本申请涉及电声领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器模组。
背景技术
在现如今的移动互联网时代,智能移动终端设备的数量不断上升,对移动终端的要求也越来越高,其中之一便是要求高品质的音质功能。
技术问题
一些技术中为了获得更好的声学效果,往往在扬声器模组内部空腔内填充吸音材料,并用透气隔离件将吸音材料封装起来,为了装配更为方便,导致一些扬声器模组的结构设计不合理,造成只有很小的空间容量用于收纳吸音材料,致使低频声学性能不佳。
因此,有必要提供一种新型的扬声器模组来解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本申请的目的在于提供一种扬声器模组,装配简单且能够收纳大量的吸音材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请的技术方案如下:一种扬声器模组,包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容固定于所述壳体的发声组件和透气隔离件,所述壳体包括相对且间隔设置的底壁与顶壁、以及自所述底壁朝所述顶壁弯折延伸的侧壁,所述底壁、所述侧壁及所述顶壁围成所述收容空间;
所述底壁靠近所述顶壁的一侧朝所述顶壁方向凸设有挡墙,所述透气隔离件注塑在所述挡墙靠近所述顶壁的一端并将所述收容空间分割成收容所述发声组件的容纳腔以及收容吸音材料的吸音腔,所透气隔离件、所述挡墙及所述底壁围合形成所述容纳腔,所述吸音腔位于所述透气隔离件与所述顶壁之间;

本申请的有益效果在于:通过将透气隔离件注塑在挡墙靠近顶壁的一端,透气隔离件将收容空间分割成收容发声组件的容纳腔以及收容吸音材料的吸音腔,透气隔离件、挡墙及底壁围合形成容纳腔,由于收容空间内除容纳腔外的所有区域均能够填充吸音材料,从而使本实施例中的扬声器模组内具有大量的空间可用于填充吸音材料,提高了扬声器模组的声学性能,另外,通过将透气隔离件注塑在挡墙靠近顶壁的一端,底壁贯穿开设有安装孔,支架用于收容固定发声单体,支架经安装孔固定于壳体并将发声单体固定于底壁与透气隔离件之间,装配时,仅需要将支架经安装孔固定在壳体上即可,无需装配透气隔离件,致使装配步骤简化,装配简单方便。

为进一步说明各实施例,本申请提供有附图。这些附图为本申请揭露内容的一部分,其主要用以说明实施例,并可配合说明书的相关描述来解释实施例的运作原理。配合参考这些内容,本领域普通技术人员应能理解其他可能的实施方式以及本申请的优点。图中的组件并未按比例绘制,而类似的组件符号通常用来表示类似的组件。
下面结合附图和实施方式对本申请作进一步说明。
请参考图1至图6,本申请一实施例提供了一种扬声器模组,本实施例中的扬声器模组包括具有收容空间的壳体100以及收容固定于所述壳体100的发声组件200和透气隔离件300。
请参考图1至图5,本实施例中的所述壳体100包括相对且间隔设置的底壁110与顶壁120、以及自所述底壁110朝所述顶壁120弯折延伸的侧壁130,所述底壁110、所述侧壁130及所述顶壁120围成所述收容空间。
优选地,所述顶壁120与所述侧壁130远离所述底壁110的一端超声波焊接。
请参考图1至图7,本实施例中的所述底壁110靠近所述顶壁120的一侧朝所述顶壁120方向凸设有挡墙140,所述透气隔离件300注塑在所述挡墙140靠近所述底壁110的一端并将所述收容空间分割成收容所述发声组件200的容纳腔101以及收容吸音材料的吸音腔102,所述透气隔离件300、所述挡墙140及所述底壁110围合形成所述容纳腔101,所述吸音腔102位于所述透气隔离件300与所述顶壁120之间,具体地,所述吸音腔102由所述透气隔离件300、所述挡墙140、所述底壁110以及所述顶壁120围合形成。由于收容空间内除容纳腔101外的所有区域均能够填充吸音材料,从而使收容空间内具有大量的空间可用于填充吸音材料,提高了扬声器模组的声学性能。
一些相关技术中,透气隔离件300往往放置在发声组件200的侧方,进而使放置发声组件200的容纳腔101占据很大的空间,致使吸音腔102太小,声学性能未能显著改善,另外,在一些相关技术中,透气隔离件300并非组成容纳腔101的一部分,从而使透气隔离件300与容纳腔101之间的部分空间不能充分利用,致使吸音腔102太小,声学性能未能显著改善。为解决上述问题,本实施例中的所述透气隔离件300位于所述发声组件200背离振膜211的一侧,而且所述透气隔离件300为组成所述容纳腔101的一部分,进而能够很好的利用所述顶壁120与所述透气隔离件300之间的空间以放置所述吸音材料。
优选地,所述容纳腔101的形状与所述发声组件200相适配,可以减小放置所述发声组件200的空间,从而可以留出更多的空间用于放置所述吸音材料,以使本实施例中的扬声器模组的低频声学性能更佳。
优选地,所述底壁110与所述挡墙140一体成型设置,优选为一体注塑成型,以简化生产装配。
