为了达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器装置,包括具有收容空间的外壳及收容于所述外壳内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体包括固定于所述外壳的固定环、固定于所述固定环的振动系统和磁路系统;所述振动系统包括用于振动发声且固定于所述固定环的振膜,所述振膜包括位于中央位置的中间部、自所述中间部的外周缘向外延伸形成的折环部、自所述折环部外周缘向外延伸的固持部以及自所述固持部的外周缘弯折延伸形成的延伸部,所述固持部固定于所述固定环沿振动方向远离所述磁路系统的表面,所述外壳包括围设形成所述收容空间的内壁,所述固定环抵接固定于所述内壁,所述延伸部夹设于所述固定环和所述内壁之间,所述延伸部朝向所述内壁的表面向所述内壁方向凸起形成有环绕所述固定环设置的第一凸环,所述内壁向远离所述延伸部的方向凹陷形成第一密封槽,所述第一凸环收容固定于所述第一密封槽。
优选地,所述第一凸环挤压固定于所述第一密封槽中。
优选地,所述扬声器装置还包括压设于所述固持部远离所述固定环一侧表面的机壳,所述固持部背离所述固定环的表面向所述机壳方向凸起形成有环绕所述折环部设置的第二凸环,所述机壳朝向所述固持部的表面向远离所述固持部方向凹陷形成与所述第二凸环对应的第二密封槽,所述第二凸环收容且固定于所述第二密封槽。
优选地,所述第二凸环挤压固定于所述第二密封槽中。
优选地,所述磁路系统包括相对所述外壳固定的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭朝向所述振膜一侧的主磁部及环绕所述主磁部设置的副磁部,所述主磁部与所述副磁部间隔设置形成磁间隙,所述磁间隙内插入有音圈。
优选地,所述副磁部包括固定于所述磁轭朝向所述振膜一侧并环绕所述主磁部设置的多个副磁体及盖设于多个所述副磁体远离所述磁轭一侧的夹板。
优选地,所述振动系统还包括与所述固持部沿振动方向间隔设置的支撑装置,所述支撑装置的一端夹设于所述固定环和所述外壳之间,其另一端通过骨架与所述振膜连接。
优选地,所述支撑装置包括柔性电路板和辅助振膜,所述柔性电路板包括相对所述固定环固定的第一固定部、相对所述骨架固定的第二固定部、连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的弹性连接部及自所述第二固定部延伸形成的焊盘部,所述辅助振膜的外边缘固定于所述第一固定部上,所述辅助振膜的内边缘固定于所述第二固定部上,其中,所述第一固定部上形成有与外部电路连接的第一焊盘,所述焊盘部上形成有与所述音圈电连接的第二焊盘。
优选地,所述中间部具有切中孔,所述切中孔内设有加强板,所述骨架包括连接所述加强板和所述中间部的第一连接部以及自所述第一连接部向所述磁路系统延伸形成的第二连接部及与所述第二连接部间隔设置的第三连接部,所述音圈固定于所述第二连接部远离所述第一连接部的一侧,所述支撑装置固定于所述第三连接部远离所述第一连接部的一侧。
优选地,所述外壳内设有与所述振膜沿振动方向间隔设置的隔离组件,所述隔离组件将所述收容空间分隔为第一腔体和第二腔体,所述隔离组件包括与所述磁轭固定的支撑环及固定于所述支撑环和所述磁轭的透气隔离件,所述支撑环与所述磁轭之间形成有透气通道,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体通过所述透气隔离件和所述透气通道气流连通,所述外壳向所述第一腔体内凸起形成支撑所述支撑环的凸块,其中,所述隔离组件和所述外壳围合形成所述第一腔体,所述振膜、所述外壳和所述隔离组件围合形成所述第二腔体。
优选地,所述磁轭远离所述振膜的一侧与所述透气隔离件固定连接。
优选地,所述磁轭和所述主磁部上贯穿设有沿所述振动方向延伸的穿孔,所述透气隔离件覆盖所述穿孔。
优选地,所述外壳包括主体部、自所述主体部的边缘向远离所述音圈的方向弯折延伸形成的第一弯折部及自所述第一弯折部远离所述主体部的一端弯折延伸形成的第二弯折部,其中,所述凸块位于所述主体部上,所述第一弯折部位于所述固定环背离所述固持部的一侧,所述延伸部夹设于所述固定环和所述第二弯折部之间。
