背景技术
扬声器箱是一种把电信号转变为声信号的换能器件,常应用于可发声的小型电子设备,如手机、笔记本电脑、平板电脑等。

本发明是这样实现的,提供了一种扬声器箱,包括具有腔体的后壳、固定于所述后壳的弹性固定件、支撑于所述弹性固定件并与所述后壳间隔设置的发声单体,所述发声单体的正投影位于所述腔体内;所述发声单体包括包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统以及盖设于所述盆架并与所述振动系统围成前腔的前盖,所述盆架、所述振动系统以及所述磁路系统共同围成发声内腔;所述磁路系统包括磁轭、固定于所述磁轭靠近所述振动系统的一侧的主磁钢以及间隔环绕所述主磁钢设置并与所述主磁钢共同围成磁间隙的副磁钢,所述发声单体通过所述磁轭支撑于所述弹性固定件;所述前盖包括呈环状且固定于所述盆架的支撑部、与所述振动系统间隔相对的盖板以及由所述支撑部的外周缘向远离所述盖板的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的包覆部,所述盖板的周缘与所述支撑部的内周缘连接;所述盖板设置有贯穿其上的第一出声孔,所述包覆部延伸至所述磁轭的周缘并与所述磁轭共同将所述副磁钢完全包裹;所述弹性固定件、所述磁轭以及所述包覆部共同将所述腔体密封以形成后腔。
更进一步地,所述包覆部沿垂直于所述振动系统的振动方向向所述磁路系统的正投影完全覆盖所述副磁钢且至少部分覆盖所述磁轭。
更进一步地,所述盆架位于所述磁路系统靠近所述振动系统的一侧,且与所述副磁钢固定连接。
更进一步地,所述包覆部由所述支撑部的外周缘弯折后贴合于所述盆架的外周侧和所述副磁钢的外周侧向所述磁轭的周缘延伸。
更进一步地,所述盖板包括与所述振动系统间隔相对的盖板本体和由所述盖板本体的周缘向所述支撑部延伸并连接至所述支撑部的内周缘的延伸壁;所述第一出声孔设置所述盖板本体上。
更进一步地,所述磁路系统还包括叠设于所述主磁钢靠近所述振动系统的一侧的主极芯以及盖设固定于所述副磁钢靠近所述振动系统的一侧的上夹板,所述盆架固定于所述上夹板远离所述副磁钢的一侧,所述上夹板位于所述包覆部围成的空间内;所述上夹板包括呈环状且固定于所述盆架的固定环以及由所述固定环向靠近所述主极芯的方向水平延伸并叠设于所述副磁钢上的副极芯。
更进一步地,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、插设悬置于所述磁间隙内以驱动所述振膜振动的音圈以及固定于所述盆架并与所述振膜相对且间隔设置的弹性件;所述弹性件与所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端连接,所述支撑部将所述振膜压设固定于所述盆架。
更进一步地,所述振膜包括折环、由所述折环的内周缘延伸形成的振动部、贴设于所述振动部的球顶、由所述折环的外周缘延伸形成的固定部以及由所述固定部向靠近所述盆架的方向弯折延伸形成的垂直壁;所述音圈固定于所述振动部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧;所述支撑部固定于所述固定部,所述包覆部由所述支撑部的外周缘弯折后紧贴所述垂直壁向所述磁轭的周缘延伸。
更进一步地,所述弹性件为FPC,所述弹性件为两个且分别设于所述盆架相对的两侧;每一所述弹性件包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定臂、分别固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一侧并与所述音圈电连接的两个第二固定臂以及由所述第一固定臂的两端分别向两个所述第二固定臂延伸并形成固定连接的两个弹臂;其中一个所述弹性件的所述第一固定臂设置有向远离所述音圈的方向延伸并贯穿所述包裹部的接引部,所述接引部用于为所述音圈引入外部电信号。
