汽车修补漆喷漆之前进行配色时,常用的方法之一是利用色卡与汽车颜色对比,找到同样颜色的色卡,按色卡号从电脑中的配色软件数据库中查到该色卡号的色母比例及各色母重量配方,根据配方人工对所需要的多种色母进行称重、混合、搅拌并调配出和色卡颜色一致的汽车修补漆(以下可简称为汽车漆)。但是,人工效率低、而且按照色卡调配出的汽车修补漆通常与汽车的颜色有一定的偏差,需要人工进一步调节,费事费力且对调色工的技术要求较高、需要有经验的调配工才能调配出颜色一致的汽车漆。
现有的技术中,还有根据汽车的型号或漆码查找到出厂时喷漆的配方或者利用光学仪器(分光光度仪)测量汽车表面漆,得出配漆配方的方法,这样得到配方方法能适合大部分汽车表面漆的分析,比较准确、减少了根据车型或漆码得到配方调配出汽车漆与实际汽车漆颜色的误差。但即使这样,之前统计出的数据表明有相当比例的汽车表面漆在一次配色后还是存在色差,还是需要进一步的人工配色修正。所以,当今的汽车修补漆的配色对人工的要求高,依赖性大,而人工配色效率低,特别是有的调漆店一天的配色量非常大,能达到几十种或上百种,一个配色工都不能完成,有的店甚至需要两个或四个配色工。即使这样,由于劳动强度大,环境差(到处粘有颜色,甚至身上),技术提高需要长时间的积累,人们还是不愿意干配色工这个工作。另一方面,要招聘到一个优秀的配色工也是非常困难,工资低了没人干。而当今的配色技术工是必须的,而对于调色量很少的调漆店或调色只是一个辅助业务(如有的4S店)配漆收益顶不了一个配漆工的薪水。所以,市面上如有一种造价低,自动准确调配各配色色母量的设备,可达到提高效率、降低调配技术要求,降低人工费用的目的,这样的设备是有市场的。
其实近几年已经有企业开发出汽车修补漆自动调色机。但并没能形成稳定的产品投入市场。
我们都知道,世界上现有的成熟和通用的汽车漆调色方法都是采用重量比的方式,而且是手动从漆桶中倒出色母称重配色调色。即按照所需配色色母的重量要求,从上部装有浆盖的色母桶内通过浆盖上的出浆嘴手动倒出色母。在电子秤上称出所需的配色色母重量。每个配方中的配色色母都这样从色母桶中倒出称重达到所需的重量。搅拌混合配色色母,完成所 需颜色漆的配色。该浆盖具有搅拌功能和手动控制色母倒出功能。目前世界上制作汽车修补漆调色色母的厂家(如:新进、杜邦、PPG、巴斯夫)的调色配方都是按照重量比来设计的。
使用重量比手动倒漆调色的好处有两点:
1、从色母桶中倒出所需量的色母方便,控制倒出量也方便:只要观察称重秤上的所需重量快到时,手控逐步减慢色母的倒出速度,使其慢慢接近所需的倒出重量,直到最后达到所需的色母重量停止色母的倒出。其它的配色色母也按照同样的方法完成所需重量的倒出和称重;
2、需要配色的几支色母都可以倒入一个容器中直接搅拌均匀:例如,如果配一个颜色需要三种色母,每个色母的重量分别为A色母需1.1克、B色母需2.2克、C色母需3.3克,可把一个空桶放到电子秤上,并重量清零。在空桶内倒入A色母,直到电子秤显示为1.1克;电子秤清零,再倒入B色母,直到电子秤显示重量为2.2克;再把电子秤清零,倒入C色浆,直到电子秤显示3.3克。最后把三种色母用搅拌尺搅拌均匀,完成配色调色。
使用重量调色是调色历史最初的自然选择。为了避免靠经验调色,配色色母的比例不能准确得知和色母需要量不能准确控制,在经验调色的基础上产生了最方便实现的重量比例法准确配色。
理论上使用体积比例配色也是成立的。但是理论上成立的体积比配色法实际中很难实现。主要原因是用于修补漆体积的计量装置出漆口处的漆残留会影响到实际注入到器皿中的量,从而引起得到的修补漆的实际量的偏差。例如,体积比例调色法得到所需体积的配色色母能想到的有几种方法:设想1:是把色母手动倒入量杯中,根据量杯的体积刻度量标位置人眼观察控制倒入的色母量。但这有一个问题,由于色漆的特性,人眼观察量杯刻度量尺的位置确定色母的体积量精度达不到所需0.1克重量的精度,特别是大量调色漆时的量杯体积也就要大,量杯的截面积更大,人眼确定色母是否达到规定的量标位置的误差更大,根本达不到0.1克的调色精度要求。而且就是不精准的体积手动调色法也比起重量比例调色法在实际操作中要困难和繁琐得多,以致不能实现有效地调色配色;设想2:用比重杯方法:因为色母的挂壁残留和体积计量的不连续性,得到所需体积也是实际应用中难以实现的;设想3:手动注射管容积计量注出法:由于抽取色母的注射管头处的色母挂带,会引起精度误差,清除挂带色母既费事又不环保,如不清理则会流到针管头出口处影响0.1克以下的误差保证。同样,手动注出粘稠色母非常用力,力量小的人甚至推不动,缩小注射管的管径虽然能减少注出力,提高单次的推出精度,但对于量大的色母准确注出又需要多次的抽入色母容器中进行色母的抽取,每次抽取都要清除注射管口处的挂带色母,而且次数的增加会增加累积误差,此时0.1克误差的更难以控制,而且这样比起目前使用的重量比例法配色要复杂太多,配色行业当然会选择简单易实现的重量比法配色,而不会选择即费事又难以保证精度的这种体积比法进行调色。
