汽车修补漆体积配色方法、定体积注出装置及自动配色装置 技术领域
本发明属于汽车修补漆自动调配领域,具体涉及汽车修补漆体积配色方法、汽车修补漆定体积注出装置及自动配色装置。
背景技术
汽车修补漆喷漆之前进行配色时,常用的方法之一是利用色卡与汽车颜色对比,找到同样颜色的色卡,按色卡号从电脑中的配色软件数据库中查到该色卡号的色母比例及各色母重量配方,根据配方人工称重需要种类的色母、混合、搅拌调配出和色卡颜色一致的汽车修补漆(以下可简称为汽车漆)。人工效率低、而且按照色卡调配出的汽车修补漆通常与汽车的颜色有时有一定的偏差,需要人工进一步调节,费事费力且对调色工的技术要求较高、需要有经验的调配工才能调配出颜色一致的汽车漆。
现有的技术中,还有根据汽车的型号或漆码查找到出厂时喷漆的配方或者利用光学仪器如分光光度仪,测量汽车表面漆,得出配漆配方的方法,这样得到配方方法能适合大部分汽车表面漆的分析,比较准确、减少了根据车型或漆码得到配方调配出汽车漆与实际汽车漆颜色的误差。但即使这样,之前统计出的数据表明有相当比例的汽车表面漆在一次配色后还是存在色差,还是需要进一步的人工配色修正。所以,当今的汽车修补漆的配色对人工的要求高,依赖性大,而人工配色效率低,特别是有的调漆店一天的配色量非常大,能达到几十种或上百种,一个配色工都不能完成,有的店甚至需要两个或四个配色工。即使这样,由于劳动强度大,环境差(到处粘有颜色,甚至身上),技术提高需要长时间的积累,人们还是不愿意干配色工这个工作。另一方面,要招聘到一个优秀的配色工也是非常困难,工资低了没人干。而当今的配色技术工是必须的,而对于调色量很少的调漆店或调色只是一个辅助业务(如有的4S店)配漆收益顶不了一个配漆工的薪水。所以,市面上如有一种自动准确调配各配色色母量的设备,可达到提高效率、降低调配技术要求,降低人工费用的目的。
其实近几年已经有企业开发出汽车修补漆自动调色机。但并没能形成稳定的产品投入市场。
我们都知道,世界上现有的成熟和通用的汽车漆调色方法都是采用重量比的方式,而且是手动从漆桶中倒出色母称重配色调色。即按照所需配色色母的重量要求,从上部装有浆盖的色母桶内通过浆盖上的出浆口手动倒出色母。在电子秤上称出所需的配色色母重量。每个配方中的配色色母都这样从色母桶中倒出称重达到所需的重量。搅拌混合配色色母,完成所需颜色漆的配色。该浆盖具有搅拌功能和手动控制色母倒出功能。目前世界上制作汽车修补漆调色色母的厂家(如:新进、杜邦、PPG、巴斯夫)的调色配方都是按照重量比来设计的。
使用重量比手动倒漆调色的好处有两点:
1从色母桶中倒出所需量的色母方便,控制倒出量也方便:只要观察称重秤上的所需重量快到时,手控逐步减慢色母的倒出速度,使其慢慢接近所需的倒出重量,直到最后达到所需的色母重量停止色母的倒出。其它的配色色母也按照同样的方法完成所需重量的倒出和称重;
2需要配色的几支色母都可以倒入一个容器中直接搅拌均匀:例如,如果配一个颜色需要三种色母,每个色母的重量分别为A色母需1.1克、B色母需2.2克、C色母需3.3克,可把一个空桶放到电子秤上,并重量清零。在空桶内倒入A色母,直到电子秤显示为1.1克。电子秤清零,再倒入B色母,直到电子秤显示重量为2.2克;再把电子秤清零,倒入C色浆,直到电子秤显示3.3克。最后把三种色母用搅拌尺搅拌均匀,完成配色调色。
使用重量调色是调色历史最初的自然选择。为了避免靠经验调色配色色母的比例不能准确得知和色母需要量不能准确控制,在经验调色的基础上产生了最方便实现的重量比例法准确配色。