请参考图2以及图3,本实施例中的所述发声组件200包括发声单体210以及收容并固定所述发声单体210的支架220,所述发声单体210具有背离所述顶壁120的振膜211,所述底壁110贯穿开设有安装孔111,所述支架220经所述安装孔111固定于所述壳体100并将所述发声单体210固定于所述底壁110与所述透气隔离件300之间。由于所述透气隔离件300与所述挡墙140一体成型设置,所以在装配时,可以省去将所述透气隔离件300胶合或焊接在所述挡墙140上的步骤,而且由于透气隔离件300为软性材料制成,故而将所述透气隔离件300胶合或焊接在所述支撑环上的步骤较为费时费力,因此,本实施例的扬声器模组在装配时,只需要将发声单体210安装在支架220上,然后将支架220经安装孔111固定在壳体100上,即完成装配,或者,首先将所述发声单体210经所述安装口安装在所述容纳腔101内,然后支架220经安装孔111固定在壳体100上,本实施例中的扬声器模组装配步骤简化,装配更为简单方便。
请参考图3,本实施例中的所述支架220包括与所述安装孔111适配并与所述透气隔离件300相对且间隔设置的安装部221、以及自所述安装部221朝所述透气隔离件300方向弯折延伸的支撑壁222,所述支撑壁222围设在所述发声单体210外周并与所述发声单体210固定,所述振膜211与所述安装部221相对且间隔设置形成前声腔103,所述发声单体210远离所述支撑壁222的一侧与所述透气隔离件300抵接。由于所述安装部221与所述安装孔111的大小适配,能够将所述安装孔111密封。
请参考图4以及图5,本实施例中的所述挡墙140靠近所述发声单体210的一侧对应朝远离所述发声单体210的方向凹陷形成与所述支撑壁222适配的避让部141,所述支撑壁222安装在所述避让部141并与所述挡墙140配合固定。通过将所述支撑壁222安装在所述避让部141,能够保证支架220安装的稳定性,可以防止支架220掉出。
在某些实施例中,所述支架220经所述安装孔111与所述壳体100胶合固定或超声焊接固定,具体地,所述安装部221与所述安装孔111的内侧壁130胶合固定或超声焊接固定,或所述支撑壁222与所述挡墙140胶合固定或超声焊接固定。
在某些实施例中,所述支架220仅具有安装部221,用于封盖所述安装孔111,装配时,首先将所述发声单体210经所述安装孔111安装在容纳腔101内,然后通过安装部221封盖所述安装孔111。
请参考图3,本实施例中的所述挡墙140高出所述发声单体210的与所述振膜211相反的表面,进而使所述透气隔离件300与所述发声单体210之间留有间隙,进而,所述发声单体210与所述透气隔离件300之间能够使空气充分流通,更利于声音的传播,能够提高本实施例中的扬声器模组的声学性能。
请参考图3,请参考图3,本实施例中的所述透气隔离件300与所述顶壁120之间存在间隙,进而能够保证所述容纳腔101与所述吸音腔102的空气流通的顺畅性能,从而提高了本实施例中的扬声器模组的可靠性能和低频声学性能。
请参考图3-图5,本实施例中的扬声器模组包括依次贯穿所述侧壁130、所述挡墙140及所述支撑壁222的出音通道400,所述出音通道400远离所述发声单体210的一端与外界连通,所述出音通道400靠近所述发声单体210的一端与所述前声腔103连通。
请参考图1-图3,本实施例中的所述扬声器模组还包括贴设于所述侧壁130并覆盖在所述出音通道400远离所述发声单体210一端的防尘透气网布410。
本实施例中的所述吸音材料由沸石颗粒制成,当然还可以是由其它可改善声学性能的材料制成。
本实施例中的所述透气隔离件300为透气网布,所述透气隔离件300还可以是无纺布、尼龙编织网、羊毛编织网、金属网或纸张等。
请参考图4以及图5,本实施例中的所述底壁110和/或所述顶壁120上开设有注入孔104,所述注入孔104与所述吸音腔102连通,所述吸音材料经所述注入孔104填充至所述吸音腔102内。
请参考图2,本实施例中的壳体100还包括密封盖150,所述密封盖150盖设在所述注入孔104上。具体地,当通过所述注入孔104向所述吸音腔102内填充完成所述吸音材料后,用所述密封盖150将所述注入孔104密封。
请参考图2、图4以及图5,本实施例中的所述顶壁120和/或所述底壁110还贯穿开设有与所述注入孔104间隔设置的泄漏孔105,通过所述泄漏孔105能够平衡所述吸音腔102的内外声压,所述扬声器模组还包括贴设于所述顶壁120和/或所述底壁110并覆盖所述泄漏孔105的透气网布160,所述泄漏孔105的孔径小于所述注入孔104的孔径。
优选地,所述泄漏孔105贯穿开设在所述顶壁120上,所述注入孔104贯穿开设在所述底壁110上。
本实施例中的扬声器模组不仅能够方便的进行生产装配,而且能够最大化的利用腔体的空间用于填充吸音材料,从而能够很好的提高声学性能。
请参考图7,本申请一实施例还提供一种扬声器模组的装配方法,所述方法是基于上述实施例中的扬声器模组进行的,具体地,所述方法包括如下步骤:
S101、将所述发声单体210固定在所述支架220上;