本行业内的技术人员在重量比配色方法出现之后就没有再考虑用体积比去实现配色。因为从过去到现在,业内人事经过上述各影响因素分析后认定其不能代替重量比调色和配色,这已潜移默化在业内人事的脑海中,已经成为一种技术偏见。
我公司近几年已经打破本行业的技术偏见,研发出一种回流泵阀结构,使得汽车修补漆的注出后出漆嘴上基本没有漆的残留和干结,使得汽车修补漆体积泵泵出的修补漆量全部能注入到收集器皿中,实现了汽车修补漆真正意义上的全自动调色,研究开发出一种体积计量汽车修补漆的自动调色设备。该调色机的机架上设置多个色母桶安装工位,机架上的色母桶的布置形式一般来说分为两种,一种是以转轴为中心,沿着半径发散形布置,如CN201821510123.X,第二种是呈矩形布置,如201821510138.6。这两种设备都得到了大用户的好评和认可。但这两种色母桶布置形式必须配合复杂的运动机构来完成接料的动作。因此增加了设备成本,更因其体积大,所占空间广,对于一些中小门店来说,并不适合其采购和使用。并且,当需要将色母桶在机架上进行装卸时,需在色母桶移动至装配位置并停稳之后,再利用专用的拆装机构对色母桶进行拆装,其装卸效率低。中小门店更需要一种结构简洁、效率高、调配准确、成本低,能够降低经营者人工成本和操作技术的汽车修补漆半自动调色装置来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种输送装置以及调色装置,方便调色过程中放置被夹持件以解决相关技术中的调色装置装卸效率低的问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种输送装置,输送装置包括:第一导轨,包括相互连接的第一段和第二段;压紧模块,可沿第一导轨移动地配合设置在第一导轨上,压紧模块包括相对位置可调的底座和压紧组件,压紧组件设置在底座上,压紧组件与底座之间具有间隔,压紧模块具有相对设置的待装配状态和压紧状态,当压紧模块处于压紧状态时,间隔变小以对被夹持件进行夹紧;限位结构,用于调节压紧组件和底座之间的间隔,压紧模块由第一段移动至第二段的过程中,通过限位结构对压紧模块的状态进行切换,当压紧模块位于第一段时,压紧模块处于待装配状态,当压紧模块位于第二段时,压紧模块处于压紧状态。
进一步地,限位结构包括第二导轨和限位件,第一导轨与第二导轨设置方向相同,第二导轨上设置有第一滑槽,限位件设置在第一滑槽内,底座设置在第一导轨上,限位件与压紧组件连接。
进一步地,第一滑槽设置在第二导轨的侧壁上,第一滑槽的相对第一段的高度高于第一滑槽相对第二段的高度。
进一步地,压紧组件包括:第一压紧件,位于底座的一侧,第一压紧件与底座之间具有间隔;连接件,穿设在底座上,连接件的一端与第一压紧件连接;第二压紧件,位于底座的另一侧,连接件的另一端与第二压紧件连接,限位件设置在第二压紧件上。
进一步地,第一压紧件与连接件之间具有调节结构,调节结构用于调节第一压紧件与底座的最大间隔。
进一步地,调节结构包括:腰形孔,设置在连接件上,腰形孔沿连接件的长度方向延伸;固定件,穿过腰形孔并与第一压紧件连接;调节件,连接件具有安装孔,安装孔的延伸方向 与连接件的延伸方向相同,调节件穿设在安装孔内,调节件的端部与固定件相抵接以限制固定件在腰形孔内的相对位置。
进一步地,底座上设置有第二滑槽,底座通过第二滑槽卡设在第一导轨。
根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种调色装置,调色装置包括:平台;输送装置,输送装置上的压紧模块用于固定色母桶,输送装置为上述提供的输送装置;第一驱动部,设置在平台上,第一驱动部与压紧模块驱动连接,以驱动压紧模块相对平台移动,压紧模块相对平台具有装配位置和出液位置。
进一步地,调色装置还包括壳体,壳体罩设在平台上,壳体具有对应装配位置设置的操作门,操作门具有相对壳体设置的打开状态和关闭状态。
进一步地,调色装置还包括:第二驱动部,可移动地设置在壳体上;转轴,可转动地设置在壳体上,转轴与操作门驱动连接;连杆机构,连杆机构的一端与第二驱动部铰接,连杆机构的另一端与转轴连接。
进一步地,连杆机构包括相互铰接的第一连杆和第二连杆,第一连杆的一端与第二驱动部的推动件铰接,第二连杆的一端与转轴固定连接,调色装置还包括:第三连杆,第三连杆的一端与转轴固定连接,第三连杆的另一端与操作门铰接;第一滑轨,设置在壳体上;第一滑块,可滑动地设置在第一滑轨上,第一滑块与操作门铰接,在操作门移动的过程中,第一滑块和第一滑轨相配合以限制操作门沿预设路径移动。
进一步地,调色装置还包括:泵送机构,与色母桶连接,泵送机构用于将色母桶内的油料泵出,平台具有出液窗口,出液窗口对应出液位置设置;第三驱动部,设置在平台上,第三驱动部与泵送机构驱动连接,第三驱动部用于驱动泵送机构运行。
进一步地,色母桶通过阀体连接体积计量泵,色母桶上设置桶盖,桶盖上设置倾倒口,倾倒口上设置倾倒口盖,倾倒口盖滑动设置在倾倒口上,倾倒口盖连接扣环,扣环与桶盖之间设置使倾倒口盖处于闭合状态的压紧弹簧,色母桶上部和体积计量泵之间设置连接件使体积计量泵形成色母桶的手柄,扣环位于桶盖上靠近体积计量泵的一侧,色母桶内设置搅拌装置。