更进一步地,所述弹性固定件包括呈环状且固定于所述后壳的周缘位置的第一弹性固定部、由所述第一弹性固定部的相对两侧的部分内周缘分别向所述腔体内弯折延伸形成的弹性延伸部、由所述弹性延伸部远离所述第一弹性固定部的一侧弯折延伸形成的弹性支撑部、由所述弹性支撑部远离所述弹性延伸部的一侧弯折延伸并固定于所述后壳的第二弹性固定部,所述磁轭支撑于所述弹性支撑部。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明中扬声器箱的前盖包括呈环状且固定于盆架的支撑部、与振动系统间隔相对的盖板以及由支撑部的外周缘向远离盖板的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的包覆部,且包覆部延伸至磁轭的周缘并与磁轭共同将副磁钢完全包裹,发声单体通过磁轭弹性支撑于弹性固定件,弹性固定件、磁轭以及包覆部共同将后壳的腔体密封以形成后腔,即通过前盖的包覆部便可以配合弹性固定件以及磁轭将后壳的腔体密封以形成后腔,通过弹性固定件便可以直接对发声单体进行弹性支撑,这样不仅减少了前壳和支撑泡棉的设置,简化了组装工序,降低了生产成本,还简化了发声单体的支撑设计,扩大了后腔空间,同时外形尺寸减小为了单体外形尺寸,节约了布置空间,还可以将防水双面胶贴设于较低的支撑部平面进行防水,从而降低整机高度,另外,前盖的包覆部配合磁轭便可以将主磁钢及副磁钢完全包裹住,以减少磁场的泄露,这样便无需对磁轭的周缘部分进行补胶,简化了发声单体的组装工序。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
结合图1至图4所示,本发明实施例提供了一种扬声器箱,其包括具有腔体50的后壳5、固定于后壳5的弹性固定件6、支撑于弹性固定件6并与后壳5间隔设置的发声单体100,发声单体100的正投影位于腔体50内;发声单体100包括包括盆架1、分别固定于盆架1的振动系统2和驱动振动系统2振动发声的磁路系统3以及盖设于盆架1并与振动系统2围成前腔10的前盖4;盆架1、振动系统2以及磁路系统3共同围成发声内腔20,前盖4设置有贯穿其上的第一出声孔40。
本实施例中,盆架1为矩形框架,当然,根据实际需求,其还可以选用其它形状的框架,如椭圆形框架、梯形框架等。
本实施例中,振动系统2包括固定于盆架1的振膜21、插设悬置于磁路系统3中的磁间隙30内以驱动振膜21振动的音圈22以及固定于盆架1并与振膜21相对且间隔设置的弹性件23。
其中,弹性件23与音圈22远离振膜21的一端电连接。
本实施例中,振膜21包括折环211、由折环211的内周缘延伸形成的振动部212、贴设于振动部212的球顶213、由折环211的外周缘延伸形成的固定部214以及由固定部214向靠近盆架1的方向弯折延伸形成的垂直壁215;音圈22固定于振动部212靠近磁路系统3的一侧。
其中,前盖4与振膜21的折环211、振动部212以及球顶213共同围成前腔10。
折环211向远离前盖4的方向弯折,这样可以在有限的布置空间内,增加折环211与前盖4的间隔距离,即增加前腔10的空间,以提升扬声器箱的声学性能。
本实施例中,弹性件23为FPC(柔性线路板),弹性件23为两个且分别设于盆架1相对的两侧;每一弹性件23包括固定于盆架1的第一固定臂231、分别固定于音圈22远离振膜21的一侧并与音圈22电连接的两个第二固定臂232以及由第一固定臂231的两端分别向两个第二固定臂232延伸并形成固定连接的两个弹臂233。
其中,音圈22为矩形结构,每个弹性件23中的两个第一固定臂231分别固定于音圈22相邻的两个角部位置。
本实施例中,磁路系统3包括磁轭31、固定于磁轭31靠近振动系统2的一侧的主磁钢32以及间隔环绕主磁钢32设置并与主磁钢32共同围成磁间隙30的副磁钢33。
其中,副磁钢33为四个,且两两一对设置在主磁钢32相对的两侧。当然,根据实际需求也可以只设置两个。
本实施例中,盆架1位于磁路系统3靠近振动系统2的一侧,且与副磁钢33固定连接。
本实施例中,磁路系统3还包括叠设于主磁钢32靠近振膜21的一侧的主极芯34以及固定于盆架1并盖设固定于副磁钢33靠近振膜21的一侧的上夹板35;上夹板35包括呈环状且固定于盆架1的固定环351以及由固定环351向靠近主极芯34的方向水平延伸并叠设于副磁钢33上的副极芯352。
其中,副极芯352为四个并与四个副磁钢33一一对应。
本实施例中,盆架1固定于上夹板35中固定环351远离副磁钢33的一侧,即盆架1间接与副磁钢33固定连接。
本实施例中,弹性件23的第一固定臂231固定于固定环351远离盆架1的一侧,即弹性件23通过上夹板35间接固定于盆架1。
本实施例中,前盖4包括呈环状且固定于盆架1的支撑部41、由振动系统2间隔相对的盖板42以及由支撑部41的外周缘向远离盖板42的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的包覆部43,盖板41的周缘与支撑部41的内周缘连接;包覆部43延伸至磁轭31的周缘并与磁轭31共同将副磁钢33完全包裹。
