请参阅图1~7,本发明实施例中,一种斑点式面料印刷装置,包括印刷箱11、涂胶组件和喷粉组件,所述印刷箱11一侧开设有进料口14并且其另一侧开设有出料口1,便于面料的输入和输出,所述涂胶组件和喷粉组件并列设置在印刷箱11内部并且喷粉组件位于出料口1所在的一侧,所述印刷箱11内部还设置有多组输料辊2,所述输料辊2用于向前输送面料,便于涂胶组件和喷粉组件对面料进行涂胶和喷粉;所述涂胶组件包括胶水箱12、涂胶辊13和弹性装置,所述弹性装置一端转动安装在印刷箱11侧壁上并且其另一端外围套设有涂胶辊13,所述涂胶辊13两端分别设置有矩形槽24和U型槽25并且涂胶辊13通过矩形槽24和U型槽25与弹性装置卡接,所述胶水箱12设置在涂胶辊13下方并且其内部盛放有胶水,所述涂胶辊13外表面设置有多组斑点凸起并且斑点凸起分别与面料和胶水充分接触,便于后续喷粉;所述弹性装置包括固定板20、压缩弹簧21和转轴23,所述转轴23一端为圆柱形并且通过轴承转动安装在印刷箱11侧壁上,所述转轴23另一端为六角形并且其外围套设固定板20,所述转轴23上还固定设置有圆形挡板19,所述压缩弹簧21套设在转轴23外围并且其两端分别与圆形挡板19和固定板20相抵,所述转轴23远离圆形挡板19的一端还固定安装有双向伸缩杆22并且双向伸缩杆22两端与矩形槽24形成卡接配合;所述涂胶组件还包括涂胶电机17,所述涂胶电机17固定安装在在印刷箱11外壁上并且其输出轴与转轴23圆柱形的一端固定连接。
所述双向伸缩杆22收缩,将涂胶辊13套设到转轴23外围,通过固定板20挤压压缩弹簧21,将双向伸缩杆22的伸出端与矩形槽24卡接,当输料辊2向前输送面料时,所述涂胶电机17通过转轴23带动涂胶辊13同步转动,所述涂胶辊13通过斑点凸起将胶水涂抹到面料上,启动喷粉组件,经过喷粉后的面料从出料口1输出。
所述喷粉组件包括喷粉管5、输料管8和粉料箱9,所述粉料箱9设置在印刷箱11底部并且其顶部与输料管8联通设置,所述喷粉管5两端安装有喷粉升降杆6并且喷粉升降杆6底部固定安装在粉料箱9上,所述喷粉管5顶部设置有多组喷嘴并且其底与输料管8联通,所述喷嘴向粉料箱9倾斜,便于多余的粉料落到粉料箱9内,所述输料管8上还是设置有泵体7;所述喷粉升降杆6伸缩带动喷粉管5上下运动,使得喷粉管5与面料处于合适的位置,所述泵体7通过输料管8将粉料箱9内的粉料输送到喷粉管5内部并从喷嘴喷洒到面料上并通过胶水粘在面料上。
为了从涂胶辊13两端同步带动涂胶辊13转动,降低传动损耗,所述固定板20内部开设有六角孔27并且六角孔27与转轴23六角形的一端形成滑动配合,保证固定板20与转轴23轴向滑动并且周向固定,所述固定板20外围还设置有四组卡接条26并且卡接条26与U型槽25形成卡接配合。
为了适用于不同类型的涂胶辊13的卡接,以满足不同的印刷需求,所述固定板20为圆锥台结构,配合卡接条26和转轴23使用,能够满足不同直径的涂胶辊13的卡接,灵活性强。
为了使得面料与胶水充分接触,所述印刷箱11顶部还固定设置有限位装置并且限位装置位于涂胶辊14上方,所述限位装置包括限位辊15和限位升降杆16,所述限位升降杆16顶部固定安装在印刷箱11顶部并且其底部与限位辊15转动连接,所述限位升降杆16伸缩带动限位辊15上下运动,使得限位辊15下端与面料紧密贴合,配合涂胶辊14,使得面料与斑点凸起紧密贴合,保证面料与胶水充分接触,便于后续喷粉。
所述印刷箱11远离涂胶电机17的侧壁上还设置有印刷箱门18,打开印刷箱门18,便于分别向粉料箱9和胶水箱12内部添加粉料和胶水,同时还可以及时查看和检修印刷箱11内部零部件,以保证本装置的工作效率。
所述印刷箱11底部还固定设置有四组支撑腿10并且支撑腿10底部还安装有防滑垫,保持本装置的稳定,防止滑动。
实施例2
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种斑点式面料印刷装置,为了保证本装置的印刷质量,提高工作效率,在实施例1的基础上,所述印刷箱11内部还设置有吹风装置,用于吹掉面料上多余的粉料,同时帮助胶水快速风干;所述吹风装置包括风机4,所述风机4固定安装在印刷箱11外壁上并且其出风管穿过印刷箱11侧壁延伸到印刷箱11内部,所述出风管末端设置有喇叭口并且喇叭口与面料位置相对应,扩大出风面积;所述出风管上还设置有加热器3,当面料需要快速风干时,同时启动风机4和加热器3,通过喇叭口向面料吹热风,提高工作效率。
本发明的工作原理是:
工作时,打开印刷箱门18,分别向粉料箱9和胶水箱12内部添加粉料和胶水,将涂胶辊14套设在转轴23外围,并通过固定板20和双向伸缩杆22卡接,关闭刷箱门18;从进料口14将面料送进印刷箱11内,利用输料辊2带动面料向前输送;启动限位升降杆16,所述限位升降杆16伸缩带动限位辊15上下运动,使得限位辊15下端与面料紧密贴合;启动涂胶电机17,所述涂胶电机17通过转轴23带动涂胶辊13同步转动,所述涂胶辊13通过斑点凸起将胶水涂抹到面料上;启动喷粉升降杆6,所述喷粉升降杆6伸缩带动喷粉管5上下运动,使得喷粉管5与面料处于合适的位置,启动泵体7,所述泵体7通过输料管8将粉料箱9内的粉料输送到喷粉管5内部并从喷嘴喷洒到面料上并通过胶水粘在面料上;启动风机4和加热器3,通过喇叭口向面料吹热风,吹掉面料上多余的粉料,同时帮助胶水快速风干;最后印刷好的面料从出料口1输出。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种斑点式面料印刷装置,包括印刷箱(11)、涂胶组件和喷粉组件,所述印刷箱(11)一侧开设有进料口(14)并且其另一侧开设有出料口(1),其特征在于,所述涂胶组件和喷粉组件并列设置在印刷箱(11)内部并且喷粉组件位于出料口(1)所在的一侧;所述涂胶组件包括胶水箱(12)、涂胶辊(13)和弹性装置,所述弹性装置一端转动安装在印刷箱(11)侧壁上并且其另一端外围套设有涂胶辊(13),所述涂胶辊(13)两端分别设置有矩形槽(24)和U型槽(25)并且涂胶辊(13)通过矩形槽(24)和U型槽(25)与弹性装置卡接,所述胶水箱(12)设置在涂胶辊(13)下方并且其内部盛放有胶水,所述涂胶辊(13)外表面设置有多组斑点凸起并且斑点凸起分别与面料和胶水充分接触;所述弹性装置包括固定板(20)、压缩弹簧(21)和转轴(23),所述转轴(23)一端为圆柱形并且通过轴承转动安装在印刷箱(11)侧壁上,所述转轴(23)另一端为六角形并且其外围套设固定板(20),所述转轴(23)上还固定设置有圆形挡板(19),所述压缩弹簧(21)套设在转轴(23)外围并且其两端分别与圆形挡板(19)和固定板(20)相抵,所述转轴(23)远离圆形挡板(19)的一端还固定安装有双向伸缩杆(22)并且双向伸缩杆(22)两端与矩形槽(24)形成卡接配合;所述涂胶组件还包括涂胶电机(17),所述涂胶电机(17)固定安装在在印刷箱(11)外壁上并且其输出轴与转轴(23)圆柱形的一端固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述印刷箱(11)内部还设置有多组输料辊(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述喷粉组件包括喷粉管(5)、输料管(8)和粉料箱(9),所述粉料箱(9)设置在所述印刷箱(11)底部并且其顶部与输料管(8)联通设置,所述喷粉管(5)两端安装有喷粉升降杆(6)并且喷粉升降杆(6)底部固定安装在粉料箱(9)上,所述喷粉管(5)顶部设置有多组喷嘴并且其底与输料管(8)联通,所述喷嘴向粉料箱(9)倾斜,所述输料管(8)上还是设置有泵体(7)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述固定板(20)内部开设有六角孔(27)并且六角孔(27)与所述转轴(23)六角形的一端形成滑动配合,所述固定板(20)外围还设置有四组卡接条(26)并且卡接条(26)与所述U型槽(25)形成卡接配合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述固定板(20)为圆锥台结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述印刷箱(11)顶部还固定设置有限位装置并且限位装置位于所述涂胶辊(14)上方,所述限位装置包括限位辊(15)和限位升降杆(16),所述限位升降杆(16)顶部固定安装在所述印刷箱(11)顶部并且其底部与限位辊(15)转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述印刷箱(11)远离涂胶电机(17)的侧壁上还设置有印刷箱门(18)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述印刷箱(11)底部还固定设置有四组支撑腿(10)并且支撑腿(10)底部还安装有防滑垫。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述印刷箱(11)内部还设置有吹风装置,所述吹风装置包括风机(4),所述风机(4)固定安装在所述印刷箱(11)外壁上并且其出风管穿过所述印刷箱(11)侧壁延伸到所述印刷箱(11)内部,所述出风管末端设置有喇叭口并且喇叭口与面料位置相对应。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的斑点式面料印刷装置,其特征在于,所述出风管上还设置有加热器(3)。