应用本申请的技术方案,该输送装置包括第一导轨、压紧模块以及限位结构,压紧模块可沿第一导轨移动地配合设置在第一导轨上,压紧模块包括相对位置可调的底座和压紧组件,压紧组件设置在底座上,压紧组件与底座之间具有间隔,限位结构用于调节压紧组件和底座之间的间隔。其中,压紧模块具有相对设置的待装配状态和压紧状态,当压紧模块处于压紧状态时,间隔变小以对被夹持件进行夹紧。具体地,第一导轨包括相互连接的第一段和第二段,当压紧模块位于第一段时,压紧模块处于待装配状态,此时可对被夹持件进行装配,当压紧模块位于第二段时,压紧模块处于压紧状态,此时被夹持件被固定设置在压紧模块上,便于对被夹持件进行运送。通过设置限位结构,并利用限位结构调节压紧组件与底座之间的 间隔,能够在压紧模块由第一段移动至第二段的过程中,通过限位结构对压紧模块的状态进行切换,便于对被夹持件进行拆装,能够提升拆装效率。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本申请及其应用或使用的任何限制。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1至图6所示,本申请实施例提供了一种输送装置,输送装置包括第一导轨10、压紧模块20以及限位结构30,压紧模块20可沿第一导轨10移动地配合设置在第一导轨10上,压紧模块20包括相对位置可调的底座21和压紧组件22,压紧组件22设置在底座21上,压紧组件22与底座21之间具有间隔,限位结构30用于调节压紧组件22和底座21之间的间隔,该间隔用于容放被夹持件的被夹持部。在本实施例中,压紧模块20具有相对设置的待装配状态和压紧状态,当压紧模块20处于待装配状态时,间隔变大以松开被夹持件,当压紧模块20处于压紧状态时,间隔变小以对被夹持件进行夹紧。具体地,第一导轨10包括相互连接的第一段11和第二段12,压紧模块20由第一段11移动至第二段12的过程中,通过限位结构30对压紧模块20的状态进行切换,当压紧模块20位于第一段11时,压紧模块20处于待装配状态,当压紧模块20位于第二段12时,压紧模块20处于压紧状态。
应用本实施例提供的输送装置,通过设置限位结构30,并利用限位结构30调节压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔,能够在压紧模块20由第一段11移动至第二段12的过程中,通过限位结构30对压紧模块20的状态进行切换,便于对被夹持件进行拆装,无需等被夹持件移动至装配位置并停稳之后,再利用专用的拆装机构进行拆装,能够提升拆装效率。
其中,限位结构只要能够在压紧模块20由第一段11移动至第二段12的过程中对压紧模块20的状态进行切换即可。
如图5和图6所示,限位结构30包括第二导轨31和限位件32,第一导轨10与第二导轨31设置方向相同,压紧模块20可沿着第一导轨和第二导轨的延伸方向滑动。其中,第二导轨31上设置有第一滑槽311,限位件32设置在第一滑槽311内,底座21设置在第一导轨10上,限位件32与压紧组件22连接,限位件32与第一滑槽311相配合以调节压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔。在压紧模块相对第一导轨和第二导轨滑动的过程中,限位件32会在第一滑槽311内移动,通过调节限位件在第一滑槽内的位置以调节限位件在高度方向上相对底座21的位置,进而能够实现调节压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔。
在本实施例中,第一导轨10与第二导轨31并排设置,压紧模块20可沿着第一导轨和第二导轨的延伸方向滑动,如此能够减小装置的占地面积,提升装置的集成度。在其它实施例中,可将第一导轨10与第二导轨31在一条线上串排设置,但采用此种设置方式,装置的长度尺寸会变大。
在本实施例中,第一滑槽311设置在第二导轨31的侧壁上,第一滑槽311的相对第一段11的高度高于第一滑槽311相对第二段12的高度。在压紧模块相对第一导轨和第二导轨滑动的过程中,由于第一滑槽311的相对第一段11的高度高于第一滑槽311相对第二段12的高度,并且限位件设置在压紧组件上,当压紧模块20位于第一段11时,在限位件的支撑作用下,压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔会变大,此时压紧模块20处于待装配状态,当压紧模块20位于第二段12时,在限位件的拉扯作用下,压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔会变小,此时压紧模块20处于压紧状态。在本实施例中,限位件为轴承,如此能够减小限位件在第一滑槽内滑动时的摩擦力。