本发明还提供一种移动终端设备,包括上述的扬声器装置,所述扬声器装置的机壳为所述移动终端设备的壳体。
有益效果
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器装置及采用该扬声器装置的移动终端设备通过在所述延伸部朝向所述外壳的一侧凸起形成有环绕所述固定环设置的第一凸环,且外壳1的内壁上形成第一密封槽,第一凸环收容且固定于第一密封槽中,所述第一凸环在所述固定环和所述外壳夹持力的作用下与第一密封槽形成密封连接,从而可以保证扬声器装置收容空间的气密性。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请结合参阅图1至图10,一种扬声器装置包括机壳100、具有收容空间10的外壳1及收容于所述外壳1内的扬声器单体2,所述外壳1包括围合形成收容空间10的内壁151。
所述扬声器单体2包括固定在所述外壳1内的固定环5、固定于固定环5的振动系统3和磁路系统4。
所述振动系统3包括振动发声且固定于所述固定环5的振膜31及驱动所述振膜31振动的音圈33。
所述振膜31包括位于中央位置的中间部311、自所述中间部311的外周缘向外延伸形成的折环部313、自所述折环部313外周缘向外延伸的固持部315以及自所述固持部315的外周缘弯折延伸形成的延伸部317,所述固持部315固定于所述固定环5沿振动方向X远离磁路系统4的表面,所述延伸部317夹设于所述固定环5和所述外壳1的内壁151之间。
其中,所述延伸部317朝向所述内壁151的表面向所述内壁151方向凸起形成有环绕所述固定环5设置的第一凸环318。
所述内壁151向远离所述延伸部317的方向凹陷形成第一密封槽1A,所述第一凸环318收容且固定于所述第一密封槽1A 。在所述振膜31与所述外壳1和所述固定环5装配时,所述第一凸环318收容且固定于所述第一密封槽1A内,且在所述固定环5和所述外壳1夹持力的作用下使得所述第一凸环318与所述第一密封槽1A形成密封连接,即挤压固定于第一密封槽1A内。
在本实施方式中,所述机壳100压设于所述固持部315远离所述固定环5的一侧表面,所述固持部315背离所述固定环5的表面向所述机壳100方向凸起形成有环绕所述折环部313设置的的第二凸环319。所述机壳100朝向所述固持部315的表面向远离所述固持部315方向凹陷形成与所述第二凸环319对应的第二密封槽100A,所述第二凸环319收容且固定于所述第二密封槽100A。所述机壳100与所述固持部315固定时,在所述固定环5和所述机壳100夹持力的作用下,第二凸环319与第二密封槽100A形成密封连接,即第二凸环319挤压固定于第二密封槽100A中,从而可以保证所述机壳100与所述固持部315之间的气密性。
所述磁路系统4包括相对外壳1固定的磁轭41以及固定于磁轭41朝向振膜31一侧的主磁部43及环绕主磁部43设置的副磁部45,主磁部43与副磁部45间隔设置形成磁间隙4A,音圈33插入所述磁间隙4A内。
所述主磁部43包括固定于所述磁轭41朝向所述振膜31一侧的主磁体431及固设于所述主磁体431远离所述磁轭41一侧的极芯433。通过所述极芯433的导磁作用可以提高所述磁间隙4A内的磁通量。
其中,所述主磁体431可以为磁钢,也可以为天然磁石。在本实施方式中,优选地,所述主磁体431为磁钢。
所述副磁部45包括固定于所述磁轭41朝向所述振膜31一侧并环绕所述主磁部43设置的多个副磁体451及盖设于多个所述副磁体451远离所述磁轭41一侧的夹板453。
其中,所述副磁体451可以为磁钢,也可以为天然磁石。在本实施方式中,优选地,所述副磁体451为磁钢。
在本实施方式中,所述夹板453由导磁材料制成。通过所述夹板453的导磁作用可以提高所述磁间隙4A内的磁通量,从而可以提高扬声器装置的声学性能。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述夹板也可以由非导磁材料制成。
如图7和图9所示,所述极芯433位于所述夹板453的通孔内并与所述夹板453位于同一水平面内。
如图1、图6及图7所示,所述主磁部43整体为长方形结构,所述副磁体451设有四个,其中,两个所述副磁体451沿所述主磁部43的短轴边间隔设置,另外两个所述副磁体451沿所述主磁部43的长轴边间隔设置。
