本申请涉及LED显示屏技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种可用于LED显示屏的安装机构。
背景技术
由于LED显示屏的快速灵活安装的特性,LED显示屏被广泛应用于会议、舞台、演播室和指挥中心等场所。通常LED显示屏的安装方式分为座装和吊装。然而在LED显示屏被用作天幕吊装使用时,需要多人进行操作,且安装麻烦。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种安装机构,该安装机构包括:
第一部分,所述第一部分包括连接件和限位组件,所述连接件用于将该第一部分安装在架子上,所述限位组件包括限位壳、两个抓臂和第一回位件,所述限位壳连接于所述连接件上,所述限位壳远离所述连接件的一端设有开口,两个所述抓臂均铰接在所述限位壳内,每一个所述抓臂靠近所述开口的一端朝向另一个所述抓臂分别凸设有卡持部;
第二部分,所述第二部分与所述第一部分连接,并包括头部和自所述头部延伸的连接部,所述连接部的外径小于所述头部的外径,使得所述头部和所述连接部的相接处形成台阶,所述第二部分通过所述连接部安装在需要安装的物品上;
安装时,操作所述头部从所述开口经由两个所述卡持部之间朝向所述限位壳内移动,所述头部推动两个所述卡持部张开以供其穿入,从而所述第一回位件产生驱动力,当所述头部穿过所述卡持部后,所述第一回位件驱动两个所述卡持部朝向彼此转动复位以卡住所述头部。

为了解决在LED显示屏被用作天幕吊装使用时,需要多人操作,且安装麻烦的技术问题,本实施例提供了一种安装机构。该安装机构既可用于座装,也可用于天幕吊装。在本实施例中,以吊装为例进行说明。如图1所示,该安装机构包括第一部分1和与第一部分1连接的第二部分2。第一部分1包括连接件11和限位组件12。连接件11用于使该第一部分1安装在架子上。结合图2所示,限位组件12包括限位壳121、两个抓臂122和第一回位件123。限位壳121连接于连接件11上。限位壳121内部为中空。限位壳121远离连接件11的一端设有开口。两个抓臂122均铰接在限位壳121内。当两个抓臂122相互远离转动而张开时,第一回位件123产生弹性形变,第一回位件123弹性形变产生的弹力可驱动两个抓臂122朝向彼此转动复位。两个抓臂122相对靠近限位壳121外部的一端(即,朝向开口的一端)均设有卡持部1221。卡持部1221设置为面对彼此。第二部分2包括头部21和自头部延伸的连接部22。连接部22的外径小于头部21的外径,使得头部21和连接部22的相接处形成台阶。第二部分2通过连接部22安装在需要吊装的物品上。在本实施例中,第一回位件123为压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧的相对两端分别连接于两个抓臂122上。
在其他实施例中,第一回位件123也可以是拉伸弹簧,拉伸弹簧设置有两个,一个拉伸弹簧设置于一个抓臂122和限位壳121之间。在本实施例中,需要吊装的物品为LED显示屏,在其他实施例中,需要吊装的物品也可以为其他任意物品。
该安装机构在使用时,结合图3所示,先将第一部分1通过连接件11安装在架子上,将第二部分2安装在需要吊装的LED显示屏上。当安装需要吊装的LED显示屏时,移动所需要吊装的LED显示屏,操作第二部分2使第二部分2的头部21从限位壳121的开口经由两个卡持部1221之间朝向限位壳121内移动。结合图4所示,第二部分2的头部21推动两个卡持部1221张开以供第二部分2的头部21穿入,第一回位件123产生弹性形变。当第二部分2的头部21穿过卡持部1221后,第一弹簧123的弹力驱动两个卡持部1221朝向彼此转动复位后卡住头部21。如图5所示,两个抓臂122的卡持部1221卡在第二部分2的连接部22的两侧。由于头部21的外径大于连接部22的外径,从而实现了卡住第二部分2,使得第二部分2无法脱离。在本实施例中,结合图2所示,卡持部1221相对靠近限位壳121外部的一端(在朝向开口的方向上的一端)设有辅助斜面12211,头部21相对远离连接部22的一端设有辅助坡面211。辅助斜面12211和辅助坡面211可相适配。借助辅助斜面12211和辅助坡面211,可便于头部21推动两个抓臂122相互远离转动而使两个抓臂122张开。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,限位组件12还包括限位滑块124、限位柱125和第二回位件126。限位滑块124位于两个抓臂122之间,且与两个抓臂122均联动联接。限位柱125滑动地插在限位滑块124中。当限位柱125朝向限位滑块124内移动时,第二回位件126产生弹性形变。在本实施例中,限位柱125有两个。两个限位柱125对称地滑动地插在限位滑块124中。第二回位件126为压缩弹簧,且位于两个限位柱125之间。对应的,限位壳121设有两个限位孔1211,以供两个限位柱125穿过。在本实施例中,限位柱125设有斜面1251。借助斜面1251可便于使限位柱125朝向限位滑块124内移动。在本实施例中,两个限位柱125的前后两侧均设有复位手柄1252。限位壳121与复位手柄1252对应的位置设有避让槽1212。复位手柄1252贯穿限位滑块124后穿经避让槽1212显露在限位壳121外。复位手柄1252可在避让槽1212和限位滑块124内沿横向和纵向移动。