在其它实施例中,可将第一滑槽设置在第二导轨的顶壁上,通过调节第一滑槽的槽深同样能够实现在压紧模块相对第一导轨和第二导轨滑动的过程中,利用限位件和第一滑槽相配合调节压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔。
如图3和图4所示,压紧组件22包括第一压紧件221、连接件222以及第二压紧件223,第一压紧件221位于底座21的一侧,第二压紧件223位于底座21的另一侧,连接件222穿设在底座21上,连接件222的一端与第一压紧件221连接,连接件222的另一端与第二压紧件223连接。在本实施例中,底座21上设置有通孔,连接件222穿设在通孔内,且连接件222的外壁与通孔的内壁之间具有间隔,连接件与通孔的内壁不连接。其中,第一压紧件221与底座21之间具有间隔,该间隔用于容放被夹持件的被夹持部,限位件32设置在第二压紧件223上。在压紧模块相对第一导轨和第二导轨滑动的过程中,随着第一滑槽高度的变化,第二压紧件会利用连接件驱动第一压紧件相对底座移动。具体地,当压紧模块20位于第一段11时,在第二压紧件和连接件的支撑作用下,第一压紧件221会朝向远离底座21的方向移动,压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔会变大,此时压紧模块20处于待装配状态,当压紧模块20位于第二段12时,在第二压紧件和连接件的拉扯作用下,第一压紧件221会朝向靠近底座21的方向移动,压紧组件22与底座21之间的间隔会变小,此时压紧模块20处于压紧状态。
为了提升输送装置的适用范围,第一压紧件221与连接件222之间具有调节结构23,调节结构23用于调节第一压紧件221与底座21的最大间隔。通过调节第一压紧件与底座的最大间隔,该间隔能够适用于不同尺寸的被夹持件。
如图5所示,调节结构23包括腰形孔231、固定件232以及调节件233,腰形孔231设置在连接件222上,固定件232穿过腰形孔231并与第一压紧件221连接。其中,腰形孔231沿连接件222的长度方向延伸,腰形孔231能够为固定件232提供移动空间。具体地,连接件222具有安装孔,安装孔的延伸方向与连接件222的延伸方向相同,通过将调节件233穿设在安装孔内,并使调节件233的端部与固定件232相抵接,能够限制固定件232在腰形孔 231内的相对位置,进而可以限制第一压紧件与底座的最大间隔。在本实施例中,固定件232和调节件233均为螺栓,具有结构简单,便于维护以及成本低的优点。
在本实施例中,压紧组件22包括两个第一压紧件和两个第二压紧件,第一压紧件和第二压紧件均沿水平方向延伸,且第一压紧件和第二压紧件垂直设置。其中,压紧组件包括四个连接件,每个第一压紧件的两端均与一个连接件连接,每个第二压紧件的两端均与一个连接件连接。具体地,两个第一压紧件和两个第二压紧件在水平方向上的投影形成矩形结构,四个连接件分别位于该矩形结构的四个端脚,如此能够提升第一压紧件和第二压紧件的连接牢固性,以及第一压紧件相对底座21移动时的平稳性。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,底座21上设置有第二滑槽211,底座21通过第二滑槽211卡设在第一导轨10。具体地,底座21只能沿着第二滑槽211在第一导轨10上滑动,第二滑槽211和第一导轨相配合能够将底座限制在第一导轨上。
在本实施例中,输送装置包括两个第一导轨和两个第二导轨,两个第二导轨并排设置,两个第一导轨并排设置在两个第二导轨的外侧。
如图3所示,在本实施例中,输送装置还包括第三压紧件224,第三压紧件224位于第一压紧块的一端,第三压紧件224用于限制被夹持件在底座上的位置,避免被夹持件沿着底座的平面方向脱落。
在本实施例中,被夹持件为色母桶51,色母桶51通过阀体52连接体积计量泵(泵送机构90),色母桶51上设置桶盖,桶盖上设置进料口、进料口盖和倾倒口,倾倒口上设置倾倒口盖,色母桶51内设置搅拌装置,色母桶51的底部设置有耳畔,耳畔用来与压紧模块20之间滑动连接。具体地,第一压紧块与底座之间的间隔形成卡槽结构(卡固结构),该卡槽结构能够与色母桶51中的耳畔结合,从而使得色母桶和压紧模块之间实现快速分离、卡固结合。其中,阀体上设置出浆嘴,阀体上设置阀体拨杆,阀体内设置注出通道,阀体拨杆53能够在阀体内转动使注出通道与出浆嘴连通或关闭。
具体地,体积计量泵为活塞泵。体积计量泵可以为被步进电机,或直流电机驱动的体积泵、比如活塞泵或柱塞泵。目前在汽车修补漆配色领域,都按照质量比重调配各种色浆。这种方式需要额外设置电子秤等称重装置。本申请通过体积计量泵按照体积注出色浆,可以使用体积比例调配各种色浆达到预定效果的汽车修补漆,不需要称重装置。
具体地,阀体上设置出浆嘴,出浆嘴位于阀体的最下方,阀体具有通断和换流功能,阀体上设置阀体拨杆,阀体内设置注出通道,注出通道与色母桶51和体积计量泵相连接,阀体拨杆能够在阀体内转动使注出通道与出浆嘴连通或关闭。
在本实施例中,色母桶51和桶盖之间设置耐腐蚀的密封圈,密封圈为耐腐蚀的材质,才能适应汽车漆色母的腐蚀性。