其中,包覆部43延伸至磁轭31的周缘并与磁轭31共同包裹副磁钢33,这样可以通过包覆部43配合磁轭31减少主磁钢32与副磁钢33形成的磁场的泄露,且无需对磁轭31的周缘部分进行补胶,简化了扬声器箱的制备工序。
本实施例中,盖板42包括与振动系统1间隔相对的盖板本体422和由盖板本体422的周缘向支撑部41延伸并连接至支撑部41的内周缘的延伸壁421。
其中,盖板本体422与振膜21的球顶213、振动部212及部分折环211间隔相对。
第一出声孔40设置盖板本体422上,同时,第一出声孔40盖设有第一透气隔离件7。
支撑部41、延伸壁421以及盖板本体422与振膜21共同围成前腔10。
支撑部41将振膜21的固定部214压设固定于盆架1远离磁路系统3的一侧,即支撑部41通过振膜21的固定部214间接固定于盆架1。
其中一个弹性件23的第一固定臂231设置有向远离音圈22的方向延伸并依次贯穿包覆部43以及后壳5的接引部234,接引部234用于为音圈22引入外部电信号。
上夹板35位于包覆部43围成的空间内。
本实施例中,包覆部42沿垂直于振膜21的振动方向向磁路系统3的正投影完全覆盖副磁钢33且至少部分覆盖磁轭31。这个可以更好的将副磁钢33包裹于包覆部43与磁轭31形成的空间内,以更好的减少磁场的泄露。
更进一步地,包覆部43由支撑部41的外周缘弯折后贴合于盆架1的外周侧和副磁钢33的外周侧向磁轭31的周缘延伸。即本实施例中,包覆部43由支撑部41的外周缘弯折后紧贴振膜21的垂直壁215向磁轭31的周缘延伸。这样可以缩小扬声器箱的整体体积,并缩小包覆部43与磁轭31周缘之间的间隙,以进一步的减少磁场的泄露。
其中,包覆部43可以直接延伸至磁轭31的周缘并与其贴合,这样可以进一步缩小包覆部43与磁轭31周缘之间的间隙,以更进一步的减少磁场的泄露。
本实施例中,后壳5设置有贯穿其上的第二出声孔70,同时,第二出声孔70的位置还设置有第二透气隔离件8。
本实施例中,弹性固定件6包括呈环状且固定于后壳5的周缘位置的第一弹性固定部61、由第一弹性固定部61的相对两侧的部分内周缘分别向腔体50内弯折延伸形成的弹性延伸部62、由弹性延伸部62远离第一弹性固定部61的一侧弯折延伸形成的弹性支撑部63、由弹性支撑部63远离弹性延伸部62的一侧弯折延伸并固定于后壳5的第二弹性固定部64。
其中,弹性支撑部63由弹性延伸部62向远离第一弹性固定部61的方向弯折延伸,第二弹性固定部64由弹性支撑部63向远离发声单体100的方向弯折延伸,且其延伸的端部还向远离弹性支撑部63的方向弯折延伸,以便稳定的贴设固定于后壳5与磁轭相对的平面上。第一弹性固定部61与弹性支撑部63相互平行设置,且均垂直于振动系统2的振动方向。
本实施例中,发声单体100通过磁轭31支撑于弹性固定件6,即磁轭31远离磁路系统3的一侧弹性支撑于弹性支撑部63。
本实施例中,弹性固定件6、磁轭31以及包覆部43共同将腔体50密封以形成后腔60,即包覆部43分别与弹性固定件6中第一弹性固定部61的内周缘以及弹性延伸部62的内侧面贴合设置,这样弹性固定件6、磁轭31以及包覆部43便可以将腔体50密封以形成后腔60。
与现有技术相比,本发明中扬声器箱的前盖4包括呈环状且固定于盆架1的支撑部41、与振动系统2间隔相对的盖板42以及由支撑部41的外周缘向远离盖板42的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的包覆部43,且包覆部43延伸至磁轭31的周缘并与磁轭31共同将副磁钢33完全包裹,发声单体100通过磁轭31弹性支撑于弹性固定件6,弹性固定件6、磁轭31以及包覆部43共同将后壳5的腔体50密封以形成后腔60,即通过前盖4的包覆部43便可以配合弹性固定件6以及磁轭31将后壳5的腔体50密封以形成后腔60,通过弹性固定件6便可以直接对发声单体100进行弹性支撑,这样不仅减少了前壳和支撑泡棉的设置,简化了组装工序,降低了生产成本,还简化了发声单体100的支撑设计,扩大了后腔60空间,同时外形尺寸减小为了单体外形尺寸,节约了布置空间,还可以将防水双面胶贴设于较低的支撑部41平面进行防水,从而降低整机高度,另外,前盖4的包覆部43配合磁轭31便可以将主磁钢32及副磁钢33完全包裹住,以减少磁场的泄露,这样便无需对磁轭31的周缘部分进行补胶,简化了发声单体100的组装工序。