本申请要求在2020年07月08日提交中国专利局、申请号为202010651351.4的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及智慧城市安防领域的出入口管理领域,例如涉及一种出入口管控方法。
背景技术
生活中大部分的出入口是对人员和车辆进行统一管理,即出入口的人行区域和车行区域紧邻设置,行人经过人行区域,车辆经过车行区域。由于智能门禁设备只能识别人员信息,不具备识别车辆的功能,而车辆识别设备只能识别车辆,不能识别人员信息,导致需要同时在人行区域安装智能门禁设备,在车行区域安装车辆识别设备,使用两台设备对出入口进行监控,造成了资源的浪费。
发明内容
本申请提供一种出入口管控方法,包含:
对待经过人员出入口的人员以及待经过车辆出入口的车辆进行图像识别,并在所述车辆配置有电子标签的情况下,对所述车辆的电子标签进行物联网终端传感器识别,获得人员特征和车辆特征;
根据所述人员特征和所述车辆特征向所述人员出入口的人行门和所述车辆出入口的车辆道闸发送行为指令,控制所述人行门和所述车辆道闸开关。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请的附图,对本申请的技术方案进行描述。
本申请实施例提供一种具有多种识别功能的出入口管控方法,该方法由出 入口管控设备执行,该方法包括:
对待经过人员出入口的人员以及待经过车辆出入口的车辆进行图像识别,并在所述车辆配置有电子标签的情况下,对所述车辆的电子标签进行物联网终端传感器识别,获得人员特征和车辆特征;根据所述人员特征和所述车辆特征向所述人员出入口的人行门和所述车辆出入口的车辆道闸发送行为指令,控制所述人行门和所述车辆道闸开关。
所述图像识别和所述物联网终端传感器识别均通过识别进程实现;所述图像识别的识别进程和所述物联网终端传感器识别的识别进程均包括目标比对进程、以及执行指令进程;所述图像识别的识别进程还包括:在所述目标比对进程之前执行的图像监测进程、区域划分进程、以及目标提取进程。
图1是本申请实施例提供的一种具有多种识别功能的出入口管控方法中的识别进程的示意图,如图1所示,该出入口管控方法中的识别进程主要包含图像监测进程、区域划分进程、目标提取进程、目标比对进程、以及执行指令进程。
S1:图像监测进程。
图像监测进程用于根据现场情况,通过一个或多个摄像头监测人员出入口的人行道和车辆出入口的车行道,以获得人员特征和车辆特征。
人员特征包含人脸特征、以及步态特征中的至少之一,车辆特征包含车辆的类型、车牌、车型、以及颜色等特征中的至少之一,车辆的类型一般有自行车、电动车、三轮车、摩托车、老年代步车、或机动车。当车辆类型为机动车时,可以对机动车的车牌进行识别,对于没有车牌的车辆,只将识别出的车辆类型和人脸特征做关联。
出入口管控设备包括物联网终端传感器,物联网终端传感器可以识别射频识别(Radio Frequency IDentification,RFID)卡,电子不停车收费(Electronic Toll Collection,ETC)卡等电子标签,可以辅助图像识别。
图像识别只能识别自行车、电动车、三轮车、以及老年代步车等无牌车辆的种类,不能识别出与之相关的归属人等相关信息。而这些归属人等相关信息可以登记在RFID卡,ETC卡等电子标签上,每个车辆配有相关的电子标签,图像识别和传感器识别同时识别,记录人车通行信息。
S2:区域划分进程。
如图2所示,区域划分进程用于根据现场情况,通过电子画框对图像监测进程监测出的区域进行划分,从所述人员出入口的人行道中划分出人员识别区域21、从所述车辆出入口的车行道中划分出车辆识别区域22,以在所述人员识 别区域21内识别人员特征并在所述车辆识别区域22内同时识别所述人员特征和所述车辆特征,可减少识别的区域,减少设备对识别区域的计算承载量。
S3:目标提取进程。
如图2所示,目标提取进程用于在区域划分进程划分的识别区域内出现人员31和车辆32时,对出现的所述人员31和所述车辆32进行目标框选,在目标框选所在区域内进行特征提取,进一步筛选所述人员31和所述车辆32的有效信息,减少计算量,缩短识别时间。
S4:目标比对进程。
目标比对进程用于将从目标提取进程中提取出的特征信息与信息库里的特征信息进行对比,若比对成功,发送认证成功指令,若比对不成功,发送认证失败指令。将从物联网终端传感器识别出的信息直接与信息库里的特征信息进行对比,若比对成功,发送认证成功指令,若比对不成功,发送认证失败指令。