可以理解的是,上述的所述主磁部43和所述副磁部45的结构并不局限于此。例如,所述主磁部43可以仅包括所述主磁体;所述主磁体331和所述副磁体451可以均由多个磁钢沿振动方向X叠加形成,且在振动方向X上,相邻两磁钢之间还可以设置极芯。
所述外壳1内设有与所述振膜31沿振动方向X间隔设置的隔离组件6,所述隔离组件6将所述收容空间10A分隔为第一腔体10B和第二腔体10C。其中,所述隔离组件6和所述外壳1围合形成所述第一腔体10B,所述振膜31、所述外壳1和所述隔离组件6围合形成所述第二腔体10C。
所述隔离组件6包括与所述磁轭41固定的支撑环61及固定于所述支撑环61和所述磁轭41的透气隔离件63,所述支撑环61与所述磁轭41之间形成有透气通道4B,所述第一腔体10B和所述第二腔体10C可通过所述透气隔离件63和所述透气通道4B气流连通,所述外壳1向所述第一腔体10B内凸起形成支撑所述支撑环61的凸块7。所述支撑环61与所述磁轭41之间形成有透气通道4B。通过设置所述透气通道4B,从而可以使得所述第一腔体10B和所述第二腔体10C通过所述透气隔离件63可气流连通。通过所述固定环5、所述支撑环61及所述凸块7的配合,可以使得所述磁路系统4固定在所述外壳1内,这种配合结构不仅结构简单以便于扬声器装置的装配,而且通过所述隔离组件6将所述收容空间10A分隔为第一腔体10B和第二腔体10C,且所述第一腔体10B和所述第二腔体10C通过所述隔离组件6的所述透气隔离件63可气流连通,从而可以使得所述第一腔体10B内可填充吸音材料(图未示)以改善所述扬声器装置的声学性能。
如图7所示,所述磁轭41沿所述音圈33的短轴方向的两端固定于所述支撑环61,其沿所述音圈33的长轴方向的两端与所述支撑环61间隔设置形成所述透气通道4B。
在本实施例中,所述磁轭41远离所述振膜31的一侧与所述透气隔离件63固定连接。
如图7和图9所示,所述磁轭41和所述主磁部43上贯穿设有沿所述振动方向X延伸的穿孔4C,所述透气隔离件63覆盖所述穿孔4C。通过设置所述穿孔4C可以增大所述第一腔体10B和所述第二腔体10C之间发生气流交换时的气流流通体积,从而有利于提高扬声器装置的声学性能。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述磁轭41和所述主磁部43上也可以不设置所述穿孔。
其中,所述吸音材料可以为吸音棉、吸音颗粒、吸音粉等。在本实施方式中,所述吸音材料为吸音颗粒或/和吸音粉。
如图4和图6所示,为了便于在所述第一腔体10B内填充所述吸音材料,所述外壳1对应所述第一腔体10B的位置上贯穿设有与所述第一腔体10B连通的灌粉孔1B,相应地,所述外壳1上还固设有密封所述灌粉孔1B的密封盖1C。
如图1所示,所述凸块7由所述外壳1冲压形成;所述凸块7设有多个,且多个所述凸块7间隔设置。可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述凸块7也可以设置成环状结构。
所述外壳1包括主体部11、自所述主体部11的边缘向远离所述音圈33的方向弯折延伸形成的第一弯折部13及自所述第一弯折部13远离所述主体部11的一端弯折延伸形成的第二弯折部15,其中,所述凸块7位于所述主体部11上,所述第一弯折部13位于所述固定环5背离所述固持部315的一侧,所述延伸部317夹设于所述固定环5和所述第二弯折部15之间。需要理解的是,所述外壳1为一端开口的,即所述第二弯折部15围设形成开口,所述振膜31固定于所述第二弯折部15且覆盖所述外壳1的开口,即本实施例中的扬声器装置是无前盖的。
所述振动系统3还包括与所述固持部315沿振动方向X间隔设置的支撑装置35,所述支撑装置35的一端夹设于所述固定环5和所述第一弯折部13之间,其另一端通过骨架8与所述振膜31连接。当所述音圈33通电后,所述音圈33会在所述磁路系统4磁场的作用下振动,与此同时,所述音圈33会驱动所述振膜31一同振动,而所述振膜31振动时会带动所述支撑装置35一同振动。
如图7和图8所示,所述支撑装置35设有两个,且两个所述支撑装置35沿所述主磁部43的长轴边间隔设置。通过设置所述支撑装置35可以限制所述音圈33沿长轴方向的摇摆,改善扬声器装置的纯音效果。