另外,在其它实施例中,可以将第一导轨和第二导轨上的结构集成到一个导轨上,利用单独的第一导轨或第二导轨同样能够实现本实施例提供的压紧及输送原理,如此能够简化装置的结构,提升装置的集成度。
如图7至图18所示,本申请又一实施例提供了一种调色装置,调色装置包括平台40、输送装置50以及第一驱动部60,输送装置50上的压紧模块20用于固定色母桶51,输送装置50为上述提供的输送装置,输送装置用于输送色母桶51。其中,第一驱动部60设置在平台40上,第一驱动部60与压紧模块20驱动连接,以驱动压紧模块20相对平台40移动,压紧模块20相对平台40具有装配位置和出液位置。当压紧模块20位于装配位置时,压紧模块20处于待装配状态,当压紧模块20位于出液位置时,压紧模块20处于压紧状态。在本实施例中,调色装置还包括控制机构,控制机构控制调色装置中的电器元件,比如传感器、电机或者气缸等动力源。
在本实施例中,第一驱动部60包括第一主动轮组件61、第一从动轮组件、驱动电机组件62和第一同步带63,第一主动轮组件和第一从动轮组件分别位于第一导轨10的两端,第一主动轮组件和第一从动轮组件之间架设有第一同步带,第一同步带的带体与压紧模块20相连接,驱动电机组件包括驱动电机和减速器,驱动电机组件带动第一主动轮组件中的主动轮转动。其中,第一同步带位于两个第二导轨之间。在本实施例中,第一主动轮组件和第一从动轮组件均由支架和架设在支架上的导向轮组成,导向轮按照动力源来分可分为主动轮和从动轮。
其中,第一驱动部60的作用就是根据控制机构中的程序,按照一定的工作条件和工序将压紧模块20从装配位置带到出液位置,因此,第一驱动部60也可以为直线运动气缸或者油缸组件,通过气缸杆与压紧模块20相连接,通过气缸杆带动压紧模块20在第一导轨10上移动即可。
如图7、图15以及图16所示,为给调漆人员提供更好的工作环境,调色装置还包括壳体70,壳体70罩设在平台40上,利用壳体能够提升装置的防护性能。其中,壳体70具有对应装配位置设置的操作门71,操作门71具有相对壳体70设置的打开状态和关闭状态。其中,操作门71内设置有门开合状态传感器,该传感器与控制机构相连接,控制机构通过判断传感器的电信号来判断门的开合状态,进而控制其他用电器的工作进程。
其中,调色装置还包括第二驱动部81、转轴82以及连杆机构83。具体地,第二驱动部81可移动地设置在壳体70上,转轴82可转动地设置在壳体70上,转轴82与操作门71驱动连接,连杆机构83的一端与第二驱动部81铰接,连杆机构83的另一端与转轴82连接。在第二驱动部81相对壳体移动的过程中,第二驱动部可利用连杆机构驱动转轴转动,由于转轴82与操作门71驱动连接,进而转轴能够驱动操作门在打开状态与关闭状态之间进行切换。
如图15所示,连杆机构83包括相互铰接的第一连杆831和第二连杆832,第一连杆831的一端与第二驱动部81的推动件812铰接,第二连杆832的一端与转轴82固定连接。在第 二驱动部81的推动件812相对壳体移动的过程中,推动件812可通过第一连杆带动第二连杆转动,进而利用第二连杆驱动转轴转动。
在本实施例中,调色装置还包括第三连杆84、第一滑轨85以及第一滑块86。其中,第三连杆84的一端与转轴82固定连接,第三连杆84的另一端与操作门71铰接,转轴通过第三连杆与操作门驱动连接。通过将第一滑轨85设置在壳体70上,将第一滑块86可滑动地设置在第一滑轨85上,由于第一滑块86与操作门71铰接,在操作门71移动的过程中,第一滑块86和第一滑轨85相配合以限制操作门71沿预设路径移动,能够提升操作门移动时的平稳性。
如图15所示,在本实施例中,第二驱动部81包括驱动件、第二滑轨811以及推动件812,驱动件和第二滑轨均设置在壳体上,推动件可滑动地设置在第二滑轨上。具体地,推动件与连杆机构铰接。其中,第二滑轨与第一滑轨相垂直。在本实施例中,推动件812为滑块。在其它实施例中,可将第二驱动部替换为气缸、液压缸、齿条等直线驱动机构,只要能够利用第二驱动部驱动连杆机构运动即可。
在本实施例中,操作门71中包括门框和门,驱动件包括安装在壳体顶部的第二主动轮组件和第二从动轮组件,第二主动轮组件由电机带动,第二主动轮组件和第二从动轮组件之间设置有第二同步带,第二同步带由第二主动轮组件带动,推动件与第二同步带连接成一个整体。
如图7、图8、图12、图17以及图18所示,调色装置还包括泵送机构90和第三驱动部100,泵送机构90与色母桶51连接,泵送机构90用于将色母桶51内的油料泵出,第三驱动部100设置在平台40的一侧,第三驱动部100与泵送机构90驱动连接,第三驱动部100用于驱动泵送机构90运行。其中,平台40具有出液窗口41,出液窗口41对应出液位置设置,色母桶51泵出的油料可通过出液窗口流入接取装置120内。在本实施例中,出液位置上设置有孔洞,该孔洞形成出液窗口41,孔洞的下方为接取装置120的位置,每次下料的色母通过该孔洞进入到下方的接取装置120中。