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器箱,其特征在于,包括具有腔体的后壳、固定于所述后壳的弹性固定件、支撑于所述弹性固定件并与所述后壳间隔设置的发声单体,所述发声单体的正投影位于所述腔体内;所述发声单体包括盆架、分别固定于所述盆架的振动系统和驱动所述振动系统振动发声的磁路系统以及盖设于所述盆架并与所述振动系统围成前腔的前盖,所述盆架、所述振动系统以及所述磁路系统共同围成发声内腔;所述磁路系统包括磁轭、固定于所述磁轭靠近所述振动系统的一侧的主磁钢以及间隔环绕所述主磁钢设置并与所述主磁钢共同围成磁间隙的副磁钢,所述发声单体通过所述磁轭支撑于所述弹性固定件;所述前盖包括呈环状且固定于所述盆架的支撑部、与所述振动系统间隔相对的盖板以及由所述支撑部的外周缘向远离所述盖板的方向弯折延伸且呈环状的包覆部,所述盖板的周缘与所述支撑部的内周缘连接,所述盖板设置有贯穿其上的第一出声孔,所述包覆部延伸至所述磁轭的周缘并与所述磁轭共同将所述副磁钢完全包裹;所述弹性固定件、所述磁轭以及所述包覆部共同将所述腔体密封以形成后腔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述包覆部沿垂直于所述振动系统的振动方向向所述磁路系统的正投影完全覆盖所述副磁钢且至少部分覆盖所述磁轭。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述盆架位于所述磁路系统靠近所述振动系统的一侧,且与所述副磁钢固定连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述包覆部由所述支撑部的外周缘弯折后贴合于所述盆架的外周侧和所述副磁钢的外周侧向所述磁轭的周缘延伸。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述盖板包括与所述振动系统间隔相对的盖板本体和由所述盖板本体的周缘向所述支撑部延伸并连接至所述支撑部的内周缘的延伸壁;所述第一出声孔设置所述盖板本体上。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述磁路系统还包括叠设于所述主磁钢靠近所述振动系统的一侧的主极芯以及盖设固定于所述副磁钢靠近所述振动系统的一侧的上夹板,所述盆架固定于所述上夹板远离所述副磁钢的一侧,所述上夹板位于所述包覆部围成的空间内;所述上夹板包括呈环状且固定于所述盆架的固定环以及由所述固定环向靠近所述主极芯的方向水平延伸并叠设于所述副磁钢上的副极芯。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述振动系统包括固定于所述盆架的振膜、插设悬置于所述磁间隙内以驱动所述振膜振动的音圈以及固定于所述盆架并与所述振膜相对且间隔设置的弹性件;所述弹性件与所述音圈远离所述振膜的一端连接,所述支撑部将所述振膜压设固定于所述盆架。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述振膜包括折环、由所述折环的内周缘延伸形成的振动部、贴设于所述振动部的球顶、由所述折环的外周缘延伸形成的固定部以及由所述固定部向靠近所述盆架的方向弯折延伸形成的垂直壁;所述音圈固定于所述振动部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧;所述支撑部固定于所述固定部,所述包覆部由所述支撑部的外周缘弯折后紧贴所述垂直壁向所述磁轭的周缘延伸。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弹性件为FPC,所述弹性件为两个且分别设于所述盆架相对的两侧;每一所述弹性件包括固定于所述盆架的第一固定臂、分别固定于所述音圈远离所述振膜的一侧并与所述音圈电连接的两个第二固定臂以及由所述第一固定臂的两端分别向两个所述第二固定臂延伸并形成固定连接的两个弹臂;其中一个所述弹性件的所述第一固定臂设置有向远离所述音圈的方向延伸并贯穿所述包裹部的接引部,所述接引部用于为所述音圈引入外部电信号。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述弹性固定件包括呈环状且固定于所述后壳的周缘位置的第一弹性固定部、由所述第一弹性固定部的相对两侧的部分内周缘分别向所述腔体内弯折延伸形成的弹性延伸部、由所述弹性延伸部远离所述第一弹性固定部的一侧弯折延伸形成的弹性支撑部、由所述弹性支撑部远离所述弹性延伸部的一侧弯折延伸并固定于所述后壳的第二弹性固定部,所述磁轭支撑于所述弹性支撑部。
