Abstract

L'agent de démoulage de béton comprend : une huile émulsifiée, ladite huile émulsifiée comprenant une huile de transfert de chaleur et un co-émulsifiant, ledit co-émulsifiant étant un ester d'acide dibasique de diisobutyle ; un inhibiteur de rouille, ledit inhibiteur de rouille étant choisi parmi un ou un mélange de plus d'un acide gras, d'une amine d'alcool, de nitrite de sodium et de carbonate de sodium. L'agent de démoulage de béton a une bonne résistance à la corrosion, une excellente conductivité thermique et une très bonne résistance à la fissuration thermique, et est apte à transférer rapidement la chaleur locale dans le béton, d'améliorer la force de rebond et d'éviter les fissures de température en surface pendant la formation de béton. Après formation d'un film, le co-émulsifiant se volatilise, ce qui n'affecte pas les propriétés de l'agent de libération, permettant ainsi de raccourcir de manière efficace le temps de séchage et de formation de film de l'agent de libération, et d'offrir de larges perspectives d'application sur le marché.