在本实施例中,第三驱动部100位于第一导轨10尾部的前侧,第三驱动部100包括机架,机架上设置有阀门电机,阀门电机上设置拨杆101,拨杆与阀体拨杆位于同一水平面上,当色母桶51位于出液位置时,阀门电机上带动拨杆从竖直状态转动到水平状态,拨杆与阀体拨杆结合,拨杆继续转动使阀体拨杆转动,从而控制出浆嘴连通或关闭。
其中,机架上还设置直线驱动机构102,直线驱动机构上设置上下移动的拉杆头挡板103,当色母桶51运动到出液位置时,拉杆头挡板正好卡住体积计量泵顶部的拉板,拉杆头挡板带动体积计量泵的活塞杆上下运动。直线驱动机构为丝杠螺母机构(气缸等直线运动单元,只要能够可控的完成直线运动即可)。机架上设置步进电机带动转动的丝杠,丝杠上设置螺母、螺母连接拉杆头挡板,拉杆头挡板包括槽型结构,体积计量泵的活塞头随着色母桶51移动时离开或者进入位于槽型机构的槽中,螺母上下移动使活塞杆上下移动,从而从色母桶51中吸走并打出色母。
在本实施例中,色母桶51通过阀体连接体积计量泵,色母桶51上设置桶盖,桶盖上设置倾倒口,倾倒口上设置倾倒口盖,倾倒口盖滑动设置在倾倒口上,倾倒口盖连接扣环,扣环与桶盖之间设置使倾倒口盖处于闭合状态的压紧弹簧,色母桶51上部和体积计量泵之间设置连接件使体积计量泵形成色母桶51的手柄,扣环位于桶盖上靠近体积计量泵的一侧,色母桶51内设置搅拌装置。其中,色母桶51的具体结构请参见专利CN209061071U。
如图8所示,为了使控制机构判断压紧模块20和色母桶51的位置,统筹控制装置内各个用电器的工作顺序和工作时长,平台40上安装有装配位置传感器111、出液位置传感器112和桶检测传感器113,装配位置传感器和出液位置传感器分别位于第一导轨10的两端,桶检测传感器位于上述两传感器之间,且桶检测传感器距离装配位置传感器较近,上述传感器分别与控制机构电连接,装配位置传感器用来测试压紧模块20是否位于装配位置,出液位置传感器用来测试压紧模块20是否位于出液位置,桶检测传感器用来检测测试色母桶51是否在压紧模块20中装卡到位。在本实施例中,桶检测传感器为一个微动开关,该传感器与平台40之间设置有支架。在其它实施例中,可不设置支架,该支架只是为了实现功能进行的安装。
在本实施例中,调色装置上设置有扫码装置,该扫码装置设置在机架上,方便对色母桶51上标签的识别。(该扫码装置也可以设置在其他位置,扫码装置的目的是让控制机构判断色母桶51是否为程序中所需的色母桶51)。通过识别装入装置的色母桶51是否为所需的色母桶51,控制机构来统筹下一步的动作。
在本实施例中,平台40上设置有清洗盒,清洗盒内设置有毛刷组件,毛刷组件包括毛刷轴和毛刷,毛刷轴为被动轴,清洗盒位于出浆嘴和出液位置之间,且为色母桶51的必经之处。当一道注出工序完成,第一驱动部60带动压紧模块20上的色母桶51从出液位置向装配位置运动时,出浆嘴会与毛刷接触,毛刷清洗出浆嘴避免残余色浆干结。(当然也可以将毛刷轴设置为具有动力源带动的主动轮,这种设计方式会提升清洁效果并增加设计难度和制造成本)。
在本实施例中,机架上还设置有位于出液位置上方、出浆嘴下方设置移动的接滴盒,接滴盒包括位于出浆嘴正下方的接滴工位和避开出浆嘴位置的回避工位。机架上设置直线运动机构,比如电机带动齿轮,齿轮转动带动齿条移动,接滴盒和齿条连接一起移动。或者机架上设置气缸,气缸活塞杆带动接滴盒一起运动。注出通道关闭后即出浆嘴不再出浆后,可能会有残余的色浆。设置接滴盒,注出通道关闭后,接滴盒移动到出浆嘴的正下方避免残余的色浆滴入接取装置,影响精度。
在本实施例中,调色装置还包括设置在装置顶部的主动锥齿轮,主动锥齿轮通过动力源带动,该动力源为电机,色母桶51内设置搅拌装置,搅拌装置的顶部设置有锥齿轮,锥齿轮伸出到桶盖上方,主动锥齿轮与色母桶51上的锥齿轮啮合,带动搅拌装置转动。
具体地,搅拌装置的一端为伸入色母桶51的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设置搅拌叶,搅拌装置位于色母桶51外的一端连接锥齿轮,锥齿轮位于桶盖上方。当色母桶51位于出液位置时,主动锥齿轮与锥齿轮在空间位置上相互啮合,通过电机和齿轮机构带动搅拌装置在色母桶51内 转动、搅拌。搅拌叶是螺旋搅拌叶,是一种削泡式桨叶,搅拌过程中可以把色母浆液打到桶壁上,把气泡打出或者打破,方便用体积测量。
本调色装置的工作过程如下:配方中的色母逐个下料,装置中一次放入一种色母桶51,一种色母下料完成之后,再将另外一种色母桶51放到装置上进行下料,重复上述步骤,所需色母依次下料完成之后,人工在调色桶(接取装置)内搅拌,即可得到所需颜色的汽车漆。调色装置的具体动作如下:
(1)开机初始化动作,操作门71中的门关闭,压紧模块20运动到第一导轨10的装配位置后,装配位置传感器将压紧模块20的位置信息传送给控制机构,随后控制机构控制操作门71中的门打开,装置内部所有电机断电;