理论上使用体积比例配色也是成立的。但是理论上成立的体积比配色法实际中很难实现。体积比例调色法得到所需体积的配色色母的想法有几种方法:设想1:是把色母手动倒入量杯中,根据量杯的体积刻度量标位置人眼观察控制倒入的色母量。但这有一个问题,由于色漆的特性,人眼观察量杯刻度量尺的位置确定色母的体积量精度达不到所需0.1克重量的精度,特别是大量调色漆时的量杯体积也就要大,量杯的截面积更大,人眼确定色母是否达到规定的量标位置的误差更大,根本达不到0.1克的调色精度要求。而且就是不精准的体积手动调色法也比起重量比例调色法在实际操作中要困难和繁琐得多,以致不能实现有效地调色配色;设想2:用比重杯方法:因为色母的挂壁残留和体积计量的不连续性,得到所需体积也是实际应用中难以实现的;设想3:手动注射管容积计量注出法:由于抽取色母的注射管头处的色母挂带,会引起精度误差,清除挂带色母既费事又不环保,如不清理则会流到针管头出口处影响0.1克以下的误差保证。同样,手动注出粘稠色母非常用力,力量小的人甚至推不动,缩小注射管的管径虽然能减少注出力,提高单次的推出精度,但对于量大的色母准确注出又需要多次的抽入色母容器中进行色母的抽取,每次抽取都要清除注射管口处的挂带色母,而且次数的增加会增加累积误差,此时0.1克误差的更难以控制,而且这样比起目前使用的重量比例法配色要复杂太多,配色行业当然会选择简单易实现的重量比法配色,而不会选择即费事又难以保证精度的这种体积比法进行调色。
本行业内的技术人员在重量比配色方法出现之后就没有再考虑用体积比去实现配色。因为从过去到现在,业内人事经过上述各影响因素分析后认定其不能代替重量比调色和配色,这以潜移默化在业内人事的脑海中,已经成为一种技术偏见。
技术问题
汽车漆修补已经有100多年的历史,都是用重量比配色。主要是因为体积量取不精确,推出后的设备不能满足需求,国外一流厂商尝试也长期无法解决这个问题,人们已经普遍认为汽车漆只能用重量比测量。公知技术中汽车漆修补也是这样记载。比如,汽车涂料,王民信、王丽君著,化学工业出版社2005年-7.6.3汽车修补推拉面漆颜色的调配中明确指出使用电子天平对涂料称重,着色涂料要多批少量的加入、避免用料过多、每次先去少量涂料配置,等配出色漆完全匹配,再根据需要扩大比例。可见这是本领域公知常识,造成人们形成了技术偏见,无法想到用体积比配重。
为了解决技术偏见,本发明提供一种计量准确的汽车修补漆体积配色方法及汽车修补漆定体积注出装置。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是以下述方式实现的:汽车修补漆体积配色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在被修补车身上查出印有颜色编号的汽车资料身份证,查出该车的颜色编码或对比出所接近的色卡编码;利用阅读器或电脑配色系统找出所用修补漆重量配方;或者利用分光光度仪在待修补车身涂层完整处表面探测,通过计算输出修补漆重量配方;
(2)根据修补漆重量配方和测量出的色母比重换算出对应修补漆体积配方;
(3)按照修补漆体积配方和待修补的面积计算所需色母的种类和体积;
(4)按照所需的色母种类和体积通过汽车修补漆定体积注出装置取得色母并混合。
汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,包括汽车修补漆的色母桶,色母桶通过阀体连接定体积注出液体的体积计量泵。
色母桶上密封设置桶盖,桶盖和色母桶之间为可拆卸连接,桶盖上设置呼吸阀。
呼吸阀为两个方向相反的单向阀。
桶盖上设置进料口和进料口盖。
体积计量泵为驱动机构驱动的活塞泵或者柱塞泵。
阀体为回流阀,所述体积计量泵为大小组合泵。
所述色母桶通过阀体连接体积计量泵;色母桶上设置桶盖,桶盖上设置倾倒口,倾倒口上设置倾倒口盖。
所述倾倒口盖滑动设置在倾倒口上,倾倒口盖连接扣环,扣环与桶盖之间设置使倾倒口盖处于闭合状态的压紧弹簧。
所述色母桶上部和体积计量泵之间设置连接件使体积计量泵形成色母桶的手柄,所述扣环位于桶盖上靠近体积计量泵的一侧。
所述色母桶内设置搅拌装置。
所述桶盖上设置进料口和进料口盖。