所述支撑装置35包括柔性电路板37和辅助振膜39,所述柔性电路板37包括相对所述固定环5固定的第一固定部371、相对所述骨架8固定的第二固定部373、连接所述第一固定部371和所述第二固定部373的弹性连接部375及自所述第二固定部373延伸形成的焊盘部377,所述辅助振膜39的外边缘固定于所述第一固定部371上,所述辅助振膜39的内边缘固定于所述第二固定部373上,其中,所述第一固定部371上形成有与外部电路连接的第一焊盘378,所述焊盘部377上形成有与所述音圈33电连接的第二焊盘379,所述第一弯折部13上开设有使所述第一焊盘378外露的窗口131。通过设置所述柔性电路板37可以实现所述音圈33与外部电路电连接,通过设置所述辅助振膜39可以提高所述扬声器装置的声学性能。
在本实施方式中,优选地,仅一个所述支撑装置35的柔性电路板37与所述音圈33电连接。这样可以减少焊接封线工序。
请参阅图1,进一步优选地,当仅一个所述支撑装置35的柔性电路板37与所述音圈33电连接时,另一个所述柔性电路板37还可以不设置所述第一焊盘、所述焊盘部及形成于所述焊盘部上的所述第二焊盘。
更进一步优选地,当仅一个所述支撑装置35的柔性电路板37与所述音圈33电连接时,另一个所述柔性电路板还可以替换为由柔性电路板的基材材料制成或由其他材料制成的非导电板,这样可以降低了电路板的使用成本。
如图8所示,所述第一固定部371固定于所述固定环5,所述第二固定部373固定于所述骨架8,所述辅助振膜39的外边缘还与所述第一弯折部13固定。可以理解的是,在其实施方式中,所述第一固定部还可以固定于所述第一弯折部,所述辅助振膜的外边缘还与所述固定环固定,所述辅助振膜的内边缘固定于所述骨架上,相应地,所述辅助振膜的折环的开口被设置成背离所述上振膜。
可以理解的是,在其他实施方式中,所述支撑装置35也可以不包括所述辅助振膜。
在本实施方式中,所述中间部311具有切中孔31A,所述切中孔31A内设有加强板9,所述骨架8包括连接所述加强板9和所述中间部311的第一连接部81以及自所述第一连接部81向所述磁路系统4方向延伸形成的第二连接部83及与所述第二连接部83间隔设置的第三连接部85,所述音圈33固定于所述第二连接部83远离所述第一连接部81的一侧,所述支撑装置35固定于所述第三连接部85远离所述第一连接部81的一侧。
与相关技术相比,本发明的扬声器装置及采用该扬声器装置的移动终端设备通过在所述延伸部317朝向所述外壳1的一侧凸起形成有环绕所述固定环5设置的第一凸环318,且外壳1的内壁151上形成第一密封槽1A,第一凸环318收容且固定于第一密封槽1A中,所述第一凸环318在所述固定环5和所述外壳1夹持力的作用下与第一密封槽1A形成密封连接,从而可以保证扬声器装置收容空间的气密性。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种扬声器装置,包括具有收容空间的外壳及收容于所述外壳内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体包括固定于所述外壳的固定环、固定于所述固定环的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括用于振动发声且固定于所述固定环的振膜,所述振膜包括位于中央位置的中间部、自所述中间部的外周缘向外延伸形成的折环部、自所述折环部外周缘向外延伸的固持部以及自所述固持部的外周缘弯折延伸形成的延伸部,所述固持部固定于所述固定环沿振动方向远离所述磁路系统的表面,其特征在于,所述外壳包括围设形成所述收容空间的内壁,所述固定环抵接固定于所述内壁,所述延伸部夹设于所述固定环和所述内壁之间,所述延伸部朝向所述内壁的表面向所述内壁方向凸起形成有环绕所述固定环设置的第一凸环,所述内壁向远离所述延伸部的方向凹陷形成第一密封槽,所述第一凸环收容固定于所述第一密封槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述第一凸环挤压固定于所述第一密封槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述扬声器装置还包括压设于所述固持部远离所