(2)根据所配汽车漆的需要,需要将装有不同色母的色母桶51依次安装在压紧模块20上。色母桶51手动安装到压紧模块20上,当色母桶51底部的耳畔安装到压紧模块20的卡固结构(第一压紧块与底座之间的间隔)上,桶检测传感器用来检测色母桶51是否安装到位,当色母桶51安装到位后,控制机构控制操作门71关闭,门闭合后,门与门框上的内互锁开关闭合,装置内所有电机通电;
(3)色母桶51沿着第一导轨开始向出液位置运动,当出液位置传感器检测到压紧模块20运动到出液位置后,在此工位时,活塞头进入位于槽型机构的槽中。同时,扫码装置扫码色母桶51,判断该色母桶51为配方中颜料,且未与之前配方中注出过的颜色重复,则第三驱动部100运动,阀门电机带动拨杆运动,拨杆与阀体拨杆结合,拨杆转动使阀体拨杆转动,使得出浆嘴连通,完成下料;如果扫码得出的信息与程序正确信息不符,则控制机构报错,色母桶51运动回原点,等待纠错;
(4)当该种色母的下料量达到所需,控制机构带动阀门电机反转,阀门电机带动拨杆反向运动,拨杆转动使阀体拨杆反向转动,从而控制出浆嘴关闭;
(5)出浆嘴关闭后,接滴盒在直线运动机构的带动下,从回避工位运动到接滴工位,设置接滴盒,注出通道关闭后,接滴盒移动到出浆嘴的正下方避免残余的色浆滴入接取装置,影响精度;
(6)接滴盒进入接滴工位后,压紧模块20在第一驱动部60的牵引下向第一导轨10的装配位置运动,压紧模块20在运动的过程中出浆嘴经过清洗盒,色母桶51的出浆嘴与毛刷接触摩擦,毛刷清洗出浆嘴避免残余色浆干结;
(7)最后压紧模块20回到装配位置,装置内电机断电,操作门71的门打开,工作人员取出该色母桶51,根据程序提示,放入下一个色母桶51,重复上述的工作过程,当所有色母桶51下料完成后,调色桶内的色母讲过搅拌,即得所需汽车漆。
通过本实施例提供的装置,具有以下有益效果:
(1)通过限位结构30对压紧模块20的状态进行切换,便于对色母桶51进行拆装,无需等色母桶51移动至装配位置并停稳之后,再利用专用的拆装机构进行拆装,能够提升拆装效率。
(2)色母桶51使用体积计量,包括体积计量泵和色母桶51相连实现色浆定体积注出,可以自动注出色浆。采用体积注出、体积配色的方法,有效的降低了成本。
(3)采用单个色母桶51在第一导轨10上直线运动的形式,简化了装置结构,降低了设备成本,大大缩小了装置体积,在商业上更适合中小门店使用,因此具有很好的市场前景。
需要注意的是,这里所使用的术语仅是为了描述具体实施方式,而非意图限制根据本申请的示例性实施方式。如在这里所使用的,除非上下文另外明确指出,否则单数形式也意图包括复数形式,此外,还应当理解的是,当在本说明书中使用术语“包含”和/或“包括”时,其指明存在特征、步骤、操作、器件、组件和/或它们的组合。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种输送装置,其特征在于,所述输送装置包括:
    第一导轨(10),包括相互连接的第一段(11)和第二段(12);
    压紧模块(20),可沿所述第一导轨(10)移动地配合设置在所述第一导轨(10)上,所述压紧模块(20)包括相对位置可调的底座(21)和压紧组件(22),所述压紧组件(22)设置在所述底座(21)上,所述压紧组件(22)与所述底座(21)之间具有间隔,所述压紧模块(20)具有相对设置的待装配状态和压紧状态,当所述压紧模块(20)处于所述压紧状态时,所述间隔变小以对被夹持件进行夹紧;
    限位结构(30),用于调节所述压紧组件(22)和所述底座(21)之间的间隔,所述压紧模块(20)由所述第一段(11)移动至所述第二段(12)的过程中,通过所述限位结构(30)对所述压紧模块(20)的状态进行切换,当所述压紧模块(20)位于所述第一段(11)时,所述压紧模块(20)处于所述待装配状态,当所述压紧模块(20)位于所述第二段(12)时,所述压紧模块(20)处于所述压紧状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述限位结构(30)包括第二导轨(31)和限位件(32),所述第一导轨(10)与所述第二导轨(31)设置方向相同,所述第二导轨(31)上设置有第一滑槽(311),所述限位件(32)设置在所述第一滑槽(311)内,所述底座(21)设置在所述第一导轨(10)上,所述限位件(32)与所述压紧组件(22)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽(311)设置在所述第二导轨(31)的侧壁上,所述第一滑槽(311)的相对所述第一段(11)的高度高于所述第一滑槽(311)相对所述第二段(12)的高度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述压紧组件(22)包括:
    第一压紧件(221),位于所述底座(21)的一侧,所述第一压紧件(221)与所述底座(21)之间具有间隔;
    连接件(222),穿设在所述底座(21)上,所述连接件(222)的一端与所述第一压紧件(221)连接;