一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,包括机体、机体上设置控制器,所述机体内设置至少一排汽车修补漆定体积注出装置、其下方设置直线移动的接料调漆部件;汽车修补漆定体积注出装置包括汽车修补漆的色母桶、色母桶通过阀体连接被驱动机构带动定体积注出的体积计量泵。
机体上设置第一直线驱动机构,接料调漆部件包括移动架,移动架连接第一直线驱动机构做直线运动;阀体上设置出浆嘴,移动架上位于阀体出浆嘴下方的留出放置调漆杯的空间。
所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置的阀体上设置阀体拨杆,阀体内设置注出通道;移动架上设置拨动阀体拨杆使之转动使注出通道与出浆嘴连通或关闭的阀门电机。
所述体积计量泵为活塞泵,所述移动架上设置第二直线驱动机构,第二直线驱动机构上设置上下移动的拉杆头挡板提升或下压活塞泵的活塞杆。
所述移动架上设置清洗组件清洗出浆嘴,清洗组件包括毛刷组件和清洗轮组件。
所述移动架上位于调漆杯上方、出浆嘴下方设置移动的接滴盒,接滴盒包括位于出浆嘴正下方的接滴工位和避开出浆嘴位置的回避工位。
色母桶上密封设置桶盖,色母桶内设置一端伸入色母桶的搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设置搅拌叶,搅拌轴位于色母桶外的一端连接锥齿轮;机体上设置转动驱动机构带动的转动轴,转动轴上对应色母桶位置设置主动锥齿轮与色母桶上的锥齿轮啮合。
所述机体上设置色母桶固定组件,色母桶固定组件包括设置在机体上的底板、底板上方设置色母桶固定板,色母桶固定板上设置色母桶;底板下方设置色母桶底座、色母桶底座与色母桶固定板之间通过连接杆固定;机体上设置减速电机,减速电机带动凸轮转动,凸轮与色母桶底座接触;底板和色母桶固定板之间设置弹簧缓冲装置压紧色母桶。
所述移动架上设置扫码模块,汽车修补漆定体积注出装置上设置二维码。
所述阀体为回流阀、体积计量泵为大小组合泵。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:汽车修补漆体积配色方法,克服了技术偏见,且方法简单,简化了需要的设备,能实现自动定体积注出汽车修补漆色母,降低了成本。使用体积计量泵和色母桶相连实现色浆定体积注出,可以自动定体积注出色浆,设备简单,注出精确。
使用体积计量泵和色母桶相连实现色浆定体积注出,可以自动注出色浆。在停电或者需要的时候,也可以人工拉动扣环通过倾倒口注出色浆,此时体积计量泵可以作为手柄使用。通过扫描确定所需色母的位置、通过阀门电机自动开启阀门、通过丝杠机构自动启动柱塞泵吸取和注出色浆、全自动按照体积配色汽车修补漆、效率高,有效的降低了成本。

本发明的实施方式
汽车修补漆体积配色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在被修补车身上查出印有颜色编号的汽车资料身份证,查出该车的颜色编码或对比出所接近的色卡编码,利用阅读器或电脑配色系统找出所用修补漆重量配方;或者利用分光光度仪在待修补车身涂层完整处表面探测,通过计算输出修补漆重量配方;
(2)根据修补漆重量配方和测量出的色母比重换算出对应修补漆体积配方;
(3)按照修补漆体积配方和待修补的面积计算所需色母的种类和体积;
(4)按照所需的色母种类和体积通过汽车修补漆定体积注出装置取得色母并混合。
其中色母比重的测量方法是使用实验室的高精度的体积泵或者本发明的体积泵打出预定体积的色母,如30毫升。用精度为±0.001g的电子秤称重,重量处于体积得到实际的色母比重。可以多测试几次,取平均值。本方法适应于密度比较稳定的色母。