述固定环一侧表面的机壳,所述固持部背离所述固定环的表面向所述机壳方向凸起形成有环绕所述折环部设置的第二凸环,所述机壳朝向所述固持部的表面向远离所述固持部方向凹陷形成与所述第二凸环对应的第二密封槽,所述第二凸环收容且固定于所述第二密封槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述第二凸环挤压固定于所述第二密封槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述磁路系统包括相对所述外壳固定的磁轭以及固定于所述磁轭朝向所述振膜一侧的主磁部及环绕所述主磁部设置的副磁部,所述主磁部与所述副磁部间隔设置形成磁间隙,所述磁间隙内插入有音圈。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述副磁部包括固定于所述磁轭朝向所述振膜一侧并环绕所述主磁部设置的多个副磁体及盖设于多个所述副磁体远离所述磁轭一侧的夹板。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6中任一项所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述振动系统还包括与所述固持部沿振动方向间隔设置的支撑装置,所述支撑装置的一端夹设于所述固定环和所述外壳之间,其另一端通过骨架与所述振膜连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述支撑装置包括柔性电路板和辅助振膜,所述柔性电路板包括相对所述固定环固定的第一固定部、相对所述骨架固定的第二固定部、连接所述第一固定部和所述第二固定部的弹性连接部及自所述第二固定部延伸形成的焊盘部,所述辅助振膜的外边缘固定于所述第一固定部上,所述辅助振膜的内边缘固定于所述第二固定部上,其中,所述第一固定部上形成有与外部电路连接的第一焊盘,所述焊盘部上形成有与所述音圈电连接的第二焊盘。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述中间部具有切中孔,所述切中孔内设有加强板,所述骨架包括连接所述加强板和所述中间部的第一连接部以及自所述第一连接部向所述磁路系统延伸形成的第二连接部及与所述第二连接部间隔设置的第三连接部,所述音圈固定于所述第二连接部远离所述第一连接部的一侧,所述支撑装置固定于所述第三连接部远离所述第一连接部的一侧。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述外壳内设有与所述振膜沿振动方向间隔设置的隔离组件,所述隔离组件将所述收容空间分隔为第一腔体和第二腔体,所述隔离组件包括与所述磁轭固定的支撑环及固定于所述支撑环和所述磁轭的透气隔离件,所述支撑环与所述磁轭之间形成有透气通道,所述第一腔体和所述第二腔体通过所述透气隔离件和所述透气通道气流连通,所述外壳向所述第一腔体内凸起形成支撑所述支撑环的凸块,其中,所述隔离组件和所述外壳围合形成所述第一腔体,所述振膜、所述外壳和所述隔离组件围合形成所述第二腔体。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述磁轭远离所述振膜的一侧与所述透气隔离件固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述磁轭和所述主磁部上贯穿设有沿所述振动方向延伸的穿孔,所述透气隔离件覆盖所述穿孔。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声器装置,其特征在于,所述外壳包括主体部、自所述主体部的边缘向远离所述音圈的方向弯折延伸形成的第一弯折部及自所述第一弯折部远离所述主体部的一端弯折延伸形成的第二弯折部,其中,所述凸块位于所述主体部上,所述第一弯折部位于所述固定环背离所述固持部的一侧,所述延伸部夹设于所述固定环和所述第二弯折部之间。
    14. 一种移动终端设备,包括如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的扬声器装置,所述扬声器装置的机壳为所述移动终端设备的壳体。