在本实施例中,限位滑块124与两个抓臂122之间分别设有两个连接板127。连接板127的一端与限位滑块124铰接,另一端与抓臂122铰接。结合图3和图5所示,在最初始状态和吊装使用状态中,同一侧的两个连接板127的与限位滑块124铰接的一端向上拱起,以便于实现连接板127、限位滑块124和抓臂122之间的联动。在本实施例中,限位滑块124设有导向柱1241。限位壳121设有导向孔1213。导向柱1241插入导向孔1213中。当限位滑块124移动时,导向柱1241沿导向孔1213移动。导向孔1213起导向和限位作用。在本实施例中,在四个连接板127中,位于同侧的两个连接板的一端枢接于导向柱1241的位于该侧的一端上。在本实施例中,限位壳121包括靠近开口的第一段1214和远离开口的第二段1215。两个限位孔1211分别开设于第二段1215的相对两侧。在两个限位孔1211的连线方向上,第二段1215内侧之间的间距小于第一段1214内侧之间的间距。两个抓臂122铰接在第一段1214内。限位滑块124、限位柱125和第二弹簧126的初始位置在第一段1214内。
在安装之后需要拆卸时,结合图6所示,推动吊装的LED显示屏,操作第二部分2以使第二部分2继续向限位壳121内移动。第二部分2的头部21会与限位滑块124相抵接,推动限位滑块124朝向限位壳121的第二段1215移动。限位滑块124在移动时通过连接板127带动两个卡持部1221相互远离转动而张开,第一回位件123产生弹性形变。限位滑块124进入第二段1215后,第二段1215的内壁推动限位柱125向限位滑块124内移动,第二回位件126产生弹性形变。结合图7所示,当限位滑块124移动至限位柱125与限位孔1211对齐时,第二弹簧126的由于弹性形变而产生的弹力驱动限位柱125移动并插入限位孔1211中。此时两个卡持部1221张开距离大于第二部分2的头部21的外径,第二部分2可以从限位壳121取出, 如图8所示,从而实现吊装的LED显示屏的拆卸。在拆卸之后,借助复位手柄1252带动两个限位柱125朝向彼此移动以脱离限位孔1211,第一回位件123的弹力驱动两个抓臂122朝向彼此转动复位,且带动限位滑块124向第一段1214移动复位,整个限位组件12实现复位,以便于下一次的安装使用。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,为避免第一回位件123和限位滑块124相互干涉,限位滑块124的下方开设有让位通槽1242。第一回位件123可位于让位通槽1242处。第一回位件123和第二部分2在空间上前后相互错开,第一回位件123不会影响第二部分2的上下移动。复位手柄1252与连接板127也在空间上是相互错开的,不会相互干扰。
在本实施例中,如图2所示,连接件11包括第一分部111、第二分部112和锁紧部113。锁紧部113的一端与第一分部111的一端铰接。第一分部111的另一端与第二分部112的一端铰接。第二分部112的另一端设有卡口1121。锁紧部113可卡入和脱离卡口1121。锁紧部113上螺纹连接有螺母3。锁紧部113卡入卡口1121后,将螺母3拧紧以实现锁紧。第一分部111与第二分部112之间围设有安装空间,该安装空间可安装有用于固定整个安装机构的固定件。例如,所述固定件可以为支架。该安装空间的大小通过第一分部111和第二分部112之间的相对转动而可调节。例如,通过调节螺母3的位置,该安装空间可实现匹配不同的固定件(例如,支架)的直径。在本实施例中,为与支架的圆管对应,第一分部111和第二分部112均为弧形。在其他实施例中,支架为方管时,第一分部111和第二分部112对应为方形即可。在本实施例中,第一分部111与限位壳121通过螺钉4组装在一起。
本实施例中的安装机构在用于LED显示屏的天幕吊装时,只需一个人即可实现快速安装,省去了多人操作的麻烦,且拆卸时也非常方便,使得安装和拆卸均较为便捷。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种安装机构,其特征在于:包括:
    第一部分,所述第一部分包括连接件和限位组件,所述连接件用于将该第一部分安装在架子上,所述限位组件包括限位壳、两个抓臂和第一回位件,所述限位壳连接于所述连接件上,所述限位壳远离所述连接件的一端设有开口,两个所述抓臂均铰接在所述限位壳内,每一个所述抓臂靠近所述开口的一端朝向另一个所述抓臂分别凸设有卡持部;