如图1-9所示,一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,包括机体1、机体1上设置控制器。机体内设置至少一排汽车修补漆定体积注出装置2、其下方设置直线移动的接料调漆部件3。汽车修补漆定体积注出装置2包括汽车修补漆的色母桶20、色母桶20通过阀体21连接定体积注出液体的体积计量泵22。阀体21具有通断和换流功能。体积计量泵22可以为被步进电机,或伺服电机、或直接电机驱动的体积泵、比如活塞泵或柱塞泵。目前在汽车修补漆配色领域,都按照质量比重调配各种色浆。这种方式需要额外设置电子秤等称重装置。本申请通过体积计量泵22按照体积注出色浆,可以使用体积比例调配各种色浆达到预定效果的汽车修补漆,不需要称重装置。
机架1上设置第一直线驱动机构4,接料调漆部件3包括移动架30,移动架30连接第一直线驱动机构4做直线运动。阀体21上设置出浆嘴23,移动架30上设置位于阀体21出浆嘴23下方的调漆杯。调漆杯位于调漆杯托板31上。第一直线驱动机构4可以为第一伺服电机带动的同步带驱动,移动架30设置在同步带上随着同步带40一起运动。当然也可以为其他的直线驱动机构。机体1上设置导轨5,移动架30上设置在导轨5上滑动的滑块32。
汽车修补漆定体积注出装置2的阀体21上设置阀体拨杆24,阀体内设置注出通道25。移动架30上设置拨动阀体拨杆24使之转动使注出通道25与出浆嘴23连通或关闭的阀门电机33。阀门电机33上设置拨杆,拨杆转动使阀体拨杆24转动。
体积计量泵22为可以活塞泵,移动架30上设置第二直线驱动机构34,第二直线驱动机构34上设置上下移动的拉杆头挡板340提升柱塞泵的活塞杆26。第二直线驱动机构34可以为丝杠螺母机构,移动架30上设置第二伺服电机带动转动的丝杠341,丝杠上设置螺母342、螺母342连接拉杆头挡板340。拉杆头挡板包括槽型结构,活塞杆的活塞头随着色母桶转动时离开或者进入位于槽型机构的槽中。螺母342上下移动使活塞杆上下移动从而从色母桶中吸走并打出色母。
移动架30上设置清洗组件6清洗出浆嘴23。清洗组件6包括毛刷组件61和清洗轮组件62。清洗轮组件62包括清洗轮轴和被动轴上设置的棉胶清洗轮。毛刷组件61包括毛刷轴和毛刷,毛刷轴、清洗轮轴都为被动轴。清洗组件6位于调漆杯的一侧。注出通道25移开后,清洗轮组件62先经过出浆嘴23、然后是毛刷组件61,清洗出浆嘴23避免残余色浆干结。
移动架30上位于调漆杯上方、出浆嘴23下方设置移动的接滴盒7,接滴盒7包括位于出浆嘴23正下方的接滴工位和避开出浆嘴23位置的回避工位。移动架30上设置第三直线运动机构,比如电机带动齿轮,齿轮转动带动齿条移动,接滴盒7和齿条连接一起移动。或者移动架上设置气缸,气缸活塞杆带动接滴盒7一起运动。注出通道25关闭后即出浆嘴23不再出浆后,可能会有残余的色浆。即使有清洗组件6的实施例中,因为清洗组件6在调漆杯32的后方,在清洗组件6移动在出浆嘴23位置之前,仍然会有残余的色浆。设置接滴盒7,注出通道25关闭后,接滴盒7移动到出浆嘴23的正下方避免残余的色浆滴入调漆杯,影响精度。
色母桶20上密封设置桶盖201,色母桶20内设置一端伸入色母桶的搅拌轴202,搅拌轴202上设置搅拌叶,搅拌轴202位于色母桶201外的一端连接锥齿轮204。机架1上设置转动驱动机构8带动的转动轴,转动轴上对应色母桶20位置设置主动锥齿轮与色母桶20上的锥齿轮204啮合。转动驱动机构包括电机,通过电机和齿轮机构带动转动轴转动、通过转动轴带动一排的色母桶20内搅拌轴202转动。色母桶(20)和桶盖(201)之间设置耐腐蚀的密封圈,密封圈为耐腐蚀的材质,才能适应汽车漆的色母的腐蚀性。搅拌叶是螺旋搅拌叶,是一种削泡式桨叶,搅拌过程中可以把色母浆液打到桶壁上,把气泡打出或者打破,方便用体积测量。因为气泡越多,体积计量越不准。这是和乳胶漆所用的的搅拌叶不同的地方。