S5:执行指令进程。
执行指令进程用于在收到认证成功指令且所述认证成功指令指示人员识别成功的情况下,开启人行门;在收到所述认证成功指令且所述认证成功指令指示车辆认证成功的情况下,开启车辆道闸。在收到比对失败指令的情况下,根据预设规则拒绝所述人员31或所述车辆32通过或者对所述人员31或所述车辆32进行临时认证,使得所述人员31或所述车辆32临时通过。在所述人员31或所述车辆32强行通过时向管理后台发送报警信息。
本申请实施例提供的出入口管控方法,可以同时自动识别人员特征、车辆特征和电子标签,进而控制人行门行为和车辆道闸行为,实现一台出入口管控设备同时对人员出入口和车辆出入口进行管控的功能,节约建设成本和减少占地面积。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种出入口管控方法,包括:
    对待经过人员出入口的人员以及待经过车辆出入口的车辆进行图像识别,并在所述车辆配置有电子标签的情况下,对所述车辆的电子标签进行物联网终端传感器识别,获得人员特征和车辆特征;
    根据所述人员特征和所述车辆特征向所述人员出入口的人行门和所述车辆出入口的车辆道闸发送行为指令,控制所述人行门和所述车辆道闸开关。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述图像识别和所述物联网终端传感器识别均通过识别进程实现;
    所述图像识别的识别进程和所述物联网终端传感器识别的识别进程均包括目标比对进程、以及执行指令进程;
    所述图像识别的识别进程还包括:在所述目标比对进程之前执行的图像监测进程、区域划分进程、以及目标提取进程。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述图像监测进程用于根据现场情况,通过至少一个摄像头监测所述人员出入口的人行道和所述车辆出入口的车行道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述人员特征包括人体体征,所述人体体征包含人脸特征和步态特征中的至少之一,所述车辆特征包括所述车辆的类型、车牌、车型、以及颜色中的至少之一,所述车辆的类型包括自行车、电动车、三轮车、摩托车、老年代步车、或机动车。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述物联网终端传感器识别用于辅助所述图像识别,所述电子标签包括射频识别RFID卡,以及电子不停车收费ETC卡。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述区域划分进程用于根据现场情况,通过电子画框对所述图像监测进程监测出的区域进行划分,从所述人员出入口的人行道中划分出人员识别区域、从所述车辆出入口的车行道中划分出车辆识别区域,以在所述人员识别区域内识别所述人员特征并在所述车辆识别区域内同时识别所述人员特征和所述车辆特征。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述目标提取进程用于在所述区域划分进程划分出的识别区域内出现所述人员和所述车辆的情况下,对出现的所述人员和所述车辆进行目标框选,在所述目标框选所在区域内进行特征提取。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述目标比对进程用于将从所述目标提取进程中提取出的特征信息与信息库里的特征信息进行对比,在比对成功的情况下,发送认证成功指令,在比对不成功的情况下,发送认证失败指令;将 从所述物联网终端传感器识别出的信息直接与所述信息库里的特征信息进行对比,在比对成功的情况下,发送所述认证成功指令,在比对不成功的情况下,发送所述认证失败指令。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述执行指令进程用于在收到所述认证成功指令且所述认证成功指令指示人员识别成功的情况下,开启所述人行门或所述车辆道闸;在收到所述认证成功指令且所述认证成功指令指示车辆认证成功的情况下,开启所述车辆道闸;在收到所述比对失败指令的情况下,根据预设规则拒绝所述人员或所述车辆通过或者对所述人员或所述车辆进行临时认证,使得所述人员或所述车辆临时通过。