    第二部分,所述第二部分与所述第一部分连接,并包括头部和自所述头部延伸的连接部,所述连接部的外径小于所述头部的外径,使得所述头部和所述连接部的相接处形成台阶,所述第二部分通过所述连接部安装在需要安装的物品上;
    安装时,操作所述头部从所述开口经由两个所述卡持部之间朝向所述限位壳内移动,所述头部推动两个所述卡持部张开以供其穿入,从而所述第一回位件产生驱动力,当所述头部穿过所述卡持部后,所述第一回位件驱动两个所述卡持部朝向彼此转动复位以卡住所述头部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述限位组件还包括限位滑块、限位柱和第二回位件,所述限位滑块位于两个所述抓臂之间,且与两个所述抓臂均联动联接,所述限位柱滑动地插在所述限位滑块中,当所述限位柱朝向所述限位滑块内移动时,所述第二回位件产生弹性形变,所述限位壳开设有限位孔;
    安装后需要拆卸时,操作所述第二部分继续向所述限位壳内移动,所述头部和所述限位滑块相抵接并推动所述限位滑块移动,所述限位滑块移动时带动两个所述卡持部张开,当所述限位滑块移动至所述限位柱与所述限位孔对齐时,所述第二回位件驱动所述限位柱移动并插入所述限位孔中,此时两个所述卡持部张开距离大于所述头部的外径,以使所述头部脱离所述第一部分。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述限位组件还包括至少两个连接板,每一个所述连接板的一端与所述限位滑块铰接,另一端与所述抓臂铰接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述限位滑块设有导向柱,所述限位壳设有导向孔,所述导向柱插入在所述导向孔中,所述限位滑块移动时,所述导向柱沿所述导向孔移动。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述限位柱上设有复位手柄,所述限位壳与所述复位手柄对应的位置设有避让槽,所述复位手柄贯穿所述限位滑块并穿经所述避让槽而显露在所述限位壳外,所述复位手柄能在所述避让槽内沿横向和纵向移动。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述限位柱设置有两个,两个所述限 位柱对称地滑动地插在所述限位滑块中,所述限位孔设置有两个,所述第二回位件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧位于两个所述限位柱之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述限位壳包括靠近开口的第一段和远离所述开口的第二段,两个所述限位孔分别开设于所述第二段的相对两侧,在两个所述限位孔的连线方向上,所述第二段内侧之间的间距小于所述第一段内侧之间的间距。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述第一回位件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧的相对两端分别连接于两个所述抓臂上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述第一回位件为拉伸弹簧,所述拉伸弹簧设置有两个,一个所述拉伸弹簧设置于一个所述抓臂和所述限位壳之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述卡持部上开设有辅助斜面,所述头部上开设有与所述辅助斜面相适配的辅助坡面。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述限位滑块的下方开设有让位通槽,所述让位通槽能容纳所述第一回位件以避免所述限位滑块与所述第一回位件之间的干涉。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述连接件包括第一分部、第二分部和锁紧部,所述锁紧部的一端与所述第一分部的一端铰接,所述第一分部的另一端与所述第二分部的一端铰接,所述第二分部的另一端设有卡口,所述锁紧部能够卡入和脱离所述卡口。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述第一分部与所述第二分部围设有安装空间,所述安装空间能够安装有用于固定所述安装机构的固定件。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的安装机构,其特征在于:所述安装空间的大小通过所述第一分部与所述第二分部之间的相对转动而可调节。