机架1上设置色母桶固定组件9,色母桶固定组件9包括设置在机架1上的底板90、底板90上方设置色母桶固定板91,色母桶固定板91上设置色母桶20;底板90下方设置色木桶底座92、色母桶底座92与色母桶固定板91之间通过连接杆93固定。机架1上设置减速电机94,减速电机94带动凸轮95转动,凸轮95与色母桶20底座接触;底板90和色母桶固定板91之间设置弹簧缓冲装置压紧色母桶。连接杆93从底板90经过,底板90与色母桶固定板91之间的连接杆93上设置弹簧96。这样,安装色母桶20时,凸轮95转动带动色母桶固定板91向下移动;安装完成后,凸轮95转动,弹簧96将色母桶固定板91拉回,色母桶20的上端设置有固定的挡板,色母桶20卡紧在机架1的挡板和色母桶固定板91之间。机架1上对应色母桶20的位置设置色母桶到位感应器,当更换色母桶时,向控制器发出信号。
移动架30上设置扫码模块,汽车修补漆定体积注出装置2上设置二维码。扫码模块为扫描枪,二维码上记录色母桶的色号等信息。阀体21优选为回流阀,体积计量泵优选为大小组合泵。如专利CN201410792479.7中或CN201711400600.7中或CN201310045508.9中阀体结构和泵结构。回流阀中具有回流通道,当阀体21处于关闭状态、即不注出色浆时,回流通道连通即阀体21与色母桶20连通,汽车修补漆可以回流到色母桶20内。因为汽车修补漆比较粘稠,如果没有回流通道,注出通道25很容易干结堵塞,造成出漆困难。
机体1上还设置搅拌部件和储物部件。储存部件内可以设置多个备用的汽车修补漆定体积注出装置2。储物部件内可以设置同样的压紧装置压紧色母桶。搅拌部件可以为搅拌机,控制器控制搅拌机的搅拌时间。柜体可以组装,分成调色部件、搅拌部件、储物部件分别组装和运输。
汽车修补漆定体积注出装置2的色母桶20上密封设置桶盖201,桶盖201和色母桶20之间为可拆卸连接,桶盖20上设置呼吸阀205。在桶盖201密封的状态下,呼吸阀205的设置可以使体积计量泵更为顺畅并准确的使用。平常状态下,呼吸阀205关闭、杜绝空气进入、可以防止色浆变质,避免造成色浆质量变化和计量不准。呼吸阀205可以为两个方向相反的单向阀。一个单行阀向内、另一个单向阀向外。当体积计量泵22从色母桶20中吸取色浆时,通过单向阀向色母桶20内进空气;当体积计量泵22将色浆回流到色母桶20内时,空气通过向外的单向阀排出。桶内气压平衡,容易吸取色浆。桶盖201上设置进料口和进料口盖。桶盖201上还可以设置倾倒口207,倾倒口207上设置倾倒口盖208。这样本装置既可以通过体积计量泵22和阀体21自动出料,也可以在停电时候手动使用从倾倒口207倒出汽车修补漆。倾倒口盖208滑动设置在倾倒口207上,倾倒口盖208连接扣环209,扣环209与桶盖201之间设置使倾倒口盖处于闭合状态的压紧弹簧203。扣环209大小可以使指节伸入拉动。向外拉动扣环209,倾倒口盖208拉开,露出倾倒口207。松开扣环209后,压紧弹簧203自动将倾倒口盖208合上。色母桶20上部和体积计量泵22之间设置连接件27使体积计量泵22形成色母桶20的手柄。扣环209位于桶盖201上靠近体积计量泵22的一边。单手握住体积计量泵22,一根手指扣住扣环209,可以实现单手操作倒出物料。
具体实施时,减速电机94启动带动凸轮95转动,把汽车修补漆定体积注出装置2安装在机体1内,使色母桶20夹紧在色母桶固定板91和挡板之间,此时色母桶20上的锥齿轮204与机体1的转动轴上的主动锥齿轮啮合。第一直线驱动机构4启动,同步带40带动接料调漆部件3做从机体1一端做直线运动到另一端,扫描枪对每个色母桶扫描,确认色母桶20全部到位后,接料调漆部件3从另一端开始向回移动,到需要的色号的色母桶20前停下。第二直线驱动机构34启动,丝杠341转动带动螺母342向上移动,拉杆头挡板340带动体积计量泵22的活塞杆26上升抽取色浆,活塞杆26下降预设的位移后,阀门电机33启动,阀体21注出通道25连通出浆嘴23,活塞杆26继续下降,预定量的色浆从出浆嘴23流出到调漆杯。阀门电机33关闭、接滴盒7移动到出浆嘴23下方。