S102、将所述支架220经所述安装孔111安装在所述壳体100上;
S103、将顶壁120盖设在所述侧壁130上;
S104、将吸音材料注入所述吸音腔102内。
在所述S104的步骤中,具体操作过程为:首先将所述吸音材料自所述注入孔104注入所述吸音腔102内,然后通过所述密封盖150将所述注入孔104封盖。
需要说明的是,所述S103步骤也可以是在所述S101或S102步骤之前。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器模组,其特征在于:包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容固定于所述壳体的发声组件和透气隔离件,所述壳体包括相对且间隔设置的底壁与顶壁、以及自所述底壁朝所述顶壁弯折延伸的侧壁,所述底壁、所述侧壁及所述顶壁围成所述收容空间;
    所述底壁靠近所述顶壁的一侧朝所述顶壁方向凸设有挡墙,所述透气隔离件注塑在所述挡墙靠近所述顶壁的一端并将所述收容空间分割成收容所述发声组件的容纳腔以及收容吸音材料的吸音腔,所述透气隔离件、所述挡墙及所述底壁围合形成所述容纳腔,所述吸音腔位于所述透气隔离件与所述顶壁之间;
    所述发声组件包括发声单体以及收容并固定所述发声单体的支架,所述发声单体具有背离所述顶壁的振膜,所述底壁贯穿开设有安装孔,所述支架经所述安装孔固定于所述壳体并将所述发声单体固定于所述底壁与所述透气隔离件之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述支架包括与所述安装孔适配并与所述透气隔离件相对且间隔设置的安装部、以及自所述安装部朝所述透气隔离件方向弯折延伸的支撑壁,所述支撑壁围设在所述发声单体外周并与所述发声单体固定,所述振膜与所述安装部相对且间隔设置形成前声腔,所述发声单体远离所述支撑壁的一侧与所述透气隔离件抵接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述挡墙靠近所述发声单体的一侧对应朝远离所述发声单体的方向凹陷形成与所述支撑壁适配的避让部,所述支撑壁安装在所述避让部并与所述挡墙配合固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:扬声器模组包括依次贯穿所述侧壁、所述挡墙及所述支撑壁的出音通道,所述出音通道远离所述发声单体的一端与外界连通,所述出音通道靠近所述发声单体的一端与所述前声腔连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述支撑壁与所述安装部一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述底壁与所述侧壁一体注塑成型,所述顶壁与所述侧壁远离所述底壁的一端超声波焊接。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于,所述扬声器模组还包括贴设于所述侧壁并覆盖在所述出音通道远离所述发声单体一端的防尘透气网布。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述底壁和/或所述顶壁上开设有注入孔,所述注入孔与所述吸音腔连通,所述吸音材料经所述注入孔填充至所述吸音腔内;所述扬声器模组还包括密封盖,所述密封盖盖设在所述注入孔上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器模组,其特征在于:所述顶壁和/或所述底壁还贯穿开设有与所述注入孔间隔设置的泄漏孔,所述扬声器模组还包括贴设于所述顶壁和/或所述底壁并覆盖所述泄漏孔的透气网布,所述泄漏孔的孔径小于所述注入孔的孔径。
  10. 扬声器模组的装配方法,其特征在于:包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容固定于所述壳体的发声组件和透气隔离件,所述壳体包括相对且间隔设置的底壁与顶壁、以及自所述底壁朝所述顶壁弯折延伸的侧壁,所述底壁、所述侧壁及所述顶壁围成所述收容空间;
    所述底壁靠近所述顶壁的一侧朝所述顶壁方向凸设有挡墙,所述透气隔离件注塑在所述挡墙靠近所述顶壁的一端并将所述收容空间分割成收容所述发声组件的容纳腔以及收容吸音材料的吸音腔,所述透气隔离件、所述挡墙及所述底壁围合形成所述容纳腔,所述吸音腔位于所述透气隔离件与所述顶壁之间;
    所述发声组件包括发声单体以及收容并固定所述发声单体的支架,所述发声单体具有背离所述顶壁的振膜,所述底壁贯穿开设有安装孔,所述支架经所述安装孔固定于所述壳体并将所述发声单体固定于所述底壁与所述透气隔离件之间;
    所述装配方法包括如下步骤:
    S101、将所述发声单体210固定在所述支架220上;
    S102、将所述支架220经所述安装孔111安装在所述壳体100上;
    S103、将顶壁120盖设在所述侧壁130上;
    S104、将吸音材料注入所述吸音腔102内。
