Abstract
一种基于分段控制原理的高柔性桌式包边机,包括底座(5)、胎模安装座(4)、顶升机构(3)、胎模(2)、若干压刀机构(1)、位于胎模(2)上侧的压模机构(6)、以及翻转机构(7);其中,顶升机构(3)用于带动胎模(2)及门盖件上下移动,压刀机构(1)驱动压刀水平运动对门盖件进行包边;而若干组压刀机构(1)能拼接成汽车门盖件轮廓形状,用于汽车门盖件的包边。一种基于分段控制原理的高柔性包边方法,包括预包边和终包边等步骤。