移动架30继续移动,清洗组件6经过出浆嘴23清洗掉残余色浆,依次重复直到取好需要的色浆。更换色母桶20后,接料调漆部件3经过更换的色母桶20会重新扫描确认色母桶20的型号和位置,不符合就发出警报到控制器。需要搅拌时,转动驱动机构8启动,使转动轴转动,主动锥齿轮转动,使搅拌轴202转动搅拌色母桶20内的色浆,控制器控制搅拌的时间。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 汽车修补漆体积配色方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    (1)在被修补车身上查出印有颜色编号的汽车资料身份证,查出该车的颜色编码或对比出所接近的色卡编码;利用阅读器或电脑配色系统找出所用修补漆重量配方;或者利用分光光度仪在待修补车身涂层完整处表面探测,通过计算输出修补漆重量配方;
    (2)根据修补漆重量配方和测量出的色母比重换算出对应修补漆体积配方;
    (3)按照修补漆体积配方和待修补的面积计算所需色母的种类和体积;
    (4)按照所需的色母种类和体积通过汽车修补漆定体积注出装置取得色母并混合。
  2. 汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,包括汽车修补漆的色母桶(20),其特征在于:所述色母桶(20)通过阀体(21)连接定体积注出液体的体积计量泵(22)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述色母桶(20)上密封设置桶盖(201),桶盖(201)和色母桶(20)之间为可拆卸连接,桶盖(201)上设置呼吸阀(205)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述呼吸阀(205)为两个方向相反的单向阀。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述桶盖(201)上设置进料口和进料口盖。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述体积计量泵(22)为驱动机构驱动的活塞泵或者柱塞泵。
  7. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述阀体(21)为回流阀,所述体积计量泵(22)为大小组合泵。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述色母桶(20)通过阀体(21)连接体积计量泵(22);色母桶(20)上设置桶盖(201),桶盖(201)上设置倾倒口(207),倾倒口上设置倾倒口盖(208)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述倾倒口盖(208)滑动设置在倾倒口(207)上,倾倒口盖(208)连接扣环(209),扣环(209)与桶盖(201)之间设置使倾倒口盖(208)处于闭合状态的压紧弹簧(203)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述色母桶(20)上部和体积计量泵(22)之间设置连接件(27)使体积计量泵(22)形成色母桶(20)的手柄,所述扣环(209)位于桶盖(201)上靠近体积计量泵(22)的一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述色母桶(20)内设置搅拌装置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置,其特征在于:所述桶盖(201)上设置进料口和进料口盖。
