED灯板300的表面上阵列设置有LED灯珠;框架200的侧面上设置有安装槽200a,灯珠保护装置100设置在安装槽200a内。灯珠保护装置100为前面任一项实施例所述的灯珠保护装置。
如图6所示,当灯珠保护装置100的保护板120位于第一位置时,保护板120部分突出于LED灯板300,从而给LED灯板300上的LED灯珠提供保护。如图10所示,当保护板120位于第二位置时,保护板120收容于框架200上。
因为采用了前述实施例灯珠保护装置,因而也具有前述实施例的有益效果。
在一些实施例中,如图2、3、6及10所示,保护板120远离滑动座130的一端的面向基座110的一侧,设置为斜面120a。在LED灯板300上,也可以设置有配合斜面301。当保护板120位于第二位置时,斜面120a正对配合斜面301。
在一些实施例中,如图1及图2所示,在基座110的底部,还可以设置有定位柱101;框架200上设置有配合孔。安装时,定位柱101置于配合孔内,以实现灯珠保护装置100的安装定位。
本申请另一实施例还公开了一种LED显示屏,如图5-10所示,包括若干LED显示箱体,多个LED显示箱体拼接形成LED显示屏;所述LED显示箱体为前述任一项实施例所述的LED箱体,相邻LED显示箱体对应设置的两个灯珠保护装置之间的磁铁设置为互斥的磁性。
因为采用了前述实施例灯珠保护装置,因而也具有前述实施例的有益效果。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自移动的灯珠保护装置,其特征在于,包括基座、保护板、滑动座、限位件、磁铁、第一弹性件,所述基座上设置有倾斜的滑槽;所述滑动座与基座连接,并可以沿着所述滑槽滑动;所述滑动座与保护板固定连接;
    所述基座上设置有容置腔,所述容置腔的一端与外界连通;所述限位件至少部分容置于所述容置腔内;所述第一弹性件置于所述容置腔内,一端抵接所述容置腔的底壁,另一端抵接所述限位件;
    所述保护板,对应所述限位件设置有限位配合结构;所述限位件,在所述第一弹性件的作用下,至少部分突出于所述容置腔,抵接所述限位配合结构,锁定所述保护板的位置;
    所述磁铁与所述限位件固定连接;当所述磁铁受到互斥的磁力作用时,驱动所述限位件向所述容置腔底部移动,所述限位件与所述限位配合结构分离,解除所述保护板的位置锁定;
    当解除所述保护板的位置锁定时,所述滑动座受力沿着所述滑槽滑动,所述保护板跟随所述滑动座的移动,在第一位置和第二位置之间进行切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的灯珠保护装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件,为弹簧、充气气囊、橡胶中的一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的灯珠保护装置,其特征在于,所述限位件包括限位本体以及限位柱,所述限位柱凸设于所述限位本体上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的灯珠保护装置,其特征在于,所述磁铁套设在所述限位柱上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的灯珠保护装置,其特征在于,还包括复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧连接所述基座与滑动座;所述复位弹簧,用于提供拉力,将所述保护板从第二位置恢复到第一位置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的灯珠保护装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽贯穿所述基座设置;所述滑动座上设置有与所述滑槽配合的滑动轴。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的灯珠保护装置,其特征在于,所述保护板远离所述滑动座的一端,设置为斜面。
  8. 一种LED箱体,其特征在于,包括框架、LED灯板以及若干灯珠保护装置,所述LED灯板安装在所述框架的一个端面上,所述LED灯板的表面上阵列设置有LED灯珠;所述框架的侧面上设置有安装槽,所述灯珠保护装置设置在所述安装槽内;所述灯珠保护装置为权利要求1-7任一项所述的灯珠保护装置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的LED箱体,其特征在于,所述灯珠保护装置的保护板远离所述滑动座的一端,设置为斜面;所述LED灯板上对应设置有配合斜面。
  10. 一种LED显示屏,包括若干LED显示箱体,多个LED显示箱体拼接形成LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述LED显示箱体为权利要求8-9任一项所述的LED箱体。