    第二压紧件(223),位于所述底座(21)的另一侧,所述连接件(222)的另一端与所述第二压紧件(223)连接,所述限位件(32)设置在所述第二压紧件(223)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述第一压紧件(221)与所述连接件(222)之间具有调节结构(23),所述调节结构(23)用于调节所述第一压紧件(221)与所述底座(21)的最大间隔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述调节结构(23)包括:
    腰形孔(231),设置在所述连接件(222)上,所述腰形孔(231)沿所述连接件(222) 的长度方向延伸;
    固定件(232),穿过所述腰形孔(231)并与所述第一压紧件(221)连接;
    调节件(233),所述连接件(222)具有安装孔,所述安装孔的延伸方向与所述连接件(222)的延伸方向相同,所述调节件(233)穿设在所述安装孔内,所述调节件(233)的端部与所述固定件(232)相抵接以限制所述固定件(232)在所述腰形孔(231)内的相对位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的输送装置,其特征在于,所述底座(21)上设置有第二滑槽(211),所述底座(21)通过所述第二滑槽(211)卡设在所述第一导轨(10)。
  8. 一种调色装置,其特征在于,所述调色装置包括:
    平台(40);
    输送装置(50),所述输送装置(50)上的压紧模块(20)用于固定色母桶(51),所述输送装置(50)为权利要求1至7中任一项所述的输送装置;
    第一驱动部(60),设置在所述平台(40)上,所述第一驱动部(60)与所述压紧模块(20)驱动连接,以驱动所述压紧模块(20)相对所述平台(40)移动,所述压紧模块(20)相对所述平台(40)具有装配位置和出液位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的调色装置,其特征在于,所述调色装置还包括壳体(70),所述壳体(70)罩设在所述平台(40)上,所述壳体(70)具有对应所述装配位置设置的操作门(71),所述操作门(71)具有相对所述壳体(70)设置的打开状态和关闭状态。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的调色装置,其特征在于,所述调色装置还包括:
    第二驱动部(81),可移动地设置在所述壳体(70)上;
    转轴(82),可转动地设置在所述壳体(70)上,所述转轴(82)与所述操作门(71)驱动连接;
    连杆机构(83),所述连杆机构(83)的一端与所述第二驱动部(81)铰接,所述连杆机构(83)的另一端与所述转轴(82)连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的调色装置,其特征在于,所述连杆机构(83)包括相互铰接的第一连杆(831)和第二连杆(832),所述第一连杆(831)的一端与所述第二驱动部(81)的推动件(812)铰接,所述第二连杆(832)的一端与所述转轴(82)固定连接,所述调色装置还包括:
    第三连杆(84),所述第三连杆(84)的一端与所述转轴(82)固定连接,所述第三连杆(84)的另一端与所述操作门(71)铰接;
    第一滑轨(85),设置在所述壳体(70)上;
    第一滑块(86),可滑动地设置在所述第一滑轨(85)上,所述第一滑块(86)与所述操作门(71)铰接,在所述操作门(71)移动的过程中,所述第一滑块(86)和所述第一滑轨(85)相配合以限制所述操作门(71)沿预设路径移动。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的调色装置,其特征在于,所述调色装置还包括:
    泵送机构(90),与所述色母桶(51)连接,所述泵送机构(90)用于将所述色母桶(51)内的油料泵出,所述平台(40)具有出液窗口(41),所述出液窗口(41)对应所述出液位置设置;
    第三驱动部(100),设置在所述平台(40)上,所述第三驱动部(100)与所述泵送机构(90)驱动连接,所述第三驱动部(100)用于驱动泵送机构(90)运行。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的调色装置,其特征在于,所述色母桶(51)通过阀体连接体积计量泵,所述色母桶(51)上设置桶盖,所述桶盖上设置倾倒口,所述倾倒口上设置倾倒口盖,所述倾倒口盖滑动设置在所述倾倒口上,所述倾倒口盖连接扣环,所述扣环与所述桶盖之间设置使所述倾倒口盖处于闭合状态的压紧弹簧,所述色母桶(51)上部和所述体积计量泵之间设置连接件使所述体积计量泵形成色母桶(51)的手柄,所述扣环位于所述桶盖上靠近所述体积计量泵的一侧,所述色母桶(51)内设置搅拌装置。