  13. 一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,包括机体(1)、机体(1)上设置控制器,其特征在于:所述机体(1)内设置至少一排汽车修补漆定体积注出装置(2)、其下方设置直线移动的接料调漆部件(3);汽车修补漆定体积注出装置(2)包括汽车修补漆的色母桶(20)、色母桶(20)通过阀体(21)连接被驱动机构带动定体积注出的体积计量泵(22)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述机体(1)上设置第一直线驱动机构(4),接料调漆部件(3)包括移动架(30),移动架(30)连接第一直线驱动机构(4)做直线运动;阀体(21)上设置出浆嘴(23),移动架(30)上位于阀体(21)出浆嘴(23)下方的留出放置调漆杯的空间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述汽车修补漆定体积注出装置(2)的阀体(21)上设置阀体拨杆(24),阀体(21)内设置注出通道(25);移动架(30)上设置拨动阀体拨杆(24)使之转动使注出通道(25)与出浆嘴(23)连通或关闭的阀门电机(33)。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述体积计量泵(22)为活塞泵,所述移动架(30)上设置第二直线驱动机构(34),第二直线驱动机构(34)上设置上下移动的拉杆头挡板(340)提升或下压活塞泵的活塞杆(26)。
  17. 根据权利要求14-16任一所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述移动架(30)上设置清洗组件(6)清洗出浆嘴(23),清洗组件(6)包括毛刷组件(61)和清洗轮组件(62)。
  18. 根据权利要求14-16任一所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述移动架(30)上位于调漆杯上方、出浆嘴(23)下方设置移动的接滴盒(7),接滴盒(7)包括位于出浆嘴(23)正下方的接滴工位和避开出浆嘴(23)位置的回避工位。
  19. 根据权利要求13-16任一所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:色母桶(20)上密封设置桶盖(201),色母桶(20)内设置一端伸入色母桶的搅拌轴(202),搅拌轴(202)上设置搅拌叶,搅拌轴(202)位于色母桶(20)外的一端连接锥齿轮(204);机体(1)上设置转动驱动机构(8)带动的转动轴,转动轴上对应色母桶(20)位置设置主动锥齿轮与色母桶(20)上的锥齿轮(204)啮合。
  20. 根据权利要求13-16任一所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述机体(1)上设置色母桶固定组件(9),色母桶固定组件(9)包括设置在机体(1)上的底板(90)、底板(90)上方设置色母桶固定板(91),色母桶固定板(91)上设置色母桶(20);底板(90)下方设置色母桶底座(92)、色母桶底座(92)与色母桶固定板(91)之间通过连接杆(93)固定;机体(1)上设置减速电机(94),减速电机(94)带动凸轮(95)转动,凸轮(95)与色母桶底座(92)接触;底板(90)和色母桶固定板(91)之间设置弹簧缓冲装置压紧色母桶(20)。
  21. 根据权利要求14-16任一所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述移动架(30)上设置扫码模块,汽车修补漆定体积注出装置(2)上设置二维码。
  22. 根据权利要求13-16任一所述一种汽车修补漆定体积自动配色装置,其特征在于:所述阀体(21)为回流阀、体积计量泵(22)为大小组合泵。
